Improved

A campaign says who it is for

Opening a campaign now names the person it was written for, the stage they are in, the problem it speaks to, and the words they use. The same person is named on the campaign list and on each set of pieces. A campaign that was only a discovered suggestion stays unlabeled. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Campaigns **How to test:** Open a campaign that was created from the strategy matrix. The header names a person, a stage, a problem, and shows their words as chips. Go back to the list: the row names that person. Open a discovered opportunity that was kept as a campaign: it does not invent an audience. **Watch for:** Raw identifiers in place of names; words showing on a campaign that has no audience; the list and the opened campaign naming different people.

New

A hero that follows the cursor

Your homepage can now open with a scene the visitor controls: move the mouse across it and the footage moves with you, left and right, forwards and back. **Where:** Site editor → the hero pattern picker, alongside the scroll-scrub, Ken Burns and particle heroes. Pick "Pointer-Scrub Scene" and attach a clip when prompted. You can also just ask for it in chat — "make the hero animate as I move my mouse across it" now lands on this rather than the scroll version. **How to test:** Choose the pointer hero and upload a short MP4 — three to eight seconds of continuous motion, a slow pan or orbit rather than anything with cuts. The frames are prepared on your own machine, so there's a progress bar for a few seconds. Then move the cursor across the hero: the picture should track you immediately, run backwards when you sweep back, and settle at the opening frame when you move away. It stays still, showing the scene, for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. **Watch for:** Preparing the frames depends on your computer more than your connection, so it's slower on an older laptop. A clip your browser can't decode is reported rather than half-applied — nothing is saved and the upload box reopens. If you swap the clip later, the frames are rebuilt from the new one.

New

A post shows its picture, and a new audience waits for a yes

Opening a post shows the picture already made for it, and you can still make one from that post. Adding an audience shows a card you can edit before it is saved. An audience card lists the campaigns written for them and the visits, leads, and bookings, or says there is no data yet. Pieces can be moved into another campaign, or out of every group. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Posts, the assistant, Audiences, and Ads & outreach **How to test:** Open a post that has a picture and confirm it is on the post. Ask the assistant to add an audience, remove a word on the card, then add it. Open Audiences and check the counts. On a campaign, use Move these pieces and choose another campaign or Not in a group. Not in a group does not appear in the campaign list. **Watch for:** A picture that only exists in Creative; an audience saved before you click Add; a hidden group showing up as a campaign.

Fixed

Adding an audience is steadier, and a stale button is gone

The Audiences screen had two Add buttons — one that worked and one greyed out saying the feature was still coming. The dead one is gone. Adding an audience now saves in a single step, so a name that already exists is refused clearly instead of quietly replacing work someone else was doing. **Where:** Marketing → Audiences **How to test:** Open Marketing → Audiences. There is one "Add an audience" button, in the Audiences header. Use it, confirm the proposal, and check the new audience appears. Try adding the same name again — you should see "That audience is already on this site" rather than a duplicate. **Watch for:** An audience that saves but does not appear in the list; a duplicate name slipping through with different capitalisation or spacing.

New

An email sequence becomes a draft automation

Sending an email sequence now opens a draft automation with the emails and the waits already filled in. Nothing goes out until you choose what starts it and turn it on. Each person then receives the emails on their own clock. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Ads & outreach → open an email campaign → Send the sequence **How to test:** Open a campaign that has four emails. Click Send the sequence. You land on a draft automation that is off, starting from a manual trigger. The waits match the gaps between the emails. Turn it on only after you change what starts it. Click the button again and you return to the same automation. **Watch for:** The automation being on when you arrive; the whole list receiving the first email; a second automation appearing if you click again.

Fixed

Asking for a pan-and-zoom photo hero no longer offers you a paid video

Asking the editor for a big photograph that slowly pans and zooms as you scroll occasionally came back offering a stock video clip, an upload, or a paid made-for-you film — and changed nothing. The photo hero is free, and the assistant now recognises it as a picture request rather than a footage request. **Where:** Site editor → the chat panel beside the preview **How to test:** Open a site whose hero is a scrolling video and ask "can you make the homepage hero a Ken Burns style hero — a big image that slowly pans and zooms as you scroll?". The hero should be rebuilt as a pinned photograph that pans and zooms as you scroll the preview, with no picker and no credits spent. Ask instead for "a looping background video behind the hero" and the video library should still open as before. **Watch for:** Being shown the video library for a request that named a photo, a picture or a still; or a reply that says "Done" while the preview keeps its old hero. If the video library does open, it now also offers to build the free pan-and-zoom photo hero instead — saying so should apply it.

Fixed

Attach a video to the design chat

The chat beside your design now takes a video clip from your computer, instead of answering "that is not an image". **Where:** Site editor → open a design → the chat panel on the right → the attach button (or drag the file onto the box, or paste it) **How to test:** Drop an MP4, MOV or WebM onto the chat box. A film-strip chip appears next to the message field while it uploads. Then ask for something with the clip attached — for example "here's a video of our shop" — and the assistant should ask whether you want the full-screen opening where the video plays as you scroll, or whether the clip is just a reference. If your page already uses that scrolling video opening, it will simply swap in the new clip without asking. **Watch for:** One clip per message (images can still go five at a time). Very large files are refused with the size limit named — trim long clips to a few seconds. If you paste a file the chat cannot take, you now get a message saying so rather than nothing happening.

Improved

Audiences is one list again, not two

The Audiences tab showed the same three audiences twice — once as chips and once as cards. It now shows them once, with everything on the card: what they are trying to do, the words they use, what they search for, and how their campaigns are doing. **Where:** Marketing → Audiences **How to test:** Open Marketing → Audiences. There is a single Audiences section with one card per audience. Check that "Add an audience", "Start from an ad" and "Re-seed" are all on that section's header, and that "Stages and pains" on a card still opens the grid for that audience. **Watch for:** An audience whose search terms are missing from its card; the grid opening for the wrong audience after clicking "Stages and pains".

Improved

Content reads like a mailbox

Content is a list of posts and one open letter. The whole post is black text. How it looks is a switch that hides the rest behind see more. The box for a new pack sits above the list; the rewrite box appears only under the post you opened. **Where:** Creative Studio → Content **How to test:** Open Content. The list should be one line per post, with the pack box above it. Open a post. You should see the full copy in black, Add to calendar, and a Rewrite box under that post only. The pack buttons should be gone until you close it. Press How it looks. The first part shows, and see more reveals the rest. Nothing in the post should be grey. **Watch for:** Making a picture still stays on Content, with the letter beside the picture chat.

New

Discard a video you don't want

Each video can be discarded from the list or from inside the film. A video that is still being made stays until it finishes. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, on a video card or inside the film **How to test:** Open Video, click the discard icon on an old draft, and confirm. It should leave the list. **Watch for:** A video that is still building disappearing, or discard doing nothing.

Improved

Email sequences are written where they are sent

Campaigns no longer offer an email sequence as a channel. Campaigns hold the things we write for you to send yourself — ads you export, pitches you send from your own inbox — while email goes out from Mondovo, so it belongs with your automations. Ask the assistant for a sequence and it now drafts one of up to five emails, switched off, ready for you to review. **Where:** Marketing → Ads & outreach (choosing channels), and your automations **How to test:** Open a campaign and choose channels — Email is no longer offered. Open an older campaign that already has emails and check they still show. Ask the assistant for a four-email welcome sequence for a segment and check all four appear in the drafted automation, with their own gaps, switched off. **Watch for:** A sequence that arrives with only two emails; an older campaign whose emails have disappeared.

Fixed

Emails send exactly the words that were written

An automated email whose text contained an ampersand, an angle bracket or a quote could arrive with that part rendered as markup or missing. The text is now escaped before the email is built, so what was written is what lands. **Where:** Anything that sends an automated email — automation recipes, and journeys built from a campaign's email sequence. **How to test:** Put an agency name with an ampersand ("Marketing & SEO") or a comparison ("loads in < 3 seconds") into an automated message, send a test, and check the received email shows the characters as written. Multi-line messages should still keep their line breaks. **Watch for:** Any message that previously relied on raw HTML in its body — those would now show the tags as text. None existed when this changed.

Improved

Film settings moved to a side tab

Length, shape, and quality for a film now sit in a Settings tab next to Timeline, not stacked above the chat. The chat has room again, and once a film is being made that Settings tab goes away. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a draft film → Settings (right side) **How to test:** Open a draft film. Confirm Settings is a right-hand tab with length/shape/quality. Confirm the chat column no longer has those chips above the box. Approve a plan (or open a film already working) and confirm Settings is gone. Confirm Timeline no longer shows a standalone "Cinematic" card with the whole script under it — script lives under Script. **Watch for:** Uploaded clips never showed Settings and still should not. Chat pills for picture size / look yes-no still appear when a decision is needed.

Fixed

Floating product heroes now get images with the background removed

When a design places products floating over the page — a centrepiece with items arranged around it — those images now arrive with their backgrounds removed, instead of as opaque rectangles stacked on top of each other. **Where:** Any newly generated design whose hero composites products onto the section rather than putting them in cards. **How to test:** Generate a site for a products-led business (a bakery, a florist, a furniture shop) and ask for an interactive hero where products respond to the cursor. Look at the hero on each design: each product should sit on the page as a shape, with the page colour visible around it — not as a photo tile with its own square background hiding its neighbours. **Watch for:** A product that still shows a rectangular background. That can be legitimate — background removal is skipped when it would damage the picture, and the original is kept rather than shipping a mangled cut-out. Also check the opposite: images that are *meant* to be rectangles — service cards, gallery tiles, anything in a rounded or cropped frame — must be untouched.

Improved

Marketing opens on audiences, posts, and ads

Marketing now starts with the people you are trying to reach. Posts has its own tab, the same shelf as before. Ads, emails, and pitches sit together under Ads & outreach. A campaign no longer writes a second set of social posts. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing **How to test:** Open Marketing. The first tab is Audiences, with a card per person, their words, and “No data yet” until something is measured. Stages and pains opens the matrix. Posts opens the social shelf. Ads & outreach can be filtered to Ads, Outreach, or Email. Create a campaign that includes social and confirm it does not write new posts. **Watch for:** Posts opening on pictures instead of the shelf; an audience card naming the wrong campaigns; emails disappearing from Ads & outreach.

Improved

Marketing opportunities have their own tab again

Directories, communities, press and partnership targets are listed under Marketing → Opportunities. You can pursue one or dismiss it. A dismissed target stays dismissed. Campaigns now lists the work you have actually started. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Opportunities, and Marketing → Campaigns **How to test:** Open Marketing. Opportunities is a tab next to Strategy and Campaigns. Expand a suggested target and choose Pursue or Dismiss. Dismiss asks for a reason. Run a scan again and confirm that target does not return as suggested. Campaigns no longer fills with empty discovered names. **Watch for:** A dismissed target reappearing after a scan; Campaigns still listing names you never wrote anything for; Ideas or Your Week showing up without the legacy view.

Fixed

Opening a video stays on that video

Starting a video or opening a draft stays on that film instead of dropping you back on the list. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → New video, or any draft **How to test:** Click New video. The conversation for that film should open and stay open. Click a draft from the list and it should open the same way. **Watch for:** A new draft appearing in the list while the screen stays on "Tell me what the film should be".

Improved

Post images now show your real products, not lookalikes

When Creative Studio makes a picture for a social post, it now builds it on the actual photos of your products from your website, keeps your product's own label and logo, and uses your website's colours when your brand has none set. **Where:** Creative Studio → any planned social post → Make the picture (or ask the studio chat for a post image) **How to test:** On a site with products that have photos, ask for an image of a post that mentions one product. The proposed concept should list that product's photo as a reference, and the result should show that exact product, label included. **Watch for:** Images that pull in photos of products that are not in the scene; a product appearing without its own printed label; brand colours ignored on a brand created from a website.

New

Preview video captions, music and graphics before exporting

Open the effects editor beside your film to change caption styles, size, colors and placement, audition background music, adjust its volume, or place a logo and timed text. Changes preview on the original scenes and are saved when you choose Export updated video. Caption timing is prepared once and reused as you change styles. Video plans can include graphic layers over cinematic scenes. Generated footage is instructed to leave added lettering, motion graphics and closing logos to the compositor, while keeping real product labels and signs intact. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → Edit captions, music & graphics **How to test:** Open a finished film, change a caption style, choose music, adjust its volume, and add timed text. Play and seek the preview, then export. Check that the exported film includes the selected treatment and preserves the original narration. **Watch for:** The scene preview excludes existing standalone opening and closing cards; those remain in the final export.

New

Pursuing an opportunity now writes the pitch

Choosing to pursue a directory, community, press or partnership target used to only mark it as in progress. It now creates the outreach campaign, writes a first pitch aimed at that target, and opens it so you can read and edit it. **Where:** Marketing → Opportunities → Pursue **How to test:** Open Marketing → Opportunities and press Pursue on a target. The button shows "Writing the pitch…", then you land in Ads & outreach with a new campaign named after the target and a drafted pitch inside it. Press Pursue on the same target again from the list — you should return to the same campaign, not get a second one. **Watch for:** A pitch that does not mention the target by name; a target that stays on "Writing the pitch…" without landing anywhere. Content opportunities are declined on purpose — they are topics to write about rather than someone to write to.

New

Talk to a film by voice

The film conversation has the same voice button as the other studio chats. It continues the film that is open. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → an open film, beside the message box **How to test:** Open a film and press the microphone. Voice should start, and what you say should stay on that film. **Watch for:** Voice starting a second empty draft instead of talking to the film on screen.

Fixed

The editor no longer says a section was added when it wasn't

When the AI assistant rebuilt a section, it could occasionally point your page at a new section it hadn't actually built — leaving a blank gap where that section used to be while the chat still reported success. The editor now catches that before saving and leaves your page untouched, so nothing is lost and you can simply ask again. **Where:** Site editor → AI chat → any request that replaces or rebuilds a section (e.g. "make the hero a big image that pans and zooms as you scroll") **How to test:** Ask the assistant to replace a section with a new style of the same section. The change should either appear on the page, or come back with "I couldn't safely apply that change" and your page unchanged — never a success message over a blank gap. **Watch for:** A section that silently vanishes from the preview and the page structure list after an edit, or a reported change you can't see on the page.

Fixed

Timeline owns film frames; chat stays the Approve card

Studio Video no longer repeats every beat thumbnail in chat. The plan card stays a short summary plus Approve; frames, scene briefs, and voiceover lines live only on Timeline, with next/previous that actually change the beat, a lightbox for full-size review, and an editable brief that saves without buying footage. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a voiceover film with a pending plan → Timeline **How to test:** Confirm chat has no “Picture against your words” list. On Timeline, next/previous changes beat; broken missing stills show an empty state (not “The look”); click a still to open the lightbox, move between beats, edit and save a brief. Do not press Approve. **Watch for:** “Drawing the frames…” only while stills are still arriving — it must not sit forever over a finished carousel.

Fixed

Voiceover films show timed frames on Timeline

Timeline now shows the planned picture board for a voiceover film — timed beats with distinct stills — instead of only a look sheet or three near-identical clip prompts. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → Timeline (with a recording on the film) **How to test:** Open a voiceover film that has a pending plan. Confirm Timeline shows numbered beats with times and pictures. Do not approve until the frames look right. **Watch for:** Generation prompts stay behind “Read what the camera is told” on the Approve card when frames are present.

Improved

/account is reserved for customer sign-in

A new page can no longer take the `/account` address unless you explicitly create it as the customer sign-in page. That keeps a marketing page from replacing bookings and orders. **Where:** Pages → Add page, or asking the assistant to add an Account page **How to test:** Try adding a page whose URL is `/account`. You should be asked to pick a different address, or to confirm it is the customer sign-in page. Publish should still add customer sign-in automatically when no `/account` page exists. **Watch for:** `/account` is for shoppers and booking customers. `/_edit` is still the door for agency clients to edit the site.

Improved

A campaign now picks its own landing page, and says what it will write

Opening a campaign no longer asks you to choose a destination from a wall of page cards — it picks the page that best continues the ad's promise, tells you why, and lets you change it from a dropdown. Step 2 now separates paid ads from organic posts and email, and you choose which platforms the posts are written for. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Campaigns → open any campaign **How to test:** Open a campaign with no destination. Step 1 shows one dropdown with a page already chosen and a line explaining the choice; change it and the choice sticks. In step 2, tick Content posts — platform chips appear (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Blog) and the posts come back written for the ones you pick. Step 3 now says which channels produce a download and which you copy by hand. **Watch for:** Dynamic page templates (anything with a `[slug]` in the path) should not appear in the destination list at all — they were never valid ad URLs. Pages should be listed by their real name, never a `.tsx` filename. A destination you chose yourself should never be relabelled "chosen for you".

Improved

A campaign now says what kind of campaign it is

Opening a campaign tells you straight away whether it is ads, email, content posts or outreach, and the screen only shows the steps that actually apply to it — so an outreach campaign no longer asks where its ads should send people or ends with instructions for importing a file into Google Ads. **Where:** Marketing → Campaigns → open any campaign **How to test:** Open an outreach or email campaign. The kind is named above the campaign title, there is no "Where it sends" step, and the last step is named after what that campaign actually produces. Open a paid ads campaign and check the destination step and the Google and Meta downloads are still there. On a campaign with content posts, use "Send to calendar" and check the posts appear in Creative → Calendar. **Watch for:** A campaign whose kind reads "Multi-channel" when you expected one kind — that means it has channels from more than one family. Posts reported as skipped when sending to the calendar: the reason is shown, and blog posts are skipped on purpose because they belong in Pages.

New

A Content tab for drafts, paste, and upload

Drafts live on their own Content tab. The first pack is included. After that you buy a pack: five posts on LinkedIn or Facebook, eight on Instagram, X, TikTok or Shorts — always one credit. Name one topic and the rest of the pack is invented around it, without repeating the last twenty posts. **Where:** Creative Studio → Content **How to test:** Open Content. Type a single idea (“tasting menu”). Press Write 5 LinkedIn · 1 credit. You should get five different claims, not the same post five times. Cards show a snippet of the copy and Add to calendar. Click Preview how it looks to read the whole post in a feed-shaped pane. Instagram’s button should say 8. Rewriting a card stays free. In voice, ask for Instagram posts about the tasting menu — it should quote eight posts for 1 credit, wait for yes, then write them. “What drafts do I have” should open Content. Asking for an ad should still price a visual, not a copy pack. **Watch for:** Ads and paid-media copy still live under Images, not here. Pictures still cost their own credits. Voice must not write a pack before you hear the price. Connected apps use the same quote-then-write rule.

Fixed

A voiceover can proceed to a plan

If you recorded a voiceover, we no longer send the director in circles asking for three other ideas first. A priced plan should appear so you can approve it. The credit number is for the whole film, not one take, and the length chips stay on screen after you send a message. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, on a film with a voiceover attached. **How to test:** Open a film that already has a voiceover. Confirm the length/shape chips are still above the box. Send a short “make this” message. A plan card with a credit price should appear. That price should match the chips for that length. Tapping Approve should start the footage. **Watch for:** Typing “generate” in the box does not buy the film — Approve on the card does. Chat must not restating a new credit number every turn with no card under it.

Improved

A voiceover film starts from the words you said

Drop a recording and the studio now shows it as a script you can hear and correct, then as one column of times with a still for each beat — the picture against those words, not three other films. Suggestions and the empty picture pane talk about building to the recording. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, then attach a recording. **How to test:** Attach an MP3 or a black-slate voiceover. The right rail should play it and list timed lines you can edit. After a look sheet or a priced plan, “Picture against your words” should show 0:00–0:03 / next beat with the look (or the shot once it lands). The chips under the box should be about picture-to-words, not “make it look like a trending reel”. There should be no “upload your own video” button until there is footage. **Watch for:** A talking-head clip you shot yourself still gets the reel-edit chips and the graphics pass. A recording laid over existing footage is a mix, not a new script. The look sheet is still the look; the new column is the time.

New

Approvals on a shared board, and we tell you when they land

Share a board and your client can now approve, ask for changes, or turn down each item individually — and you get an email when someone responds, instead of having to remember to go back and check. **Where:** Any shared board. Turn on "Let the client approve or reject each one" in the share panel. **How to test:** Share a board with approvals enabled and open the link in a private window. Each item gets Approve / Needs changes / No. Pick one, then change it — your answer is replaced, not stacked. The board's owner gets one email covering the visit, not one per click. **Watch for:** Ratings and approvals are separate switches — turning on ratings does not ask anyone to approve anything. If a reviewer works down six items in a row you should receive one email, not six.

Fixed

Ask the assistant for your browser icon and it takes you to the right place

Asking the assistant to change the little icon in the browser tab used to open the wrong settings page and tell you to scroll to a section that was not on it. It now opens the page that actually has the upload, and can offer to design one for you if you have not got a file. **Where:** Site editor → chat. The setting itself lives at SEO → Settings → Browser Icon. **How to test:** Ask the assistant "change my favicon" or "take me to the browser icon". It should land you on SEO → Settings with the Browser Icon uploader visible. Ask it to make you one instead and it should propose square marks before charging anything. **Watch for:** Landing on Settings → General instead; the SEO workspace opening on Overview rather than its Settings tab.

Fixed

Ask the assistant which leads are real

The assistant can now read what people actually wrote in your forms, so it can tell you which enquiries are genuine and which are cold pitches instead of sending you off to read them yourself. **Where:** Site editor → Chat (or voice), and Inbox → any contact → Submissions **How to test:** Open Chat on a site that has form submissions and ask "which of my recent leads look genuine?" or "summarise what these people are asking for". The reply should quote the actual enquiry text. Then open Inbox → Contacts → pick someone who submitted a form, and check the Submissions tab shows their submission with its fields. **Watch for:** A reply that still says it cannot evaluate the leads; submission dates reading "Invalid Date"; a contact's Submissions tab showing "No form submissions from this person yet" when they demonstrably submitted one; the person's own name or email repeated inside the answer fields instead of only in the header.

Fixed

Asking the editor chat to publish no longer asks which page

"Publish this page" in the editor chat replied "What is the name of the page you would like to publish?" — a question with no answer, since publishing always takes the whole site live at once. It now says so plainly and offers a one-click hop to the Assistant, which can publish for you. **Where:** Site editor → Assistant chat **How to test:** From any page in the editor, type "publish this page". You should get a short answer explaining that publishing takes the whole site live (your edits to the current page included), plus an "Open Assistant" button that carries the request across. The same applies to SEO, domain and analytics requests. **Watch for:** The chat asking a follow-up question instead of answering; the "Open Assistant" button missing, or opening without your original message prefilled; a reply that claims something was published when nothing was.

Fixed

Asking the editor chat to rebuild your menu now goes somewhere

Asking the editor chat to restructure the navigation replied "Review the diff and confirm to apply" — but no diff ever appeared and nothing was applied. It now hands the request to the Assistant, which shows you the proposed menu and applies it once you approve. **Where:** Site editor → Assistant chat **How to test:** In the editor chat, ask to clean up or rebuild the navigation menu. You should get a short reply plus an "Open Assistant" button. Click it — your request comes across, and the Assistant proposes the new menu for you to approve. **Watch for:** The chat still promising a diff it doesn't show; the Assistant opening without your request prefilled; a menu changing before you approved it.

Improved

Automations you can set up without knowing how they work inside

Building an automation now starts by describing what you want, conditions are chosen from plain-English dropdowns instead of typed as code, and there's a short guide explaining when to use an automation versus a marketing campaign. **Where:** Site editor → Leads → Automation **How to test:** Click "New automation" — you should be offered "describe what you want" first, with the step-by-step canvas as the second option. In the canvas, add a "Split on a condition" step: it should show three dropdowns (field, condition, value), not a box of code. Each step in the left palette should say what it does. The "How automations work" link opens the new guide. **Watch for:** Opening an existing automation must never change what it does. A condition too detailed for the simple dropdowns should stay exactly as it was and say so, rather than being rewritten.

New

Booking reminders are live, and the automation builder is easy to find

Automatic reminders before appointments now work, and Journeys — where you build your own multi-step automations — sits next to Recipes instead of being buried in Settings. **Where:** Site editor → Leads → Automation **How to test:** Under Recipes, switch on Booking Reminders and confirm a booking — your customer should get an email 24 hours and 1 hour before, with the time shown in your business's timezone. Then open the Journeys tab: you can create one, or ask the assistant something like "follow up with new leads after 1, 3 and 7 days" and edit what it builds. **Watch for:** Reminder times must match your local clock, not shift by hours. Rescheduling a booking should move its reminders, not send both old and new. A reminder due in the past must not be sent late. Follow-up Drip is no longer a separate recipe — a multi-step follow-up is a Journey, which also stops chasing someone once they've converted.

Improved

Campaign copy is written by the same system as your content

Ads, emails and posts made from a campaign are now written by the same AI that writes your content drafts, and the whole campaign decides what it is arguing before any single channel is written — so the four channels stop making the same point in slightly different words. **Where:** Marketing → Campaigns → open a campaign → Write the ads / Write the posts and emails **How to test:** Open a campaign with two or more channels selected and generate. Compare the headline set against the email subjects and the posts: each channel should make a distinctly different argument for the same promise, rather than four rewordings of the hook. Press Regenerate — the copy should be rewritten quickly, keeping the same underlying argument. **Watch for:** A channel that comes back empty rather than with copy; two channels that still argue the same thing (a note now appears in the warnings when that happens); a generation that takes noticeably longer the first time than on a regenerate — the first run decides the argument, later ones reuse it until you change the hook, promise or channels.

Fixed

Carousel slides stay whole

A carousel is drawn as one sheet and then cut into slides. Each slide is one panel. A sheet that comes back a different shape is still cut, and the panel is kept whole instead of being cropped or shown as the entire sheet. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images & Carousels **How to test:** Open an 8-slide carousel. Each step should be one panel, with its headline complete. Swipe from the first slide to the last. **Watch for:** The first slide showing every panel at once; a slide whose words are cut off at the edge.

Improved

Chat steps aside when it takes you somewhere

When the assistant opens a screen for you, chat now shrinks to a panel at the bottom so you can actually see where you landed — and keep talking, which matters most in voice. **Where:** Site editor → Chat, any request that navigates ("open my inbox", "take me to SEO") **How to test:** Open Chat, then ask it to open a screen — including one you are already on, which used to do nothing visible. The screen should appear with the conversation docked underneath it, composer, mic and attachment button all still there. Clicking a left-rail item while in chat should do the same. The "Chat" pill expands it back to full screen. **Watch for:** The assistant saying it navigated while the screen behind it does not change; the docked panel covering more than about half the screen; the conversation being lost instead of docked; a missing mic or attachment button in the docked panel.

Fixed

Chat turns that went missing from a page's history are back

Some edits applied to your site but never appeared in the chat — the site changed, and the conversation had no record of it (and no Undo). The page's history had quietly split into two threads because the page address was being written two slightly different ways. Both halves now read back as the one conversation they always were. **Where:** Site editor → Assistant chat, on any page of a published-structure site **How to test:** Open a page you have edited several times and scroll the chat back. Every edit you made should be there in order, including ones you remember making but could not find. Make a new edit, switch to another page and back — it should still be there. **Watch for:** A turn appearing twice; turns showing out of order; history looking empty on a page that definitely has some (reload once before reporting — the repair happens when history loads).

Fixed

Chat widget can look things up and capture leads again

The widget's reply could never use its own tools — every message quietly fell back to a plain answer, so it could not search the site's uploaded documents and never saved a visitor's contact details. Both work now, and each conversation's AI cost is finally visible in the admin dashboards. **Where:** The chat widget on a published site; costs at Admin → AI usage, per site. **How to test:** Ask the widget something only answerable from an uploaded document (a PDF or knowledge file) and check it answers from that, not generically. In a second conversation, give it your email and ask for a quote — the contact should appear under the site's Contacts, and the conversation in Inbox. Then check the site's AI usage shows the messages you just sent. **Watch for:** A reply that ignores uploaded documents, a shared email that never turns into a contact, or usage that stays at zero after a conversation.

Fixed

Chat widget text is readable on dark sites again

On a site with a dark theme, anything a visitor typed into the chat widget came out invisible — white text on the widget's white input — because the site's own styling was leaking into the widget. The widget now sits in its own sealed layer and carries its own colours, so it looks the same on every site it lands on. **Where:** Any published site with the chat widget enabled — open the bubble, bottom right. **How to test:** Open a published dark-themed site, open the chat bubble, and type a message. The text should be dark grey on white and clearly readable, and the placeholder should be light grey. Send it and check the reply renders. Repeat on a light-themed site to confirm nothing changed there. If the widget asks for a name/email first, check those fields too. **Watch for:** The widget failing to appear at all, the bubble not opening, clicks on send/close doing nothing, or fonts and spacing inside the widget looking different from before — all would point at the new isolation rather than the colours.

Improved

Collections now tell you where their items appear

A collection's screen now says whether anything on your site actually shows those items — and flags it clearly when nothing does. **Where:** Site editor → Content → open any collection (Services, Team, Plans, …) **How to test:** Open a collection. Under its title you'll see either "Appears on:" followed by the pages and sections that show these items, or an amber "Not shown on your site yet" note. In the table, the Slug column now shows each item's real address (for example `/portfolio/` + the slug) instead of the slug on its own; items in a collection with no item page are marked "no page" rather than looking like links. **Watch for:** A collection you know is on your site being marked as not shown — that would mean the page it lives on isn't part of the design you're currently viewing.

Improved

Collections tell you what they are and where they show up

The collection screens now explain themselves, keep their own web address, and the left-hand menu promotes the lists you actually maintain instead of whichever one was created first. Opening something like Team or Plans from the left menu used to drop you into a table of rows with nothing saying what the list was for or what it drove on your site. Three changes fix that: the screen now says in one line what a collection is, states where its items appear on your site in plain text near the title rather than in fine print, and only mentions the chat assistant when you actually have one switched on. Each collection also has its own address now, so refreshing the page returns you to the collection you were reading instead of the overview grid — and you can bookmark one or send the link to someone. In the left menu, the two promoted collections used to be whichever two were created earliest, which on most sites meant something small and rarely edited. They're now chosen by what you maintain: an explicit order if you've set one, then the lists with the most items. Empty collections are never promoted. Collections and the hub they belong to also sit in their own group in the menu, separated from the site's own sections, so it's clear which entries are lists of items and which are places to go. Finally, collection names that were written by the generator without spacing — "SalonShowcase", "Mockup-showcase", "ExpertCoache" — now read as English. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → left menu, and any collection screen **How to test:** Open a collection from the left menu. Check the line under its name says where its items appear. Refresh the page — you should stay in that collection. Look at the left menu: the promoted collections should be ones with items in them, grouped together with the Content/Features entry. **Watch for:** A collection promoted to the menu that has no items; a refresh that lands on the overview grid; a collection name still running words together; a "where this appears" line naming a page that doesn't exist.

Fixed

Connected account photos stay visible

Profile photos for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts in Creative Studio Settings are saved on our CDN, so they no longer expire into broken icons a few days after you connect. **Where:** Creative Studio → Settings → connected accounts (same list on a site’s Integrations). **How to test:** Open Settings for a brand with connected pages. Photos should be real profile pictures, not torn-document icons. Reconnect is not required; reload the page once if a photo is still missing. **Watch for:** A brand that has never chosen pages still lists every account in the workspace. That is separate from the photos.

New

Content packs on the Mondovo connector

Connected apps can list Content drafts, quote a social copy pack, and — with generation access — write that pack or rewrite a draft. A pack is still five long posts or eight short ones, always one credit, against the same daily cap as images. **Where:** When a connected app has Creative access **How to test:** Ask the app to list drafts, then quote Instagram posts about a tasting menu. It should say eight posts, one credit. Confirm, and the drafts should land on Content. Asking for an ad should still quote an image, not a copy pack. **Watch for:** Writing a pack needs generation permission and a daily credit cap. Rewriting a draft does not spend credits. The first stocking on the Content tab in the studio is still included; packs from a connected app are always quoted.

Fixed

Delivery warnings now only name your own notification inboxes

A bounced auto-reply to a visitor who mistyped their email no longer shows up as a broken notification address on your site. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Form Notifications (and the notification bell) **How to test:** Submit a form on your site using a made-up email address that can't receive mail, wait for the auto-reply to bounce, then open Settings → Form Notifications. The delivery warning should stay clear, and your own notification addresses should keep their normal status. **Watch for:** A genuine failure still has to appear — if one of your own notification addresses bounces or is marked as spam, the warning must still show, name that address, and point you to where it's configured (the global list, or a per-form recipient under Forms).

Fixed

Discovered marketing opportunities now show up in Campaigns

Opportunities found by a marketing scan — directories, communities, press and partnership targets — now appear in your Campaigns list as ideas you can activate, instead of being counted on the Strategy tab and found nowhere. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Strategy (the "Waiting on you" card) and Marketing → Campaigns **How to test:** Open Marketing → Strategy. Click "See opportunities" on the Today card. The Campaigns list opens filtered to Idea and lists each discovered target by name. Open one and activate it as a draft. **Watch for:** A count on the Strategy card that is higher than the number of ideas in the list; the status filter not being pre-set to Idea when you arrive; existing campaigns missing from the list after the filter is cleared.

New

Download your leads as an ads audience list

You can download people who already enquired as a CSV and upload it as a customer list in Meta, Google Ads, or LinkedIn. We still cannot push the list into those ads accounts for you. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Tracking → Custom audiences, or Customers → For ads **How to test:** 1. Open Tracking. You should see Custom audiences with Download for ads and Hashed file, plus links to Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. 2. Click Download for ads. A CSV with email, phone, fn, ln columns should download if you have contacts with emails. 3. On Customers, For ads should download the same kind of file. 4. Ask chat to export a custom audience. It should offer a file and the upload links, not claim it uploaded to Facebook. **Watch for:** an empty site saying the file is ready when there are no emails; using the hashed file without ticking “already hashed” in Ads Manager (matches will be zero).

New

Draft my ads, emails and outreach too

Marketing → Campaigns has a "Draft ideas for me" button that writes a full set from your site's own strategy — Google search ads, paid social, an email sequence, outreach packets, a content series and a landing page — without you setting a campaign up first. **Where:** Mission Control → Marketing → Campaigns, in the toolbar beside "Discover ideas". **How to test:** Press it on a site that has never had a campaign. A set called "Ideas we drafted for you" appears with assets per channel, each within its platform's character limits. Press it again straight away and it tells you what is still waiting on you, and when it unlocks by itself. **Watch for:** You can ask for a new set as soon as you have used or turned down the last one; otherwise it unlocks on its own after two weeks. The email sequence is copy only for now — sending needs a verified sending domain. Nothing here is ever sent or spent automatically.

New

Drop a voiceover or a video you like — we can tell which

Creative Studio video now listens to a file you attach, and watches it when there is a picture, before asking anything. A recording becomes the script. You talking to camera becomes footage to edit. A film you admire is read for its shape, not copied. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, then drop a file into the conversation (or pick one from your library). **How to test:** Attach an MP3 or a black-slate voiceover video with a short brief — the studio should lock to those words and not ask how long the film is. Attach a talking-head clip and ask for captions — it should treat that footage as the film. Attach a silent style reference — it should read the scenes and offer ideas in that shape, without putting their frames on your timeline. **Watch for:** A produced film that also talks still asks once (your cut vs a video you like). Skip on an unread video treats it as a style reference. A recording on a film that already has footage is laid over it and does not change the length. Your own recording stays on the export; if the mix fails, the picture is kept.

Improved

Email sends to your contacts are now called Broadcasts

Two different features were both called Campaigns — the one under Marketing that writes ads, posts and outreach, and the one under Inbox that emails your contact list. The Inbox one is now called Broadcasts, so it is clear which is which. **Where:** Inbox → Broadcasts (previously Inbox → Campaigns) **How to test:** Open Inbox and check the tab reads Broadcasts. Open an existing draft, send a test, and check the sender setup — everything works exactly as before, only the wording changed. Any link or bookmark you saved to the old tab still opens the same screen. **Watch for:** Anywhere still calling these "campaigns" in a message or a help link — the Marketing section keeps the Campaigns name on purpose, so seeing it there is correct.

New

Film frames match the film's shape

A film's preview frames are planned from the script and drawn together, in the film's own shape — vertical, landscape, or square — whether the script is a recording, a chosen idea, or a new concept. The planner can use up to four image calls when one sheet would be too tight. After you approve, shots that must continue from the previous frame are made in order, and b-roll and motion graphics start at the same time from their own frame. **Where:** Studio, on a film, once a plan is on screen **How to test:** Start a vertical film and a landscape film. The preview frames should match each film's shape, and neighbouring frames should not be the same shot. **Watch for:** A landscape film whose frames come back tall and narrow, or a voiceover whose how-to line is a photograph instead of a graphic.

Improved

Finished carousels show after the chat, as a swipeable post

A finished carousel now lands under the conversation instead of jumping above it, and you swipe one slide at a time — the same deck you already used while planning — with the full caption folded underneath like Instagram. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images & Carousels → render a carousel **How to test:** Plan a carousel, then render it. The finished deck should appear below the chat, not above the plan. Swipe or use the arrows; the caption should start folded with “more”, then open to the full post, brand name, and hashtags. **Watch for:** Results sitting on top of the conversation so you have to scroll up; a row of tiny thumbs instead of one slide at a time; caption missing.

Fixed

Generate no longer dead-ends on the public-research question

If we had found public information about your business and you had not yet said whether to use it, clicking Generate refused with "Choose whether to use or ignore the public research" — and on some sites there was no longer anything on screen to answer with. Now the question itself opens right there, and your site starts building the moment you choose. **Where:** Your site's design page → Generate **How to test:** Start a site from an existing website URL, let the setup chat finish drafting the plan, then click Generate without answering anything else about research. You should get a card offering "Use this research" / "Ignore it" (with a notes box) instead of an error, and generation should start as soon as you pick one. **Watch for:** The card appearing blank, the same message returning after you choose, or generation not starting after a choice. Your notes should still be attached to the site afterwards.

Improved

Installed ads pixels now record enquiries and purchases

After you add a Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, or Microsoft ads pixel, we send Lead when someone actually enquires and Purchase when a checkout completes. That fills retargeting audiences of people who already converted — not just everyone who visited. We still cannot create the campaign inside the ads account for you. **Where:** Live published site (after Settings → Tracking pixels are installed) **How to test:** 1. Install Meta Pixel on a site, publish, submit the contact form on the live site. Events Manager should show a Lead, not only PageView. 2. Complete a test checkout. Events Manager should show Purchase with the order value. 3. A calculator or other site-function form should not count as a Lead. **Watch for:** preview/editor submits must not send pixel events; a site with no ads pixel should still submit forms normally.

New

Lead auto-replies now live in Automation, with editable wording

The "thanks, we got it" email your forms send to new leads is now a real automation you can see, word yourself, and switch off — instead of a hidden checkbox buried in per-form settings. **Where:** Site editor → Automation → Lead Auto-Reply **How to test:** Open Automation. "Lead Auto-Reply" should show as Active with a count of how many it has sent. Click the gear to edit the subject and message — use {{first_name}} and {{business_name}} to personalise. Submit a form on your site and check the wording arrives. Switch the recipe off and submit again — nothing should be sent. Then go to Leads → Forms → a form → Settings: the Auto-Response box should be ticked, with a note that a single form can opt out. **Watch for:** A lead must receive exactly one auto-reply, never two. Switching the recipe off must actually stop the email. A form you opted out of must stay opted out when the site-level setting is on. Form names should read like "Lead Form", not "LeadFormSection" — including in the subject of the notification email you receive.

Fixed

Legal pages stop inventing a company name and a web address

Terms and Privacy pages could name a placeholder business and point at a web address and email address that were guessed from that name — addresses the business does not own. **Where:** Your published site → /terms and /privacy-policy **How to test:** Open your Terms page. It should name your business exactly as you named it, and the only email on it should be one you entered yourself. If you have not given a contact email, it should point readers at your contact page rather than showing an address. **Watch for:** A company name you do not recognise, a web address that is not yours, or an email at a domain you do not own.

Improved

Longer carousels, and a second render is Take 2

You can now pick 2–8 slides on the carousel plan, and a longer argument is planned as a longer deck. Rendering again no longer shows up as a new Take 1 next to the one you already have. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images & Carousels → plan a carousel **How to test:** Paste a longer post and ask for a carousel. Use the slide-count buttons to choose 6, 7 or 8, then render. Render a second time: the new one should be Take 2, with the first result still Take 1. **Watch for:** A second render labelled Take 1 while the finished deck becomes Take 2; a long pasted argument still coming back as four slides after you asked for eight.

Improved

Make the picture without leaving Content

Create carousel / Create image now stays on Content. The post you picked stays on screen, and the picture chat opens beside it with the full copy — not a jump to Images with an empty brief. Deck length lives in the Plan it again menu, and any earlier version of the deck can still be rendered. **Where:** Creative Studio → Content → Make the carousel (or Make the image) **How to test:** Open a draft. Press Make the carousel. You should still be on Content, see the post on the left, and see its copy in the first chat bubble. Under the deck: Render deck, and Plan it again · free with a slide-count menu on that same control. Plan a second version. The first deck should still offer Render deck. The Images tab should not take over. **Watch for:** Back to drafts returns to the shelf. The finished picture still attaches to the calendar post. Editing words is only on the newest deck.

Fixed

Mission Control shows Mondovo on mondovo.com

Opening a site from app.mondovo.com no longer swaps the header for a generic portal icon just because white-label is on without a logo uploaded. Agency branding still applies on the portal or custom agency domain, where Mondovo is not in the URL. **Where:** Mission Control header, any site opened at app.mondovo.com **How to test:** Open a site in Mission Control on app.mondovo.com — the Mondovo wordmark is in the top-left. Open the same site from a custom portal or agency domain and the agency logo (or portal placeholder) is still used there. **Watch for:** The client portal itself is unchanged. White-label without a logo still uses the neutral portal mark on portal URLs, so clients on those hosts do not see Mondovo.

Fixed

New presentation lists your real sites

Opening a new presentation from the Presentations page now shows your actual site names with a screenshot thumbnail — not a stack of identical “New Site” placeholders. **Where:** Dashboard → Presentations → New presentation **How to test:** Open New presentation. Each row should show a site screenshot (or a letter if none exists). Type a real site name — a design and its Build of the same client should appear once, not twice. **Watch for:** Two genuinely separate clients with the same business name still show as two rows, with Design / Build / Live under the name so you can tell them apart.

Improved

One Automations list, and you can set them up by asking

Ready-made automations and ones you build yourself now sit in a single list, and the assistant can switch them on or reword them for you instead of just telling you where the setting is. **Where:** Site editor → Leads → Automation **How to test:** Open Automation — everything is in one list, each with its own on/off switch. Click "New automation" to build a custom one; it appears in the same list when you save. Then ask the assistant something like "turn on booking reminders" or "change the auto-reply to say we answer within an hour" and check the change actually lands. **Watch for:** Rewording one automation must not blank its other wording. Booking reminders has two messages (24-hour and 1-hour), so the assistant should ask which rather than guess. Switching something on from chat must show as on when you open the page.

New

Open the editor from yoursite.com/_edit

Site owners can add `/_edit` to their live website address to open the client portal. If a white-label portal or agency domain is set up and live, they land there; otherwise they land on the Mondovo portal. If the client portal is off, that address is simply not found. **Where:** Any published site → `yoursite.com/_edit` (or `yoursite.com/pagename/_edit` only on path-based preview hosts). Also noted under Settings → Client Portal. **How to test:** Turn the client portal on. Visit the live site with `/_edit` at the end. You should reach the portal login (on the agency/portal domain when that host is active). Turn the portal off and the same address should 404. `/account` for customers is unchanged. **Watch for:** This is not a customer login. Shoppers and booking customers still use `/account`.

Improved

Pages built from your own document get fewer, clearer filters

Paste a long document with a dozen headings and you used to get a dozen filter buttons across the top of the page — a wall to read before you could use it. Pages now group those into four to six filters, and every item you supplied still appears, word for word, with its own heading intact. **Where:** Site editor → chat → attach or paste a document and ask for a page (FAQ, menu, services, anything list-shaped) **How to test:** Supply content with eight or more headings and create the page. The filter row should show four to six buttons on a single line, and every item from your document should still be on the page. **Watch for:** Filter buttons running off the edge of the page, an item missing from the list, or your wording rewritten rather than used as-is.

Fixed

Preview draft opens straight away

Clicking "Preview draft" used to open a blank tab that sat empty for several seconds before anything appeared — now the tab tells you what it is doing straight away, and the draft behind it is much quicker to build. **Where:** Site editor → top-right → "Preview draft" (or "Preview" on a site you have not published yet) **How to test:** 1. Open a site in the editor and make a change you have not published. 2. Click "Preview draft". 3. The new tab should immediately show "Preparing your preview" with a spinner, then load your draft. 4. Close it and click again — the second time should reach the draft noticeably faster. 5. Click through a couple of pages in the draft, then press Back repeatedly — you should never get stuck on the spinner. **Watch for:** a tab that stays blank, two tabs opening instead of one, a preview that shows the published site instead of your unpublished changes, a design switcher missing designs it used to show, or the preview link failing on a site you have never previewed before.

Improved

Read the whole post, then add it to the calendar

Content cards now show the words, not just the idea. Open Preview how it looks to read the full post as it would appear on LinkedIn, Instagram, or X — including where the feed folds. Add to calendar is the button that parks it on the schedule. **Where:** Creative Studio → Content **How to test:** Open Content with drafts. You should see four lines of copy on each card, plus Add to calendar. Click Preview how it looks. The side pane should show the whole post (not a “read the words” toggle). On a long LinkedIn draft, grey text after the fold is still readable. Add to calendar should land the post on Calendar. **Watch for:** “Save copy only” should be gone. Making an image still schedules the same post, then opens Images.

Fixed

Renaming a page now updates the menu too

Renaming a page used to leave your menu showing the old name and pointing at the old address — which the rename had just turned into a dead link. **Where:** Site editor → Pages → rename a page (also available through the assistant and the API) **How to test:** Rename any page that appears in your menu, then open the site preview. The menu item should show the new name and open the renamed page. Menu entries you added yourself, including links to sections of the homepage, should still be there afterwards. **Watch for:** A menu item still showing the old name, a menu link that 404s, or any menu item disappearing that you did not remove.

Fixed

Saying yes in Video chat starts the waiting film

Video chat now follows through the way site chat does. If a plan is already in front of you, typing or saying that you want it made — go ahead, generate, that picture size — starts that plan. You do not have to press Approve. Asking to change the plan still rewrites it instead of buying it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, in the film conversation or by voice **How to test:** Get a priced plan on a film. Type “go ahead” or “do 480p” instead of pressing Approve. The film should start at that price. Saying “generate” while three ideas are still on screen should not buy footage. **Watch for:** A yes before the look sheet is approved should ask you to approve the sheet, not start a second conversation.

Improved

Search every brand in Creative Studio, even without a website

The Switch brand menu in Creative Studio now has a search box, lists every brand you have (not just the first two dozen), and still shows brands that were never attached to a website — labelled as not linked, so you can tell them apart. **Where:** Creative Studio → Switch brand **How to test:** Open the brand menu. Type part of a brand name, a client name, or a live site address. A brand with no website should still appear, with “Not linked to a website” under the name. **Watch for:** Searching should find a brand even if it is far down a long list. The brand you are already in is marked when it matches the search; picking another brand keeps you on the same tool (Images, Video, and so on).

Improved

See what is waiting for you on Home

Mission Control's Home now tells you when we have drafted something you have not looked at yet — posts, review replies, or ad and email drafts — with a count and a link straight to it. **Where:** Mission Control → Home, above everything else. **How to test:** With drafted work waiting, Home shows a "Waiting for you" panel listing each kind and how many. Clicking a row opens the right Marketing tab. Deal with everything and the panel disappears. **Watch for:** It should be completely absent when nothing is waiting — no empty box, no zeros. The counts should drop as you use or turn work down, within a couple of minutes.

Improved

Site chat asks one question, then acts

Site chat was stacking qualifying questions after a visitor already said what they wanted, and sometimes inventing turnaround times or free offers. It now asks at most one short question per turn (tap chips may appear), moves to the real next step when intent is clear, and only cites process details that are on the site. **Where:** Any published site with chat enabled — open the chat bubble (voice uses the same manners). **How to test:** Ask for something specific the business actually sells. The reply should not interview you with a list of style/audience questions. If it needs one fact, it should ask once. It must not promise a timeline or freebie that is not on the site. **Watch for:** A wall of discovery questions, or invented timelines, free extras, or guarantees that are not written on the live pages.

Fixed

Site chat only links pages visitors can already find

Site chat used to offer leftover collection pages that a visitor would never reach from the live menu, and sometimes pointed at a published sibling when the named item was still unpublished. It now only links pages already reachable from the site's menu, homepage, or footer. When the reply asks a short-choice question, tap chips may appear under it. **Where:** Any published site with chat enabled — open the chat bubble. **How to test:** Open a published site chat. Ask something that needs a short choice and confirm tap chips appear under the reply. Ask about a page that is not in the live menu and confirm the answer names it in words instead of linking it. **Watch for:** Chat sending people to leftover collection pages, chips that do nothing when tapped, or chips appearing on replies that were not asking a question.

Improved

Suggestions can now make the picture

A draft on Content can open image or carousel generation with its copy already attached, instead of parking words with no path to the visual. A written set is five ideas, each cut to the networks you use. **Where:** Creative Studio → Content → draft cards **How to test:** Open Content. Press Make the image or Make the carousel on a card. You should stay on Content. The post stays visible, and the picture chat should quote its copy. **Watch for:** “Add to calendar” still puts the words on the calendar without generating a picture.

New

Tell site chat how to talk for your business

You can now write short instructions for your site chat — tone and how to help a visitor take the next step. Turning chat on drafts them from your site automatically; you can edit them anytime. Chat still will not invent prices, timelines, or promises that are not on your pages. **Where:** Site → Settings → Chat widget → AI & Knowledge → How chat should behave **How to test:** Turn the chat widget on and save with the instructions box empty. After save, the box should fill with a draft. Edit it, save, then ask the published chat for what you sell — the reply should follow those instructions without inventing extras. **Watch for:** Instructions that try to override safety (invented discounts, hidden pages). Those are ignored. Existing instructions are never replaced just because you toggled chat on.

New

Tell voice which language you speak

If the assistant keeps mishearing which language you are speaking — writing your English back at you in another script, for example — you can now name the language instead of leaving it to guess. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → General → Voice language. **How to test:** Open Settings → General and scroll to Voice language. It starts on "Auto — follow what I speak", which is how it has always behaved. Pick a language, then start a new voice session: it should both hear and answer you in that language. **Watch for:** A pinned language also fixes the language the assistant replies in — if you speak two languages to it, leave it on Auto. The change applies to your next voice session, not one already running.

Fixed

The chat widget can actually answer visitors now

Sending a message to the chat widget always failed with "Sorry, something went wrong" — three separate checks behind it could never be satisfied, so no visitor message had ever reached the AI. All three are fixed, and the widget now replies on published sites. **Where:** Any published site with the chat widget enabled — open the bubble, bottom right. Also the shareable chat link. **How to test:** Open a published site with the widget on, send a message, and confirm you get a real answer within a few seconds. Send a follow-up to check the conversation keeps its thread. Open the same widget's standalone chat link and send a message there too. Check the conversation shows up in the site's Inbox. **Watch for:** A reply that never arrives, a message that fails only on your custom domain but works on the platform address (or the reverse), or the widget working on one site but not another. Voice calls use the same checks, so try one if the widget has voice enabled.

Fixed

The chat widget now actually appears on your published site

Turning on the chat widget said it would show the assistant on your site, but nothing was ever added to the published pages — publishing now installs it for you. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Chat Widget **How to test:** Open Settings → Chat Widget. It now starts switched off. Turn it on, save, then publish your site and open the live URL — the chat bubble should be there. Switch it off, publish again, and it should be gone. **Watch for:** Exactly one chat bubble, never two — including on a site where you previously pasted the embed code by hand. A site with the widget off must not show a bubble. Existing sites: the widget was switched on by default on every site but had never been visible on any of them. Those have been switched off so nothing appears unannounced — turn it on whenever you want it, and it will work.

Fixed

The chat widget stops asking for details you already gave

If a visitor filled in the pre-chat form, the assistant still asked for their email — it was never told who it was talking to. It now knows the visitor's name, email and phone, uses them instead of asking, and only asks for what is genuinely missing. The same applies to voice calls. **Where:** The chat widget on a published site, and the voice assistant if enabled. **How to test:** Turn on the pre-chat form for a widget, fill it in as a visitor, then ask for a quote or a callback. The reply should use your details ("we'll reach out to +91…") rather than asking for them again. Then try a long conversation — past ten messages the assistant should still remember what you just said. Finally open Settings → Test & Preview and send a message there; it should answer rather than error. **Watch for:** The assistant asking for an email or phone you already provided, a callback confirmed against the wrong number, or a long chat where it forgets the last few messages.

Fixed

The chat widget survives a redeploy, and the assistant stops claiming it opened a tab

Six fixes to publishing, the site assistant and the widget settings screen, all in the same family: something reported success while nothing actually changed on screen or on the live site. **Where:** Settings → Chat Widget; the site assistant; Publish and Redeploy; Inbox → a contact. **How to test:** 1. On a published site, turn the chat widget ON in Settings and hit Publish without editing anything. The bubble now appears on the live site. Turn it off, publish again, and it goes away. 2. Redeploy that site. The bubble stays (it used to vanish silently). 3. Open a site with no widget set up. The toggle now starts OFF and no longer claims the widget is already shown. 4. Stand on Leads and ask the assistant to open your inbox. The screen now moves to the destination and the conversation docks below it, instead of chat staying full-screen over an unchanged view. 5. Ask the assistant to export submissions as CSV. Date, Form, Page URL and Source columns are filled in. 6. Open a contact in the inbox. Their submissions show, and only the ones from this site. **Watch for:** The first publish after this ships rewrites every page of a site rather than only the changed ones, because the widget and custom-code settings are now part of what decides "has this page changed". Expect one slower-than-usual publish per site, then back to normal.

Fixed

The docked chat now has a handle, and Settings stopped repeating itself

Four fixes to the site editor: the small chat pane at the bottom can be grown, shrunk or hidden; it no longer leaves a band of blank white down the right-hand side; Settings uses the width of your screen; and the two near-identical "Save as Template" cards are now one card that says where each copy goes. **Where:** Site editor → any workspace (the chat pane), and Settings → General. **How to test:** Ask the assistant something, then click your workspace name in the strip above the chat so the chat shrinks to the bottom. The pane's top-right now has an expand arrow, and a chevron that hides it. Check the pane reaches the right edge of the window on a wide screen. Then open Settings → General and confirm there is one "Reuse this site" card with two clearly separate options, and even spacing between every card. **Watch for:** The chat pane going blank after being hidden and reopened; the expand arrow not returning you to full-screen chat; settings cards running too wide to read on a large monitor.

Fixed

The editor chat retries a failed edit before telling you it failed

Some edits used to come back with "I wasn't able to make the requested changes" and then work perfectly when you sent the identical message a second time. The chat was already switching to a stronger model on your second try — it just made you ask twice. Now it does that switch inside the first attempt. **Where:** Site editor → Assistant chat (any edit request) **How to test:** Select a section on an inner page of a larger site and ask to remove it. It should apply on the first ask. If an edit does fail, sending it again should still work — the turn now escalates on its own before the failure message appears. **Watch for:** Edits that now take noticeably longer before failing (an escalated turn runs a second pass, so a genuine failure takes longer to report); a change applying twice; the undo entry missing after an edit that succeeded on the retry.

Improved

The film chips follow what you type

As you describe the film, the length, shape, who’s-in-shot and picture chips stay above the box for the whole conversation and update to match — without spending anything, and without locking those choices until you tap one. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, on a film we will generate (not an upload). **How to test:** Start a film. Type “vertical format video for the duration of the reel”. Vertical and 15s should highlight. Change it to “a two-minute wide YouTube piece with motion graphics of a product on a table” — length, shape, in-shot and Drawn/Mix should move. Tapping a chip still locks it. **Watch for:** If you have already tapped a chip, typing must not override it. A failed guess leaves the strip where it was; it must not show an error over the box.

Fixed

The lead auto-response toggle now shows its real state

Every form sends a "thanks, we got it" email to people who submit it — that's on by default — but the toggle said "off" until you touched it, and the AI assistant reported that no automatic emails were configured. **Where:** Site editor → Leads → Forms → pick a form → Settings → Auto-Response **How to test:** Open a form you've never edited. The "Send auto-response to submitter" checkbox should be ticked, matching what actually happens when someone submits. Ask the assistant "are any automatic emails configured?" — it should now say the auto-response is active rather than denying it. Untick the box, save, and confirm it stays unticked and no acknowledgement goes out. **Watch for:** Saving an unrelated form setting must not change the auto-response state. If you previously turned it off, it must stay off.

Improved

The look and numbered beats live in conversation

Looks right / Re-roll are gone. The look is one picture you judge by saying so. Beats on the timeline are numbered circles — say “beat 3” in chat or voice and we know which window you mean. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, on a film that has a look or a plan. **How to test:** After the look is drawn, confirm there are no Looks right / Re-roll buttons. Say “the look is right” or “redraw the look, older.” On Timeline, each beat is a circled number. Say “make beat 2 a motion graphic.” Voice uses the same names through the same conversation. **Watch for:** The look must not be numbered as a beat. Approving the look in words must still stamp the film so footage cannot run on an unjudged picture.

Fixed

The pre-publish checklist stops crying wolf

The warnings you see before publishing now only list things that will actually affect your live site, and the detail pages they were warning about now publish properly. Publishing a site with collections (team members, plans, portfolio items, case studies and the like) could show a long list of warnings — one per collection — saying the detail pages were missing. In most cases they weren't missing at all: the pages were there and working, the checklist just couldn't recognise them. The "Generate template" button offered alongside each warning found them correctly, did nothing, and left the warning on screen with no way to clear it. Three things changed. The checklist now recognises a detail page by where it lives, not by a hidden label that some edits quietly stripped. It only reports problems with the design you are about to publish, instead of counting designs you aren't publishing. And publishing itself now finds those same detail pages, so collection items reach your visitors instead of returning "page not found". **Where:** Site editor → Publish **How to test:** Open a site that has collections with items in it and click Publish. Any warnings listed should name a collection whose detail pages are genuinely absent from the design you're publishing. Publish, then visit an item from a collection — for example a team member or a plan — and confirm the page loads rather than 404s. **Watch for:** A warning for a collection whose items you can already open in preview; a "Generate template" button that leaves its warning in place after it finishes; a published URL with square brackets in it.

Tracking recommends analytics and remarketing for your business

Settings → Tracking now recommends visitor analytics, Google Search Console, and the ads pixels that fit this kind of business — so you can retarget people who already visited. Turn analytics on in one click, or paste a measurement ID / pixel ID / the vendor’s whole snippet. We add the code and keep it behind your cookie banner. We cannot create the ID inside Google or Meta; we install it as soon as you have one. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Tracking **How to test:** 1. Open Tracking on a restaurant site with nothing installed. You should see Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel and Google Ads — not LinkedIn or Microsoft Clarity. 2. Open Tracking on a law firm or professional-services site. You should see LinkedIn Insight and Google Ads, not Meta Pixel. 3. Click Add on Google Analytics and press Turn on analytics. It should save without a Measurement ID. Publish so visits start counting. 4. Click Add on Meta Pixel (or LinkedIn), paste the whole vendor snippet, and save. The stored value should be the ID only. 5. Home’s tracking card should include a remarketing step naming those pixels. 6. In chat, ask “is remarketing set up and which ones would I need?” The reply should name the same platforms as the Tracking screen, not a generic menu. **Watch for:** a restaurant being offered LinkedIn; a law firm being offered Meta; a second Google Analytics tag when analytics is already on; Search Console refusing a pasted meta tag; chat asking which pixels you need after it already named them.

Improved

Two-minute films, and a say in how the picture is made

A film can now be two minutes, and you can choose whether the picture is real shots, drawn type, a mix, or left to us. Cinematic look and extra cutaways stay in the brief — they are not extra chips. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, on the chips above the box. **How to test:** Start a film we will generate. Tap **2 min** and confirm the price/wait update. Tap **Drawn** and ask for a list-style explainer — the plan should prefer type on screen, not a talking head. Tap **You decide** to hand it back. **Watch for:** Two minutes is several generations joined, not one long take. Tapping a chip still locks it; typing can only move chips you have not tapped.

Improved

Video attaches from the same library dialog as Images

The paperclip on a video film, and Add a picture on the film itself, now open the same attach dialog Images already uses: Upload, Brand library, and Made here. Click a thumbnail to select it; Done attaches it. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, then the paperclip next to the message box, or Add a picture under the film. **How to test:** Open a film. Click the paperclip — you should see tabs, not an OS file window. Open Brand library, click a still: it should highlight. Click Done: it should sit on the next message. Repeat from Add a picture on the right; the role dropdown still says whether that still is a logo, a product, or a face. **Watch for:** “Upload a video instead” on the empty film is still your own footage as the film, not a library pick into the conversation.

Fixed

Video chat no longer undoes a yes in the same reply

Saying the look is right, or that a waiting plan should be made, now sticks for that reply. Chat will not redraw the look it just approved, and it will not keep quoting a new plan after a yes that could not spend yet. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, in the film conversation or by voice **How to test:** Get a look on screen and say it is right. The picture should stay and remain approved. Get a priced plan, leave the look unapproved, and type “go ahead” — it should ask you to approve the look, not replace the plan. **Watch for:** Asking to redraw the look on a later message should still replace the sheet and wait for a new yes.

Improved

Video no longer shows canned chips under the message box

Uploading a file no longer sits on top of three generic suggestions. The box is just for your words; after a clip is in, the conversation itself offers what we can do with it. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, on a new film. **How to test:** Open a film and attach a file. You should see “Sending your file…” and the message box — not chips like “trending reel” or “put one word behind me”. After the film has footage, those choices still show up as options in the chat when they apply. **Watch for:** A voiceover-only film should still invite you to describe the picture in the box, without a row of picture-to-words chips under it.

Improved

Video plans are a swipeable beat sheet

A long film is a handful of 5–12 second beats — b-roll, motion graphic, product, or cinematic — shown as numbered circles. You swipe them on the right and change them by saying the number in the conversation. The look is one picture, judged in words. Prices stay in credits. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative → Video, after the first message on a film. **How to test:** Open a film with a voiceover. Confirm length/shape chips hide after you send the first prompt (they come back under the plan). The look has no Looks right / Re-roll buttons — say whether it is right. On the right, Timeline / Script / Assets. Timeline is a carousel of numbered beats. Approve still prices in credits, never dollars. **Watch for:** A 60-second recording must not spawn a still per spoken line, and must not generate an image per beat. Chat must not mention dollars.

Fixed

Video: finished footage now lands on your film even if you close the tab

A clip that finished while you were not looking at the page stayed on "generating" forever — the video had been made and paid for, but nothing told the film about it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video. **How to test:** 1. Approve a plan so a clip starts generating. 2. Close the tab, or leave the page, while it is still working. 3. Come back a few minutes later. The clip is on the timeline, and a film whose last clip has landed has been joined. **Watch for:** - A clip still reading "generating" more than a couple of minutes after it should have finished. - A second or third clip in a chained film that never starts — each one begins from the last frame of the one before it, so a clip that never landed used to stop the whole film. - A generation that failed while the tab was shut should now say so on the clip, rather than looking identical to one still in progress.

Fixed

Video: set the length, shape, sound and quality yourself — and films that actually get made

The video studio now shows what your film is going to be before you type anything, and a conversation that could never reach a plan now reaches one. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, above the message box. **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio → Video and start a new film, or open an existing one. 2. Look above the message box: Length, Shape, Sound and Quality, with what the film would cost in credits and roughly how long it will take to make. 3. Change the length. The price and the wait update straight away, and nothing is charged. 4. Describe a film and ask for it. The director writes it to the length you set instead of guessing one. 5. Pick a quality. The plan it puts up is priced at the quality you chose. **Watch for:** - The director overwriting a length or shape you set — it should write the film to fit yours instead, and say so if the idea genuinely needs a different one. - A run of questions with nothing put in front of you. After two in a row it should assume the sensible answer, say what it assumed, and show you a plan. - If it cannot draw the three opening ideas, it should tell you that plainly and offer to make the film anyway — not quietly ask you something else. - Quality options where a smaller picture costs more than a bigger one. The list should read cheapest-and-smallest to dearest-and-largest, always. - A message that never comes back. A turn that runs long now replies with what it managed and tells you to say "carry on".

Fixed

Video: watch any clip, and prices that match what you are charged

Every clip on the timeline can now be played on its own, adding footage to a film gets it re-joined instead of leaving you the old shorter one, and the quality prices on the settings strip are the numbers the Approve button will charge. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video. **How to test:** 1. Open a film with more than one clip. Each tile has "Watch this clip" — press it to play that generation on its own. 2. Ask for more film ("add ten more seconds") and approve it. When the new footage lands, the whole film is joined again and the player shows all of it. 3. Change Length or Sound on the strip and read the quality row. The credits beside each quality are what a plan at that quality will cost. **Watch for:** - A player that is shorter than the clips on the timeline add up to — that means the join did not happen. - A quality you can pick that the film is not actually made at. The row now only offers qualities the film can really be rendered at, cheapest and smallest first. - The settings strip appearing on a video you uploaded yourself — it should not; on your own video the length and shape are facts about the file, not settings.

Improved

Voice for your chat widget now has its own tab

Letting visitors talk to your site assistant used to be hidden in a collapsed panel on the Deploy tab, described as a free browser feature. It now has its own tab, with the price and your remaining minutes shown before you switch anything on. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Chat Widget → Voice **How to test:** Open the Voice tab on a site with the chat widget enabled. You should see the Voice Agent card first, with the monthly price and included minutes. The enable switch stays locked until you add the Voice Agent to that site. Once it's on, pick a voice, save, then publish and open your live site — the chat widget shows a microphone. **Watch for:** The switch refusing to turn on after you've added the Voice Agent (it should unlock immediately); the minutes meter disagreeing with what Settings shows elsewhere; a microphone appearing on a published site where Voice is switched off.

Fixed

Voice stops going quiet mid-job, and stops pasting what it just looked up

Two things made voice mode feel stuck. When a request needed several quick steps in a row, the assistant said nothing for the whole run — it only spoke up during a single long step. And when it looked something up to answer you, the raw listing it read was pasted into the chat as though it were a reply. **Where:** Site editor → the microphone in the chat bar. **How to test:** Ask for something that takes a few steps ("check the FAQ page and fix the pricing table"). Within about nine seconds you should hear that it is still working, and keep hearing it, rather than silence until the end. Nothing it merely read should appear as a chat message — only the changes it actually made. **Watch for:** Over-talking — a progress line landing on top of the assistant mid-sentence; or a real change no longer being written into the chat.

You'll know when someone chats with your site

Until now a visitor could leave their details in chat at 2am and you'd only find out by going to look. Now a captured lead emails you straight away, so does a visitor asking to speak to a person, and everything else arrives as one short summary the next morning. **Where:** Emails go to the same address your form notifications use (Settings → Notifications; the site owner by default). Conversations live in Inbox → Conversations. **How to test:** Open your published site, use the chat to ask for a quote and give an email — a notification should arrive within a minute with the contact details and the last few messages, and replying to it should reply to the visitor. Ask the chat to speak to a human and check that alert arrives too. Leave a chat idle 20 minutes and confirm it stops showing as active in the Inbox. **Watch for:** A lead that captures but sends no email, notifications going to the wrong address, a chat that stays "active" forever, or a morning summary that counts the wrong number of conversations.

New

Your review replies, already written

Replies to unanswered Google and Facebook reviews are now drafted for you in the background, so you open Reviews and find them written rather than starting from a blank box. **Where:** Mission Control → Marketing → Reviews. Drafted replies are marked on the review. **How to test:** Connect a Google Business location and wait for the hourly sync. Within the hour, unanswered reviews from the last three months should carry a draft, worst ratings first. Edit it, then send it yourself. **Watch for:** Nothing is ever posted for you — every reply waits for you to approve it. We only draft reviews from the last 90 days, and we do a handful per site each hour, so a business connecting with years of history will see them fill in gradually rather than all at once.
