New

Free camera moves on motion-graphics videos

You can now add gentle camera moves to a motion-graphics video for free, and remove them again with one tap. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your own video with motion graphics → the panel on the right ("Camera moves"), or ask in the chat **How to test:** On a finished motion-graphics video, turn Camera moves on. - It re-renders in a few minutes and the design stays exactly the same. - The camera gently pushes in while you're on screen, but never under a full-screen graphic or the end card. - Turning it off switches straight back to the previous version. **Watch for:** a camera move under a full-screen graphic, a sudden jump in zoom, or any charge for this change.

Fixed

Header menus stay clean: no duplicate links, and your menu edits actually show

Adding, removing or renaming a page now updates each design's own menu, and duplicate links are no longer saved. Saving Settings → Navigation now changes the header you actually see. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Navigation, and any page added, deleted or renamed from the editor or the assistant **How to test:** On a site with two designs, add a page to one design. It should appear in that design's menu only, and a homepage link for the same topic should be replaced rather than listed twice. Edit the menu in Settings → Navigation and save. The header in the preview should change straight away. **Watch for:** A menu item listed twice, one design's section links showing up in another design's header, a header button text change that also changes the menu items, or an undo of a menu change that fails.

Fixed

Icons in repeated lists are no longer silently removed

When a design listed items with an icon each (for example a row of "promises" with a clock, shield and mail icon), our automatic code clean-up could mistake the icon for a missing component and delete it, leaving empty circles with no warning. The clean-up now recognises icons passed through the list itself and only removes components that genuinely don't exist. **Where:** Any site created from an imported design, and any newly generated or refined section that renders a list of items with icons **How to test:** Import or generate a section that maps over a list of `{ icon, text }` items and renders each icon; open the preview and confirm every icon shows **Watch for:** Empty icon badges or circles in feature/benefit lists; a section that references a component that truly doesn't exist should still render without crashing

New

Make any kind of video from Claude — including edits of your own footage

Through the Mondovo connector, an assistant can now start every kind of video the Video tool makes: films from scratch as before, and now also edits of your own video (a link or a file in your Library), rough cuts of several clips, a post's video, separate shots instead of one film, and approving a film's look sheet. Everything runs through the same director, prices and approvals as the Video tool — nothing is charged until you agree to the price. **Where:** Claude (or any assistant) with the Mondovo connector → ask it to edit your video or make a film for a brand **How to test:** Ask the assistant to "add captions and motion graphics to this video: <link to an MP4>" for a brand. It should create the film from the link (the file appears in Library › Uploads), wait for the clip to be read, pass your request to the director, and show you a priced plan before anything is made. Also try "make separate shots instead of one film", and on a film that shows a look sheet, "the look sheet is right". **Watch for:** A link that is not a video, or over 80 MB, should be refused with a clear message. A film made from your own video cannot be switched to separate shots. Nothing should be charged before you approve the plan.

New

Motion graphics films: wait and save 40%

A new motion graphics film can now be made for 40% fewer credits if you don't mind waiting — usually within an hour instead of a few minutes, and never longer than a day. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video with a motion graphics look → Storyboard → the Make button's price **How to test:** On a new motion graphics film, pick "Wait and save 40%" beside the price and press Make. Leave the page; the film arrives on the storyboard (and you get a notification) when it's ready. Check the credits charged are 60% of the standard price. **Watch for:** The option appearing on "a new idea" for a film already made (it shouldn't — only new films), the film staying in progress for more than a day, or the charge not matching the price shown.

Improved

Motion graphics on your own video are now designed as one piece

Motion graphics over your own talking video are now designed as a whole. Each video gets one type system and your brand colours, with bold full-screen moments and big words over you. Short captions appear exactly as you speak, long pauses are trimmed, and a clean end card starts as you finish. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your own video → ask for motion graphics **How to test:** Upload a talking-head video, ask for motion graphics, approve and play the result. - Every graphic uses the same fonts and your brand colours. - Captions are short phrases in one spot and never appear before the word is said. - Nothing on screen is invented: only your words, your business facts and your name or domain. - The end card starts right after your last word. **Watch for:** small or unreadable text, a caption flashing a single word, or a graphic crowding the edge of the frame.

Improved

Motion graphics on your video: faster, crisper on soft footage, and complete on longer clips

Motion graphics on your own video now render faster, automatically clean up and sharpen footage that was recorded soft (crisp recordings are left untouched), and design the whole of clips up to about a minute instead of thinning out near the end. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → upload your own video → ask for motion graphics **How to test:** Upload a 40–60 second talking-head clip recorded on a phone, ask for motion graphics, approve the card. The edit should have graphics right to the end, and soft footage should look slightly crisper under the graphics. **Watch for:** halos or grain on the speaker (over-sharpening); graphics missing in the last third of a long clip; an edit taking much longer than 20 minutes.

Improved

Motion graphics on your video: richer designs, split layouts and a draft check

Motion graphics added to your own video are now designed more carefully, can move you into half the frame (or a corner) while a picture, chart or product fills the rest, and are checked as a draft and refined before the final render. Priced per second of your video instead of per minute. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → upload your own video → ask for motion graphics **How to test:** Upload a 20–40 second talking-head clip, ask for motion graphics, approve the card. The card now shows a per-second price (4 credits per started 2 seconds, at least 20). The tile says it takes 10 minutes or more, then shows "checking a first draft" and "refining the design" before "drawing the graphics". **Watch for:** a split layout where the speaker's face is cropped badly; text over the face; an edit taking much longer than 20 minutes on a short clip; the price on the card not matching the charge.

Improved

Motion graphics repriced: a design price plus per second

Motion graphics on your own video and motion graphics films are now priced as the design plus a per-second rate, so the price follows the real work: every clip gets a full design system, a draft, a review and a fix, whatever its length. Wait and save stays 40% off. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video → the motion graphics card (your own video) or the storyboard's Make button (a motion graphics film) **How to test:** Ask for motion graphics on a 42-second clip: the card says 124 credits (40 for the design + 2 a second), or 75 with wait and save. Make a new 16-second motion graphics film: 62 credits, or 38 with wait and save; a new idea for it is half. Cards already waiting keep the price they showed. **Watch for:** A card whose total doesn't match its lines, a price that changed on a card that was already waiting, or wait and save not coming out at 60% of the standard price.

New

One notification center for everything that takes a while — in the app, on your phone, or by email

Website builds, new pages, publishes, imports and Creative Studio images, logos and films now all report into one bell, with live progress while they run and a notification when they finish. You can also get those notifications on your phone or by email. **Where:** The bell in the dashboard header and in the site editor (Mission Control's bell has a new "Your updates" tab). Settings: Account settings → Notifications. **How to test:** Start something that takes a while (publish a site, generate pages, or make a logo in Creative Studio). Open the bell: it appears under "In progress" with a progress bar. When it finishes you get a toast if you are still on the page, and an unread notification in the bell. In Account settings → Notifications, turn on "Turn on for this device", switch email on, then press "Send a test notification" and confirm it arrives on the device and in your inbox. Open the email's Unsubscribe link and confirm email notifications turn off. **Watch for:** A finished task still spinning in "In progress" (it should settle within a minute or two). Duplicate notifications or duplicate emails for one task. Tasks that finished in under a minute should never buzz your phone or send an email. On iPhone, notifications require adding the app to the Home Screen first.

Fixed

Publish window no longer cut through by the editor toolbar

The Publish window now sits fully above the editor, so the editor's toolbar no longer paints a strip across it. The warning about list items without their own pages now says in plain words what visitors will see. **Where:** Site editor → rocket (Publish) button in the top toolbar **How to test:** Open a site in the editor, click Publish, and check that nothing from the editor toolbar shows on top of the window at any browser height. On a site with services, products or similar items that have no detail pages, the warning should read like "2 services don't have their own pages yet…", with a "Create pages" button. **Watch for:** Anything opened from inside the Publish window (payment, domain setup) appearing behind it.

New

Share a finished video with a client, or pin it to a board

Videos made in Creative Studio → Video can now be sent to a client with a branded link or pinned to a design board, and both always use the finished video — exactly the file you'd get from Download, with your captions, music and cuts in it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a video → next to the Download button ("Share with a client" and "Add to board"). Finished videos in the Creative Studio library also get a Share button. **How to test:** Open a finished film (or your own uploaded video with captions or music switched on) and press "Share with a client" — the link is copied and says "Link copied"; open it in a private window and it plays the same video Download gives you. Press "Add to board" and pick a board; the board shows the video and plays it. Change the captions on an uploaded video and press Share again: if the video needs putting together first you'll see "Getting your video ready — try again in a minute", and pressing Share again a minute later gives the updated video on the same link. **Watch for:** The Share/Add to board row must not appear before a video has anything finished (a film still being made, an upload still being read, a rough cut not yet joined). A shared link must never play an unfinished or silent version of the video. A video that was remade after sharing shows as unavailable on the link until it's finished again.

New

Sideways videos are turned upright on upload

A video filmed sideways or upside down — rotation lock on, or saved by an app that dropped the phone's orientation — is now turned the right way up automatically when you upload it, and you can undo it in one click. The polished video preview also has a full-screen button, and the empty scene cards under an uploaded video are gone. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → Polish my video → upload a clip **How to test:** Upload a clip that plays sideways (for example a WhatsApp-forwarded portrait video that shows lying on its side). Once it has been read, the preview shows it upright with "Your video was sideways, so we turned it upright." Click "Keep it as filmed" to reopen it exactly as uploaded. Upload a normal upright clip and check nothing changes. Press the full-screen button beside the preview's time. **Watch for:** An upright video being turned (shots with no clear "up" — a table from above, a plain background — should be left alone); "Keep it as filmed" not opening the film again; captions sized wrong in full screen.

Fixed

Take motion graphics off your video, and remove captions or an end card you no longer want

A video with motion graphics can now have them taken off for free — your clean video comes back with its own captions and music, and the graphics version is kept so you can put it back at once. Captions and end cards drawn on a video can each be removed (and put back), and asking for "just captions and a call to action, no other graphics" now does exactly that instead of stacking a second set of captions and a second end card on top of the graphics. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a polished upload → the side panel's "On your video" section, or ask in the chat **How to test:** On an uploaded video with motion graphics, press "Remove motion graphics" — the preview plays your clean video, the music bed returns, and "Put the graphics back" restores the graphics at once. Ask in the chat "I want just kinetic captions and a CTA at the end, no other graphics": the graphics come off and one free card offers kinetic captions and an end card. Approve it, then press Remove next to Captions or End card — each comes off, and "Put back" returns it. **Watch for:** Two caption tracks or two end cards in the download; captions or an end card being added on top of a video that still plays its motion graphics (this should now be refused with a plain explanation); "Put the graphics back" leaving the added captions on top.

Fixed

The site dashboard fits your screen again

The page preview and the "Ask about your site" box no longer get pushed below the bottom of the window when a build summary or notice is showing at the top. **Where:** Any site → Site → Pages (and every other dashboard view) **How to test:** Open a site just after a build finishes with one item failing, on a laptop screen or at 150% browser zoom. The whole window should not scroll, and the "Ask about your site" box stays visible at the bottom. The build summary is a single line; the chevron on its right shows the failed items and their retry buttons. On the home page, "Drafts unavailable" is a small label — click it to read why. **Watch for:** Any dashboard view whose content is cut off at the bottom, or a second scrollbar on the far right of the window.

Fixed

Undo button on assistant changes

When the assistant changes your site (for example your header button or menu), its "Done" message now has an Undo button, so you can take the change back in one click instead of asking again. **Where:** Mission Control → Chat **How to test:** Ask the assistant to change the header button text, confirm, then click Undo under the "Done" message — the old text returns and the button moves to the previous change (or disappears when nothing is left to undo). **Watch for:** Undo showing on an older message than the latest change; the button staying clickable while the assistant is working.

Fixed

WhatsApp button now builds using your site's own number

When a site build included the WhatsApp chat button, it was reported as "couldn't build" even when your site already had a WhatsApp or phone number — it now picks that number up automatically. **Where:** Build a site whose plan includes the WhatsApp bubble add-on, then check the build summary banner and Site → Popups & banners. **How to test:** Start a full site build for a business with a phone/WhatsApp number in its details. The build summary should not list "WhatsApp bubble couldn't build", and the bubble should appear on the preview linking to that number. **Watch for:** Numbers entered without a country code (e.g. a 10-digit Indian mobile) should still link correctly; sites with no number at all should still show the "add it from Settings" message.

Fixed

White-label agencies' clients no longer see our name when connecting a domain

When an agency on white-label connects a client's own domain, the DNS record the client adds now points at the agency's own preview domain (or a neutral address), the shareable setup guide carries no platform branding, and the setup link is one click at the top of the domain card. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Domain, with a custom domain awaiting verification **How to test:** In a white-label organization, add a custom domain. The CNAME value should be the agency's preview domain (or a neutral address if it has none), never ours. Click "Copy setup link to share" and open it in a private window — no login, no platform name in the tab title. Long TXT values show in full instead of being cut off. **Watch for:** A domain whose client already added the old record must still verify. If a domain can't be registered, the screen should say so instead of showing records that can never verify.

Improved

AI edits no longer show counts or "plan usage" wording

AI edits are simply available or not. Pro is unlimited, and a Free workspace that reaches its limit gets one clear "Upgrade to Pro" message with a link, instead of refinement counts, reset dates or "No credits" notes. **Where:** Design editor chat, section layout ideas, the dashboard Assistant's approval cards, WhatsApp approvals, Billing → Current Usage **How to test:** Ask the dashboard Assistant to change a homepage headline — the approval card has no "Plan usage" line. Open Billing — there is no "AI Refinements" meter. On a Free workspace at its limit, send an edit in the design chat — the reply says to upgrade and links to the billing page's plans. **Watch for:** An "Upgrade" link that lands on the dashboard instead of Billing; any leftover "AI refinement", count or "credits" wording on an AI edit.

Fixed

Carousels always arrive as slides, in Instagram portrait size

A finished carousel is now split into its slides the moment it is made, even if you leave the page, and new carousels are made in 4:5 portrait (1080×1350) unless you ask for square. **Where:** Creative Studio → make a carousel **How to test:** Ask for a 3-slide carousel, then close the tab as soon as it starts. Reopen Creative Studio: the carousel shows as 3 separate slides, each 1080×1350, with no white dividers. Ask for a "square carousel" and confirm the slides come out 1080×1080. **Watch for:** a carousel showing as one wide picture with white lines between the panels; a carousel coming out square when you did not ask for square.

Fixed

Carousels now keep the number of slides you ask for

Asking for "a 2-slide carousel" or "keep it to 3 slides" in Creative Studio sometimes came back as 4 slides. The slide count you write in your request is now the one you get. When you don't give a number, the carousel still picks a length that fits the topic. **Where:** Creative Studio → Making: Carousel → describe it in the chat **How to test:** Ask for "a 2-slide Instagram carousel about …" and plan the slides — you should get exactly 2. Try "five slides" and "keep it to 3 slides" too. Then ask without a number and check the length still varies with the topic. **Watch for:** A deck longer or shorter than the number you typed; a request with no number always coming back the same length.

Fixed

Choosing a plan on the pricing page now opens your plans after signup

Signing up from a plan on the pricing page used to drop you on the dashboard with no plan picker in sight. It now opens Billing with the plans in view. Upgrade links from custom-domain prompts and connected AI tools also go to the right billing page. **Where:** Pricing page → choose a plan → sign up; Settings → Domains on a Free workspace **How to test:** From the pricing page, pick Pro and sign up (or sign in). You should land on Billing, scrolled to Plans. On a Free workspace, try to connect a custom domain — the upgrade link should open Billing, not the dashboard. **Watch for:** Landing on the dashboard instead of Billing; a workspace with several organizations opening the wrong one's billing.

Fixed

Creative Studio keeps your conversation when you follow up or open a finished render

Asking for another carousel in the same Images conversation no longer gets treated as a brand-new chat, "Open" on a finished render takes you back to the conversation that made it, and "Download all" on a carousel now saves every slide. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images & Carousels → any conversation **How to test:** Answer the assistant's question about your business, render a carousel, then ask for another one on a related topic (send it straight after the page loads). The assistant should remember your earlier answer and propose a deck rather than asking the same question again. Press "Open" on the "Your carousel" notification and check you land back in that conversation. On a rendered deck, press "Download all" and confirm the zip contains every slide. **Watch for:** The Send button staying disabled for more than a few seconds after the page opens; the same question about your business being asked twice in one conversation; "Could not download any file".

Improved

Making a carousel in the chat is quieter: one progress line, no repeated cards

Asking for a carousel used to stack up a concept card, a deck card and a results card that all repeated the same headline, with up to four spinners going at once and sometimes a red "could not plan slides" message that fixed itself a moment later. Now you see the assistant's reply, one "Writing your slides" line, and then the carousel itself as it's made. The slide text is still one click away. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images & Carousels → chat **How to test:** Pick Making: Carousel, type "Make a 2-slide Instagram carousel about …" and send. Watch until the slides appear. Also type a long, multi-line message in the box. **Watch for:** More than one spinner on screen at once; the headline shown in more than one box; a "1 variant in this batch" bar or a lone "Take 1" tag; a red planning error that then goes away on its own; the message box not lining up with the paperclip, microphone and send buttons, or not growing as you type.

Improved

Motion graphics is one look, and we pick how it's made

"Motion graphics" and "Kinetic type" are now one Motion graphics look. You no longer choose between them. From what the film is for, we decide whether to make it as one fast film cut to the music (a launch, promo, teaser or reel) or lay it out scene by scene with a voiceover (an explainer or walkthrough). A film for something people use, like an app or an order, can now show it being used: a request typed in, your real products, and a reply with a button pressed. **Where:** Creative → Video → start a new film → Pick a look → Motion graphics. Also in a film's storyboard, side panel → Look. **How to test:** Pick Motion graphics and ask for "a launch video for my messaging app". The chat should say it made one fast film cut to music, and the storyboard is written that way. Start another film and ask it to "explain how our invoicing works in four steps with a voiceover". The chat should say it laid the film out scene by scene. On either film, ask for the other way ("make it punchy" / "explain it step by step") and it switches. **Watch for:** Films made earlier as "Kinetic type" still show as Motion graphics. Switching a film's look to Filmed, Photo reel or Website demo takes it off the cut-to-music way. Product cards in a film are always your own products, photos and prices. A card for something you don't sell is a bug.

Fixed

Motion graphics on your own video: every word captioned on time, cleaner end card, stronger checks

Motion graphics over your own talking video no longer drop words from the captions, show words before you say them, or add stray full stops. The end card now waits until you finish speaking and shows your name once. Every finished edit is checked against what you actually said before you see it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your own video → ask for motion graphics **How to test:** Upload a talking-head video and ask for motion graphics. Approve the card and wait for it to finish, then play it. - Every word you say appears, either in the captions or in a graphic, as you say it. - No full stop appears after a phrase that carries on. - Large one-word graphics stay inside the frame. - The end card appears only after your last word, with your business name shown once and no empty grey bar. **Watch for:** a caption that appears before the word is spoken, or the same words on screen twice at once.

Improved

Motion graphics on your own video: one clear text at a time, steady phrase captions, readable scenes and a brand-led end card

Motion graphics on your own video now read cleanly. A graphic carries the words being said while it's on screen, with no caption bar over it. Captions show short phrases in one steady position, text is always readable against what's behind it, and the end card leads with your brand in your own colours. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your own video → ask for motion graphics **How to test:** Approve motion graphics on a talking-head video, then play the result. - While a full-screen graphic is up, there's no caption bar: the graphic shows what's being said. - Captions are 2–5 word phrases and stay in one place for the whole video. - Every graphic's text is clearly readable. - The end card shows your brand name or logo as the largest element, in your brand's colours. **Watch for:** captions jumping position, a single word flashing as a caption, dark text on a dark graphic, or a sign-off larger than the brand name.

Improved

Motion graphics: dials, code windows, real charts and a serif accent

Motion graphics films cut to music have four new building blocks: a dial with a swinging needle, code windows where a task runs and lands on "DONE.", a bar chart of your real numbers, and an elegant serif italic for the odd word said aside ("sounds smart, *right?*"). **Where:** Creative → Video → a Motion graphics film. Pick the kind of film and describe it, and the director uses these where they fit. **How to test:** Ask for a punchy film comparing two ways of working ("slow vs fast", "before vs after"). Look for the dial swinging from one end to the other, or code windows side by side. For a chart, your business facts must include the numbers (for example "orders went from 40 to 140 a week"), and the chart then shows exactly those numbers. **Watch for:** A chart or a timer showing a number your facts don't state is a bug. Every number on screen must be one you gave us. The serif words only ever repeat words already in the film.

Fixed

Your own videos: clear next steps, caption styles, music choice and visible motion-graphics progress

After you upload a video you now get a short message with one-tap next steps. You can pick a caption style and a music track directly. Paid motion graphics show that they are working and tell you when they are done, instead of the video appearing unchanged. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload your own video **How to test:** 1. Upload a talking-head video. The chat says "Done — …" with four buttons: Add motion graphics, Change caption style, Change the music, Make a square version. 2. Under Captions on the right, pick a different style from the dropdown. The preview changes straight away. 3. Under Music, pick a different track. The preview changes. 4. Pick the "Creator" preset. The opening title sits fully inside the video at the top and is no longer cut off or broken into one-word boxes. 5. Ask for motion graphics and approve the card. A "working" note appears on the right, the chat says so when it is done, and the preview plays the new version. **Watch for:** a second "your film is ready" message after upload (there should be none), the caption or music switches staying on after motion graphics land (they should be off, with an explanation), and "Pick a scene to change it" (no longer shown for your own videos).

Improved

Assistant videos start faster and end with an Approve button

Asking the Assistant for a video now skips several behind-the-scenes steps before the director starts, and once the storyboard is ready the reply ends with an approval card showing the price, so you can tap Approve instead of typing "go ahead". **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant → New task **How to test:** Ask "Create a kinetic motion launch video for <your brand>". Wait for the storyboard summary. Check that an approval card with the credit price and Approve / Cancel buttons appears under the reply, and that tapping Approve starts making the film. **Watch for:** A reply that still ends with "Would you like me to proceed?" and no card; the card's price differing from the price in the reply; the assistant asking which brand to use when the workspace has only one.

Fixed

Carousels for brands with a logo now render every slide

Carousels for brands that have a logo were failing with "No base image available for this slide" and showed only the uncut sheet; every slide now renders. **Where:** Creative Studio → Carousels → create a carousel for a brand that has a primary logo **How to test:** Ask for a 2–8 slide carousel, approve and render it, and check that every slide appears as its own image in the right order **Watch for:** The error banner, a single tall image instead of separate slides, or a slide showing the whole sheet. Grid carousels do not carry the logo stamp — the slide art is drawn edge to edge, and a stamped logo covered the headlines.

Fixed

Carousels now carry your logo or business name

Carousels were going out with no logo and no business name, even when you had chosen "Our logo". The cover and the last slide now carry your logo, or your business name if there is no logo on file. **Where:** Creative Studio → make a carousel **How to test:** With a logo in the Brand Kit, make a carousel and check that the cover and the last slide show the logo small in a top corner, and the middle slides don't. Remove the logo (or pick "Our name") and check that the business name appears there as text instead. Pick "Nothing" and check that no name or logo appears. **Watch for:** A logo that has been redrawn or recoloured, an invented icon next to the business name, the mark covering the headline, or a mark on every slide.

Fixed

Copy edits from the editor's assistant now show on the page

Asking the site editor's assistant to change text, or to add or remove an item such as an FAQ or a service, now changes the design you are looking at. Before, on most generated sites the change was saved but the page kept showing the old text. **Where:** Site editor → assistant chat **How to test:** Open a generated site in the editor, ask the assistant to "change the hero headline to Fresh pizza every day", and approve. The headline on the canvas changes. Ask it to add an FAQ, then to remove one; both show. Use Undo on each and the previous text comes back. Switch to a different design and check it was not changed. **Watch for:** An edit landing on a design other than the one on screen; Undo leaving behind a field the edit added; an edit refused with a validation message when the page reads the field being removed.

Improved

Creative Studio makes your image or carousel straight away

Ask for an image or a carousel and it is made right away, with the price shown under the message box before you send. There's no more grey preview that looked like the finished result. **Where:** Creative Studio → the chat composer **How to test:** Pick "Carousel" under Making, check the line beside it says "Carousel · 2 credits, any number of slides · charged when it is made", then ask for a carousel. It should say "Making your N slides…" and the real slides should appear below, with no grey slide mock and no extra button to press. Pick "Image", ask for an 8-slide carousel: it should stop and say the request reads like a carousel, and make nothing until you press the button. **Watch for:** Anything being made that costs more than 4 credits without a click; a carousel revision ("change slide 3") being made without asking; the "untick to approve each one" option not stopping automatic making; assistant messages showing raw asterisks instead of formatting.

Fixed

Editor assistant: form settings, renames and the chat widget no longer undo other changes

Asking the site editor's assistant to change a form's auto-response subject no longer switches the auto-response off, and renaming the site or switching on the chat widget no longer risks putting back changes saved since the editor was opened. **Where:** Site editor → assistant chat **How to test:** On a site with a contact form, ask the assistant to "change the auto-response subject to Thanks for reaching out". Check the form's settings: auto-response is still on with the new subject. Ask it to rename the site, then undo; the old name returns and nothing else changes. Ask it to turn on the chat widget; any custom code you already had is still there. **Watch for:** A form setting you did not mention changing; undoing a rename reverting other edits; the chat widget reported on but missing after publishing.

New

Get a voiceover written and recorded for your own video

Upload a video where nobody speaks and ask for a voiceover: the studio writes a script timed to what happens in each shot, shows you each line next to the frame it plays over, and records it over your video — every line starting on its moment, never before it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload a video, then type "generate a voiceover for it". **How to test:** Upload a 20–60 second video with no speech (a screen recording or product clip). Ask for a voiceover, pick a voice on the card, and check the script card: each line shows a thumbnail, when it starts, and how much room it has. Edit a line to be much longer — the card should warn it's too long. Approve it and play the finished film. **Watch for:** A line describing something before it appears on screen, the last line cut off at the end, the card price changing between the card and approval, or the chat saying a script is ready when no card is shown.

New

New Kinetic style for Studio Video: fast, typographic films cut to the beat

Owners can now choose a Kinetic look for launch teasers and brand films. The film is built from huge type, line graphics and real 3D moments, each chosen to show what that line means, and cut exactly to the music. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → describe your film and pick the Kinetic feel (or ask for "kinetic style" in chat) **How to test:** Ask for a 15-second kinetic teaser for your business, approve the storyboard's statement, press Make it. After it's made, change the colours or words in the Kinetic panel and watch the preview update instantly. **Watch for:** Words shown before they're spoken, graphics that don't read as the idea they stand for, and the end card logo looking soft.

New

Pick your video's look from moving samples

Starting a video now shows every look a film can be made of — filmed scenes, a reel of your own photos, motion graphics, kinetic type and a website demo — each as a short playing sample, so you see what you're choosing instead of guessing from a word like "bold". **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → "What are we making?" **How to test:** Pick a type (for example Organic reel) and check the looks that suit it are marked. Hover a look to play its sample, pick one, describe the video and start it. The film's plan should follow the look: a Kinetic pick makes a kinetic film, Photo reel builds scenes from your photos, Filmed scenes plans footage. **Watch for:** Samples that don't play on hover or on the picked card on a phone; a picked look being ignored by the storyboard; "Let us choose" behaving differently from before (it should change nothing).

New

Review posts with your team before they go out

Creative Studio now has a Review tool: send a post for review, leave notes pinned to a moment in a video or a spot on a picture, approve or ask for changes, and only schedule what everyone has signed off. **Where:** Creative Studio → Review. Also: the calendar's post panel ("Send for review"), the review chip on calendar posts, "Upload for review" on the Review board, and Creative Studio → Settings → Review for each brand's rules. **How to test:** 1. In Creative Studio → Settings → Review, tick one or two team approvers, add a client approver and tick "The client must approve", then save. If posts are already scheduled for the brand, turning approval on first tells you how many will be held until approved. 2. On the Review board, press "Upload for review", drop two pictures, and send it. The post opens on its review screen as a carousel. 3. Open a post with a video. Press a note marker under the video and check the video jumps there. Press "Pin a note to a spot", press the picture, write a note and post it. Reply to a note, then resolve it. 4. Approve with a rating. The post now waits on the client: use "Record their approval" (or "Send client link"). Once everyone has approved, "Schedule" opens the usual scheduling panel. 5. Upload a new version. Everyone's approval now says it needs a fresh look, and "What changed" lists the change. Pick the earlier version from "Version" to see it read-only. 6. On the calendar, a post in review shows a chip such as "Needs review"; its panel links to the review screen. A link from a review email opens the review screen directly. **Watch for:** - A post you can schedule before every required approver has approved its latest version. - An approval that still counts after a new version was uploaded. - A carousel that says it "was changed after" its version when nothing changed. - Buttons shown to someone who cannot use them (a viewer should be able to leave notes, but not approve, edit or upload). - "Upload for review" on a website that has no content plan yet: it should say so and offer "Create a plan", not fail silently.

New

Send your client a link to check posts on their phone

Your client can now check the posts waiting for their OK from one link, with no account: they watch or swipe through each post, read the words that go with it, tap the picture to leave a note on the exact spot, and say "Looks good" or "Needs changes". Their answer is recorded under their name against exactly the version they looked at, and nothing is posted until you schedule it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Review → open a post → Approvers → "Send client link" (posts wait on the client only when client approval is turned on in the brand’s review settings). **How to test:** Turn on client approval for a brand and add your client's name and email. Approve a post as the team, then send the client link. Open the email on a phone: the page lists the posts waiting, what changed since the client last looked, and the caption for each place it will go. Leave a note on the picture, then press "Needs changes" on one post and "Looks good" on another — the team gets an email for each. Upload a new version of the approved post, approve it as the team, and open the link again: it asks for a fresh look and shows what's new. After a day with a post unanswered, the client gets a reminder. **Watch for:** - "Looks good" working before the post's video or pictures have loaded (it should wait, and ask the client to look through every picture of a carousel first). - An answer landing on an older version after a new one was uploaded (it should say the post was updated and show the new one). - A turned-off link still opening (it should say the link doesn't work any more). - More than one "new posts" email within a few hours when the team approves several posts in a row.

Fixed

Site-ready notice now appears even after you start a new assistant chat

If you started a new conversation with the assistant while a site was still building, the "your site is ready" notice and the green dot on Ask AI could silently never appear. Every site that is still building is now followed, whichever conversation started it. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant, then any other dashboard page **How to test:** Start a new site from the assistant, click "New conversation" while it builds, go to Sites and wait for the build to finish. **Watch for:** No "is ready" toast or green dot once the site has finished building.

Improved

The assistant shows what it's doing while it works

While the assistant answers, it now shows each step as it happens, like "Finding Bella Forno…" or "Checking your forms…", instead of one "Working on it…" until the reply lands. The reply itself now appears as it is written rather than all at once. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant, and the Ask AI bar on any page **How to test:** Ask "what forms does <one of your sites> have?" and watch the line under your message. It should change as the assistant looks up the site and reads the forms. The reply then appears word by word and stays once finished. **Watch for:** A half-written reply left on screen, a reply that never appears after the steps stop, a step label showing an internal name instead of plain words, or an approval card missing after a change request.

Improved

The assistant works on your phone, and hands you the right page when a task needs a screen

On a phone, the Assistant now opens straight into the chat with the message box at the bottom of the screen. Your past conversations sit behind a button instead of above the chat. And when you ask for something that needs a screen, like billing, deleting a site, connecting Instagram or dragging a section around, the assistant replies with a button that opens the exact page. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant, and the Ask AI bar on any page **How to test:** On a phone, open the Assistant. The message box should be visible without scrolling, and tapping it should not zoom the page. Tap the conversations button to see past chats, pick one, and you're back in the chat. Ask "where do I change my billing plan?" or "connect my Instagram for <site>" and tap the button in the reply. **Watch for:** A button that opens the wrong site or a page that doesn't exist, a link in the reply text that goes nowhere, or approval buttons that are hard to tap on a phone.

Improved

The dashboard assistant shows changes the same way the editor does

When the assistant on your dashboard changes a site, it now shows the same "was / now" card as the site editor, with an Undo button and a button that opens the editor on that site. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant, after approving a change to a site's copy or a page edit **How to test:** Ask the assistant to change a headline on one of your sites, approve it, and wait for it to finish. The card should list the old and new text, say "and N more" when there are many changes, offer Undo, and show "Open the editor". Click Undo and reload the site to confirm the old text is back. **Watch for:** Undo restoring a version other than the one just before the change; the card missing on tasks from before this update (those should still show their changes, without Undo).

Improved

The Video studio now understands your uploaded video scene by scene

When you upload your own video, the studio now works out what happens in each shot — what's on screen, any text or typed words, the moment a change lands, and the closing card — timed to the real cuts in your video. Ask it what's in your video and you get an accurate, shot-by-shot answer. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload a video, then ask "what's in my video?" **How to test:** Upload a 20–60 second video with a few cuts (a screen recording or a product clip works well). Once it's on the film, ask what's in it. The answer should name what happens in each part, in order, at the right moments. **Watch for:** Moments described in the wrong order or before they happen, text in the video misquoted, or the studio saying someone speaks when only music plays.

New

Upload clips straight from your phone, and know when it's safe to delete them

You can now send footage from your phone's camera roll straight into a brand's library. Big clips upload in pieces, so a dropped signal picks up where it stopped instead of starting again. Each clip tells you when it has been checked and is safe to delete from your phone. **Where:** Creative Studio → Library → Uploads (or Video) → "Upload from your phone". Scan the QR code with your phone, or open the link on your phone while signed in. **How to test:** On the phone, tap "Add clips from your camera roll" and pick two or three videos, including one over 100 MB. Watch each clip's progress. Switch the phone to airplane mode partway through: the clip should say "Connection dropped — will resume from N%". Switch it back and the clip should carry on from there, not from zero. When a clip shows "Checked · safe to delete from your phone", open Library → Uploads on your computer and check it is there. At the end, the page lists which clips to delete from Photos. **Watch for:** - A clip marked safe that isn't in the library. - The same clip appearing in the library twice. - The page jumping to another part of Creative Studio mid-upload. - A clip starting again from zero after the signal comes back. - On iPhone: whether the uploaded file is noticeably smaller than the one in Photos, which would mean it was re-compressed. - "Use mobile data too" on Android: with it off, uploads should wait on mobile data. On iPhone the page says it can't tell Wi-Fi from mobile data.

Fixed

Uploading your own video to the Video studio now works

Uploading a video to start a film used to fail right after the file finished sending. It's now read in the background and lands on your film in about a minute, with a "Watching your video…" state while you wait. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → "Upload a video instead" (or "Choose your video" on the Polish card), or drop a video into the chat and say it's your footage. **How to test:** Upload a 10–60 second phone video. The film shows "Watching your video…", then the clip appears on the film. Ask "what's in my video?" and the studio describes it. **Watch for:** A reading that never finishes (more than a few minutes), a video with only music being described as having someone speaking, or the chat offering to generate new footage while your video is still being read.

Fixed

Voice asks before replacing images; assistant publishing follows the editor's rules

Asking the editor's voice assistant for new images now gets a spoken "are you sure?" first, and the dashboard assistant only offers publishing to people who can publish in the editor. **Where:** Site editor → voice mode; Dashboard → Assistant **How to test:** In voice mode, say "get new images for the about page". The assistant should say what it will replace and wait for a yes before doing anything. As a team member with the Editor role, ask the dashboard assistant to publish a site: it should not offer to publish. As an admin, it should. **Watch for:** Voice replacing images without asking; an admin no longer able to publish from the dashboard assistant; other confirmed voice actions (bulk-deleting enquiries, starting a campaign) asking but then never completing after a yes.

Improved

Voiceover scripts: five free rewrites, then a credit each

When the studio writes a voiceover for your own video, asking it to rewrite the script is free five times; after that each extra rewrite adds one credit to the script card, charged only if you approve it. Editing the lines on the card yourself is always free. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your uploaded video → the voiceover script card. **How to test:** Ask for a voiceover, then ask the studio to rewrite it six times. The seventh card shows an extra line "Script rewrite after the 5 free (1)" with 1 credit. Edit a line yourself on the card — the price does not change. **Watch for:** Extra credits appearing before the sixth rewrite, your own edits being counted, or the price on approval differing from the card.

Assistant checks the help articles before saying a feature doesn't exist

Asking the assistant whether Mondovo can do something, like "can I use Mondovo from ChatGPT?", now gets an answer from the help articles, including where to find the setting. It no longer gives a wrong "no". **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant (also WhatsApp chat and calls) **How to test:** Ask "can I use Mondovo from ChatGPT?". The reply should say yes and point to avatar menu → Workspace settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. Try it again with a site selected. **Watch for:** A reply that talks about this assistant instead of ChatGPT, or one that says the feature isn't available.

Fixed

Assistant price answers show every plan and link to Billing

When you ask the assistant what a plan or an extra seat costs, it answers your question first and then lists every plan, what each includes, which one you are on, and where to change it. Before, it gave only the one number you asked for. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant (also WhatsApp chat) **How to test:** Start a new conversation and ask "how much does Pro cost and how much is an extra seat?" **Watch for:** The Free plan, the included seats and credits, the "(your current plan)" marker and the Billing link should all appear. Voice calls still give a short spoken answer.

New

Characters look the same in every shot of a video

When a video has a character in it, like an animated spokesperson or a customer the story follows, the studio now draws a character sheet first and starts every shot of that character from it, so they look like the same person from the first scene to the last. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → describe a film with a character in it **How to test:** Ask for an animated ad where a named character appears in several places (for example at home, then at a shop). Approve the script and open the plan. **Watch for:** The character's face, hair or build changing between shots; explaining scenes (diagrams, numbers) turning into video instead of graphics; the plan taking noticeably longer than a minute to appear.

Improved

Creating a site from the workspace assistant now runs the same planning conversation as the site builder

When you ask the workspace assistant to create a new website, the conversation is now the same one the site builder's chat has: the same questions, the same short form, the same site plan and the same suggested replies. Your answers, corrections and plan are kept with the task, so you can leave and come back, speak instead of type, or carry on from WhatsApp. Nothing is created until you approve the final plan on screen. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant workspace → "Create a new website for my business" (or type your own request). **How to test:** Describe your business in one message. Answer the follow-up questions and the short form, then correct a detail ("actually we're in Mumbai"). Reload the page and ask "what pages will the site have?" — the plan should still be there. Choose "Review and create this site" and check the review card before approving. Try "Leave site setup" on another request and confirm nothing was created. **Watch for:** The assistant asking its own questions instead of the planning questions; answers or corrections lost after a reload; a site or client appearing before you approve; the review card showing a plan different from the one in the conversation.

Fixed

Fixed site search, site-restricted invites and site tasks in the assistant

A site-access check was failing behind the scenes, which broke three things: searching your sites from the dashboard, inviting a teammate restricted to specific sites, and any assistant request about a particular site (edits, new pages, publishing, switching designs). All three work again. The assistant's review cards now show site and workspace names instead of internal IDs. **Where:** Dashboard site search; Team → Invite (restrict to sites); Dashboard → Assistant workspace. **How to test:** Search for one of your sites by name from the dashboard. Invite a teammate restricted to one site. In the assistant, ask "show me the designs for <your site>" and try "Use this design", then Cancel. **Watch for:** "Something went wrong" on any of these; review cards showing long IDs instead of names.

New

Invite teammates, check pricing, and get told when your site is ready

The assistant can now invite people to your team and answer pricing questions from our current plans. It also tells you when a new site finishes building, wherever you are in the app. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant (or the "Ask AI" button on any dashboard page) **How to test:** 1. Ask "invite sam@example.com to my team as a viewer, only for <one of your sites>". An approval card shows the person, role and sites. Approve it, and the invitation email is sent. 2. Ask "how much is Pro?" or "how much is an extra seat?". The answer lists the current plans and marks yours. 3. Approve a new site, then go to another dashboard page. When it finishes, a "… is ready" notice appears with an Open button, and the Ask AI button shows a green dot. **Watch for:** an invite that goes out without approval; a price that differs from the Billing page; the ready notice appearing twice or never; the invite offered by someone who is not a workspace admin.

Fixed

Photo scenes in your video use your own photo, and cost a credit less

When you have added your own photos, a video scene marked "Your photo" now shows one of them, placed whole with the scene's words over it, instead of a picture found or made for it. Because nothing is bought for that scene, it costs one credit less. If none of your photos fits a scene, it is made as before. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → start a film and give it your own photos (a dish, a room, a product). On the storyboard, look for scenes marked "Your photo". **How to test:** Make a short ad for a business with a few photos attached. On the plan card, check that each "Your photo" scene is priced like a drawn scene, with no extra photo charge, and that the "photos in the scenes" line lists only scenes that still need one. Make the film, then play a "Your photo" scene: it should show one of your photos, uncropped beyond the frame, with its words readable on a panel over it. **Watch for:** A "Your photo" scene showing a stock or made-up picture instead of yours; a photo scene still charged for a photo; words sitting on top of the main thing in the photo; a photo that looks recoloured or redrawn.

Improved

The assistant now shows your new site being built, then a preview you can open or share

After you approve a new site in the workspace assistant, the conversation shows live progress with the current step, and a link to watch the build in the site builder. When it finishes you get the homepage thumbnail, the other designs to flip through, and buttons to open it in the editor, preview it, or copy a share link — instead of a plain "your site is ready" message with nothing to click. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant workspace → create a new site and approve it. **How to test:** Approve a site creation. Watch the progress card update and try "Watch it build". When it completes, check the thumbnail and design strip, then try Open in editor, Preview and Copy share link. **Watch for:** A progress card stuck at the same step after the site is ready; no thumbnail after a few minutes; buttons that open the wrong site.

Improved

The assistant's help answers are up to date and actually used

The assistant's product help now covers today's features, including Growth, Creative Studio, video, the client portal, white-label, connected AI apps and team invites. Help questions now find the right article instead of often finding none. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant **How to test:** Ask "how do I connect my own domain?", "can I undo a change?" or "what is the client portal?". Each answer should match the current screens and never quote a price (prices come from the live plans). **Watch for:** an answer describing a screen or option that no longer exists; a price quoted from a help answer instead of the current plans.

Improved

Video ideas arrive in seconds, and story films end without an ad

Asking the video studio for ideas now takes seconds instead of minutes, films with no dialogue get three ideas instead of one, and a new "story or entertainment short" option writes films that end on their own payoff with no end card or call to action. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → start a new film **How to test:** Start a film, pick "A story or entertainment short" on the first question, and describe a short wordless story that loops. Then ask the studio in chat for "a few other ideas". **Watch for:** The script ending on a logo or "watch again" card; fewer than three ideas when you asked for no dialogue; an ideas reply taking longer than about a minute and a half.

Improved

Video maker: see scene 1 before you pay for the rest

New films with filmed footage now start with a single scene. You watch scene 1, then shoot the rest in one go or keep going one scene at a time, so credits are no longer spent on a whole film you haven't seen. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a film with filmed scenes → the panel beside the sound row **How to test:** Start an Ad, let the storyboard fill, press "Shoot scene 1". Only that scene's credits are charged. When it lands, the panel asks "Does it feel right?" with "Shoot the other N" and "Shoot scene 2 only". The progress row above the storyboard moves Scenes → Shoot → Finish. **Watch for:** The finished film being put together, or a "your film is ready" email, before every scene is shot; a price that doesn't match the charge; films made only of drawn scenes should still show the single "Make it" button.

New

Video maker: sound after the picture, continuity tips, free sketches

Ads and reels now shoot the picture first. You pick the voice and music against the real footage, and the voiceover is fitted to your finished scenes. Along the way, scene cards show free sketches before anything is shot, and after each shot you get a suggestion for how the next scene can match what was actually filmed. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → start an Ad **How to test:** Watch the free sketches appear on the scene cards. Shoot scene 1; once it lands, a continuity suggestion appears for scene 2 (Apply or keep your words). Shoot the rest, or press "Finish with the scenes I have". When every scene is shot, the Sound step offers "Record the voiceover" and flags any line longer than its scene. Once it lands, the Finish step shows the download. **Watch for:** Scenes being reshot or re-timed after the voice is recorded; the voice starting in the wrong place in a scene; a suggestion that changes the story rather than matching the look; sketches overwriting real shots.

Improved

Videos are made faster and cheaper, with no resolution to choose

Video scenes are now made on our standard video model by default, which is quicker and costs less. A longer model is used only when a scene needs it, and the plan says why. You are no longer asked to pick a resolution. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with filmed scenes **How to test:** Plan a film with a few short filmed scenes and check the plan's price and wait. Then ask for one continuous 20-second shot and check the plan says it uses extended footage and why. **Watch for:** A resolution choice still appearing anywhere; the extended line showing for short scenes; made-up speech audible in a film with no voiceover.

Improved

Voiceovers now use a newer, more natural voice model

Voiceovers and film narration recorded with the built-in voices now use our newest speech model, which ranks higher for naturalness and supports more languages. Your chosen voice, accent, pace and delivery tags all carry over. **Where:** Creative Studio → any Motion video or Studio film → Voiceover / Narration → record or preview a voice **How to test:** Pick a built-in voice, add a delivery tag such as "Lift the energy" or "An audible sigh" to a line, and record. The read should sound natural, keep your wording exactly, and never say the tag itself out loud. **Watch for:** A missing line, a tag or instruction spoken aloud (for example "whispers" or "long pause"), or a line cut off mid-word where the film switches scenes.

Fixed

A scene nobody has made yet no longer offers to redraw itself

Before the first press, the storyboard offered to sell a "Redraw it" on scenes that had never been drawn — and the dark card in the preview gave no clue it was a plan rather than a broken picture. **Where:** Creative Studio → any video → the storyboard, before you press the make button **How to test:** Open a film whose scenes all read "New". The preview card now says "Not made yet · the plan for this scene". Pick a scene: the side panel offers only the free changes (change the words, move it, delete it) and says the button below makes it — no price on a scene that has nothing under it. Press the button, wait for the scenes to land, then pick one again: the paid actions are back. **Watch for:** A made scene that has lost its clip reads as new — it should offer nothing paid either, and the button should offer to make it.

Fixed

Approving a motion-graphics film no longer shows a false error

Approving a video plan made of motion-graphic scenes could say "Something went wrong with this video" even though the film was being made. The conversation also stayed stuck on the plan step. The approval now goes through cleanly and the film moves on to its next step. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → approve a plan with drawn / motion-graphic scenes **How to test:** Approve a motion-graphics plan whose scenes have fractional lengths (for example 8.5 s). No error should appear, the clips should start rendering, and the film's length should read in whole seconds. **Watch for:** Any error notice after approving, or the conversation staying on the plan card after the clips are made.

Improved

Drawn video scenes get a modern look, in your brand's own colours

Motion-graphics scenes in your videos are now built from a library of polished animated pieces, with scenes that flow into each other and styles taken from your website's real colours and fonts. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a new motion-graphics video → the style step, then the film **How to test:** Start a motion-graphics video for a brand with a published site. The style step should offer Soft light, Soft night and Editorial looks in your site's colours, appearing instantly. Make the film and check that scenes flow into one another rather than cutting like slides. **Watch for:** Text cut off at the edges, words overlapping, or colours that don't match your site.

Improved

Drawn video scenes now use painted illustrations and smoother motion

Motion-graphic scenes in Studio Video are now built from illustrated pictures of people, places and objects, with your words, screens and logo set crisply on top and a camera that keeps moving. A drawn scene now costs 6 credits (a redraw 3), and tweaks stay free. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → make a film with drawn (motion-graphic) scenes → Make the film **How to test:** Approve a script and style, press Make the film, and check each drawn scene shows illustrated pictures with your exact words, no text over people, and the logo on a light background. Check the plan card shows 6 credits per drawn scene. **Watch for:** A slow Make the film step (pictures are made first, up to about 75 seconds), a scene drawn without its picture, words overlapping a person, or a price other than 6 credits a scene.

Improved

Films now pick up the look and motion of a video you like

When you drop a video into a Creative Studio film and say you like its style, the film now takes on how that video looks and moves — its transitions, camera moves, type animation, pacing and signature tricks — instead of only borrowing its story shape. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → attach a video in the chat and choose "A video I like — match the style" **How to test:** Start a film, attach a short motion-graphics clip you like, pick "match the style", approve a script, and compare the storyboard's scene directions with a film made without the clip. **Watch for:** The reference video being described as unreadable; scene directions that ignore the reference; any of the reference's own product, words or logo appearing in your film.

Improved

Narration in your film's chosen voice is 4 credits a minute

Narration recorded in a voice you picked for your film (a library voice or your own) now costs 4 credits a minute; our built-in narration voices stay at 2 credits a minute. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video → Script → Voice, then the narration card **How to test:** Pick a library voice for the film, open the narration card and check the price line shows 4 credits per minute (rounded up). Switch to a built-in voice and check it shows 2 credits per minute. **Watch for:** A card that still shows 2 credits for a library voice, or a charge that doesn't match the card.

Fixed

Starting a video with a file attached no longer stalls

Starting a new Creative Studio video with a file attached (for example a video whose style you like) could leave the film stuck on "Working on it" until it gave up. It now carries on to the script like any other new film. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → attach a file on the "What are we making?" screen and press Start **How to test:** Attach a short video, describe the film, press Start, answer "A video I like — match the style", and check that a script appears within a minute or two. **Watch for:** "That planning turn stopped" or "The director could not answer" after answering the file question.

Improved

Video scripts now start from a real idea, with a hook and a story

When we write the script for a step-by-step video, we now find the idea first. We work out what the viewer actually feels, sketch several different ways the film could go, and pick the strongest. Then we write the scenes. Each script opens on a hook, builds some tension before the turn, and ends on a line worth remembering. Every scene also carries a detailed brief for how it should be drawn. Claims are still checked against what we know about your business before the script reaches you. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → describe a film → the script card **How to test:** Describe a product or offer without giving a concept, answer the brief questions (or say "you decide"), and read the script card. The first scene should grab attention, and each scene's picture should be specific. Then try a brief that includes your own concept. The script should keep every beat of it. **Watch for:** The script taking noticeably longer to appear, a script that drops the tone you asked for (cheeky should stay cheeky), a script that mentions a price, offer or web address you never gave us, and a script that ignores the concept you described.

Improved

Your AI assistant works on the video storyboard, and only makes it when you agree the price

An AI assistant connected to Mondovo now works on a video the same way you do in Video Studio: it talks to the director, sees the storyboard change at once, can undo any change, and can start from a kind of film, a ready format or one of your saved recipes. Nothing is made until the assistant presses the film's one button, and it must show you that price and get your yes first. **Where:** app.mondovo.com/connectors → Connect Mondovo to your AI assistant, then ask it for a video for your brand. The same film appears in Creative Studio → Video. **How to test:** Ask your assistant for "a 15-second ad for our new menu". It should tell you what the director put on the storyboard (the scenes, the music, the voice) and what making it costs. Ask it to change the music, then to undo that. Say yes to the price and it should make the film and give you the link when it is ready. **Watch for:** An assistant making a film without asking you about the price, a price different from the one on the film's button in Creative Studio, a change that cannot be undone, or a film that never finishes.

3D captions: words floating at different depths around you, with a moving camera

Two new caption styles, 3D depth and 3D editorial, put your words at different depths around you. A camera swoops in and drifts between them, so near words and far words move apart. A key word can sit back by the wall, behind your head. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with captions → Effects → Caption style → "3D depth" or "3D editorial". The director can also choose them ("make the captions 3D", "trending reel"). **How to test:** Pick a 3D style on a film where you speak to camera and export it. The export takes longer than a flat style. The words should arrive with a camera move and sit in the open space beside you. Ask for one word to go behind you on a clip with room around you, and check that it sits behind your head or shoulder and can still be read. The editor preview shows the words flat; the 3D appears in the exported film. **Watch for:** Black edges at the start of the film, captions over your face, a word behind you that is mostly hidden or runs off the frame, captions out of time with your voice, or an export that fails instead of falling back to flat captions.

Change a video's voice without losing the performance

Pick a voice from the voice library and change the voice in every spoken clip of your video. The timing, pauses and emotion stay exactly as they were, so the lips still match. You only pay for clips that actually change. **Where:** Video Studio → a video with someone talking → Script → Voice → choose a library voice → "Change voice" **How to test:** Choose a library voice, check the price shown next to "Change voice", press it and confirm. Each clip's tile shows "Changing the voice…" and then "Voice changed to …"; play a clip and check the new voice follows the original timing and emotion. **Watch for:** A price that differs from the one charged, a clip stuck on "Changing the voice…", a changed clip whose lips no longer match, or a failed clip that was not refunded.

New

Change one thing in a drawn video beat without redrawing it

In Video Studio you can now give a note on a drawn beat — "make the tagline bigger", "turn the button green", "hold the first line a second longer", "call step 2 Choose a design" — and only that changes. Everything else in the beat stays exactly as you approved it, it's free, and the beat keeps playing as it is until the change is ready. Launch films also have their own proven structure in the ideas round now. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with a drawn beat (a title, step list, diagram or end card) → the chat beside it. **How to test:** On a film with a drawn end card, ask "make the tagline bigger and the button green". Approve the plan; when the beat is redrawn, only the tagline size and button colour should differ. Try a timing note too: "hold the first line a second longer". **Watch for:** Anything changing that you didn't ask for, a word disappearing from the beat, a colour that isn't your brand's, or the beat going blank while it updates.

New

Choose your video's voice: thousands to search and preview, or your own

Videos can now speak in a voice you choose. Search a library of thousands of voices by accent, age, style and language, and play each one before you pick it. Or add a short recording of yourself (or someone who agreed) and have your video speak in your own voice. **Where:** Video Studio → a video → Script → Voice → Choose a voice **How to test:** Open the voice picker, search "warm British narrator" or filter to Hindi, play a few previews, and press Use on one. Then open "Your voices", add a 10–30 second recording, tick the permission box, save it, and use it. Ask the director to re-voice a clip — it should speak in the voice you chose. **Watch for:** Previews that do not play, a search that returns nothing for common words, a recording that fails to save, or a re-voiced clip that ignores the chosen voice.

New

Download each video clip, or all of them at once

Every finished clip in Video Studio can now be downloaded on its own as the original file, or all together as one zip — so you can cut them in your own editor. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → a film's timeline (Download on each clip, "Download all clips" above the timeline); also "Download clips" on the video's card in your Library. **How to test:** Open a film with at least two finished clips. Click Download on one clip and check the file plays and is named after your project. Click "Download all clips" and check the zip holds every finished clip in timeline order. **Watch for:** A download that opens in a new tab instead of saving, a file that's the low-quality preview, or a zip missing a clip.

New

Download titles and lower thirds with a transparent background

Video Studio can now draw titles, name straps, callouts and animated numbers with a transparent background, so you can lay them straight over your own footage in Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut, with no keying needed. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → ask the director for a graphic to put over your own footage (for example "a lower third with my name I can put over my video"). Once it's ready, its clip has a "Download (transparent .mov)" link next to Download. **How to test:** Ask for a lower third or a title you'll use in your own editor and approve the plan. The price should be the same as any other drawn scene. When it's ready, use "Download (transparent .mov)" and drop the file onto a video track in your editor, above your footage: only the graphic should show, with your footage visible around it. Ask to "draw it again". The new version should still be transparent. "Download all clips" should include the .mov too. **Watch for:** A dark or coloured box behind the graphic in your editor, colours that look different from the preview, words cut off at the edges of the frame, or a redrawn graphic that comes back with a background. In the preview and in a finished film, these graphics show on black. That's expected: the transparency is only in the download.

Improved

Drawn video beats look better, use your logo and match each other

Motion-graphic beats in Video Studio (titles, step lists, diagrams, end cards) are now drawn by a stronger model that sees the whole film, so every drawn beat shares one look, uses your real logo on a ground it reads on, and gets your exact words right. The first attempt now passes our checks on its own, so beats arrive faster. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with a drawn beat (ask for a title card, a list, a diagram or an end card). **How to test:** Make a film with two or more drawn beats and a brand kit that has a logo. Approve the plan and watch the beats: they should share the same background and style, the end card should show your actual logo, and every word should match what you approved. **Watch for:** A drawn beat that shows a word you did not approve, a logo that is hard to see against its background, a beat that renders black, or a strike-through landing on the wrong line.

New

Eight new caption styles for your videos, and sharper captions everywhere

Video Studio now has twelve caption styles instead of four. The new ones are Box highlight, Pop, Karaoke, Stacked, Marker, Glow, Minimal and Typewriter, and the Band style now draws its band. All captions now appear a moment before each word is spoken, drop the full stop at the end of a line, stay inside the frame, and carry a soft halo so they stay readable over bright footage. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with captions → Effects → Caption style. **How to test:** Open a film that has spoken captions and switch between the styles in the picker. Each one previews as it will look. Render the film and check that the burned-in captions match the preview. **Watch for:** Words overlapping or leaving wide gaps between them, a highlight box or underline that doesn't sit on its word, captions that run off the edge of the frame, or captions that lag behind the voice.

Improved

Longer videos keep the same colour from clip to clip

When a video is built from several clips that run on from one another, each clip used to come out a little warmer and brighter than the one before, which showed as a lighting change at every join. Exports now match every follow-on clip back to the look of the first one, automatically. **Where:** Video Studio → any video made of more than one connected clip → Export **How to test:** Make a video whose plan chains two or three clips from the same scene, export it, and scrub across each join: skin tone, lamp light and shadows should stay consistent instead of stepping warmer at each cut. **Watch for:** An export that fails or takes much longer than before (the colour match should add seconds, not minutes), or a follow-on clip that looks noticeably darker or flatter than the first.

New

Make and edit videos from your own AI assistant

Your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant connected to Mondovo) can now make a video in Video Studio from start to finish: brief the director, answer its questions, approve the plan and hand you the finished film. Paid plans still need your say-so on the exact price, and your daily credit cap applies. **Where:** app.mondovo.com/connectors → Connect Mondovo to your AI assistant, then ask your assistant for a video for your brand. **How to test:** Ask your assistant for "a 15-second reel for my brand announcing our new menu". It should show you the director's questions as choices, then a plan with a price in credits. Say yes to that price and it should return a link to the finished film. **Watch for:** An assistant approving a paid plan without asking you, a price different from the one you agreed, or a film that never finishes.

New

Mixed-type caption styles, and words that pass behind you now work reliably

Four new caption styles pair two very different typefaces: Editorial, Poster block, Outline duo and Sticker. Words that pass behind the person on screen now appear on a film's first export, fit the space beside the person, and stay in the captions when the person fills the frame and there's nowhere to put them. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with captions → Effects → Caption style. Behind-the-speaker words come from the director's graphics plan ("put 'morning' behind me"). **How to test:** Pick each new style and export. On a clip with space around the person, ask for one word to pass behind them and export. Check that the word is readable and that part of it is hidden by the person. On a tight close-up, ask for the same and check that the word stays in the captions. **Watch for:** A behind word mostly hidden or running off the edge, the first export of a clip showing words in front when a word should pass behind, a film that fails to export after asking for a behind word, or the next caption line landing on top of the previous one.

Fixed

Mobile menus open full screen, collection item pages load, and missing pages stay on-site

Four fixes found while comparing designs across our last ten generated sites: mobile menus that opened as a thin strip now fill the screen, collection item pages that showed a blank "No page at…" screen now load, a missing page in a preview no longer drops the visitor onto our own homepage, and FAQ sections no longer disappear from some designs. **Where:** Any site preview on mobile (tap the menu icon); collection pages such as a lookbook or gallery (open any item); FAQ / help sections. **How to test:** On a phone-width preview, open the menu on a site whose header is translucent — it should cover the whole screen with its own background. Open a collection listing and click an item — the item page should load with the site's header. Visit a made-up item address under the preview — you should see a neutral "This page isn't available" screen with a link back to the site. **Note:** previews get the menu fix immediately; an already-published site gets it the next time it is published. **Watch for:** Menus that look different when closed (they should be unchanged), headers that should hide on scroll, and collection pages that still show "No page at…".

New

Pick the look of your motion graphics from three live samples

When a video will be mostly animated graphics, Creative Studio now starts by showing three style options, each playing a short live sample in your brand's colours and fonts, and every animated scene after that follows the one you pick, so the whole video (or clip pack) looks consistent. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → start a video and set the picture to drawn (or ask for an animated explainer). The style card appears as the first question in the chat. Change it later from the video's Settings tab ("Change style"). **How to test:** Start a new video for a brand with colours and a typeface set, choose drawn graphics, and describe the video. Check the card shows three looks that each animate, press "Show me three more" once, then "Use this style" on one. Ask for an animated scene and check it uses that palette, those fonts and that pace. Ask for a change to the scene and check the look stays the same. **Watch for:** a sample tile that stays blank or shows a broken frame; a style card appearing on a video that is filmed rather than animated; the card being asked again after you already picked; phones with "reduce motion" on should see still frames rather than moving ones.

New

Star in your own UGC videos: use your photo as the person talking

You can now add a photo of yourself, or of someone who agreed, and have them be the person talking to camera in a UGC-style video. We turn the photo into a natural phone-selfie opening shot of the same face, then the video carries that person through every clip. **Where:** Video Studio → a video → Pictures → choose "A face", tick "This is me, or this person has agreed to appear in my videos", add the photo. Or drop the photo into the chat and choose "Me, or someone who agreed". Then ask for a UGC video with you talking. **How to test:** Add your photo with the box ticked, ask "make a 30 second UGC video of me talking about <topic>", check the opening still looks like you, approve the plan, and watch that the same person talks through every clip. **Watch for:** A face added without the box ticked should never be turned into someone talking (you'll be asked to confirm first). Watch for an opening still that does not look like the person in the photo, or a video that switches to a different person partway through.

New

Talking videos are checked word by word, and a misspoken word is fixed in one click

When a clip of someone talking finishes, we now listen to it against the script and flag any word that came out wrong (for example "treak" instead of "tweak"). One click swaps in the same word said correctly elsewhere in the same clip — same voice, no new generation, no cost. If the clip never says the word correctly, we recreate just that word in the speaker's own voice from the clip itself. You can also point at a word yourself and type what it should be. **Where:** Video Studio → a video with someone talking → Timeline → the clip's tile **How to test:** Make a UGC video where the person says a line with a repeated word. When a clip is ready, check its tile: it says "Says its script" or lists "Heard X at N s — should be Y". Press Listen to hear it, then Fix it; after about a minute the tile shows the corrected clip. Try "Another word sounds wrong?" to pick a word and type the right one. **Watch for:** A flag on a word that sounds fine (press "Not a problem"), a fix that changes the wrong word, the tile staying on "Fixing a word…", or the clip preview still playing the old word after a fix.

Improved

Talking videos never go silent mid-film, and the plan shows what will really be made

In videos where someone talks to camera, graphics are now always placed over the footage instead of replacing it, so the speaker is never cut off mid-film. The plan also stops drawing pictures for clips that simply carry on from the one before, and shows the speaker's script under each part. **Where:** Video Studio → a UGC or talking-to-camera video → Timeline **How to test:** Ask for a 30–40 second video of someone talking to camera with a stat or list in the middle. Check the plan's Timeline: parts that carry on from the previous clip say so instead of showing a drawn picture, each part shows the lines being said, and the stat appears as a graphic over the speaker rather than as a separate scene. Ask to add a cutaway shot into the middle of the talking video: you should be offered an on-screen graphic instead. **Watch for:** A talking video whose plan is refused and never recovers, a part with no picture and no "carries on" note, or the script missing under the parts.

New

Trim any film in Video Studio for free

You can now cut seconds off the start or end of any shot in a film Video Studio made for you, free and exactly where you ask, just by saying so ("cut the silence at the start"). Before, only videos you uploaded could be trimmed, and a made film could only be re-made, which cost credits. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any finished film → the chat beside it. **How to test:** On a finished film, type "there's too much silence at the start, trim it". A free plan appears; approve it and the film comes back shorter, with the captions still in time with the speech. **Watch for:** Captions or titles that land at the wrong moment after a trim, a plan that charges credits for a trim, or a trim that removes the wrong part.

Improved

UGC videos: better acting, and one voice from start to finish

UGC-style videos (a person talking to camera) are now made with the model that performed best in our tests on emotion, product handling and delivering the script word for word. When a UGC video is longer than one clip, every clip is also given the same description of the speaker's voice, so the person sounds like the same person across every join. **Where:** Video Studio → start a UGC-style video (pick a UGC idea, or ask for a UGC video) → approve the plan **How to test:** Ask for a 30–40 second UGC video of someone talking to camera, approve the plan, and play the finished film across each join between clips: the voice should stay recognisably the same person, and the acting should follow the directions in the script. **Watch for:** A UGC plan that is refused because it is "missing a voice description", a voice that clearly changes at a join, or a UGC clip longer than 15 seconds (those still go to our other model automatically).

Improved

Video storyboards follow your brief more closely, and each scene can be changed on its own

Video Studio storyboards now plan every scene around its job in the film and the feeling it should carry. Urgent stories stay urgent. Each storyboard gets a second look before any footage is made, and you can change one scene without redrawing the rest. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → any film with a storyboard (the numbered beats on the Timeline). **How to test:** Start a narrated film with a clear audience, market and tone, for example a home fire-safety film for Indian families. Check that the storyboard stills match the cast, place and urgency you asked for. Open one beat, rewrite its description and redraw it. Only that beat should change: the other stills stay the same, and the plan can still be approved without "update the plan". Ask for a punchier edit. A few short 3-second shots may appear among the longer ones, and the price will count each one as a full 5-second shot. After approving, add music and check that the track suits how the film builds and resolves. **Watch for:** Scenes that ignore your audience or constraints. A dangerous moment drawn as calm. A redrawn beat that changes its neighbours. A plan that shows "the scene directions changed" after you edit one footage beat. A film made mostly of very short shots. The director mentioning a storyboard problem that isn't visible in the stills.

New

Video Studio can make a batch of separate clips, not just one film

Ask for a set of shots — b-roll, cinematic scenes, motion graphics or a mix — and Video Studio makes them as separate clips you can download and edit yourself. Add another batch whenever you like, choose which shots to pay for, and ask for another take of any shot. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → switch the project to "Separate clips" (or just ask the director for a set of clips to edit yourself). **How to test:** Ask for "four b-roll shots of our cafe for my own edit". The plan should list each shot with its own price and a tick box. Untick one and approve — only the ticked shots are made and charged. Ask for two more shots while the first ones are still being made; they should be added after them. Use "Make another take" on a finished shot. **Watch for:** Shots that continue from each other when they should be separate, being charged for an unticked shot, or the clips being stitched into a film you didn't ask for.

New

Video Studio draws new shots from your own pictures and matches your footage

New shots are now drawn from the right pictures automatically — your product photos in product shots, your place photos in scene shots, frames of your own clip in every shot so the new footage matches its look — and you can see and remove each one on the plan before you approve. Send a clip of your own in a "Separate clips" project and it is used as a reference: after a minute of looking at it, new shots match its shape and look, you are offered the quality closest to it, and your clip is never edited. Pictures with people in them are only used once you confirm those people agreed to appear. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → any plan card ("Drawn from your pictures"), and dropping a video into a "Separate clips" project. **How to test:** In a "Separate clips" project, drop in a short vertical clip you filmed, then ask for three b-roll shots. After a minute the project should switch to vertical (unless you set the shape yourself), and the plan should show "From your clip" and any product or place photos as chips, and the stills should look like your footage. Remove a chip — the affected pictures are drawn again without it and the price does not change. **Watch for:** A logo appearing inside a photographic shot, a photo or clip with people in it being used when nobody confirmed they may appear, Approve staying pressable while pictures are being redrawn, the dropped clip turning the project into "edit my video", or the price changing when a chip is removed.

Improved

Video Studio now makes a film step by step: brief, script, voice, look, then the price

A new video now starts from what we already know about your business, asks only what is missing, and shows you the script, the voice and the look before anything is drawn or charged — so the film says what your business actually says, and you only pay once you have seen the plan. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → start a new video. **How to test:** Describe the film you want ("a 25-second vertical launch video with a voiceover"). You should get one short question at a time only for what you did not say — or press "Decide the rest for me". A script card appears: edit any scene and approve it (free). Pick a voice, record it, listen, and either keep the take or record another. Pick a look from the samples. The plan card then shows every scene timed to your voice, background music included, and an itemised price — approve it to make the film. Afterwards, ask to trim it to a shorter length or change a scene; the finished file updates by itself. **Watch for:** A question about something you already said, a script that mentions an offer, a price or a web address your business does not have, anything being drawn or charged before you approve the plan, a second plan being added to the end of your film instead of replacing it, or the finished file not updating after a new voice or a change.

Improved

Video Studio: clear prices on every plan, and refunds for anything not made

Every Video Studio plan now lists what you are paying for, line by line, before you approve — footage, motion-graphic scenes, photos, custom music, text behind the speaker and re-voicing — and anything that fails to be made is refunded automatically. You are never charged more than the price on the card. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → any plan card ("Approve · N credits"). **How to test:** Ask for a short film with a drawn title scene and custom music. The card should list each item with its credits, adding up to the total on the Approve button. Approve, and check your credit balance drops by exactly that total. **Watch for:** A card whose lines don't add up to the total, a charge higher than the card, or a failed clip whose credits don't come back.

Fixed

Video studio: one conversation, real product photos, clearer plans

Voice and typing now share the same film conversation, the studio works on one message at a time, and looks and frames are drawn from your own product photos instead of guesses. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film **How to test:** 1. Attach a voiceover in the composer, start voice mode and say "I've attached it". The attachment is sent with that turn and the reply is spoken back. 2. While the studio is working, send another message — it says it's still working instead of starting a second plan. 3. Ask for a film about a product that has photos on your site — the look and frames show the real product. 4. Check the plan card: one Approve with a price; quality choices (Standard / Sharper / Sharpest) sit under "Length, shape, quality". 5. Watch the Timeline while frames draw — progress and placeholders show under the picture. **Watch for:** voice stuck on "Processing…", the plan changing on its own, Approve spinning without a click, a saved look offered for an unrelated film, questions about something you already supplied.

Fixed

Video Studio: retry failed clips, download the film, clearer voices and prices

A round of Video Studio fixes from a full walkthrough. You can now retry a failed clip in its own place and download the finished film. Voices and prices say what they really are, and the studio works properly on a phone. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video (and the Creative Studio home and brand import) **How to test:** 1. Open a film with a clip that did not come back. Press **Retry** on its tile, check the price card, and approve it. The clip is made again at the same spot in the film instead of being added at the end. 2. On a finished film, press **Download film** next to the effects editor. 3. Ask for narration and pick a voice you chose from the voice library. The script card uses that voice and lists it next to the built-in voices. Built-in voices have plain names such as "Upbeat male voice". The Script tab says which voice the narration is actually read in. 4. On a film made of motion graphics, the clip tiles show what each clip cost, and your credit history names motion graphics rather than footage. Inside a plan card the settings no longer show a second, different price. 5. After a film is finished, the "Plan this video / Draw the look" choices no longer appear under it. 6. Open Creative Studio fresh. It opens in the workspace you last worked in and shows that workspace's name with a switcher. Workspaces with the same name are told apart. 7. When creating a brand from a website, search the list of your websites. Similar names are grouped, and unnamed projects are hidden until you ask to see them. 8. On a phone (about 390px wide), read a plan card and send a message. There are no cramped inner scroll boxes, and the Send button stays visible. **Watch for:** a retried clip landing at the end of the film; being charged twice for one clip; a voice on the script card that is not the one you picked; internal ids or technical voice names anywhere on screen.

Improved

Video Studio's director follows what you ask

The assistant that plans your film in Video Studio now runs on a stronger model, so it acts on what you ask instead of asking another question or doing something else: "add music" adds music, "just generate" moves ahead, and a request for a step-by-step graphic gets one. Replies take a few seconds longer. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → the chat beside your film. **How to test:** On a finished film, ask "add suitable background music" and check the plan is for music, not captions. On a new film, describe a scene and then say "just generate": it should put a plan on screen rather than ask another question. **Watch for:** A reply that shows code-like text such as tool names, a request answered with something you did not ask for, or replies that take much longer than about 20 seconds.

New

We can narrate your film for you

Video Studio can now narrate a film it makes for you. Pick a voice from samples you can play, read and edit the script, and approve it. The narration is recorded and added to your film, and the picture is timed to it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video Studio → start a film that suits a narrator (an explainer or a launch film, for example). The director asks once whether to narrate it and which voice to use. **How to test:** Press play on a few voices on the card, then pick one. A script card appears with one line per beat. You can edit any line and change the voice or the pace, and it shows roughly how long the narration runs and what it costs (2 credits per minute, rounded up). Editing is free. Approve it. The narration then shows under the Script tab, and captions and the export use it. To change one line, edit it on the Script tab and press "Re-read". Only that line is recorded again, and your first 10 re-reads per film are free. To use a different voice, ask for one. The whole script is recorded again at the narration price. **Watch for:** The final export cutting off the last words of the narration (the last frame should hold until the voice finishes). A plan whose picture is shorter than the narration being accepted. You being charged more than the card showed. A charge that isn't refunded when the narration can't be made. A re-read line that sounds like a different voice. Being asked about narration a second time. Narration offered on a film where someone speaks on camera.

Fixed

Your brand only remembers what you told it, and you can see and delete it

When you chat about a creative, your brand now only remembers things you actually said in your own words. It no longer picks up its own guesses, and it no longer repeats your brand's name back to itself as something you told it. You can now see everything it has learned, where it came from, and remove anything that's wrong. **Where:** Creative Studio → Brand Kit → Kit tab → "What we've learned" (below the brand kit form). **How to test:** Open Images & Carousels and tell the chat something about your business, for example "we're a family-run bakery and we only open at weekends". Ask for an idea, then open Brand Kit. That fact should be listed with your own words quoted and today's date. Remove it: it should disappear and stay gone, even if you carry on the same conversation. Tell the chat what your business is called. That one should appear under "Please check these", and only count once you press "That's right". Chat about a business with a different name from the brand you're in. Nothing from that conversation should be remembered. In a folder with several websites, a website's brand should take that website's own name, not the folder's name or a neighbouring website's. **Watch for:** Facts appearing that you never typed. A removed fact coming back after your next message. A name or "not launched yet" note you didn't give. A brand named after another website in the same folder. Brand names you set yourself being changed.
