Fixed

One recording now gets the same plan-the-edit flow as several

Dropping a single recording and asking for "a trimmed-down video" used to open the plain editor, which can only keep one stretch, so you got titles over the whole recording instead of a trim. Now one clip opens the same way several do: your words become a list of steps, you see the planned edit and preview it before anything is cut. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → start screen → drop one recording → "Yes, edit my clips" **How to test:** Drop one 1–3 minute screen recording, describe the parts you want kept, press Start. You land on the cut with your steps listed, not on the captions panel. Separately, on a video of your own, approve a change: "Finishing your video…" shows on the preview, and Send stays disabled until it finishes. **Watch for:** A single clip with no words should still open the cut and wait for you to say what it is for.

Improved

Paid video changes ask before charging

Approving a paid change in the video chat used to charge on one press. Now a priced card asks "Make this for N credits?" first, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Free cards still go ahead on one press. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any chat card with a price on its Approve button **How to test:** On a card showing "Approve · N credits", press Approve: a confirm appears with the same number and no charge yet. Cancel closes it. Change the quality and the question disappears; press Approve again and confirm to go ahead. **Watch for:** A charge without the confirm; the confirm showing a different number from the button.

Fixed

Publishing no longer fails on older sites when a new page expects the site's theme styles

On some older sites, a newly added page (such as a collection listing page) referenced the site's theme styles in a way the older theme setup didn't support, so the whole site failed to publish until that page was deleted. Those pages now publish normally, and new pages added to older sites no longer pick up the incompatible reference. **Where:** Site editor → Publish **How to test:** On an older site, add a page (or a collection listing page) and publish. The publish completes and the new page shows the site's colours and fonts. **Watch for:** Any publish failing with "Failed to compile" mentioning the theme, or a new page losing the site's colours.

Fixed

Publishing no longer fails when a heading's text is stored as a title/subtitle pair

Pages whose section headings or buttons read text that had been saved as a small group (for example a title plus subtitle) failed to render during publish, so the whole site could not go live. Those pages now publish and show the group's own title. **Where:** Site editor → Publish **How to test:** Publish a site whose inner pages use section headings (e.g. a restaurant Catering page). The publish completes and every heading shows readable text. **Watch for:** Any publish failing with "1 page failed to render", or a heading showing blank text where a title was expected.

Improved

Shared links now show a preview image by default

Published sites now come with a social preview image automatically, so a link shared on X, LinkedIn, Slack or WhatsApp shows a picture of the site instead of a grey placeholder. If you set your own image, yours is always used. **Where:** Any published site. Your own image is still set under Site → SEO → Social image. **How to test:** Publish (or redeploy) a site with no social image set, then paste its URL into a post composer on X or LinkedIn, or into a link-preview checker. The preview should show the site's name next to a crop of its homepage. **Watch for:** A preview showing an older version of the homepage (the picture updates on the publish after a design change). A site whose own social image is replaced by the automatic one.

AI assistants connected to Mondovo can now do client creative work properly

Assistants using the Mondovo connector can now give a client's own logo, photos and footage to their videos and ads, set a film's colours, work under the client's own brand, render text ads reliably, and check designs and images before showing them. **Where:** The Mondovo connector (MCP) in Claude or another AI assistant, and Creative Studio, where the results appear **How to test:** 1. From a connected assistant, build a site, then ask it to make an ad for that client. It should open the site's own brand rather than another client's. 2. Give it a logo or photo link and ask for a film that uses it. The file should appear under the film's "Your media" in Creative Studio, and the film should use it. 3. Ask for a film in specific colours. The finished film should use those colours, and the storyboard should stop saying "No style picked yet". 4. Ask for an ad with a headline and a call to action, in a batch of 2. Both ads should carry the exact words, and the credits charged should match the quote. 5. Ask it to import a design and show it to you. It should be able to look at the rendered design straight away. **Watch for:** an ad carrying the agency's own business name or colours when it is for another company, a batch that delivers fewer images than it charged for, and ads where the requested words are missing.

Fixed

Clear, friendly messages when signup or sign-in fails

Signup and sign-in errors now explain what happened and what to do next, instead of showing raw technical server messages — and unexpected failures are reported to our team automatically. **Where:** Sign up (`/auth/register`) and Sign in (`/auth/login`) **How to test:** Sign in with a wrong password — you should see "That email and password don’t match…" rather than the raw server text. Any unexpected signup failure should read "We couldn’t create your account just now…" with Google offered as the alternative. **Watch for:** Any error text mentioning JSON, request bodies or server internals on either form.

Fixed

Presentation boards no longer show blank design previews

Designs pinned to a presentation board right after they were created (for example, by a connected AI assistant) now get their preview captured automatically, and a shared board fills the previews in on its own as they finish. **Where:** Presentations → any board → Share link (and the board detail page in the app) **How to test:** Create a site through a connected assistant, pin its designs to a board, and open the board's share link straight away. Cards show "Preparing preview…" and each fills in within a few minutes without reloading. **Watch for:** A card that stays on "Preparing preview…" for more than ~10 minutes; extra view counts in board analytics while previews are loading.

Fixed

Start waits until your clips have been looked at

Pressing Start while a dropped clip still said "Looking at it…" locked in a default choice for that clip before we knew what it was. Start now stays greyed out, reading "Looking at your files…", until every file has been looked at. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → the "What are we making?" start screen **How to test:** Drop a video clip. While its row shows "Looking at it…", both Start buttons are disabled. Once the row shows its label, Start reads "Yes, edit my clips" and works. **Watch for:** Start staying disabled after the row shows its label; a clip we could not read must still let you start.

Improved

The mic on the Video start page talks to you, and voice minutes show on the mic

On Video's start page the microphone now starts a voice conversation that can begin your video, like the mic everywhere else in the studio, and the little clock beside voice mics is gone: hover the mic to see how many voice minutes you have left. **Where:** Creative Studio → a brand → Video. The minutes-on-the-mic change is everywhere a mic starts voice mode: Images, an open video, the site builder chat, the design assistant, the site assistant bar, the platform assistant and every chat built on the shared composer. **How to test:** Open Video and click the mic without choosing anything: a voice conversation starts; describe a video and it opens in the editor. Pick a kind or drop a file first and the mic types what you say into the box instead, so Start keeps what you chose. Hover any voice mic: it reads "Start voice mode · N min left". **Watch for:** A video started by voice that does not open on screen; a leftover clock icon beside a mic; the minutes never appearing on hover.

Fixed

Video chat always answers, and the message box is tidier

Asking for video ideas could leave the chat on "Working on it" for minutes and then fail with no reply. Slow steps now give up quickly and move to a backup, and the chat always answers. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film's chat **How to test:** Start a new video and ask "can you come up with some ideas for an ad for my business". Three ideas should come back in well under a minute. Type a long message and check that the text uses the box's full width with the buttons underneath, not a narrow scrolling column. **Watch for:** "Working on it" running past about three and a half minutes, "The director could not answer", or a message box that squeezes the text beside the buttons.

Improved

Video ideas with real hooks, AI footage by default, and a tidier chat

New videos start from AI-generated footage with its own sound instead of drawn graphics with a separate voiceover. Ideas now open on a scroll-stopping moment, turning ideas down gets you new ones, and the chat, music and Make panels are easier to read. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → New video **How to test:** Ask for "ideas for an ad for my business". The three ideas stack one per row, each with a short hook (open "More" for how it opens). Reply "no, something funnier": three new, funnier ideas should appear below your message, not above an old card. Pick one and check the scenes are mostly footage, not "Graphic". Open Music, search for a mood, and press play on a track before choosing it. The Make button says how long the film takes to make, and Wait and save says "ready within a few hours". **Watch for:** Ideas that restate the business's benefits instead of opening on something happening, your message appearing above an old card, "Recording the voice…" shown twice, or a voice hint that contradicts the VOICE box.

Improved

Videos from your recordings: one press to make the video, plain words, and a voiceover that starts with a timed script

Editing your screen recordings into one video is simpler: watch the edit, press Make the video, and the finished video arrives with clear next steps — add a voiceover, download, or change the edit. A voiceover now opens straight onto a timed script written from your outline, with the voice and who it's for beside it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video made from your recordings **How to test:** Edit a few recordings, press Make the video (it asks before charging), wait for "Your video is ready", press Add a voiceover. The voiceover screen should show your video's title and length, a script with a start time on each line, a voice choice and "Who's it for?". Approve it and watch "Recording your voiceover…" then "Finishing your video…". **Watch for:** a second Join step after Make the video, a voiceover screen that says it is watching the video, a script card that disappears with nothing showing progress, scene cards all with the same caption.

Improved

A simpler picture box on posts, and empty posts no longer pile up

Adding a picture to a post is now one box with three choices, call to action and hashtags wait behind a link until you want them, and a new post you leave empty is removed however you leave. **Where:** Creative Studio → Posts → New post **How to test:** On a new post the picture box offers Make one with AI, Upload and Choose from library, and you can also drop a file anywhere on it. After adding a picture, Change opens Upload a different file, Choose from library, Make a new one and Remove. Below the text, "+ Call to action" and "+ Hashtags" open their fields; a post that already has them shows them straight away. Start a new post, type nothing, then close the tab or click another tool on the left, and check no empty post is left on the calendar. **Watch for:** A call to action or hashtags that will be published but are not visible; a post you typed in disappearing when you leave; "Won't publish yet" appearing on a post you have not touched.

New

Add a voiceover to a joined cut, written from its steps

Once a rough cut is joined, one button starts a voiceover on it: it opens the joined video, asks which voice, and writes the script from the steps you planned, one line per step, timed to the picture, with the script and its price shown before anything is recorded. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut → after Join, "Add a voiceover" in the next-step box at the top **How to test:** Make a cut, say what it is for (try including "with a voiceover"), plan the edit, use it and join. The next-step box offers "Add a voiceover" (first, if you asked for a voiceover; beside the download otherwise). Press it: the joined video opens and the conversation asks which voice. Pick one: a script card appears with a line per step and its price. Nothing is charged until you approve that card. **Watch for:** Lines that talk about a step before it is on screen; a step's line landing on the wrong part of the video; the voice card appearing twice; "Watching your video…" never finishing on the opened video; any charge before the script card is approved.

Improved

Better YouTube thumbnail ideas, and your picks are respected

Thumbnail options are now planned from a full log of your video, so the ideas are more specific, use the real words and numbers from it, and stop defaulting to the same yellow two-word style. **Where:** Marketing → Posts → a YouTube post → Thumbnail **How to test:** Open a YouTube post with a video, click "Make 4 more options", pick a person and give a direction. The person you picked should be the face, the direction should show in every option, and each option should use different lettering and colours. Your selected thumbnail should not change when the new options arrive. "Don't use a thumbnail" clears it. **Watch for:** the first set on a new video taking up to about 45 seconds; options showing a person you did not pick.

New

Copy a video's moves with you and your team in it

When you copy the moves of someone else's video, you can now put yourself or your team in it: we list the people in the video and you choose which of your photos plays each one, and the scene keeps the original video's sound. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → drop a video and choose "Copy its moves" → the people slots under that file ("Who plays the …?") **How to test:** Add a short video with one or two people in it and label it "Copy its moves". Add a photo of yourself and label it "Me or my team" (confirm the consent). Under the video, pick your photo for one of the people, then make the film. The copy scene should show you doing what that person does, with the original video's sound, and its card should say "· 1 person". **Watch for:** No people listed under a video that clearly has people in it (an older upload is looked at again once, which takes a minute); the scene opening on a still of your photo; music playing over the copied scene; a photo you did not label "Me or my team" being offered.

New

Edit a rough cut's plan by hand: drag, split, cut out and add footage

A rough cut's plan can now be shaped directly: open any part on its clip, drag its edges to take in more or less, split it or cut a stretch out of the middle, add new stretches from any clip, and drag parts into a new order, all before anything is charged. Plans also keep the clicks that lead to a result (choosing an option, pressing Save or Schedule), and clips are read in more detail, so fewer edits are needed. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a cut of your clips → Plan the edit → the plan's row of parts under the preview **How to test:** Plan a cut, click a part, drag an edge onto the screens before it, click inside it to split, drag inside it to cut, drag across free space on the clip to add a part, then drag a part to a new place. Press Undo a few times. Plan again and check removed footage stays out. **Watch for:** a new part that is hard to find after adding (it should pulse and stay marked on the clip), loading screens left in dragged-in footage, edits lost after planning again.

New

Every brand now opens on Home: say what you want, and it goes to the right place

Opening a brand in Creative Studio now shows one box — "What should we make?" — that turns a sentence into a written post, an image (logos included) or a video, alongside this week's posts and a few ideas; the studio's names are also simpler throughout. **Where:** Creative Studio → pick a brand (Home is first on the left) **How to test:** Type "a post about our weekend offer" and press Start — a post opens with its text already written. Type "a logo for my bakery" — Images opens and starts on it. Type "a 20-second reel of the shop" — Video opens with the sentence in its box. Something vague asks "Should this be a post, an image or a video?". The left menu reads Home, Images, Posts, Video, Library, Brand, Settings; Review appears only once someone approves posts for the brand. The studio's front page offers Write a post, Make an image, Make a video and Get post ideas. **Watch for:** A sentence landing in the wrong place; a post opening empty; Images starting two conversations from one sentence; Review missing for a brand that has approvers.

Improved

Joining your clips: download first, fits on a phone, and easier fixes

Once your clips are joined, the first button now downloads the finished video. The cut screen fits on a phone, each clip shows a picture, and you can take a mistake out of the middle of a clip in one step. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video made from several of your clips (Library → Uploads → Make a video from several clips) **How to test:** Join a cut. The panel shows "Download the finished video" first, then "Edit this cut". "Send to my team for review as a social post" sits under More options. Open the same cut on a phone and check that file names, headings and prices are not cut off at the right edge. The clip tiles show a picture before you tap them. Open Edit on a clip, choose Remove a part, set From and To, and press "Remove 0:12–0:19": the clip becomes two parts with that stretch gone. Move clips with the up and down arrows on each row. In a plan with a Missing step, "Add clips" opens the clip picker. **Watch for:** A black clip tile that never shows a picture; the panel running off the side of a phone screen; a Captions card in the chat of a joined cut; a Download button that does nothing.

Fixed

Large sites keep their account, cart and checkout pages when published

When a large site was published in several steps, the pages we add automatically — the customer account page, and the shop's product, cart and checkout pages — could be left out of the live site, and the next publish then failed. Those pages are now always included, and a publish that hits a temporary problem retries cleanly instead of failing again. **Where:** Site editor → Publish (sites with more than 25 pages that have a customer account area or a shop) **How to test:** Publish a large site with a customer account area or a shop, then open /account (or /cart) on the live site. It should load, and a second publish right after should also succeed. **Watch for:** /account, /cart or /checkout returning "Page Not Found" after a successful publish, or a republish failing with a storage error.

Improved

Logos are made in Images now, with print files when you need them

A logo is one of the things Images makes: ask for one and you get four options on a transparent background, set one as your brand logo in a click, and get print-ready files (vector, white version and PNG) for 1 credit when a printer asks for them. **Where:** Creative Studio → a brand → Images (or type "a logo for…" on Home) **How to test:** Ask Images for "a simple logo for my bakery", or pick Logo under Making. Open an option at full size: "Use as brand logo" makes it the brand's logo (it shows on Brand). "Get print files · 1 credit" makes a zip; pressing it again for the same logo downloads the same files without charging. Old links to the Logo page open Images. **Watch for:** A logo with a white box behind it; being charged twice for the same logo; print files that fail without the credit coming back.

Fixed

New video asks before bringing back earlier files, and a clip stuck on "Looking at it" gets unstuck

Opening New video used to silently load files you'd left there earlier. Now it asks: "Continue with them" brings them back, "Start fresh" clears them. A video that stayed on "Looking at it…" for more than a few minutes is now looked at again automatically. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → New video **How to test:** Drop clips on New video, leave, come back: a bar offers "Continue with them / Start fresh". A clip stuck on "Looking at it…" finishes within a couple of minutes of opening the screen. **Watch for:** Files coming back without asking, or a clip that never finishes being looked at.

Fixed

New video: picking Ad (or a look) with your clips now makes that video, and Start is right under your pick

Picking a video type like Ad, or a look, with your own clips added used to do nothing visible — and Start still said "Yes, edit my clips" and opened a plain clip edit, ignoring the pick. Now Start says what it will make ("Yes, make an ad with my clips") and makes it, and a bar under the cards repeats your pick with its own Start button. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → New video **How to test:** Add two of your own clips, pick Ad: the button reads "Yes, make an ad with my clips", and a bar under the looks shows "Ad · Let us choose" with Start. Press it: an ad is made from your clips. Without picking a type, the button stays "Yes, edit my clips" and opens the clip editor. **Watch for:** A pick that is still ignored, or the bar showing when nothing is picked.

Fixed

Plan the edit asks before it uses credits

Planning a rough cut used credits on a single press, with the price only in the button's label. It now stops and asks, saying what it costs and why, and nothing is charged until you press Confirm. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut of your clips → Plan the edit (on the plan card, in the bar at the top, or from the chat's card) **How to test:** Make a cut from clips not yet planned, press Plan the edit from each of the three places. Each shows "Plan the edit for N credits?" with Confirm and Cancel; Cancel charges nothing. Planning again on the same cut goes straight through, free. **Watch for:** Any way to plan that charges without the confirm showing.

Improved

Publish and Schedule are always at the bottom of the post editor

The post editor now keeps Publish now and Schedule in a bar pinned to the bottom of the screen, keeps the studio menu on the left, and shows networks as buttons, so finishing a post no longer means hunting through sections. **Where:** Creative Studio → Posts → New post (or open any post) **How to test:** Click New post: the title says "New post", no "Won't publish yet" warning appears before you type, and the bar at the bottom says "Nothing to save yet". Pick Facebook from the buttons, type a line, and the bar says "Saved as a draft". With no account connected, the bar shows the post's calendar date and a link to connect an account; with one connected, Publish now and Schedule are there, and Schedule opens the date and time right above the bar. **Watch for:** The bar covering the last lines of the editor on a small screen; Schedule opening off-screen; the calendar date in the bar not moving the post on the calendar.

Fixed

Republishing no longer fails after a page was skipped

If a page couldn't be built on one publish and was skipped, the next publish could fail outright with a storage error. It now rebuilds that page instead, so the site publishes. **Where:** Site editor → Publish **How to test:** Republish a site that has a customer account area (any site with bookings, quotes or a cart). It should finish and go live, with no storage error. **Watch for:** A publish that fails with a "storage" error, or a page that's missing from the live site after a successful publish.

Fixed

Rough cuts now understand each part of a recording, not just the whole file

When you plan a video from several screen recordings, each recording is now read screen by screen, so the plan can take the homepage from one clip and the YouTube sign-in from the end of another, instead of guessing which whole file goes where. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut of your clips → Plan my video → Plan the edit **How to test:** Make a cut from 3–4 screen recordings that each show several screens, describe the order you want, and plan the edit. Each step should name the right part of the right clip, and steps like "YouTube linking" should not be reported missing when a clip shows them. **Watch for:** A step still pointing at the wrong clip; recordings that were planned before today should be read again automatically the next time the cut is opened or planned.

Improved

Rough cuts show one stage at a time, and the chat tells you when your plan is ready

The rough cut screen now follows Steps → Plan → Join: click a stage to see just that part, and the plan fills the screen when it's ready instead of sitting below everything else. The top bar shows the plan's own length, and "Use this plan" sits at the bottom of the plan you've just watched. The chat posts a "Plan ready" card with View the plan and Use this plan, and says when the plan is in use. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut of your clips **How to test:** Write the steps and press Plan the edit: the screen moves to the Plan stage and the chat shows "Plan ready: plays X, N steps". Press View the plan or Use this plan in the chat (Use asks to confirm a price first). Click Steps or Join in the bar at the top to switch stages. **Watch for:** A stage that hides something you need (Join should be reachable from Steps and Join), or a chat card left over after the plan is used.

New

Rough cuts: adjust the plan on its timeline, and leave notes for the AI to act on

Before you use a plan, you can now change it right on the preview: click a part of the timeline to speed it up, start or end it a second earlier or later, or remove it, with Undo. Or pin a note at any moment ("skip the unverified-app warning") and press Apply notes: each note gets one suggested change you can accept or dismiss. All of it is free and changes nothing in your clips until you use the plan. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut → Plan stage → under the plan's preview **How to test:** Plan the edit. Click a coloured part of the timeline, press 1.5×: the preview and the length update. Press Undo. Press "Note at 0:12", write a note, Pin note, then Apply notes: a suggestion appears; Accept changes the plan. **Watch for:** A change that alters your clips before Use this plan, or a suggestion that does something other than what it says.

Fixed

Rough cuts: feedback in the chat updates your steps and plans the edit straight away

Telling the chat what a plan missed ("you're missing the analytics code screen") used to replace your whole description and leave you with a list of steps and a Plan button to press. Now your feedback is added to the description, the steps are updated, and the edit is planned at once, free — you see a plan, not homework. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut → the chat **How to test:** With a plan made, write what it missed. The description keeps your original words plus "Also: …", the steps update, and the screen goes straight to planning. **Watch for:** Your original description being replaced, or a "Plan the edit" card appearing after the chat writes steps.

Improved

Rough cuts: plan and preview for free, pay only when you use the plan

Finding waits, planning your edit, re-planning and previewing are now free. You're charged only when you take the result — "Use this plan", or cutting the waits found — and each recording is charged once, ever: a second cut of the same clips costs nothing. The plan also plays as a live preview of the finished video, right in the page, before you decide. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut of your clips → Plan the edit → the plan card **How to test:** Plan the edit (no charge, no confirm). Press Play the cut on the plan: it plays the steps in order, with a timeline coloured by step. Press Use this plan: it asks "Use this plan for N credits?" and charges only after Confirm. Make a new cut from the same clips and use its plan: no charge. **Watch for:** Any charge before Confirm, a charge when nothing was cut, or a second charge for a recording already paid for.

Fixed

Rough cuts: telling the chat the plan is wrong now plans the edit again

Saying "the plan is wrong, try again" in a rough cut's chat used to rewrite your list of steps and throw the plan away. Now the chat plans the edit again on your screen — reading your clips again first where needed — and keeps your steps. It's free; nothing changes until you use the plan. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut → the chat **How to test:** With steps written, type "the plan is wrong, please try again": the screen moves to the Plan stage and shows Reading/Planning, and the steps stay as they were. **Watch for:** The chat rewriting the steps when you only asked for a new plan.

New

Rough cuts: write notes on a clip and mark the parts you must keep

Open any clip in a rough cut and you can now write notes for the plan ("skip the first login, it failed") and mark stretches as "Must include". The plan follows your notes, and every marked part is always kept — even if the AI would have left it out. It's free and changes nothing until you plan the edit. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a rough cut → Edit on a clip **How to test:** Open a clip, write a note and save it. Play to a moment, press "Mark from here", play on, press "…to here": a green band appears. Plan the edit: the marked part is in the plan (labelled "you marked this" if the AI hadn't picked it). **Watch for:** A marked part missing from the plan, or a waiting-time cut inside a marked part.

Improved

Starting a video: describe it first, the rest is optional

The Video start page now leads with one box to describe your video or drop your files; the kind of video is a small optional row, the looks are folded away until you want them, and finished clips are uploaded in Library. **Where:** Creative Studio → a brand → Video **How to test:** Open Video: the box is first, then a row of kinds (Ad, Organic reel, Explainer, Talking head / UGC, Polish my video) marked optional, then "Look · Let us choose". Type a sentence and Start without choosing anything. Pick a kind and the line under it says what it gives you. Open Look to pick one. "Upload them in Library" takes you to Library's Uploads. **Watch for:** Start staying greyed out after typing; a picked look not being remembered; Polish my video no longer opening the upload flow.

Fixed

Videos over a few megabytes upload again in Creative Studio

MP4 clips between roughly 4.5 MB and 20 MB failed to upload with a bare "Could not upload that file"; they now go through the resumable upload and land in your library like any larger clip. **Where:** Marketing › Creative › Video — add a clip to a film (Your media, the start screen tray, or the chat); also Library uploads **How to test:** Upload an MP4 of about 6–15 MB. It should upload, show progress, and appear under Your media and in Library › Uploads. **Watch for:** A picture over ~4.5 MB still cannot be uploaded this way — it now says the file is too large instead of the generic failure.

Improved

Your brand fills itself in from your website

A brand linked to a website now takes its colours, fonts, tagline, description and voice from that site, and the Brand page opens on a short summary instead of an empty form. **Where:** Creative Studio → a brand → Brand **How to test:** Open Brand for a brand made from a website with an empty kit: the summary shows the site's colours and fonts and says "From your website". Click Edit to change anything. Use "Fill in from your website" after clearing a field to fill just that gap again. **Watch for:** Anything you had already set being replaced; colours or fonts that are not the ones on your site.

Improved

Your videos are watched once, for free, and smart editing is priced by the footage it works on

Every video you upload to your Library is now watched once in the background, at no cost to you, and everything that needs to know what is in it (Your media, a film made from your video, a rough cut) reuses that one viewing instead of watching it again. On a rough cut, Find waits and repeats and Plan the edit are now charged once for the raw footage they work on, 1 credit for every 30 seconds of each recording, and running either again on the same footage is free. A recording you add later is charged for its own seconds, and clips we generated for you are never charged again. The step tick-box is now "Keep this step uncut", for steps a reviewer must see exactly as recorded, like a consent screen. A landscape rough cut is now a 16:9 video, and its header says "Wide" instead of "Vertical". **Where:** Creative Studio › Video › your Library clips, and any rough cut (several of your own clips) **How to test:** 1. Upload a video to your Library and wait a few minutes: its tile shows "Read ✓". 2. Make a rough cut from two or three recordings. Check Find waits and repeats shows a price (for example "· 18 credits") and the note "Charged once for the footage it works on: 1 credit per 30 seconds. Running it again is free." 3. Press it, then check Plan the edit now says "· free", and pressing Find waits and repeats again costs nothing. 4. Add another recording to the cut and check the button now shows only that recording's price. 5. In the list of steps, tick "Keep this step uncut" on a consent step and save. 6. Make a cut from landscape screen recordings and check the header reads "Wide" and the joined video is 16:9. **Watch for:** being charged twice for the same footage in one cut, a price on the button that differs from what is charged, a Library tile that never shows "Read ✓", a landscape cut still showing "Vertical".

A broken section no longer takes your whole live page down

If one section of a published page fails to load in a visitor's browser, that section is now left out quietly while the rest of the page keeps working, and you get a notification telling you which page is affected. **Where:** Any published site. Notifications arrive in the bell (and by email or push, per your Publishing notification settings). **How to test:** Publish a scratch site, break one section so it fails only in the browser, then open the live page: the header, the other sections and the footer should still show, with no error box. Within a minute you should get "A section on your <Page> page failed to load"; its link opens the editor on that page. **Watch for:** A live page that shows an error box to visitors, a page that goes blank instead of losing one section, or more than one notification a day for the same broken section.

Add Google Analytics, pixels and tag managers by asking

You can now ask the editor chat (or Mondovo in Claude or ChatGPT) to "add Google Analytics G-…", "install my Meta pixel", "remove the Facebook pixel" or "turn on analytics", and it sets it up properly — as a managed tag that waits for cookie consent and appears in your privacy notice — instead of pasting code into your page. **Where:** Site editor → chat, or any connected assistant **How to test:** Ask "add Google Analytics G-XXXXXXX" (use a real measurement id), then open Settings → Tracking and check the tag is listed; publish and confirm it loads after consent. Ask "add a Meta pixel" without an id — you should be asked for the id and nothing should change. **Watch for:** A tag appearing inside the page's code instead of in Settings → Tracking, an id you never typed being installed, and "how many visitors did I get" being treated as an install request.

Appointments: one place to set up booking, see who's coming, and confirm in one click

"Online Scheduling" and "Booking Requests" are now one feature, Appointments. You can set it up in two clicks, see every booking under Leads → Appointments, confirm one from anywhere it appears, and find customers with upcoming appointments right in your contacts list. **Where:** Features › Appointments (setup and settings) · Leads › Appointments (your agenda) · Leads › Inbox (the "coming up" strip) · Overview · any contact's record **How to test:** 1. Go to Features. You should see one **Appointments** card. If it's off, click **Let people book**. The sheet is already filled in for your kind of business: an appointment name and length, how people book, your hours (from your site's opening hours, or weekdays 9–5) and your time zone. Click **Turn on**. 2. Check the card now says what's actually happening, for example "Taking bookings · Website, Chat", or the one step that's still missing, such as "Add your hours to start" or "Add a booking form to my site". 3. Open the card's **Hours & settings**. Try the hour presets ("Weekdays 9–5", "Copy first day to all"), switch between **Pick a free time** and **Ask for a time, I'll confirm**, and turn each place people can book (Website, Chat assistant, Voice calls) on and off. Voice shows "Needs the voice add-on" unless the site has it. 4. Go to Leads › Appointments. Bookings are grouped by day on your own clock, with the visitor's time shown too. Each one has a badge showing where it came from (Website, Chat, Voice). Use **Confirm**, **Reschedule** and **Cancel**, and click a name to open the contact. 5. Ask the chat assistant on your site for a call. With "Ask for a time, I'll confirm" on, it takes your preferred time and the request shows under **Needs a time**. Click **Pick a time** to book it. 6. Open a contact who has a booking. The Overview starts with **Next appointment** (Confirm, Reschedule, Cancel) and **What they want** (the chat summary). A booking alone no longer labels someone a "Customer". 7. In Leads › Inbox › Contacts, try the **Upcoming appointment**, **Pending confirmation**, **Needs a time** and **Had appointment** filters, and sort by **Next appointment**. **Watch for:** Visitors are asked for a phone number and an email, but only one of them is required, on the website, in chat and on voice calls. Every booking stays "waiting for you" until you confirm it. Changes to your website's booking form go live the next time you publish; chat and voice pick up changes right away.

Appointments: week calendar, self-service links, one-click confirm and reminders

Appointments now run themselves: see your week at a glance, let customers move or cancel on their own, confirm new bookings straight from the email, and remind people before they come. **Where:** Leads → Appointments (List | Week). Businesses whose work is appointments — clinics, salons, trainers, therapists, advisers — also get an Appointments entry in the left rail once Appointments is on. Reminder and morning-email switches are under Appointments → Hours & settings → More options. **What's new:** - **Week view** on your business's clock: open hours in white, closed hours grey, time off hatched; waiting bookings in amber, confirmed in green. Click a booking to confirm, move, cancel or open the contact; click an open slot to add an appointment for someone (search your contacts or type a name with an email or phone — it's confirmed straight away). On a phone it becomes a day-by-day list. - **Customers can reschedule or cancel themselves** from a link in every booking email and on the booking confirmation screen — no login. They only see times you're actually open. A moved booking goes back to "waiting for you" so you still confirm every appointment, and you're told by email and in your notifications. - **Confirm from the email:** the "new booking" email has Confirm and "Suggest another time or decline" buttons. Each works once; a second click just shows what already happened. - **Customers hear back:** they now get an email when you confirm, move, decline or cancel their appointment. - **Reminders** go to customers a day and an hour before every confirmed appointment (on by default — switch either off any time). - **Morning email** with the day's appointments, sent around 7am your time on days you have bookings (on by default). - **Notifications:** new bookings, customers moving or cancelling, and people waiting for you to pick a time now show in the bell (and on your phone, if you've turned on push). Manage them under Settings → Notifications → Appointments. **How to test:** 1. Turn on Appointments, book a time on your published site with your own email. Check you get "We got your request" with a "Reschedule or cancel" link, and the owner email has Confirm / Suggest another time or decline. 2. Click Confirm in the owner email — the page says it's confirmed and the customer email arrives. Click it again: "You already confirmed this appointment." 3. Open the customer link, pick a new time — the booking shows as waiting again in Leads → Appointments, and you get an email and a bell notification. 4. Switch to Week, click an empty open slot and add an appointment for a contact. **Watch for:** times shown on the wrong clock (the customer page uses the customer's own time zone; the week view uses the business's), a reminder arriving for a booking that's still waiting, or two emails for one change.

Bookings now respect time zones — and your chat assistant can book appointments

Your booking hours now run on your business's own clock, visitors see open times converted to their time zone (with a one-click switch to your time), a time that has just been taken can no longer be double-booked, and — when you turn on appointment booking — your chat and voice assistant can check real availability and book a time for the visitor. Past times and times inside your minimum notice are no longer offered, and your booking settings are now visible only to people with access to your site. **Where:** Site editor → Activity → Availability (business time zone, weekly hours, and new booking rules: minimum notice, how far ahead, gap between bookings). The time zone is also in Settings → General. **How to test:** Confirm your business time zone, add weekly hours, then open your booking page from a device set to a different time zone — the times should show in that zone and be labelled. Book a slot, then try to book the same slot again from another browser. With appointment booking on in your chat widget, ask the assistant for a time tomorrow. **Watch for:** Times shown an hour off around daylight-saving changes; a booking accepted for a slot someone else just took; the assistant offering a time that isn't in your schedule.

Build summary banner now clears itself after 10 minutes

The "Built N pages… items didn't build" banner above the editor was meant to disappear 10 minutes after a build finished, but it only did so after a page reload — in a tab left open it stayed indefinitely. It now hides on schedule. **Where:** Site editor, after a site build finishes **How to test:** Build a site, leave the editor tab open, and confirm the summary banner disappears about 10 minutes after the build completes (Dismiss still hides it immediately). **Watch for:** A failed build ("The build stopped") must still stay visible — only the finished summary auto-hides.

Fixed

Bulk SEO changes from the assistant are easier to review and no longer jump you away

Asking the assistant to update SEO across many pages now shows a compact, collapsible table to approve instead of a long wall of text, keeps you on the SEO screen after you confirm, lists the result page by page, correctly updates the home page (it used to fail with "Page not found"), and reminds you to publish when your site is live. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → Chat → "update SEO for all pages" **How to test:** Ask for SEO on every page of a site with 6+ pages; confirm; check the home page is included in the result and in SEO. **Watch for:** The view switching to Marketing or the chat shrinking after Confirm; the home page reported as not found.

Improved

Chat leads now arrive tagged, located and summarised — in one email

Leads from your site's chat assistant now come into your CRM with consistent service, industry and location tags, their company and city, how ready they are to buy, an approximate location, and a short AI summary of the conversation — and you get one email per lead with all of it, instead of several. Booking a call through the chat now books exactly the time the visitor picked, shown in their own time zone and yours. **Where:** Site editor → Leads / CRM; your lead notification emails **How to test:** Chat with your site's assistant, share your details and what you need, then open the new contact. **Watch for:** Missing tags or location on a chat lead; more than one email for one chat; a booked time that differs from what the visitor chose.

New

Connect Google Calendar to bookings

Bookings can now check your Google Calendar: times you're already busy aren't offered to visitors, and new bookings are added to your calendar automatically. **Where:** Your site → Bookings → Availability → Google Calendar **How to test:** Connect a Google account, add a meeting during your opening hours, and check that slot disappears from the booking widget. Book a free slot and check it appears in your calendar as "[Pending] …"; confirm it and the "[Pending]" goes; cancel it and the event is removed. Move or delete the event in Google Calendar and check the booking shows a note about it. **Watch for:** Slots still offered during a busy meeting, a booking counted twice against a slot's capacity, and the "can't read your calendar" warning showing while the calendar works.

Connected AI assistants can add a page they wrote themselves

An assistant connected to Mondovo can now add a brand-new page it has written to a site, with its own text, page title and description, and a link in the menu — checked the same way as any other code edit, saved in version history, and with no credits spent. **Where:** Any connected assistant (the Mondovo connector) — the "add a page" action, when the assistant supplies the page itself. **How to test:** Connect an assistant, ask it to write and add a simple new page (e.g. "/our-process") to a test site. Open the site editor: the page appears in the page list and the header menu, its text is editable, and Version history shows an "Added page" entry that can be undone. **Watch for:** A page added at an address that already exists (it must be refused, not overwritten); a page whose text shows blank (the assistant must send the text with the page); a menu that does not show the link on designs whose header hardcodes its links.

Fixed

Connecting Google Analytics no longer blanks your site

Connecting Google Analytics (or using "Redeploy live version") rebuilt some sites without their page content, leaving blank pages and an out-of-date menu until the next publish. Redeploys now use exactly the content your site shows, and if that content can't be prepared the live site is left untouched. **Where:** Site editor → Analytics → Connect Google Analytics; Publish → Redeploy live version **How to test:** Connect Google Analytics on a published site, then open the live site — every page should keep its text and menu. **Watch for:** Blank headings or an old menu label after a redeploy.

Fixed

Custom forms no longer flash a generic form before loading

On published sites, a custom form briefly showed a generic "Full Name / Email / Phone / Message" form before switching to the real one. Pages now load with the right form straight away. **Where:** Any published page with a custom form — republish to pick up the fix **How to test:** Open a page with a custom form on the live site with a slow connection; the real fields should be there from the first paint. **Watch for:** A form that changes fields after the page loads.

Cut up a long recording, and remove waits and repeated screens for you

Screen recordings are full of waiting: loading spinners, progress bars, pages that take a moment to appear. The same screen often gets recorded twice, too. Your rough cut can now find all of that for you. It lists every loading screen and still stretch it finds, plus every screen you recorded more than once, and says which take it would keep and why. Nothing is cut until you say so. You can untick anything, apply the rest in one go, and undo it with one click. You can also split any clip into parts, turn a single long recording into a cut of its own, and a cut can now hold up to 40 parts. Since 1 October, reading your recordings is free. The first time you use Find waits and repeats or Plan the edit on a cut, it is charged once for the footage it works on, 1 credit for every 30 seconds of each recording, and the button shows the price first (for example "Find waits and repeats · 18 credits"). Running it again on the same footage is free, a recording we couldn't read is refunded, and pressing twice only charges once. Choosing the best take, splitting, cutting, applying and undoing are all free. **Where:** Video studio → a rough cut (the clip list) → Find waits and repeats (the button shows its price). Also Video studio → a video of your own footage → Cut this up, and Library › Uploads → Make a video from several clips → select one clip → Cut it into parts. **How to test:** 1. Upload a screen recording of a minute or two that includes a loading screen or a spinner, and a screen you visit twice. 2. Open it, press Cut this up, and check the button says Find waits and repeats with a price: 1 credit for every started 30 seconds of the recording (a 2-minute recording is 4 credits). Press it. The screen says "Reading your clips…" for a minute or so, with the credits charged, and your balance drops by exactly that. 3. Check the list: each line shows the clip, the stretch, and what it is ("loading screen (12 s)"). A repeated screen says which clip's take is kept and why. The button shows how much time you will save. 4. Untick one line, then press Cut. The list shows what was cut. Press Undo and check the cut is back exactly as it was. 5. Apply again, then open Edit on a clip, pause the preview at a point, and press Split here. A new row appears named "… · part 2". Drag it somewhere else. 6. Press Join · free and check the joined video is as long as the list says, and that the waits are gone. **Watch for:** A suggestion that would cut something you meant to show, such as a screen you talk over or a result appearing. A loading screen that is not suggested. Two different screens marked as repeats. A joined video whose length does not match the list. A clip that can't be read will say so, and its credits come back; Try again shows its price again. A price on the button that differs from what your balance drops by. A charge for a recording that was already read. After the read, the button should say "· free".

Edit your rough cut, and point at things with callouts

You can now shape a rough cut before you join it: drag clips into a new order, remove one, keep just the part of each clip you want, and speed a clip up or slow it down. Then, on the finished video, you can add a bubble, arrow, ring, box or spotlight that points at exactly the spot you choose. All of it is free. **Where:** Video studio → a rough cut made from your clips (the clip list), and Video studio → Edit captions, music & graphics → Graphics → Add callout **How to test:** 1. In Library › Uploads, select three clips and make a video from them. 2. Drag the third clip to the top (or use the Up and Down keys on its handle), and remove one clip. 3. Press Edit on a clip, move the start and end sliders, and pick 1.5×. The row shows the kept stretch and how long it now plays. Tap the clip in the preview strip to hear it at that speed. 4. Press Join · free. When it is joined, change the order again: the screen says "Changed since you joined" and offers Join again · free. 5. Press Edit this cut, open the Graphics tab, press Add callout, pick Ring and drag a box over something. Add a Bubble, click a spot and type a few words. Drag either one by its handle to move it. 6. Export, and check that the ring and the bubble appear where you put them, for about two and a half seconds each. **Watch for:** A joined video that is longer or shorter than the clip lengths shown in the list. A callout that lands somewhere other than where you placed it in the preview. Words on a bubble that are missing or cut off. Very long or unusual words may be refused with "Shorten the words".

Every published page now gets a real title and meta description

Pages that arrived without SEO — designs brought in through a connected AI app, pages edited as code, or a design turned into a build — used to go live titled like "Acme — Build 1" or "WebsitesPage", with every description reading "Website for …". Publishing now writes a proper title and description for any page that is missing one, from the page's own copy, and saves it so you can see and edit it in SEO. **Where:** Publish (editor or connected AI app) → SEO tab afterwards **How to test:** Take a site whose pages have empty SEO titles/descriptions, publish it, then open SEO — every page should have a specific title and a 120–155 character description; view source on the live page to confirm `<title>` and `<meta name="description">` match. **Watch for:** Titles or descriptions you wrote yourself being replaced (they must never be); the site name ending in "— Build 1" appearing anywhere on the live site.

New

Every site gets a browser-tab icon — and you can pick a better one

Sites without a favicon now get one made from your brand (your initial in your heading font and colours) when you publish, and Home in the site editor offers four AI-designed icon ideas plus that monogram, each previewed at real tab size, so you can pick one in a click. You can also ask the assistant to design or change your site icon. **Where:** Site editor → Home → "Pick your site icon"; or ask the assistant "make me a favicon" **How to test:** Open a site with no favicon, pick an option, publish, and check the browser tab on the live site. **Watch for:** Icons with misspelled letters; your own uploaded icon being replaced (it never should be).

Features now live where you use them

The separate Features page is gone. Each thing your site can do now has its on/off switch in the part of the dashboard where you actually use it, so you no longer have to guess where something is. **Where:** Site dashboard, left menu - **Content** (new in the menu): every list your site keeps (FAQs and help center, jobs, events, courses, directory, downloads, blog, menu). Each list shows where it appears on your site, how many items it has, and a switch to show or hide its page. "+ Add a list" suggests lists that fit your business. - **Leads → Forms:** switches for quote requests, inquiry forms and quizzes, under "Ways people can reach you". - **Leads → Appointments:** turn booking on or off, same as before. - **Leads:** Applications, Registrations and Enrollments tabs appear while you have jobs, events or courses switched on. - **Settings → Payments → Selling tools:** cart & checkout, payment buttons, wishlists and compare. Stores also see these under Orders → Store settings. - **Marketing → Funnels:** your sales funnels. - **Settings → Customer Login:** let your customers sign in. - **Settings → Custom (advanced):** your own small programs, such as a quote calculator. You can also just describe what you want to the assistant ("add a quote calculator to my pricing page"). It builds the feature, tests it with example values and shows you the answer. After you confirm, it puts the feature live and adds it to your page. - **Overview:** a new "What else can your site do?" card suggests three things that fit your business. Each one takes you to where you switch it on. Old links and bookmarks to the Features page still work and take you to the right new place. **How to test:** 1. Open a site's dashboard and click **Content** in the left menu. Check that every list shows an honest line, such as "On your site at /events" or "Hidden from visitors", along with its item count. Switch a list off, confirm, and check it reads "Hidden" and still has its items. Then switch it back on. 2. Go to **Leads → Forms** and switch "Quote requests" on. Finish the dialog and check the switch stays on. 3. Go to **Settings → Payments** and check the Selling tools switches. 4. Go to **Marketing → Funnels** and check your funnels are listed. 5. Visit an old `/mc/features`, `/mc/apps`, `/mc/funnels` or `/mc/functions` link and check you land on Content, Marketing → Funnels or Settings → Custom (advanced). 6. On the Overview, click a "What else can your site do?" suggestion and check it opens the right section. **Watch for:** - A list whose page exists but that still says "no page on your site shows it yet". - A switch that snaps back after you confirm. - On phones, the Content rows and Orders tabs not fitting the screen. - Wishlists (share links) now sit under Selling tools, and discount codes open from Cart & checkout.

Fixed published sites missing some responsive styles

Some styles that switched with screen size or state (for example a section that should be wide on desktop and tall on phones) could be left out of the published site even though the editor showed them correctly. Publishing now includes them, so the live site matches the editor. **Where:** Any published site — republish to pick up the fix **How to test:** Publish a site with a section whose shape changes between mobile and desktop; check both widths on the live site. **Watch for:** Any layout that looks right in the editor but different on the live site.

Footers no longer crash on a wrapped copyright line

Some designs showed an error in place of the footer because the copyright line was handed markup instead of text; the footer now renders, and our automatic code repair no longer produces that shape. **Where:** Site editor → Design canvas → any page footer **How to test:** Open a design whose footer shows the copyright line and confirm the footer renders with the current year. **Watch for:** A "Footer section" error card, or the copyright line appearing twice.

Move, swap or remove the cutaways in a finished video, free

After your motion-graphics video is made, you can change its b-roll cutaways without paying for a new edit. Move a shot to different words, swap it for one of your own clips or photos, remove it, or add another of your shots. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a finished motion-graphics edit of your own footage → Polish → **Cutaways · free** (also reachable from **Edit words and text**, which now has a Cutaways section). **How to test:** Open Cutaways. Press **Move** on a cutaway, tap the first and last word it should cover, and press **Move it here**. Scrub to that moment and check the preview shows the shot. **Swap** another for one of your photos, **Remove** one, and add one of your shots. Press **Save · free**; a few minutes later the video plays with the new cutaways, with your voice and captions unchanged. Place two cutaways back to back and check the window says why it can't save. **Watch for:** credits being charged; the voice cutting out during a cutaway; a removed shot still in the video; captions or graphics changing when only cutaways were edited; a cutaway running into the closing card.

New pages get a proper SEO title and description as soon as they're created

Any page added to your site — by the builder, an edit, or a connected AI app — now gets a specific search title and meta description within seconds, instead of waiting until publish. Collection pages (menu items, products, posts) get "Item | Business" titles and descriptions from their own text, and legal pages get proper descriptions. **Where:** Site editor → SEO, right after adding a page **How to test:** Add a page, wait a few seconds, open SEO — it should have a title and a 120–155 character description. **Watch for:** SEO you wrote being replaced (it must never be); a "changed elsewhere" banner appearing right after adding a page.

New post, Delete and Undo are now at the top of the post editor

The post editor now puts New post and a menu with Duplicate and Delete at the top, shows when your edits are saved, lets you undo a delete, and quietly removes new posts you left empty. **Where:** Marketing → Posts → open any post **How to test:** Open a post and use the ⋯ menu to delete it; click Undo in the message at the bottom and the post comes back. Click New post, leave without typing anything, and check no empty post was left behind. On a scheduled post the menu says "Unschedule and delete"; on a published one it says "Remove from calendar" and notes the post stays live. **Watch for:** A deleted post reappearing after the undo message disappears; a post you typed in being removed when you leave.

Plan a screen-recording video from what it's for

Tell your rough cut what the video is for, for example "for Google's review of our sign-in and YouTube upload access", and it writes the steps the video has to show, in order, with what each step must show and the rules to keep. When a video is for a review or verification, the steps and rules include what reviewers look for: the app's name on the consent screen, each permission and where it is used, and the address bar in view. You can rename, reorder, remove or add steps. Then press Plan the edit. It finds the best take of each step across all your clips, drops the waiting, errors and repeats, speeds up typing and form filling where your rules allow it, and shows you the plan: each step with its clips and times, what it dropped and why, what is missing ("no footage of revoking access") and how long the video will play. Nothing changes until you press Use this plan, and one click undoes it. If your rules say not to crop, clips of another shape get bars instead of being cropped. A cut can now take up to 20 minutes of recordings, including a single long recording and large files up to 2 GB, while the finished video plays up to 5 minutes. Writing the steps and planning the edit are free, as often as you like. Since 1 October, the first time you use Plan the edit (or Find waits and repeats) on a cut, it is charged once for the footage it works on, 1 credit for every 30 seconds of each recording; the button shows it before you press, for example "Plan the edit · 18 credits". Planning again is free, and reading your recordings costs nothing. **Where:** Video studio → a rough cut → What is this video for? → Plan my video, then Plan the edit. You can also say what the video is for in the chat beside a rough cut. **How to test:** 1. Make a rough cut from two or three screen recordings of one process, one of them over five minutes long if you have one. Include a loading screen and a screen you recorded twice. 2. In What is this video for?, type what it is for and press Plan my video. Check the steps make sense and the rules are ticked. Rename one step, move one, and add one called "Revoke access". Press Save list. 3. Check the Plan the edit button shows the price for the cut's footage ("Plan the edit · 18 credits"), or "· free" once Find waits and repeats has run on the same footage. Press it. If the clips haven't been read yet, it first says "Reading your clips first…" and then plans by itself. Press Plan again afterwards and check it says free and costs nothing. 4. Check the plan. Each step lists its clips and times, a step that couldn't be sped up says why, Missing lists the step you added with no footage, Dropped lists the waits, errors and repeats with reasons, and the total is five minutes or less. 5. Press Use this plan. Check the clip list now follows the plan, then press Undo and check your clips are back exactly as they were. 6. Use the plan again, then press Join · free. Check that nothing is cropped when a clip is a different shape, and that the video is as long as the plan said. 7. In the chat beside the cut, type what the video is for and check the list of steps appears in the cut's panel. **Watch for:** - A step shown with footage of a different screen, or a best take that has an error in it. - A consent or permission screen that is sped up, or cut short, when the rules say not to. - A reason or a step that names something you can't recognise. - Plan the edit waiting forever after "Reading your clips first…". - A charge for planning or planning again, or a reading charge different from the price on the button. - A long recording (10 minutes or more) that can't be added to a cut or can't be read. - An edit that is refused as "would make your cut play" more than five minutes when it makes the cut shorter. - Join refused when the cut plays five minutes or less.

Previews load on large sites, and a failed preview never changes your pages

Large sites, especially ones with home-page drafts, could hit a limit that made every page's preview fail. The automatic repair then treated that failure as broken code and edited pages that were fine. Previews now send only what the page uses, and a preview that fails to load is never "repaired". **Where:** Site editor → any page, on a site with several home-page drafts or many sections **How to test:** Make two drafts of the home page, then open the editor. Home, the drafts and inner pages all preview. Version history shows no automatic repair entries from opening the editor. **Watch for:** A section missing from a preview, which would mean it wasn't sent. Any version-history row saying "Auto-fix" right after opening the editor.

Improved

Publish now shows exactly what will change on your live site

Before you publish, the "View" list now compares your live site with your latest edits and shows the real differences page by page — new SEO titles (old → new), updated descriptions, text changed in a section, design changes, added or removed pages — instead of a generic "Updated site". **Where:** Site editor → Publish (on a site that's already live) → View **How to test:** Change a page's SEO title and some text on a live site, open Publish, click View. **Watch for:** Pages listed as changed when you didn't touch them; the count on the Publish button disagreeing with the list.

Published pages no longer go blank when they use the browser's own tools

A section that used a built-in browser feature, such as timing an animation or remembering a choice in the browser, could be misread during publishing and break the whole page after it loaded. Publishing now recognises the browser's own features and leaves them alone. **Where:** Any published site **How to test:** Publish a site whose sections animate on a timer or remember a choice. Open it on a phone and a desktop; the page stays up after it loads, with no errors in the console. **Watch for:** A published page that shows for a moment and then goes blank.

See each post the way the platform will show it

The post editor now shows a live preview in the style of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X or YouTube, built from exactly the text that will be sent — including the call to action and hashtags, which are now editable right under the post text. **Where:** Marketing → Posts → open any post → "Preview on …" at the top of the right column **How to test:** Type in the post text, call to action and hashtags and watch the preview follow. Try a long LinkedIn post (folds at "…see more"), an Instagram reel (vertical frame with cover), a YouTube video (thumbnail and title). Make a reel with no clip and check the preview says it won't publish yet. **Watch for:** Preview text that differs from what is published; a publish button disabled with no reason under it; an account not being ticked when it is the only one on the post's platform.

The installed app now shows the Mondovo logo

When Mondovo was added to a phone's home screen it showed a plain placeholder "M" instead of the Mondovo logo; it now shows the real logo. **Where:** Add Mondovo to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, Install app on Android or desktop Chrome) **How to test:** Install the app fresh and check the home-screen icon and the app switcher. **Watch for:** Phones that already installed the app keep the old icon until it is removed and added again.

Try a new version of your home page, without touching the live one

Drafts now work on your home page too: make a copy, change its sections and wording as much as you like, compare it with what's there, and swap it in only when you're happy. **Where:** Open your home page in the editor, either in the Pages view or on the design canvas. Next to **Current** you'll see **New version**, the same as on every other page. **How to test:** 1. Open the home page and click **New version**. The panel says which parts of the page stay shared with your live site. 2. With the draft open, ask for a change to a section only the home page uses, such as the hero headline. Click **Current** and check that the live home page still has its original words and layout. 3. On a different page, change something that only lives on the home page. Open the draft and check that it didn't pick up the change. 4. Click **Use this version** on the draft. Check that the home page now shows the draft, and that its address, menu entry and search settings haven't changed. 5. Undo from the home page's history. Check that the page, its sections and the draft are all exactly as they were before the swap. 6. Delete a draft and check that nothing on the live home page changes. **Watch for:** - Your header, footer, theme, and any section another page also uses stay shared with the live site. Changing them from a draft changes them everywhere, and the draft bar says so. - Now and then we'll say we can't make a draft of the home page. That happens when one of its sections gets its text in a way we can't copy safely. We'd rather refuse than give you a draft that quietly edits your live page. - A draft never shows up for visitors. That covers the published site, your menu, your sitemap, shared preview links and your chat widget's answers.

Upload a video to YouTube, get a title, description and thumbnail ideas, and schedule it

YouTube is now just "YouTube" in the post editor, with Short or Video set automatically from your clip, and one flow: add the video (upload or paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or direct link), get a suggested title, description and thumbnail ideas, pick a thumbnail, and schedule. **Where:** Marketing › Posts › open or add a post › Platform: YouTube **How to test:** 1. Set Platform to YouTube. The Format list shows only "Short (vertical)" and "Video (landscape)". 2. Upload a video, or paste a public Google Drive share link ("Anyone with the link") and press Import. 3. Check the format switches to match the clip (landscape → Video; vertical up to 3 minutes → Short). 4. Wait for the title, description and three thumbnail ideas to appear. Edit the title. 5. Under Thumbnail, click a frame, or "Make this" on an idea, and check the picture appears as the thumbnail. 6. Choose your YouTube channel (it's ticked for you if it's your only one), answer the "made for kids" question, and schedule. **Watch for:** Other platforms' format lists should now show only what they can post (no "Thread" on Instagram or YouTube). A Drive link that isn't shared publicly should say so, not fail silently. A channel that hasn't verified its phone number still uploads the video; YouTube just picks the thumbnail itself.

Fixed

Your own domain is now your site's live address everywhere

Once your domain is connected, every "View live" link, the publish success screen and shared links open your own domain (with or without www, as you chose), the temporary address forwards visitors to it, and the domain is checked automatically while the publish screen is open — no more waiting on a "Verification Pending" that was already done. Sites built from a design on an agency's own preview domain now publish on that domain too. **Where:** Site editor → Publish; Home → View live; Settings → Domain **How to test:** On a site with a connected domain whose DNS is already set up, publish. The success screen should flip to "is active" on its own within a few seconds and lead with your domain, showing the temporary address underneath. Open the temporary address in a new tab — it should land on your domain, same page. **Watch for:** The temporary address forwarding before the secure certificate is ready (it must not); a "your root domain redirects…" warning on a domain whose root correctly forwards to www; a newly built site from an agency design publishing on the platform's own address.

Fixed

Your site's chat assistant now knows exactly what's on your live site

The chat assistant's knowledge is now refreshed from your published site every time you publish, so it answers from the same prices, services and wording visitors see — including sites built with a connected AI app. Unpublished drafts no longer leak into its answers. **Where:** Any site with the chat assistant — publish once to refresh it **How to test:** Change a price, publish, then ask the chat assistant about that price. **Watch for:** Answers that quote old or unpublished content.

Improved

YouTube posts: clearer thumbnails, your own thumbnail ideas, and no silent publish blocks

Publishing a YouTube video is simpler: the title and description now sit right under the video, thumbnails can be opened full size and switched back, you can describe your own thumbnail idea, and "made for kids" defaults to No so it no longer blocks publishing without a word. **Where:** Marketing → Posts (now opens on your post list) → open or create a YouTube post **How to test:** Upload a video to a YouTube post. Check the title and description appear directly under the video. In Thumbnail, click the chosen picture to see it full size; make a second thumbnail and switch back to the first from the strip; use "Describe your own idea" or "Edit first" on a suggestion. With no account or title, the publish button lists what is missing. **Watch for:** A thumbnail that does not change after "Use this thumbnail"; the publish button disabled with no reason listed under it.

New

YouTube thumbnails: 4 options drawn from your video, with the real people in it

When you add a video to a YouTube post, we now watch it and draw four different thumbnails in one go — a face from your video, the video's strongest hook, the result, and a cinematic cover that also works as a website hero — keeping the real people and places from your footage. You can ask for more with your own direction and pick which person or moment to build on. **Where:** Marketing → Posts → a YouTube post → add a video → Thumbnail **How to test:** Add a video to a YouTube post. Within about two minutes four labelled options appear (Face, Hook, Result, Cover) and the first becomes the thumbnail; click any to see it full size and "Use this thumbnail". Click "Make 4 more options", type a direction, tap a person's face or a frame as a reference, and make another set. The upload area says the automatic set costs 1 credit. **Watch for:** People in the options who don't look like the people in the video; an option set stuck on "Drawing"; a second automatic set being made (and charged) for the same video; the chosen thumbnail being replaced after you picked one yourself.

"Let AI pick the best fit" now adds a real section

Choosing "Let AI pick the best fit" when adding a section now adds the section your page most needs, with real copy for your business, instead of a section headed "Let AI pick the best fit". **Where:** Design editor → click an empty area of the page → Add new section → Section type: Let AI pick the best fit **How to test:** Pick "Let AI pick the best fit", choose a placement and apply. The new section should be a normal section (e.g. testimonials, FAQ, process) whose headline and text are about the business. **Watch for:** The words "AI", "best fit" or "picked for you" appearing in the new section's visible text.

Add page and page switching work again on smaller screens

On smaller or zoomed-in screens, where the Structure panel floats over the preview, clicking "Add page" or picking another page in the page menu did nothing. Both now work. **Where:** Site editor → Structure panel → the page menu (e.g. "Homepage") → Add page, or any page in the list **How to test:** Make the browser window narrow (or zoom to 150%) so the Structure panel opens as a floating panel. Open the page menu and click "Add page"; the site planner should open. Open the menu again and pick another page; the preview should switch to it. **Watch for:** The floating panel closing without doing anything, or clicks outside the panel no longer closing it.

B-roll cutaways on your own talking-head videos

When you add motion graphics to a video of yourself talking, it can now cut away to your own clips and photos, or to AI-made shots, for a few seconds while you keep talking. This is included in the graphics price. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload a video of yourself talking → ask for motion graphics (or say "add some b-roll") → the priced card's **Cutaways (b-roll)** section. **How to test:** On the card, choose **Only my shots** or **Fill the gaps**. Add a clip or photo under **Your shots** and wait for its caption to appear, then press **Plan again with your shots**. Press **Pick the moment** on a shot, tap the first and last word it should cover, and press **Put it here**. The cutaway list should update to show your shot at those words, marked with a pin. Approve, then check that your shots and the AI-made ones appear at the listed times while your voice keeps playing and the captions stay on screen. **Watch for:** a cutaway during the first or last three seconds that you didn't pin; more AI-made shots than the card says are included; the credits changing when you switch b-roll; the speaker's audio dropping during a cutaway; a shot missing from a free caption re-make.

New

Big words split around you, passing behind you

On your own talking video, Creative Studio can now set one phrase you say huge and split it in two halves that frame you — "100+" on one side of you, "people" on the other, with a small lead-in line above — and the words pass behind you, the look from viral talking-head reels. **Where:** Creative Studio → open a film made from your own talking video → chat with the director. **How to test:** Ask "split the big words around me, behind me" (or "big words on both sides of me"). The plan card shows "Big words around you" with the phrase the director picked from what you said, and prices the cut-out that puts the words behind you. Approve it, export, and watch the moment: the two halves sit either side of you at chest height in your film's heading font, heavy and tightly set, with you in front of them. Ask for them "in front of me" to get the free version. **Watch for:** A half running off the edge of the frame on a wide shot; the words sitting in front of you after a paid cut-out; the regular captions showing the same words small underneath while the big words are up; a plain fallback face instead of your film's font.

Fixed

Creative Studio: motion-graphics films get their voiceover, and assistants can join clips

Motion-graphics films that ask for a voiceover now record it first and are cut to it, instead of coming out with music only; connected AI assistants can also join a rough cut of clips (including finished films) and no longer lose a slow message to a timeout. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video (Motion look ads and reels), and any AI assistant connected to Mondovo. **How to test:** Start a Motion-look ad with a voiceover in its brief — the button first records the voiceover, then makes the film to that read, and the download has the voice. From a connected assistant, make a film from two finished films' ids, join it, then open the joined cut to edit. Paste a script with lines like `VO: "…" On screen: WEBSITES · 10 DAYS` and check the words on screen are just WEBSITES and 10 DAYS and each scene keeps its seconds. **Watch for:** An ad with filmed scenes still records its voice after the picture — the assistant now sees that as the button's last step. A long assistant message answers "still working" and the reply appears on the film a little later; sending it again is refused until it finishes.

Domain setup spots Cloudflare's proxy and finishes verifying on its own

Connecting a domain on Cloudflare no longer tells you to delete a record that doesn't exist. If a record has the proxy (orange cloud) on, the health check now says so and tells you to switch it to "DNS only". The root domain now gets its own row too. And once every record checks out, the domain verifies without waiting for you to press Verify. **Where:** Publish → Custom domain, and the shareable DNS setup page **How to test:** On a Cloudflare-managed domain, add both CNAMEs with the proxy ON and open the health check. Both rows should say the proxy is on. Switch both to DNS only and re-check: all rows should turn green, and the publish dialog should verify the domain by itself. **Watch for:** The Cloudflare tab should be picked automatically when your nameservers are Cloudflare's. A domain whose records are all correct shouldn't stay on "Verification Pending".

Improved

Kinetic films and re-renders now use your brand's fonts

Kinetic type films made the classic way — and every re-render of an older kinetic film — now set their headlines and text in your brand kit's fonts (or the fonts you asked for), and the in-editor preview shows the same faces, instead of always using three built-in typefaces. Graphics over your own footage are offered your brand's fonts too. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a kinetic (type and motion) film; also "Edit" → save changes on an existing kinetic film, and graphics on an uploaded talking-head video. **How to test:** Save Google fonts (e.g. Playfair Display and Inter) on the brand kit, make a kinetic film or re-render an existing one, and check the big words use the heading font and the smaller lines the text font, in the preview and in the finished video. Try a brand with no fonts saved: it should look exactly as before. **Watch for:** Words running off the frame with a wider font, the preview showing different type than the video, or a plain system font appearing.

Improved

Motion graphics can use the whole Google Fonts library again

Graphic and motion scenes in Creative Studio videos now pick from the full Google Fonts library (about 1,900 families) and actually load the chosen font when the film is drawn, so premium briefs get premium type instead of a few stock faces. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any film with graphic or motion-graphics scenes. **How to test:** Ask for "an elegant editorial serif for headlines and a clean sans for labels" (or name a Google font such as Playfair Display) on a motion-graphics film, make it, and check the headlines use that face. With brand fonts saved on the brand kit, those should be used instead. **Watch for:** Text drawn in a plain fallback face, a named font being ignored, or brand fonts being overridden.

Fixed

Paste a live-action ad script and it's made as one film, with the characters speaking

A pasted shot-list script (shots with timings, who says what, sound notes) no longer fails with "words on screen is too long" — it becomes one filmed ad where the characters say their lines on camera, made in a single take from your script exactly as written. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → paste your script in the chat ("SHOT 1 (0-2s): … Derek says: "…"") **How to test:** Paste a 5–10 shot live-action script under 30 seconds with dialogue and an "Audio:"/"Avoid:" note. The storyboard should list each shot as a filmed scene with who says what, the button should show one line ("Your film · all N scenes in one take"), and the finished film should have the characters speaking their lines with sound. **Watch for:** Stage directions ("SHOT 3 (…)", "Sound: …") appearing as on-screen text; the film being split into many short clips; the finished film playing silent; a line said by the wrong character.

Improved

Pick any graphic in a video, and remove the ones you don't want

In the Edit words and text window, icons and shapes with no words in them (a calendar icon, a drawn badge) can now be clicked and moved, and any graphic can be removed from the video or brought back, free. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video with motion graphics → Edit words and text → Move or remove graphics **How to test:** Move to a moment where an icon shows, click it and drag it; then press "Remove from the video", check it disappears from the preview, and Save. The saved video should play without it. Open the window again: the removed graphic is listed under "Removed" with "Bring it back". **Watch for:** Clicking an icon selecting nothing, a removed graphic reappearing partway through its animation, or the rest of the layout shifting into its place.

Improved

Posts and Creative are separate tabs, and your calendar follows your site to its build

Marketing's Posts tab is now just your posts — calendar, ideas, approvals and connected accounts — while Creative is where you make images, video and logos; QR Codes is a regular Marketing tab, and a site's posts calendar now moves with it when you build and publish, so new posts never land somewhere the editor can't see. **Where:** Site editor → Marketing → Posts / Creative / QR Codes / Opportunities **How to test:** 1. On a published site that was built from a design, open Marketing → Posts and click New post — it opens straight into the editor, and it appears in the calendar. 2. Switch between Posts and Creative — each shows its own set of tools, and the address bar follows the tab you are on. 3. From Creative → Images, use an action that schedules a post — you land on the Posts tab. 4. Click QR Codes — the Marketing tabs stay on screen. 5. Click Opportunities on a site that never did the old marketing setup — the tabs stay on screen above the setup. **Watch for:** a post that says it is "no longer in this calendar", two tabs showing the same screen, or a Marketing tab that makes the tab strip disappear.

New

See and change your video's brief right on the storyboard

Creative Studio videos now show a **Film brief** beside the storyboard: what the video is for, the one thing viewers should remember, the offer, the ending, where it plays, its feel and length. Each item is marked **You chose** or **We picked**, so you can tell our guesses apart from your decisions and change any of them in place. If we guessed the shape, the brief asks where the video will play. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a film → storyboard side panel (with no scene selected) → "Film brief" at the top. **How to test:** Start a new film from a one-line prompt. Check the brief lists the purpose, message, offer, ending, shape, feel and length, with "We picked" on anything you didn't say. Pick a platform under "Where will it play?" and confirm the shape changes and the badge reads "You chose". Edit the message with the pencil and save. Then press Undo in the top bar and confirm the old message and "We picked" come back. **Watch for:** A change here doesn't rewrite scenes that already exist; it steers what gets written next. Badges showing "You chose" for something you never said. The shape question appearing again after you've picked a platform.

Fixed

Template names are readable in the page list

Templates in the Site → Pages list now show their full name (e.g. "Menu", "Services") instead of being cut to a single letter, and hovering the section's help icon explains what a template is. **Where:** Site → Pages → Templates section **How to test:** Open a site that has item templates (menu, services, categories). The Templates section lists each by its full name next to a small "template" label. Hover a row: the edit / add / delete buttons appear and the name stays readable. **Watch for:** Names clipped to one letter, or the hover buttons pushing the row out of the sidebar.

Improved

The video director talks your idea through before writing

When you start a video with just a rough idea, like "a reel for my bakery", the director now talks it through first instead of jumping straight to a storyboard. It suggests an angle or two for your business and asks one question at a time: what the video is for, what people should remember, where it will play, and any style you like. It never asks something you've already answered, and it stops after three replies. If you give a detailed request, or say "just make it", it writes the storyboard straight away as before. Everything you settle in the conversation appears in the Film brief as "You chose". **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → New video → type a short idea in the chat. **How to test:** Type "a reel for my bakery". The reply should suggest angles and ask one question, with no storyboard yet. Answer with a chip and check the answer appears in the Film brief as "You chose". Keep answering; within three replies a storyboard should be written. Then start another video with a detailed request (subject, offer, platform) and confirm the storyboard is written on the first reply. Also try "just make it" at any point. **Watch for:** The same question asked twice. Being asked about music, voice, captions or length. More than three replies before a storyboard. A detailed request being answered with questions instead of a storyboard.

A chat Undo that doesn't go through stays available to try again

If undoing a chat change failed, or you left the page while the undo was still running, the Undo button used to disappear even though your change was still in place. Now the Undo stays on the change until it actually goes through, and a failed undo says so. **Where:** Site → Home → Chat, on a "Done: …" message from the assistant **How to test:** Ask the chat to "Change the header button text to Talk to us", then press Undo on the result. You should see "Undone: …" and the button returns to its old text. If the undo fails, you should see "Failed to undo" and the Undo button stays so you can retry. **Watch for:** Undo disappearing with no message; the button text not changing back after "Undone".

Improved

A new version of a page now comes with the change you asked for

"New version" used to open an identical copy of the page, which looked like nothing had happened. It now asks what should be different — pick an idea like "Shorter" or "Different layout", or describe it — and the new version opens with that change made. The drafts bar is also quieter: it's a single small button until you have a draft, it no longer appears on the home page, and each draft tab has its own delete (×). **Where:** Open any page other than the home page in the editor (Pages view or the design canvas) → **+ New version** above the preview. **How to test:** Click **+ New version**, choose **Shorter**, and click **Create version**. A "Shorter" tab appears with a spinner, then shows the changed page while **Current** stays as it was. Hover the tab and click **×** → **Delete** to remove it. Open the home page and confirm no drafts controls appear. **Watch for:** The change landing on the current page instead of the draft; the tab spinner never finishing; the "What should be different?" panel or delete confirmation being cut off.

Fixed

Asking the assistant to tidy a menu that is already tidy no longer changes anything

When you ask the assistant to change your menu and the result would be exactly the menu you already have (for example "remove duplicate links" when there are none), it now tells you nothing needed changing instead of asking you to approve an identical menu and saving a new version. **Where:** Mission Control → Chat (or the assistant panel in the editor) **How to test:** On a site whose menu has no duplicate items, ask "Remove duplicate links from my menu". The assistant should answer that there was nothing to remove, show no Apply/Cancel card, and add no new entry to version history. Then ask for a real menu change (e.g. move an item to the end) — the confirmation card should still appear and apply. **Watch for:** A confirmation card showing the unchanged menu, or "Updated navigation menu" for a request that changed nothing.

Fixed

Build Full Site keeps a clean header and stops adding extras you didn't ask for

After Build Full Site, the top menu could list every topic twice and the header button could show up as an empty coloured pill. Neither happens any more. The build also stops adding an empty Help Center page and a placeholder "Welcome — explore our latest updates" bar. **Where:** Site editor → Build Full Site, then the live site's header (desktop and mobile menu) **How to test:** Build a full site from a one-page design whose menu links to sections on the homepage. The header should list each topic once, pointing at the new pages, and the header button should show its own text and link. In the build plan, add-ons and extra features start unticked unless your homepage directly asks visitors to do that thing. **Watch for:** A header button that is blank or shows a generic "Get Started". A Help Center page when the site has no help articles. An AI edit that says it used "the provided image" when you attached none.

New

Change captions on a motion-graphics video for free, and whole-phrase captions by default

After motion graphics are made on your own video, you can change how the captions look for free, with no new design and no credits. New videos show whole phrases by default. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → your own video with motion graphics → the panel on the right, or ask in the chat **How to test:** On a finished motion-graphics video, pick "Word by word", then "Large", then a position. - Each change re-renders in a few minutes and keeps the same design. - The previous version stays available; picking its settings again switches straight back. - Asking in the chat ("make the captions bigger") does the same thing, free. **Watch for:** a caption change that charges credits or changes the design, or a new motion-graphics request that stacks new graphics over old ones.

Fixed

Chat can change your header button text

Asking the assistant to "change the header button text to …" now updates the button (keeping its link and your menu as they are), instead of asking you to confirm an empty change and then failing with a technical error. **Where:** Site editor → assistant chat **How to test:** Ask "Change the header button text to Talk to us", confirm the card (it shows the new button text), and check the header button in the preview. Undo puts the old text back. **Watch for:** The menu items changing when only the button was asked for; the button losing its link; any confirmation card showing empty "" → "" values.

Fixed

Chat menu edits show what they remove, and undo survives a page reload

When the assistant proposes a new menu, the confirmation card now lists any current menu items the change would remove, and the result message names them — so a request like "remove duplicate links" can no longer quietly drop a real page. Undo for chat changes also keeps working after you reload the page. **Where:** Mission Control → Chat (or the editor's Assistant panel) **How to test:** Ask "Remove duplicate links from my menu" on a site with no duplicates — the assistant should say there are none. Ask it to remove one menu item — the card should show that item under "Removes 1 item from your current menu". Change the header button text, reload the page, then ask "Undo the last change" — the button text should go back. **Watch for:** A removal notice listing items that were only moved or relinked; undo after reload failing or undoing the wrong change.

New

Choose the colours for motion graphics on your video

Before you approve motion graphics on your own video, the card now shows which colours the design will use and where they came from (your brand kit or your website), and lets you keep them, let our designer choose, or tell us your own in the chat. It also says whether your logo will appear. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → upload your own video → ask for motion graphics → the card before you approve **How to test:** Ask for motion graphics. On the card, check the colour swatches and the source line, tap "Let the designer choose", then say "use navy and gold" in the chat and check the card updates. **Watch for:** swatches that don't match your brand; the choice not sticking after you approve; an edit ignoring colours you gave.

Fixed

Clear message when a Creative Studio link points at a workspace that isn't there

Opening a Creative Studio address for a workspace that doesn't exist (or that you can't access) now says so straight away, instead of spinning and retrying in the background before showing a generic error. **Where:** Creative Studio → any `/dashboard/creative/<id>/…` address with a wrong or old workspace id **How to test:** Open `/dashboard/creative/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/settings` while signed in. The page should show "This creative workspace does not exist, or you do not have access to it." within a second, with a link back to Creative Studio. **Watch for:** Real workspaces still open normally; a brief network hiccup still shows the loading spinner rather than the error.

Improved

Clearer waiting while your video is worked on

Uploading your own video and adding motion graphics now tells you what is happening where you are looking, with the right wait time. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload a video, then approve "Add motion graphics" **How to test:** Upload a video — the chat says it is being watched and to wait about a minute. Approve motion graphics — the chat shows what you approved and its credits, the progress line sits on the video preview and says 10+ minutes, and the captions/music switches are put away until the new version lands. **Watch for:** A large empty gap in the chat above a lone message; the switches still showing mid-render; "3–6 minutes" for a motion-graphics job.

Fixed

Creative Studio: graphics on your own videos work again, and AI assistants follow your brief

Approving a graphics plan on an uploaded video no longer fails with "Something went wrong" and loses the plan, and assistants connected to Creative Studio now build multi-scene storyboards, voiceovers and film shapes the way they were asked. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a film made from your own video; and any AI assistant connected to Mondovo. **How to test:** Upload a clip, ask for a drawn graphic or labelled step list over it, approve the free plan — the graphics appear. From a connected assistant, start a 16:9 14-second ad and check it stays 16:9 / 14s; send a multi-scene script with "voiceover" lines and check each line lands as spoken words in its own scene. **Watch for:** A failed approval should now say why and keep the plan waiting; the daily credit limit shows before you press make.

New

Edit the words in a motion-graphics video — live, and free

A finished motion-graphics video no longer has to be re-made to fix a word: open "Edit words and text", move to any moment, change the caption or the words in the graphics, see the change straight away over your video, and save — free, ready in a few minutes. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video with motion graphics → the panel beside the preview → "Edit words and text · free" **How to test:** Open the window, drag through the video and check "On screen at…" lists the caption and the graphic words showing at that moment. Change a caption word and a headline word — both change in the preview at once. Save, wait for the "Your text changes are in" message, and play the video. **Watch for:** A saved change landing on the wrong word when the same word appears twice; the preview's words drifting from the sound; text that no longer fits after a longer word.

New

Every finished video gets a cover, and you can have a designed one made

Finished videos in Creative Studio now pick their own cover (the strongest moment in the film) instead of opening on a black first frame, and you can turn it into a designed cover or thumbnail in the video's own shape with one click. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a finished film → the cover card under the download button **How to test:** Finish a film (or open one that is finished). Within a few seconds of it being put together, a cover appears with one line on why it was picked, and the player shows it before you press play. Press "Make a designed cover" (or "thumbnail" for a 16:9 film) and wait. It replaces the frame, and "Use the frame instead" goes back. Send the film to a post and check the post's cover matches. **Watch for:** a cover that shows a black or transitional frame; a designed cover in the wrong shape; a post whose cover is from an older version of the film.

Fixed

Form edits from a connected AI agent now show up on the site

When a connected agent changed a form's fields through a content edit (for example turning a multi-choice field into a dropdown), the edit saved but the preview, editor and published site kept showing the old form. The change now reaches every place the form renders. **Where:** Any site edited through the Mondovo connector — the site preview, the editor canvas and the published site. **How to test:** From a connected agent, change a field type on an existing form with a content edit, then reload the site preview. **Watch for:** The form still showing the old field type; other forms on the site changing when only one was edited.
