Improved

More of your site's emails are now yours to edit

You can now reword or switch off the emails visitors get about their bookings, and five store emails — the cash-on-delivery confirmation, the abandoned-cart reminder, and the three return emails (request received, return approved, refund issued) — now appear in your automations list, ready to edit and switch on. The return emails could never send before; they work now. Saving changes to the order receipt and order shipped emails also works again. **Where:** Your site → Leads → Automation → Automations → Ready-made automations **How to test:** 1. On a site that takes bookings, open **Booking Emails** (gear icon). You'll see one row per email — "When someone requests a booking", "When you confirm it", "When you move it" and so on. 2. Open "Edit wording" on "When you confirm it". The built-in wording shows greyed out. Type a new subject or message — you can use {business}, {service}, {date} and {time} — and save. 3. Confirm a test booking. The visitor's email uses your wording; the date, time and "Reschedule or cancel" button are still there. 4. Switch off "When you can't take it" — a warning says the visitor won't be told. Save, decline a test request, and check no email arrives. 5. On a store that accepts cash on delivery, open **Cash on Delivery Confirmation**, edit the subject, switch it on and place a cash-on-delivery test order. 6. On a store, open **Abandoned Cart**, set the wait time and switch it on. 7. On a store, switch on **Return Requested**, request a return on a test order, and check the customer gets the acknowledgement. Approve it and issue the refund with **Return Approved** and **Return Refunded** switched on — each sends its email. **Watch for:** - Leaving every field blank must send exactly the same emails as before. - Text you type with symbols like < or & must show as typed, never as formatting. - The cash-on-delivery card reads "Not in use" until cash on delivery is turned on for the store. - Switching the whole Booking Emails card off stops all of these emails, including confirmations.

Fixed

New sites only get the collections they need

A new site now gets only the content lists its business actually needs, such as products for a shop or a menu for a restaurant. Before, sections like "Featured", "New this month", "Our process" or "Instagram" could each become a separate list, sometimes filled with placeholder items that had nothing to do with the business. **Where:** Any new site — after the designs are created, open the site's content (the list of collections in the side menu). **How to test:** Create a site for a small shop (for example a pottery studio that sells mugs and bowls). After generation, the content side menu should show Products and nothing like "Projects", "Services", "Featured Shop" or "Instagram". Create a site for a consultant: it should have no collections at all. Sections on the homepage (featured items, process steps, social tiles) should still show their content. **Watch for:** A homepage section that appears empty, a shop with no Products list, or placeholder items such as "Emergency Service" or "Classic Cotton T-Shirt".

Improved

Opening a finished carousel is instant and shows where it was posted

Opening a finished image or carousel from Creative Studio no longer rebuilds it behind a loader, drops the creation-step clutter, and now shows every post it is on — scheduled, published or not yet scheduled — with the send time, the final caption and the exact slides each post will publish. A carousel that is already on a post opens showing that post's slides, so what you see is what goes out. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images → open any finished carousel or image from the grid **How to test:** Open a carousel that is already attached to a planned or scheduled post. The slides should appear without a "Building the finished layout…" wait. Under the picture, "Used in 1 post" shows the status (Scheduled / Published / Not scheduled / Needs attention), when it goes out, the caption (tap to expand) and an "Open post" link. The top of the page should no longer show "Edit discovery sources / Open Inspiration", "Campaign batches", the Ideate → Refine → Results chips or "1 variant in this batch". **Also check:** each post in "Used in" shows small thumbnails of its slides. If the carousel was edited after it was attached, an amber note says the post will publish the earlier slides. **Watch for:** A carousel whose slides were never fully built should still build once, as before. Pressing "Start a new creation" should bring the normal creation controls back.

Improved

Picture previews in your "it's ready" emails and phone notifications

Emails and phone notifications that say something is ready have a new branded design and now show what was made: your carousel's slides, your logo or image options, screenshots of your new website designs, your live site after publishing, and the opening frame of a finished film. **Where:** The "Done: …" emails and push notifications sent when a carousel, image, logo, set of designs, site build, publish or film finishes. **How to test:** Check email notifications are on in Account settings → Notifications. Make a carousel in Creative Studio, leave the page, and open the email: it should show up to four slides in a row and say how many there are. Generate new website designs, leave, and check the email that arrives a few minutes later: it should show the designs' screenshots. On Android, the push notification should show a large picture. **Watch for:** Emails with broken images, a picture from a different or older design, or new-design emails that never arrive (they wait up to about 12 minutes for screenshots, then send without them).

Improved

Preview, AI help and test sends for every automation email

Ready-made automation emails — order receipts, shipping updates, abandoned carts, returns, booking emails, lead auto-replies, reminders and review requests — now use the same email editor as journeys, so you can see exactly what your customer will get before it goes out. **Where:** Mission Control → Automation → any ready-made automation → Edit settings (and journey email steps) **How to test:** 1. Open "Order receipt" (or any email automation) and click a detail chip such as {{first_name}} — it is inserted where your cursor is. 2. Switch to Preview: the email shows with sample details filled in, laid out the way it arrives. Use "Larger preview" for a desktop/phone view. 3. Type an instruction under "Refine with AI" (e.g. "make it warmer"), review the suggestion in the preview, then Apply or Discard. 4. Click "Send me a test" — a copy marked [Test] arrives at your own account email, and the editor shows where it was sent. 5. In Booking emails, expand a message and check the chips insert {business}, {date} and so on, and the preview fills them in. **Watch for:** placeholders showing up unfilled in the preview or test email; a test going anywhere other than your own address; the dialog's Save button being hidden on small screens.

New

Send each client's emails from their own domain

Each site can now verify its own sending domain, so a business's lead replies, booking emails and journeys come from its own address with replies going to its own inbox. Marketing journeys now require one. **Where:** Site → Settings → Email Provider → Sending domain; Leads → Automation (notice when a site has no sending domain) **How to test:** On a paid account, add a subdomain you control (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com) with a reply-to address. Add the records shown at your DNS provider, click "Check records" and confirm each row moves from "Not found yet" to "Found" and the domain becomes Verified. Send a test lead and confirm the acknowledgement comes from the new address and replying goes to the reply-to inbox. Try "Copy instructions for your client" and check the pasted text. **Watch for:** Marketing journey emails on sites without a verified domain or their own email provider stop sending (owners get a notification) — booking reminders and order emails must still send. A record added with the domain repeated at the end should show a hint explaining the fix.

Fixed

Send works while you're dictating, and ending a voice chat is easier to find

Pressing Send while the mic was still recording used to do nothing, and the recording kept running. Now Send stops the mic, turns what you said into text and sends it in one tap. In a live voice conversation with the assistant, an End button now sits right beside Mute, so you no longer have to hunt for it at the top of the panel. **Where:** Every chat box with a mic: site planner, site editor assistant, platform assistant (page and popup), Creative Studio (images, video, motion), feedback and the admin assistant. The End button is in the platform assistant's voice panel. **How to test:** Click the mic, say a sentence, then press Send without clicking the mic again. The recording should stop and your words should be sent as a message within a second or two. Try it again saying nothing: nothing should be sent. Then start a voice conversation in the platform assistant and press End beside Mute: the conversation should end and the mic should switch off. **Watch for:** The mic staying on after Send, an empty message being sent, a message sent twice, or the dictation mic showing while a voice conversation is running.

Fixed

The assistant and Creative Studio read every slide of a pasted post

Paste a link to an Instagram or TikTok post and the assistant, Creative Studio and the WhatsApp assistant now read up to eight slides, the whole caption and how the post performed. "Recreate this carousel" now works from what the post actually says. Before, the assistant couldn't open the post and made up slides, and Creative Studio stopped at four slides. **Where:** Dashboard assistant (universal chat), Creative Studio chat, and the WhatsApp assistant **How to test:** Paste a public Instagram carousel of 5 or more slides and ask "what does each slide say?". Every slide should be quoted correctly, along with the likes and comments. Then send a follow-up without the link, such as "make one like it but educational": it should still use the same slides. In Creative Studio, the same link should show all the slides as attachments, not just four. **Watch for:** Replies that say they "analyzed" a post while describing content that isn't in it. A private or deleted post should get a plain "couldn't open it, attach screenshots" message. Creative Studio shouldn't ask "which of these pictures matter?" just because a carousel brought in eight slides.

Improved

Unfinished domains now show at the top of your site's Home and in Publish

If you've added a domain but it isn't connected yet, it now sits at the top of Home and appears in the Publish window, so you can always see what's left to do. Domains managed at Cloudflare can be connected in one click. **Where:** Site Home (Overview), and the Publish window **How to test:** Add a domain to a site without setting up its DNS. Open Home: a "Finish connecting <domain>" card is the first thing on the page. Click Publish: a "<domain> is not connected yet" notice opens to the full DNS setup. For a domain whose DNS is at Cloudflare, the card also shows "Connect with Cloudflare". **Watch for:** The card should disappear once the domain is verified. Domains at any provider other than Cloudflare must never see a Cloudflare button.

Fixed

Upgrade to Pro right where you need it

Connecting your own domain or publishing another site on the Free plan now lets you upgrade to Pro on the spot, then carries on with what you were doing. Before, these steps stopped with a message (or, when publishing with a domain, an "Unexpected Error") and no way to upgrade from there. **Where:** Site editor → Publish (with a custom domain filled in, or when publishing a site beyond the Free allowance), and Settings → Domain → Connect. **How to test:** On a Free workspace, open Publish, enter a domain and publish. You should see "Use your own domain with Pro" with an upgrade button. Pay with a test card; the site should publish and the domain should be connected without retyping it. Repeat from Settings → Domain → Connect. As a workspace member who isn't an owner or admin, the same step should say to ask the owner instead of showing a button. **Watch for:** The publish not resuming after payment, the domain needing to be typed again, or a pricing message appearing inside a white-label portal.

Improved

Your designs open instantly, and the gallery explains what you've got

Opening a design from the gallery, or switching between D1, D2 and D3 in the editor, now shows the design straight away instead of a blurred picture under a spinner. Every design is prepared in the background while you look at the gallery, and the live version takes over a moment later without a visible change. The gallery also now says what you're looking at: your homepage designs, each in a different direction, editable by chat, with nothing going live until you publish. **Where:** Any site with more than one design → All designs (the gallery) → click a design; then switch between D1 / D2 / D3 in the editor toolbar **How to test:** Open the gallery and wait a few seconds, then click a design — it should appear sharp at once, with no spinner. Switch between designs in the toolbar — each should appear immediately. The gallery heading should name how many homepage designs you have, and the three-step guide should tick off each step once you've done it (opened a design live, made a chat edit, used a design) and collapse to "How this works" once all three are done. **Watch for:** a picture of one design briefly showing while another is selected; a design that looks different for a moment and then jumps when the live version appears; a "Loading live preview…" pill that never goes away; clicks on the canvas being ignored for more than a second after a switch.

Improved

Creative Studio is easier to use on a phone: Posts, Calendar and Library

On a phone, Posts and Calendar now open straight onto your posts, Back takes you to the list you came from, and Library cards say what each item is and open when you tap the picture. **Where:** Creative Studio → any brand → Posts (Posts and Calendar tabs) and Library **How to test:** 1. On a phone, open Creative Studio → Posts. The list starts near the top of the screen. Voice, profile and credits sit behind a "Voice & credits" button. 2. Switch to Calendar. The week appears right after the filters, and the time zone setting is now below it. 3. Open a post, then press the phone's Back button (or the "All posts" / "Back to calendar" button). You return to the list or calendar, not to the Creative Studio home. 4. With no publishing profiles, "Create as" shows "Site brand voice" as plain text next to "Add publishing profile". It is no longer a dropdown that does nothing. 5. If posts have dates that already passed, the banner explains this and its button says "Reschedule or delete". The filtered list explains what those posts are. 6. In Library, each card says Carousel, Image, Logo or Video. Tap the picture to open it. Download is an icon. Share, Move, Pin to board and Use on website are under the "⋯" button. **Watch for:** A blank new post left open with Back should be discarded, just as it is with the in-page back button. On desktop, the voice/credits bar and the rail should look the same as before.

Improved

Creative Studio shows less clutter on every screen, phone and desktop

Every Creative Studio screen now opens straight onto its main task. Repeated headings, explainer paragraphs and empty boxes are gone, and rarely used controls sit one tap away. **Where:** Creative Studio → any brand → Home, Images, Inspiration, Posts (post editor and Ideas), Review, Video, Library, Brand, Settings **How to test:** 1. Home: the heading reads "What should we make?" with the box right under it. The "Or start from" tiles are gone. A week with nothing planned is one line instead of seven empty boxes. Sources and research sit at the bottom, in compact form. 2. Images: the page is titled "Images" with a single New image button. Cards say Carousel/Image plus the age, not the prompt. On a phone the conversation has no extra frame around it. 3. Post editor: only the title "Edit post" or "New post" is shown, with no brand name or intro line. The list buttons are icons. "Improve with AI" hides while there are unsaved edits. Publish and Schedule come before the preview. 4. Settings: Connected accounts come first. With approval off, the approver form is folded under "Approvers, reminders and files". 5. Brand: tabs show their names and scroll sideways on a phone. Websites has its own icon. 6. Ideas: open an idea on a phone. The title uses the full width, and a Text / Preview switch under it shows which view you're in. The filter chips no longer sit above the open idea. 7. Review, Ideas, Library uploads and Video start screen: empty lanes, zero-count chips, the "Pending" badge on your own uploads and "Upload from your phone" (on a phone) no longer show. On the Video start screen, your videos come before the Trending row. **Watch for:** Anything that used to be reachable should still be reachable, under "⋯", a folded section or the tab row. On desktop, the tool descriptions under each title still show.

Improved

Designs 2 and 3 now start from a drawn page mock-up

Before the second and third designs are built, our AI first draws two different full-page mock-ups for your business, and each design is built to follow one of them. You get three designs that are genuinely different from each other, with real imagery instead of plain text blocks. This works for every way of starting: describing your business, redesigning your current site, cloning your own site, sharing a site you like, or picking a style. Alongside it: - Screenshots of your site or a site you like now load every photo before they are captured, so designs no longer copy empty boxes. - Empty photo spaces in a design are filled with a suitable photo instead of being left blank. - Shop product photos no longer show as broken when a stock photo can't be saved. - Your logo is no longer used as a page photo, and the same photo no longer repeats on one page. **Where:** Create a new site (or redesign / clone / share a reference) → generate designs. **How to test:** Start a new site with a business description, a site you like, or your own site's address. Generate designs and compare Design 2 and Design 3 with Design 1. **Watch for:** Design 2 and 3 looking alike, blank image boxes, the logo appearing as a large photo, broken product photos, or words from a reference site appearing on yours.

Fixed

Designs that load fonts as packages no longer show a blank preview

A design that loaded its fonts from a font package failed to render at all in the editor preview. It now renders, with those fonts applied. **Where:** Site editor → Design canvas **How to test:** Open a design whose homepage imports a font package (for example `@fontsource/bodoni-moda`). The page should render with the font instead of showing a load error. **Watch for:** Headings falling back to a default font, or a design that still shows "failed to load".

Improved

Help, What's new, Terms and Privacy are now one click away

The account menu now has a Help & legal section, and the sign-up and sign-in pages link to our Terms and Privacy Policy, so you can always reach support and the rules without hunting for a footer. **Where:** Click your avatar (top right) → Help & legal. Also under the buttons on the sign-up and sign-in pages. **How to test:** 1. Open the avatar menu: Contact support opens the support form, What's new opens the changelog, Terms and Privacy open in a new tab. 2. Sign out and open the sign-up and sign-in pages: "By continuing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" sits under the buttons, with working links. 3. On an agency's own white-label dashboard domain, none of these appear. **Watch for:** the support form closing straight after opening; the links showing on an agency's white-label domain; missing spaces in the consent sentence.

Fixed

Redesigns use your real logo and photos — never invented ones

When we redesign your site, we now find your real logo even on builder sites that load images late, never mistake a menu or account icon for your logo, and show your business name as text when you have no logo instead of drawing one. Your real photos are used as they are rather than recreated. **Where:** Redesign my website (paste your URL) → plan screen → your three designs **How to test:** Redesign a GoDaddy or WordPress site. Check "What we found" shows the real logo (or none if the site has no logo — never a menu icon), the colours are real colour swatches, and no team member is named after an email address. In the designs, the header shows the real logo or the business name in text, and any real project photo from the old site appears as itself. **Watch for:** a drawn or AI-looking logo, a photo that looks like a near-copy of one from the old site, broken images from the old site, or colours missing on the plan screen.

New

Sales and leads are credited to the ad that brought them, even days later

Your site now remembers the ad or campaign that brought each visitor for 90 days and saves it on their contact and order, so someone who clicks an Instagram ad on Monday and buys on Thursday is still credited to it. Installed ad pixels now also get the full shopping journey (product viewed, added to cart, checkout started, purchase), and you can optionally send purchases and leads to Meta from our servers and count conversions in Google Ads. **Where:** Site dashboard → Settings → Tracking (new "Tracked automatically", "Conversion labels" on a Google Ads tag, and "Server-side conversions for Meta"); Leads → Contacts → a contact → Attribution **How to test:** On a published store with a Meta Pixel installed, open the site with `?utm_source=instagram&fbclid=test123` added to the URL, browse to another page, close the tab, reopen the site without the parameters and place an order. Check Meta Events Manager shows ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase, and that the buyer's contact shows instagram as its first touch with the click ID. Add a Google Ads tag, click Conversion labels, save a purchase label, publish, and confirm a purchase fires a Google Ads conversion. Connect a Conversions API token with a test event code and confirm the server Purchase appears under Test events, merged with the browser event rather than counted twice. **Watch for:** a purchase counted twice in Meta, a contact created for an order without the order appearing on it, a visitor who declined marketing cookies still being sent to an ad platform, or the source missing on a lead that arrived from a tagged ad link.

New

See every ad a customer came through, credit offline sales, and track room and listing views

Each contact now shows the full path that led to them, such as a Google ad, then a Facebook ad, then a newsletter, and then the enquiry. Sales or bookings closed at the front desk or on the phone can be recorded on the contact and sent back to Meta and Google Ads. Views of any collection page (hotel rooms, tours, properties) now reach your ad pixels. Tag Manager users can also switch off our automatic pixel events. **Where:** Leads → Contacts → a contact → Attribution (Journey, "Record an offline sale or booking"); Settings → Tracking ("Send conversion events to my ad pixels automatically", Offline sales and bookings) **How to test:** On a published hotel site with a Meta Pixel, open the site with `?utm_source=google&gclid=test1`. Two days later, or with the browser clock moved forward, open it with `?utm_source=facebook&fbclid=test2` and send an enquiry. The contact's Attribution tab should show both visits in order. Open a room page and check Meta Events Manager receives ViewContent with category "rooms". Record an offline booking on the contact and download the Google Ads file from Settings → Tracking. Untick the pixel switch, publish, and check no Lead or Purchase reaches the pixel while Analytics still counts. **Watch for:** two ViewContent events on one product page, a journey that repeats the same visit after a refresh, an offline sale with no Google click appearing in the Google Ads file, or the pixel switch affecting the built-in Analytics.

New

See which ads and campaigns bring customers, and ask the assistant about any customer's journey

Analytics now has a "Where your customers come from" section. For each source and campaign it shows leads, customers and revenue, how often each source helped a customer who first came another way, and plain-language highlights of what is working and what isn't. You can also ask the assistant, by chat or voice in the site editor and in the main chat, "which campaigns are working?" or "tell me about this person's journey". **Where:** Site dashboard → Analytics → "Where your customers come from"; the assistant (chat or voice) **How to test:** On a site with contacts that came from tagged ad links (utm_source / utm_campaign), open Analytics and check the highlights and both tables for 7, 30 and 90 days. Record an offline booking on one contact and check that its source gains a customer and revenue. In the site editor chat and voice, and in the main chat, ask "which campaigns are working?" and "what is <name>'s journey?". The answers should match the screen. **Watch for:** an answer that names steps or numbers the screen doesn't show, revenue mixing two currencies, a test order counted as revenue, or a source called "best" on one or two leads.

Improved

Simpler editing for product cards and section backgrounds

Clicking a product card now opens that product's editor directly. The Background picker shows one type at a time and leads with your site's own colours. The page also no longer jumps to the top while you edit. **Where:** Site editor → Edit → click any section or product card → right-hand Properties panel **How to test:** 1. On a store site, scroll down to the product grid and click the Add to Cart / Compare row of a product card. 2. The panel names the product and offers "Edit this item" and "All Products". It no longer shows a "Part of features collection" box or a merged "Add to Cart Compare" text field. 3. Click "Edit this item": that product opens in the product editor. 4. Click a section, then open "Background". Pick Color, Gradient, Image, Pattern or Motion from the row at the top; your site's colours come first in each. 5. Scroll halfway down a long page and click elements several times. The page should stay where you left it. **Watch for:** a product card that still opens the wrong content; the Apply button not staying visible at the bottom of the Background panel; the page jumping to the top after an edit.

Agencies can show their prices on outreach previews

Agencies can now set their own price options once and have them used everywhere a prospect asks about price: on the redesign preview, in suggested replies, and in a pricing follow-up. The first email still never mentions price. **Where:** Agency → Your offer **How to test:** 1. Open Agency → Your offer, tick "Show these prices to prospects", set two options (e.g. $799 setup + $79/month, and no setup fee at $199/month for 12 months, then $79/month), add a payment link and a call booking link, and save. 2. Open one of your outreach previews in a private window — the bar at the bottom shows both options with "Get started", "Book a 15-minute call" and "Ask a question". 3. Click "Get started" — the payment link opens, and the prospect shows a "clicked Get started" activity and you get a notification. 4. Start a new campaign — the follow-ups are day 3 (nudge), day 7 (the prices) and day 14 (last note). 5. Reply "how much?" from a prospect address — the suggested reply in the Inbox gives both prices plainly. **Watch for:** the bar overlapping the page bottom on phones, a price wording that differs between the preview and the replies, and "Get started" doing nothing when no payment link is set (it should open the contact form with the option filled in).

Fixed

Carousel text stays readable on dark and coloured backgrounds

Carousels made in Creative Studio could set words in a mid-tone brand colour on a dark background, which was hard to read on a phone. Carousels now keep every word in strong contrast with what is behind it, and a label repeated on each slide (like "Day 3/30") stays the same on every slide. **Where:** Creative Studio → Create → Carousel **How to test:** Make a carousel for a brand whose main colour is a mid-tone (violet, teal) on a dark style. Every headline and line of text should read easily at phone size. Add a repeated tag such as "Day 3/30" to the prompt and check that every slide shows the same tag. **Watch for:** Coloured text on a dark slide; a repeated tag that counts up slide by slide.

Fixed

Cleaner carousel slide edges, and redos that never go missing

Carousel slides could come out with a thin white strip down one edge. They are now trimmed clean before you see them. A slide redo that was interrupted partway could also leave that slide marked as already redone with nothing changed; an interrupted redo now gives the free redo back. **Where:** Creative Studio → Create → Carousel, and "Redo slide" on a finished carousel **How to test:** Make a few carousels on dark and on light styles and check every slide's edges for a white line. Redo a slide and confirm it changes; if a redo ever fails or stalls, wait ten minutes and redo the same slide again — it should be allowed. **Watch for:** A slide cropped too tightly at an edge, or a pale-background slide losing part of its design.

New

Demo payments: try checkout without your own payment account

You can now switch on Demo payments to try your site's checkout, payment buttons and paid bookings with Razorpay or Stripe before you have an account of your own. They're test payments, so no real money moves. Orders and payments made this way are marked "Test", and a site can't be published while demo payments are on, so it never goes live taking test payments. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Payments → "Demo payments" (switch at the top, then pick Razorpay or Stripe); Publish dialog; Orders **How to test:** On an unpublished site with a cart, switch on Demo payments and choose Stripe. Check out on the preview: the checkout shows "Demo payments — no real charges". Pay with card 4242 4242 4242 4242, then check that the order appears in Orders with a "Test" badge. Repeat with Razorpay (UPI ID success@razorpay). Open Publish: you should see "Demo payments are on" with "Turn off payments for now". Publishing should be refused until you click that or add your own keys. If you had keys saved before switching demo on, switching it off brings them back. **Watch for:** Publish going through while demo payments are on; a demo order without the Test badge; demo payments working on a site that is already live (it should refuse); your saved keys disappearing after turning demo on and then off.

Fixed

Posts can no longer be planned on a day that has passed

A post on a day already gone could never publish, so every way of adding or moving a post now starts at today. **Where:** Creative Studio → Calendar (add a post, drag a post, the date in a post's panel, Duplicate, a new content plan's start date), Upload for review, the Video tool's "send to a post", and asking the assistant to add, move or edit a post. **How to test:** Open a post and try to pick yesterday in its date field — past days are greyed out. Drag a post onto yesterday in the month view — it stays put and says the day has passed. Duplicate an old post — the copy lands on today. Ask the assistant to move a post to a past date — it refuses and asks for a later day. **Watch for:** An old post's caption must still be editable without changing its date. Near midnight, "today" follows the brand's time zone, not the device's.

Improved

Posts: one clear list of what's coming up, and a real week view

Posts now open on what's coming up, every post has one plain status, and the calendar only shows what will actually go out. Week and day views show posts at their time, like a normal calendar. **Where:** Creative Studio → Posts and Calendar **How to test:** 1. Open Posts. You should see Upcoming: today onward, grouped by day, each post showing its network, account, time with time zone, and a status of Scheduled, Not scheduled, Published or Needs attention. 2. Tap the status and network chips (e.g. LinkedIn). The list narrows, and the calendar keeps the same filter when you switch to it. 3. A post planned for the next few days but not scheduled should say "Won't publish — not scheduled". Old unscheduled posts should appear as a single "never scheduled" line with Review. 4. Open Calendar → Week. Days run across the top, hours down the side, and posts sit at their time. Drag a scheduled post to a new time. 5. On a phone, Week should show three days at a time. 6. Turn on "Show unscheduled plans" to see plans drawn faintly; they're hidden by default. **Watch for:** a scheduled post showing as Not scheduled, dragging moving a post to the wrong time, and published posts missing from the Published filter.

Fixed

Preview contact form fixed on your own preview domain; prices now behind one click

On redesign previews served from an agency's own preview domain, the "Interested?" form always failed with "Something went wrong" — it now sends, and each field shows its own message (name missing, email looks wrong) before anything is sent. Price options now stay hidden until the prospect clicks "See options", you can see who looked, and a new switch turns prices on the preview off entirely. **Where:** Agency → Your offer ("Show prices on the preview"); any outreach preview link **How to test:** Open a preview on your preview domain, click "See options", then "Ask a question", press Send with empty fields — messages appear under each field; fill name + email and send — "Thanks!" appears and the lead shows on the prospect. **Watch for:** The form erroring on a branded preview domain; prices visible before clicking; prices still showing after the switch is off.

Prospects can chat with your assistant on their preview

Business owners looking at the redesign you sent them can now ask questions right on the preview — what the new site includes, what it costs and how to get started — and get an instant answer in your agency's name, with your booking and checkout links one tap away. **Where:** Agency → Your offer → "Answer questions on the preview" (switch it on, and optionally add what the assistant should know). Prospects see "Ask a question" in the bar at the bottom of their preview. **How to test:** Turn the switch on and save. Open one of your outreach previews in a private window, click "Ask a question", ask "How much would this cost?", then "Can we talk?", then share a name and email. Check that prices match your offer exactly, the "Book a 15-minute call" button appears when you have a booking link, the chat shows on the prospect's activity timeline, and you get a notification when they leave their details or say they want to go ahead. **Watch for:** Prices quoted that differ from your offer, prices quoted while your offer is switched off, the business's own menu or service prices mistaken for your website price, missing notifications, and the contact form not appearing when the assistant is off or can't answer.

Redesigns now keep your logo, brand colours and business name

When you redesign an existing website, we now find your real logo, read your brand colours from it and use your actual business name, so all three designs start from your brand rather than a generic look. **Where:** Redesign my website (paste your URL) → plan screen → your three designs **How to test:** Redesign a site built on a site builder (for example a GoDaddy site with a logo in the header). On the plan screen, check that "What we found" shows the logo and its colours, and that each section appears once. Leave "Keep my logo and brand colours" ticked, approve, and confirm every design shows the logo and uses its colours, with the business name (not the web address) in the header and footer. **Watch for:** the same logo appearing several times, a web address used as the business name, stray code text in the page copy, or an invented photo of a named owner or team member. Named people without their own photo should get a neutral placeholder.

Referral links can point anywhere, use your own name, and now pay out on Pro

Referral links now credit you wherever they send people, you can choose your own link name, and the friend discount and your commission now actually apply when someone subscribes to Pro. **Where:** Account menu → Refer & Earn **How to test:** 1. Open Refer & Earn. The link reads `app.mondovo.com/join/<your-name>`. 2. Click Customize, enter something like `alex-juno`, and save. The link updates. The old link still works. 3. Change "Send people to" to Pricing or another page, copy the link, and open it in a private window. You land on that page. 4. In that private window, sign up for a new account. It appears under Sign-ups, and the visit appears under Link clicks. 5. Subscribe to Pro with the referred account (test mode). Checkout shows the referral discount on the first payment. Afterwards the referral shows as Paying, with a pending commission. **Watch for:** referrals not credited after confirming email on a different device; the discount missing at checkout; the same referral credited to two people; links sending people off our website.

Scheduling posts from chat, time zones, and a calendar that works on phones

Asking the assistant to schedule a post now actually queues it on the account you name, at the time you meant, in your time zone. The calendar is readable and usable on a phone. **Where:** Workspace assistant chat; Creative Studio → Calendar and post view **How to test:** 1. In the assistant chat, say "schedule this on my LinkedIn for tomorrow 10am". The approval card should name the account (e.g. "Sameer Panjwani (LinkedIn profile)") and the time with its zone (e.g. "Mon 12 Oct, 10:00 India time (IST)"). 2. Approve it. You should see one message, "Scheduled for … on …", with an "Open in calendar" button that opens the post. 3. Ask for a date that has already passed. The assistant should ask for a new time instead. 4. On a phone, open the Calendar. You should see a day-by-day list. Open a post: the header should fit on one line, the text should use the full width, and Publish now / Schedule should be easy to tap. 5. With no account picked, tap an account chip in the bottom bar to choose where the post goes. 6. Check "Time zone: … · Change" in the calendar toolbar, and that times show their zone. **Watch for:** posts landing on the wrong day or publishing immediately, a card without an account name, and anything cut off on a narrow phone.

See when prospects open their preview, and add your own pixels to previews

You can now see whether a prospect opened the website preview you sent them, how many times, and when — and get a heads-up the first time they do. You can also add your own Meta, Google and TikTok tags to every preview you send, so you can retarget the prospects who looked. **Where:** - Agency → Previews: each card shows "Not opened yet" or "Opened 3× · last 2h ago". - Agency → Prospects: prospects who opened their preview show it under their name, and their activity timeline has an entry for each day they visited. - Agency → Campaigns → a campaign: each recipient who opened their preview shows it under their status. - Agency → Your offer → "Tracking on your previews": add a Meta Pixel ID, a Google tag ID (G-… or AW-…) and a TikTok Pixel ID. **How to test:** 1. Open a preview from Agency → Previews ("View preview" or "New tab"). Refresh the Previews page: it should still say "Not opened yet" — your own looks don't count. 2. Open the same preview's link in a private window (as the prospect would from the email). Within a few seconds the card shows "Opened once", the prospect's timeline shows "opened their website preview", and you get a notification. 3. Open it again in a new private window: the count goes to 2, and no second notification arrives that day. 4. In Your offer, enter a Meta Pixel ID and save. Open the preview in a private window and check your pixel receives a PageView; click "See options" (ViewContent), send the contact form (Lead), or start a chat (Contact). **Watch for:** - Visits counted when you open a preview from your own dashboard. - Several pages of one visit counted as several views (one visit counts once). - Invalid tag IDs being saved, or your tags appearing on anyone else's previews or on ordinary sites.

See when your shared preview is opened

Every preview link you share now counts its visits, so you can tell at a glance whether your client has looked — and you get a heads-up the first time it is opened each day. **Where:** Site editor → Share → Preview link. The line under the link reads "Not opened yet" or "Opened 4× · last yesterday", plus the design viewed most when there is more than one. The heads-up arrives in your notifications under the new "Preview links" setting. **How to test:** 1. Open a site in the editor, click Share, and copy the preview link. 2. Open the copied link in a private window (signed out). Click through two or three pages. 3. Reopen Share: the line shows "Opened once · just now", and a "your preview was just opened" notification appears. 4. Click the open-in-new-tab button next to the link yourself, then reopen Share: the count does not change. 5. Reload the private window: still one visit. Open the link in a second private window: two. **Watch for:** your own clicks from the editor counting as visits; a count going up on every page of a single visit; agency outreach previews still updating the prospect's timeline and sending the agency's "just opened" alert (and not the ordinary preview alert as well).

Fixed

Sitemaps no longer list placeholder item pages

Published sites with a blog, FAQs, menu or other collection were listing a placeholder address like /faqs/[slug] in their sitemap, which search engines saw as a broken page. Sitemaps now list only real pages, including each item's own page, and leave out the 404 page. **Where:** Any published site → yoursite.com/sitemap.xml **How to test:** Republish a site that has a collection (FAQs, blog posts, menu items) and open its sitemap.xml. Item pages appear by their real addresses; nothing contains "[slug]" and there is no /404 entry. **Watch for:** Item pages missing from the sitemap; a multi-language site losing pages.

Improved

Store orders always go through payment, plus test payments

Shoppers can no longer place an order from the cart without paying — the cart now sends them to your checkout, which takes an online payment or cash on delivery. Stores without a payment account can switch on test payments to try checkout end to end, and you're warned at publish when your store can't take payment yet. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Payments (Razorpay → "Use test payments"); Publish dialog; Orders **How to test:** Add a product to the cart on a published store and press Checkout — you land on the checkout page, never a "Place Order" form. Turn on test payments, buy with UPI ID success@razorpay, and check the order shows a TEST badge in Orders and on the confirmation page. Publish a store with no payment method and cash on delivery off — the publish dialog warns you. **Watch for:** A cart button that still says "Place Order"; a test order without the TEST badge; the publish warning missing on a store that sells.

Fixed

Videos from chat just work, and you choose the brand

Making a video from the assistant chat now gives you a real "Make the film" button with the price, keeps track of the draft, and never asks you to approve something that can't run. Each chat has a brand picker, and anything made under the wrong brand can be moved. **Where:** Workspace assistant chat; Creative Studio → Library; Video Studio → ⋯ menu **How to test:** 1. In the assistant chat, ask for a short explainer video. When the storyboard is ready, an approval card with the price should appear. You shouldn't need to type "go ahead". 2. Approve it. The film should start making. 3. Check the "Brand: …" chip under the chat title. Tap it and pick a brand; the next piece of work goes there. 4. In a new chat with no brand named, ask for an image. It should go to "General", and the chat should say so in one line. 5. In the Library, open a creation's "Move…" and pick another brand. It should disappear from this brand and appear in the other. 6. In the chat, say "move that video to <brand>". You should get an approval card for the move. **Watch for:** a "Video not found" message after approving, several make cards for the same film, and "General" appearing twice in the brand picker.

Agency outreach works end to end: find, preview, send, reply, claim

Agencies can now go from a list of local businesses to a paying client without leaving the dashboard: verified emails and owner names, redesign previews of the prospect's real website, reliable sending from your own mailboxes, automatic reply sorting, and a way for the business owner to claim their new site. **Where:** Agency dashboard → Prospects, Previews, Campaigns, and the new Sending setup tab. **How to test:** 1. Scan a niche and city in Prospects, then run "Find emails" and "Verify emails" — check owner names and email status appear. 2. Build previews with "Redesign from their current website" ticked; each preview gets a picture within a few minutes. 3. Create a campaign (postal address is required), launch it, and close the tab — sending continues in the background within each mailbox's limits. 4. Reply to a campaign email from the prospect's address — within about 10 minutes the target shows the reply type and you get a notification. 5. In Sending setup, walk through buying a domain or connecting your own, choosing mailboxes, and checking out. **Watch for:** greetings showing raw `{{` placeholders, previews that never get a picture, replies not detected for Gmail mailboxes without an app password, and claim buttons appearing on previews opened without the email link.

Improved

Cleaner site editor on phones

The editor and Site tab on a phone show far less around your site, and the preview no longer gets stuck on "Compiling…". **Where:** Site tab → Pages, and the Editor **How to test:** 1. On a phone, open the Site tab. The page preview should show cleanly, with no giant "Click to edit" box, and the sub-tabs should fit on one line. 2. Tap Edit on the page row: a small menu offers Edit content, Images, or Design. 3. Open the Editor. There should be no "Ask AI for bigger changes" popup, no 93%/100% toggle, and no large empty gap under the preview. 4. Tap an element to edit it: the edit panel opens at half the screen, not most of it. 5. With unpublished changes, a green Publish button sits at the right of the editor toolbar. 6. After a build, the "Build finished" notice disappears on its own and stays gone after a reload. 7. "Review your pages → Confirm business info → Publish" now appears on Overview on phones. **Watch for:** the preview staying on "Compiling…" for more than a minute, and the Publish button missing in the phone editor when there are unpublished changes.

Fixed

Dictation keeps your voice private

The live grey preview while you dictate now appears only when your device can recognise speech by itself, so your microphone is never sent anywhere except our own transcription. If transcription fails you're now told, instead of getting a rough version without a word. **Where:** Any chat box with the microphone button **How to test:** 1. Dictate a sentence and stop. The accurate text should appear in the box. 2. Send it. The box should shrink back to its normal height. 3. Dictate something very long, or go offline before stopping: you should see a clear message, plus the rough text marked as rough if there was one. **Watch for:** the box staying tall after sending, and dictation silently inserting text with no message after a failure.

Fixed

Fixes for the new phone layouts

Small fixes to this week's phone improvements: deleted posts no longer flicker back, and Publish is always reachable in the phone editor. **Where:** Marketing → Posts and Ideas; the Editor; Marketing → QR Codes; Ads & outreach **How to test:** 1. Delete an idea, then switch publishing profile within 5 seconds. The "Idea deleted" bar should go away. 2. Delete one post card, then another quickly. The first shouldn't reappear. 3. Open QR Codes from the menu, then Marketing. Marketing should show, not QR Codes. 4. On a phone, open the editor for a site whose last publish failed. A green Publish button should show. 5. On a phone in Ads & outreach, tap + New → Sync performance. The list shouldn't blank out. 6. Start a build, switch to another tab until it finishes, then come back. "Build finished" should still be showing. **Watch for:** the Publish button showing on a site that's already live with no changes.

Improved

New designs pick photos from your own industry, and never repeat a face

Designs now reuse photos only from the same kind of business, every testimonial gets its own face, and bold designs keep a usable menu. **Where:** Any new site or regenerated design **How to test:** Generate designs for a café or a furniture shop with three or more testimonials. Check that no testimonial photo repeats and that no photo obviously belongs to another kind of business. Open the bold design on a phone and check that the menu opens from a menu button. **Watch for:** The same headshot on two testimonials; a photo from another industry (a bakery photo on a café, fashion on a furniture site); menu links scattered down the side or rotated.

Improved

One assistant chat, and see your site change right in it

The "Ask AI" popup is now the same chat as the full assistant page — approvals, results, attachments and voice all work in it — and when the assistant changes your site, the chat shows the updated page live, right in the conversation, with the earlier look one tap away. **Where:** Dashboard → "Ask AI" (bottom right), or Dashboard → Assistant **How to test:** Open "Ask AI", attach a screenshot and ask for a change to your home page. Approve it in the popup (no need to open the full page). When it finishes, the chat shows the page as it is now; tap it to open it full screen over the chat (scroll it, switch Before/After, or Desktop/Phone on a computer), and use the expand button to continue the same conversation full screen. **Watch for:** If the draft preview link is switched off, the card shows the earlier picture and a Preview button instead of the live page. Design thumbnails now refresh about five minutes after you stop editing, not after every edit. Voice started in the popup should keep working after the popup is closed.

New

Outreach now notices replies and bounces, and stops follow-ups

Cold outreach now reads the inbox of each connected sending account. It spots replies and bounced emails, sorts each reply (interested, question, not interested, unsubscribe, out of office, wrong person), and stops follow-ups to anyone who has replied. **Where:** Agency → Campaigns → open a campaign (reply badge and summary beside each prospect); Agency → Campaigns → Sender → "Test inbox" under each sending account; Agency → Prospects → Activity timeline. **How to test:** Connect a sending account whose mailbox allows IMAP (Gmail or Outlook need an app password). Click "Test inbox" and confirm it says reply detection is on. Send a campaign to an address you control, reply "Sounds good, how much?", and within about 10 minutes the prospect shows "Replied: Interested" with a one-line summary, you get a notification, and no further follow-up goes to that address. **Watch for:** A reply sent to a different "reply-to" mailbox is not seen. Out-of-office auto-replies should NOT stop follow-ups. A bounced address should show as bounced and stop receiving emails.

Fixed

Preview draft works on phones

On a phone, "Preview draft" could open a tab that showed a tiny spinner in the corner and never loaded, followed by a "Could not open the draft preview" message. The preview tab now loads your draft on its own, full screen, and if something does go wrong it says so in the tab with a "Try again" button. **Where:** Site editor → top bar → eye icon ("Preview draft", or "Preview" on a site you have not published yet) **How to test:** 1. On an Android phone in Chrome, open a site in the editor and make a change you have not published. 2. Tap the eye icon. 3. The new tab should show "Preparing your preview" filling the screen, then load your draft with the change in it. 4. Go back to the editor tab — there should be no error message. 5. Repeat on a desktop browser: one tab opens, and pressing Back from the draft does not land on the spinner. 6. In Share, switch the preview link off, then tap the eye icon — the draft should still open. **Watch for:** a spinner that never finishes, a tiny or zoomed-out loading screen, two tabs opening, a "pop-ups blocked" message on a normal tap, or the preview opening a site you do not own.

New

Review every outreach email before it sends, with follow-ups and mailbox warm-up built in

Each business in a cold-outreach campaign now gets its own version of your email — your template plus one true, friendly detail from their current website — and nothing is sent until you approve it. New campaigns also come with two short follow-ups, and new sending mailboxes warm up automatically. **Where:** Agency → Campaigns → New campaign (new final step "Review emails"), and the "Review emails" section on any campaign page. Warm-up status: Agency → Outreach setup. **How to test:** Create a campaign with a few prospects that have a site review. On "Email & create", note the two follow-ups (day 3 and day 7) and press "Create & review emails". Watch the emails get written, open one to see the exact email (from, subject, preview link, footer), then try Edit, Regenerate, Skip and Approve, and "Approve all shown". Approve both follow-ups, then launch from the campaign page. **Watch for:** Unapproved or skipped recipients must never be emailed and should show "Waiting for your approval" / "Skipped". Launch should be blocked until each follow-up is approved. A new mailbox should send at most 5 emails a day in its first week and 15 a day in its second.

Creative Studio home: brands one tap away, publishing card out of the way

Once you have social accounts connected, the big publishing card on the Creative Studio home folds into a small "connected" button next to Calendar and Review, and every brand now opens straight to its own page. **Where:** Creative Studio home **How to test:** With accounts connected, open Creative Studio — the task cards come right after the header, and a "3 connected" button sits beside Calendar and Review. Tap it to open the accounts card; tap again to close it. Pick a brand in "Working on" and press "Open brand", or tap any brand under "Your brands" (now right under the task cards) — both open that brand's Home. With nothing connected, the "Publish straight from here" prompt still shows at the top. **Watch for:** The card flashing on the page before folding away; an amber number on the button when an account needs reconnecting; on a phone, the header buttons wrapping neatly.

Improved

Marketing is much easier to use on a phone

Tapping "waiting for you" on Overview now takes you straight to the work, posts and ideas can be swiped through and deleted in one tap, and you can start a new ad yourself. **Where:** Site → Marketing (Posts, Ads & outreach, Audiences), and Overview → "Waiting for you" **How to test:** 1. On a phone, open Overview and tap the ad and email drafts row. You should land on Ads & outreach, not Audiences. 2. Tap the "posts are written and waiting" row. The first idea should be visible near the top. Open one, swipe left/right or use Prev/Next, and tap Delete. Undo should bring it back. 3. In Posts, each post card has a trash button that deletes with Undo. 4. In Ads & outreach, tap "+ New" → "New ad", pick Facebook & Instagram or Google search, and create. The new draft campaign opens. 5. Open a campaign on a phone. The whole page should scroll; audience and readiness details sit behind "Audience & readiness". 6. The Marketing tabs on a phone show Posts · Ads · Audiences · More. **Watch for:** the tab jumping back to Audiences after opening Marketing from a link, the Undo bar overlapping the bottom nav, and the "Connect Facebook & Instagram ads" link not appearing for accounts that have ad access but no connected account.

Previews show the new design, where each lead came from, and notifications open the right place

Preview cards now show a thumbnail of the new design and of the prospect's current site, plus a line saying where the preview came from (a free-redesign request on one of your sites, or a template you built from). Tapping a "Redesign ready" or "New lead" notification now opens that preview or lead instead of the main agency page. **Where:** Dashboard → Agency → Previews; the notification bell **How to test:** Request a free redesign from a site with the redesign tool. When "Redesign ready" arrives, tap it — Previews opens scrolled to that card, highlighted. The card shows the "After" screenshot and "… requested a free redesign on <site>". Tap a "New lead" notification — Prospects opens filtered to that lead with its activity panel open. **Watch for:** "No screenshot yet" on designs that just finished (the screenshot is captured shortly after); cards built from templates should read "Built by you from the … template".

Improved

Video ideas start from what your business is trying to achieve

Video ideas and scripts now read your website's strategy summary (who it's for, why customers choose you, how you speak) instead of a pile of raw page text, so ideas are built on the business rather than on FAQ fragments. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → describe a film for a brand linked to a website **How to test:** Start a new film for a brand whose site has been published or opened in the assistant; the three ideas should speak to the site's audiences and selling points. For a site without a summary yet, the first film works as before and the summary is made in the background for the next one. **Watch for:** Ideas that quote raw FAQ questions; a script claiming something that is only in the strategy summary and not on the site.

Fixed

Voice can now make ads, write social posts, post as you, and read your Facebook and Instagram setup

Talking to the site assistant now reaches what typing does: it can make ad and social images, write LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram posts as you (not just as your company), check which Facebook Page and Instagram account your ads run from, and say when your campaigns ran. It no longer adds "I'm still waiting…" filler after every question or loses your first words. **Where:** Site editor → assistant → microphone (voice); the same tools are in the typed chat **How to test:** Start voice and say "make me a static ad image for our launch" — a priced card appears in the chat; tap it or say "yes". Say "create a publishing profile for me as the founder and write a LinkedIn post as me" — the chat shows "Posts are being written as …". With Facebook ads connected, ask "is our Instagram connected?" and "how old are my paused campaigns?". Start talking straight after pressing the mic. **Watch for:** Paid work starting without a card; the assistant saying it can only edit the website; a filler line right after it asks you something; the start of your first sentence missing; deleting a library image or cancelling a queued post without a confirmation.

AI assistants can make real carousels and sets of options through your Mondovo connection

When you ask Claude, ChatGPT or our assistant to make visuals through your Mondovo connection, it now works the way Creative Studio does: a carousel comes back as a finished deck with your words on every slide, several options come back as one set at the price of a single picture, and type style, layout and goal can be set just like in the Studio. **Where:** Any AI assistant connected to Mondovo (Claude, ChatGPT), and the Mondovo Assistant **How to test:** Ask the assistant for a 5-slide carousel on a topic you give it, with the words for each slide. Check that it shows one deck with your words, costs one carousel price, and lists each slide. Then ask for four options of one social post and check you get four pictures for the price of one. **Watch for:** A carousel coming back as one picture with no slides, slides missing your words, a set charged per picture, or a picture about your own business when you asked about another topic.

Fixed

Assistant approval cards now show the real price for visuals

When you asked the assistant for a visual such as a carousel, it could show a guessed price on the approval card, and the job then failed after you approved it because the real price was different. The assistant now checks the price before showing the card, so the card shows what the job really costs and approving it starts the job. **Where:** Assistant → New task → ask for a carousel or other visual **How to test:** Ask "Create a 5-slide carousel for my brand about X". Check that the approval card's credit cost matches the price in Creative Studio, approve it, and confirm the job starts and does not fail with "Quoted N credits but the server price is M". **Watch for:** The card showing a different price from Creative Studio, or the assistant asking you to approve twice.

New

Carousels now post to LinkedIn as swipeable documents

A carousel scheduled to LinkedIn is now posted the way LinkedIn shows carousels: as a swipeable document with one slide per page. Carousels made for Instagram convert automatically when you also schedule them to LinkedIn. **Where:** Creative Studio → a finished carousel → Schedule, and tick a LinkedIn account **How to test:** Make a carousel, schedule it to a connected LinkedIn profile, and publish. On LinkedIn the post should show the slides you can swipe through, in order, titled with the caption's first line. **Watch for:** The post showing only the first slide, slides out of order, or the post failing with a document error.

New

Collection items go live without pressing Publish

On a published site, adding, editing or removing a collection item (a listing, a menu dish, a product, a blog post) now updates the live site within a few minutes, while design and copy changes still wait for you to press Publish. **Where:** Any published site → Content / Collections → edit an item **How to test:** Publish a site that has a collection. Edit one item's description and, separately, change a headline in the editor without publishing. Within about five minutes the item's page on the live site shows the new description; the headline stays as published. **Watch for:** Items that share the same sort position may appear in a slightly different (now fixed) order once, after the first update. A design edit appearing live without Publish would be a bug.

New

Download your published website as static files

You can now download your live website as a zip of plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images that runs on any web host. Clients can keep their site if they ever move on, so agencies have a straight answer to "do we own it?". **Where:** Open a site → Settings → Advanced → Export Site → "Download static site (.zip)" **How to test:** On a published site with several pages and images, download the export. Unzip it, run a local web server in the folder (e.g. `npx serve`), and click through every page: images load from the local `media/` folder, navigation works, and `sitemap.xml` and `README.txt` are present. On a site that has never been published, the button is disabled with "Publish your site first". **Watch for:** Images still loading from the original web address instead of `media/`, missing pages, a download that fails part-way on image-heavy sites, or any design or editor files (anything beyond the built site) appearing in the zip.

New

Feedback inbox on every site, and whole sites on boards

Everything a client asks for can now be collected in one place on each site, turned into a checklist of changes aimed at the right designs, and sent to our AI in one go — with per-change undo. Boards can now hold whole sites, so a client sees every design of several sites in one link, and new designs join on their own. Every change shows thumbnails of the designs it applies to, and when it isn't clear which design the client meant, the change waits as "Which design?" instead of being applied to every design — pick it with one click, or answer by letter on WhatsApp. If everything you're pasting is about one design, you can say so once under the input box. **Where:** Open any site → Feedback button in the editor toolbar (also in the site dashboard header and under Site › Feedback). Pin to board → "Add the whole site". A site card's menu → "Add to board…". A board → "Add a whole site" above its designs, and a Feedback tab. Dashboard → "On: board" chip and Board filter. **How to test:** Paste a client message (or drop a screenshot, a WhatsApp chat export, a PDF, or record a voice note) into Feedback. Check the extracted changes and which design each targets, then press Send to AI. When they finish, use "Undo this change" on one. Add a whole site to a board, make a new design on that site, and reopen the board: the new design is there. Remove one design from the board and reload: it stays off, and the site's chip above the designs offers "1 hidden" to bring it back. **Also test:** On a board with two sites, paste a message mentioning both; check each change lands under the right site with the right design thumbnails. Leave a comment on a board's share link and check it appears in that site's Feedback aimed at the commented design. Forward a vague message on WhatsApp and answer the "Which design?" question with "A D2". **Watch for:** A vague look change being applied to every design; Changes aimed at the wrong design; a change stuck on "running"; a design you removed from a board coming back; a board link showing progress for internal-only notes; the "Is this for…?" suggestion matching a board that mixes several businesses.

Fixed

Hear the new voice before you approve a re-voice

When you ask Creative Studio to put a new voice on your video, the approval card now says which voice will read it and lets you play a free sample of that voice before you spend any credits. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video → ask for a new voice on your video → the approval card in the chat **How to test:** Upload or open a video where someone speaks, ask for a new voice on it, and on the card press the voice's play button under "Read by …" before Approve. **Watch for:** No play button for a voice from the voice library or your own recording (those are named only); the sample stopping when you press it again.

Fixed

Music-only videos are no longer re-voiced as if someone were speaking

When a video had only background music, Creative Studio could mistake a music note in the audio for spoken words. Asking for a voiceover then re-voiced those few words ("Outro music plays") over the music and charged for it. Music-only clips are now correctly treated as having no speech, so a voiceover request is no longer sold as a re-voice. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → upload a clip → chat **How to test:** Upload a clip with only music and no talking, then type "add voiceover". The assistant should not offer to "re-voice the spoken line" or quote credits for it. **Watch for:** Clips that do have speech should still offer a re-voice as before, and their captions should be unchanged.

New

Paste an Instagram or TikTok post and get one like it for your brand

Paste a link to someone else's Instagram or TikTok post into the Creative Studio chat, say "recreate this for my brand", and the studio now opens the post and looks at it. You get the same format and look (layout, slide structure, type and mood) made with your own product, words and colours. It never copies the other account's name, handle or claims. Before, the studio asked you to upload the post instead. **Where:** Creative Studio → Images (or a calendar post's chat) → paste the post link in the chat box. Also works from the site assistant: "here's an Instagram post, make one like it for us". **How to test:** Paste `https://www.instagram.com/p/DeNYcvioIxv/` with "Could you recreate this for my brand?". Check the post's picture appears as an attachment, the proposal describes the post's look and your own offer, and generating it gives a visual in that style with your brand's content. Send a follow-up ("make it warmer") and check the attachment is still there. Paste a private or deleted post and check you're asked for a screenshot instead. **Watch for:** The other account's handle, logo or words showing up in the result. The studio still asking you to upload a post you linked. The attachment vanishing on the next message. A photo post pasted into the Video studio should now point you to Images.

Improved

Sharper carousel text, and redo any slide that comes out wrong

Carousels with more than four slides are now drawn four slides at a time, so the words on every slide come out sharper and spelled right more often. When a slide still comes out wrong, you can redo just that slide — free, once per slide — and it is swapped into the same deck. Long lines on a slide are now shortened at a whole sentence instead of stopping mid-sentence. **Where:** Creative Studio → make a carousel → on the finished deck, "Redo slides" **How to test:** Make an 8-slide carousel and check the text on every slide is crisp. Pick a slide, choose "Redo slides", add a note like "second line misspelt", and confirm only that slide changes and the rest of the deck stays the same. Try redoing the same slide again and confirm it says the free redo is used. **Watch for:** Slides 5–8 looking like a different design from slides 1–4, a redone slide reverting after reopening the deck, or a second free redo of the same slide being allowed.

Improved

Video ideas follow the video you share, and stop repeating

When you share a video "just for style", the three ideas for your new film are now all made in that style, each card says how the film is made, and the ideas are new to you — not rewordings of ones you were shown before. They are also built on what your business actually does and who it is for. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a new film → drop a video in the chat and pick "Just for style" **How to test:** Start a new film, drop in a video you like (for example a text-only promo), mark it "Just for style" and ask for an ad in that style. Wait for "I'm watching it now" to be followed by three ideas. Each card should show a style chip (e.g. "Text-only animated graphics"), a plain two-to-three sentence description of the film, and nothing about camera crops or lighting. Pick one: the storyboard follows the shared video's structure with your business in it. Start a second film the same way and check that none of the ideas repeat the first film's. **Watch for:** Ideas that suggest filmed people or AI footage when the shared video is text-only; the shared video's own company name, contact details or claims appearing in your ideas; cards still showing "Opens on: …" camera notes on new films.

Add the free tools to any of your websites in one step

Agencies can now put the free website check, conversion score, marketing check and redesign tool on one of their websites without building the pages by hand: pick the site and tools, and we create a page for each tool in that site's own design, plus an optional "Free tools" hub page and one menu link. **Where:** Dashboard → Agency → Free tools → "Add free tools to a website" **How to test:** Pick a site with a design, tick two tools (the hub option turns on by itself), check the preview lists /free-tools plus one page per tool and a "Free tools" header link, choose where the offer button goes, then press "Create pages". Wait for the "pages created" message and open the site editor from the link. **Watch for:** Each tool page shows only one headline (the page intro, not a second one from the tool), the offer button goes to the page you picked, page titles carry the business name ("Free Website Check | Your Brand"), and only one new menu link appears. A tool that already has a page on the site is marked "skipped". Sites without the Agency add-on show a clear message and cannot create pages. Nothing is published automatically.

Fixed

Adding a page no longer rearranges your menu

When you add a page, only that page is added to your menu — your existing menu items keep their names and order — and pages created automatically (catalog pages, pages added in bulk) are no longer put in your menu without you. **Where:** Site editor → Pages → Add page; the design chat ("add an About page"); connected AI agents adding pages **How to test:** Open a site with a customised menu. Add one page from the editor. Check the menu: the new page appears once and every existing item is unchanged. Add several pages in bulk and confirm the menu does not change at all. **Watch for:** Existing menu items renamed, reordered, grouped into dropdowns or removed after adding a page; bulk-added pages appearing in the menu.

Improved

Overlapping text on smaller screens now gets fixed automatically

When you publish, we now check your site on common screen sizes, from large monitors down to small laptops, tablets and phones. If text overlaps anywhere (for example, a logo running into the menu on a 13-inch laptop), we fix it in the background and republish only after checking that the fix is clean. **Where:** Happens automatically after every publish. You get a notification when a fix is made, and it appears in Version History so you can undo it. **How to test:** Publish a site whose header is crowded at around 1280px wide. Within a few minutes you should get a "We fixed overlapping text on smaller screens" notification, and the live site should show no overlap at that width. **Watch for:** If you are editing the site while a fix is running, the fix stays in your draft and is not published. You get a note asking you to publish when ready. A fix that doesn't check out cleanly is never published, and your live site stays as it was.

Fixed

Publishing large sites from voice, Mission Control and the simple editor no longer times out

Publishing from the voice assistant, Mission Control and the simple editor now runs in the background like the main Publish button, so large sites finish publishing instead of being stopped partway and marked as failed. **Where:** Site editor → voice assistant ("publish my site"); Mission Control voice publish; simple editor → Publish saved changes **How to test:** On a large site (30+ pages), publish via the voice assistant. The assistant says publishing has started; after a few minutes the site shows as published with the new changes live. **Watch for:** A publish stuck in "deploying" that later fails with "Publishing did not finish in time"; the voice assistant claiming the site is already live before it is.

Fixed

Publishing no longer stops on images whose address is built on the page

Sites whose code builds an image address on the fly (for example, rotating avatar photos) could refuse to publish or redeploy with "media asset could not be copied". Those addresses are now recognised as dynamic and no longer block the deploy. **Where:** Site editor → Publish, or a redeploy of a live site **How to test:** Redeploy a live site whose design builds image links from variables; it should finish instead of stopping at the media step. **Watch for:** A redeploy that still stops at the media step — the message now lists the exact images that failed.

Improved

The mic now types what you say, on every browser and phone

The mic in every chat box now records what you say and writes it into the box, so you can read it before sending. It works in every browser, including Firefox, iPhone, and links opened inside Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and it handles accents much better. Talking live with the assistant now has its own button, which sits where Send is while the box is empty. **Where:** Every chat box — site planner, site editor assistant, page planner, platform assistant, Creative Studio (images, video, motion) and the admin assistant. **How to test:** Click the mic, say a sentence or two, click it again. Your words should appear in the box within about a second, and nothing should send until you press Send. With the box empty, the button next to the mic starts a voice conversation; type a letter and it turns into Send. **Watch for:** The mic staying on after you stop, words not appearing, or a voice-conversation button showing while there is text to send.

Account credit that pays your upcoming bills

Workspaces can now hold account credit — from referral earnings or given by our team — and it's taken off upcoming bills automatically before your card is charged. **Where:** Organization → Billing (an "Account credit" card appears when you have a balance). Admins: Admin → Organizations → an org → Subscription tab → Account credit. **How to test:** As an admin, issue $5 account credit to a test workspace on a paid plan; open that workspace's Billing page and confirm the card shows $5; on the next renewal the invoice shows "Account credit applied" and the balance drops. **Watch for:** Credit not applying to the very first checkout (expected — it starts with the first renewal); the card showing for workspaces with no credit; referral "apply as credit" not increasing the balance.

Fixed

Making a cover from a video frame no longer fails on long hooks

"Make a cover from this frame" kept failing with "We could not make a readable cover headline" when a post's opening hook was a full sentence. The cover headline is now condensed to a few punchy words automatically, so the cover is made instead of erroring. **Where:** Creative Studio → Posts → open a video post → Cover image → Make a cover from this frame **How to test:** Use a video post whose opening hook is a long question or sentence (8+ words). Click "Make a cover from this frame" and confirm a cover is generated with a short (2–5 word) headline instead of the error. **Watch for:** The error message still appearing, or a headline that changes the post's meaning.

Fixed

Mobile chat bar no longer flashes while you scroll

On a phone, the chat bar at the bottom of the editor now stays exactly as it is while you scroll the site. It used to shrink to just the mic during a scroll and pop back afterwards, which looked like the bar flashing on every swipe. **Where:** Site editor on a phone (classic and canvas layouts) → scroll the site preview **How to test:** Open a site in the editor on a phone. Scroll the preview with several quick flicks, then one long slow drag. The bar with the mic, the "Ask…" field and the chat button should stay fully visible and unchanged the whole time. **Watch for:** Any change in the bar's width or contents while scrolling, or the site preview jumping in height mid-scroll.

Improved

New sites start with "What are you starting with?"

A new site now opens on a choice of four starting points instead of an empty chat: paste your website, describe an idea, upload a design, or browse finished designs. Each one says what you'll get and that designing is free, so it's clear what happens next before you type anything. **Where:** Create a new site (or sign up for the first time) → the site builder opens on the start screen. **How to test:** 1. Start a new site. Confirm the four options, the "what you get" strip and the pricing line appear, and nothing mentions credits. 2. "Start from an idea": type a sentence and press Continue. The chat opens with it as your first message, then the intake questions and the plan follow as before. 3. "I have a design": choose an image. The chat opens with the file attached and a draft message ready to send. 4. "I have a website": paste an address and press Redesign it. You land on the redesign progress page, and the new site sits under the client you were in (no extra client is created). 5. "Show me designs first" opens the template gallery; "Or just tell us in chat" opens the plain chat. 6. Start a second site in the same workspace (on any device): the strip shrinks to a single pricing line. 7. Describe a business that names itself (for example "Bella Napoli, a family-run Italian restaurant"). The intake questions should not ask for the business name again. 8. Start a site from the dashboard prompt or a template link: the start screen is skipped and the chat opens with your prompt. **Watch for:** the business name question appearing when the description already named the business; the start screen showing on a site that already has a conversation; the design upload not appearing in the chat composer; a redesign creating a new client named after the domain.

Fixed

Undo no longer triggers a false 'changed in another session' notice

Undoing a change in the site editor no longer makes the editor claim the site was changed in another session, the Undo button now goes away once there is nothing left to undo, and the notice fits properly on phones. **Where:** Site editor → make an AI change (for example apply a theme) → Undo last change **How to test:** On a freshly created site, make one change, tap "Undo last change", then switch away from the tab and back. No "This site was changed in another session" notice should appear, and the Undo button should disappear because the design is back at its original version. On a phone, open the same site in a second tab and edit it there to trigger the notice — it should read as one short line with Refresh and close buttons beside it, not one word per line. **Watch for:** Undo still showing after the design is back at its original version; the notice appearing after your own Undo or history restore; the notice overflowing the screen edge on narrow phones.

Fixed

Vertical video thumbnail options draw again

Asking for thumbnail options on a vertical (Shorts / reel) video post always failed with a vague "something went wrong" message. The options now draw correctly. If a draw ever fails, the message now says what actually went wrong. **Where:** Creative Studio → Posts → open a post with a vertical video → YouTube thumbnail → Make 4 more options **How to test:** On a post with a 9:16 video, click "Make 4 more options" and wait about a minute — four portrait thumbnails should appear and be selectable. **Watch for:** Landscape (16:9) video posts should still produce landscape thumbnails; no options should appear stretched or cropped.

Improved

A clearer assistant chat, especially on phones

Approvals in the assistant are now one simple card — "Approve this?" with a plain sentence, optional details, and Approve / Not now — that turns into a short "Approved · Done" note once it runs, followed by the result and a button to open it. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant **How to test:** Ask the assistant to change something on a site, approve it, and check the card collapses to a receipt with the result and an open button underneath. Leave an approval for over 15 minutes and check it shows as expired with no buttons. On a phone, check nothing scrolls sideways. **Watch for:** Approving and seeing no response, results appearing above the card instead of below, or raw technical text in the card details.

Improved

Assistant explains when a site is in another workspace

If you ask the assistant about a site that lives in a different workspace, it now tells you which workspace it is in, who owns it, and what your role there lets you do, instead of saying it can't find it or asking for an ID. **Where:** Assistant → ask about a site from another workspace you belong to **How to test:** From one workspace, ask the assistant to move a site that is in another workspace where you are a member; it should name that workspace and its owner and explain you need admin access there. **Watch for:** The assistant asking for site or organization IDs, or revealing sites in workspaces you are not part of.

Fixed

Brand picker shows your live site first

When choosing a brand in Creative Studio, published sites now come first (marked Live), then the most recently updated, and search ignores spacing and punctuation so your live site is easy to find. **Where:** Creative Studio → Choose a brand **How to test:** Open the brand picker and search for a business that has a published site and several drafts; the live one should be first with a Live badge. Try the name with and without a space. **Watch for:** Drafts ranking above the live site, or a search that used to work now missing results.

New

Change a team member's role, and a team page that fits your phone

Workspace admins can now change an existing member's role (admin, member or viewer) right from the team list, and the team page no longer spills off the side of the screen on phones. **Where:** Workspace settings → Team **How to test:** As an owner or admin, pick a new role from the dropdown next to a member and confirm; reload and check it stuck. On a phone, check each member's row fits the screen with the role, site access and remove controls under the email. **Watch for:** Admins being able to demote other admins (only the owner can), the owner's role being editable, or the page scrolling sideways on a phone.

Fixed

Contact records scroll properly on phones

On a phone, opening a lead or customer left only a thin strip of the screen for their notes, attribution and activity. Now the whole record scrolls as one page, and the Notes / Attribution / Activity tabs stay pinned at the top while you scroll. **Where:** Site editor → Leads → Customers (or Inbox contacts, or an appointment) → tap a person **How to test:** On a phone-sized screen, open a contact, switch to Activity or Attribution and scroll down — the name and summary should scroll away and the content should fill the screen. **Watch for:** Tabs not staying pinned while scrolling; desktop layout changing (it shouldn't).

Fixed

Custom domain setup: clearer DNS checks and faster go-live

Custom domains on providers like GoDaddy now go live faster and the DNS check no longer gives confusing advice. - When a verification value was typed in slightly wrong, the exact characters that differ are now highlighted, with a reminder to use the copy button. - The root-domain records that power forwarding are no longer flagged for deletion. If your domain already forwards to www, the check marks it correct and hides the forwarding steps. - A site served on www now shows as live as soon as its certificate is ready, and the certificate check is re-triggered automatically while it's pending, instead of waiting hours. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Domain → DNS Health Check (and the shareable DNS setup page) **How to test:** Connect a GoDaddy domain with root forwarding to www; open the DNS Health Check. **Watch for:** The root A record showing "Delete"; a site that serves on https://www… still reading "pending".

Fixed

Dashboard no longer flashes an empty Shared sites card

The Shared sites section now appears only when another workspace has actually shared a site with you, instead of briefly showing a loading card to everyone and then disappearing. **Where:** Dashboard → Sites **How to test:** Open the dashboard in a workspace with no shared sites and reload; nothing about shared sites should appear. In a workspace that has a shared site, the section appears once loaded. **Watch for:** The section failing to appear in a workspace that does have shared sites.

Fixed

Mobile menu now scrolls to the bottom

On phones the main menu now scrolls on its own, so the account options at the bottom stay reachable even when you belong to several workspaces. **Where:** Dashboard on a phone → menu (☰) **How to test:** Open the menu with several workspaces listed and scroll down to the Account section and Sign out. **Watch for:** The page behind the menu scrolling instead of the menu, or the menu starting under the header.

Improved

More room on phones in Leads and contact records

The site manager is far less crowded on a phone: the top bar tucks away while you scroll, contact records open full-screen, and lists show as easy-to-tap cards. **Where:** Site editor on a phone → Leads → Customers or Inbox contacts → tap a person **How to test:** On a phone, open Leads → Customers and tap a contact. The Leads heading and tabs should disappear, the summary should be a single line, and empty tabs (Orders, Chats…) should be hidden. Scroll down — the top bar slides away; scroll up and it comes back. In Inbox → Contacts, contacts should show as cards rather than a squashed table. **Watch for:** The top bar not coming back on scroll up, flicker near the bottom of short lists, or anything changing on desktop (it shouldn't).

Improved

Move or share a site by naming the workspace

The assistant can now move or share a site when you name the destination workspace or its owner's email, instead of asking for an internal ID, and it tells you plainly when you need admin rights in the workspace that owns the site. **Where:** Dashboard → Platform Assistant → "Move <site> to my <workspace name> workspace" **How to test:** Ask the assistant to move a site to another workspace you own, by its name or your email. The approval card should name both workspaces; approve and check the site appears in the destination. **Watch for:** The assistant asking for an organization ID, or picking the wrong workspace when you own several (it should ask which by name).

Fixed

Site assistant chat works again after the journey tools update

Every message to the site assistant was failing with a long technical error after the journey editing tools were expanded. Chat now answers normally again, and if something does go wrong you see a short plain message instead of internal details. **Where:** Any site → AI assistant chat panel (e.g. Settings → Domain, then ask the assistant) **How to test:** Open the assistant and send "help me change the domain website". It should reply with domain help instead of an error. Then ask it to change a journey webhook step's payload and confirm it can. **Watch for:** Any "I encountered an error" reply that quotes request or tool details.

Improved

The assistant tells you what it did, and takes you there

After you approve something, the assistant now says exactly what it did — naming the site, page or workspace — with a button to open it, and "take me there" always gives you a button straight to the place, even in another workspace you belong to. **Where:** Dashboard → Assistant **How to test:** Ask the assistant to change a site and approve it — you should get a message naming the site and an "Open" button. Ask "take me to <site>" for a site in another of your workspaces — you should get a button that switches workspace and opens it. Start a ready-made business and check it shows progress and then the finished site. **Watch for:** "Done." with no detail or button, a navigation request turning into an approval card, or an expired approval leaving the task stuck.

Improved

Build automations step by step

Automations now follow a clear top-to-bottom flow: add steps with +, build separate paths for a split, and continue below them without drawing connections or arranging cards. **Where:** Leads → Automation → open an automation **How to test:** Add a wait and an email, insert a condition split, and add a step to each path. Remove a middle step or choose which path to keep when removing a split. Save, then check the flow on a phone. **Watch for:** Steps should stay in order after edits from chat, split paths should continue below the split, and paths ending with Stop here or Goal reached should stop there.

Improved

Build every journey step through chat

The editor assistant, universal chat and MCP can now add every journey step, build nested Yes/No and A/B paths, change variant weights, and move steps within a path. They can also edit trigger rules, advanced conditions, contact updates and webhook settings. **Where:** Leads → Automation → a journey, universal chat, or MCP **How to test:** Ask to add a condition split, add an email to its No path, insert a webhook before the final stop, and move a wait up. Ask to change an A/B split to three variants. Review and approve each change, then open the journey to check its paths. **Watch for:** A Stop or Goal ends its path. Removing an A/B variant discards its path steps; the confirmation explains the discarded steps. Journeys remain off until you explicitly switch them on. Webhooks now retain the setting that stops a journey after an unsuccessful response.

Fixed

Contacts now show the pages they read, even on their first visit

A contact's Page visits used to stay empty unless they came back to your site a second time, so most new leads showed "No browsing history". Every visitor's pages are now recorded from the first visit, without triggering your "contact revisited" webhooks or timeline entries. **Where:** Leads → Contacts → open a contact → Activity → Page visits **How to test:** In a private window, open your published site, browse two or three pages, then submit a form. Open that contact — the pages you read appear under Page visits. **Watch for:** Visitors who declined tracking on your cookie banner are still not recorded. Reloading a page does not add duplicate entries.

Improved

Easier segments, journeys you can find, email preview and AI rewrites

Segments can now pick several values, compare numbers and dates, and show who is in them. Journeys are easy to find, tidy, and delete. Emails get a real preview and an AI helper. And you're warned before a broadcast lands on people who were just emailed. **Where:** Leads → Inbox → Segments; Leads → Automation; Leads → Customers / Engagement; Settings → Email Provider **How to test:** 1. Leads → Inbox → Segments → New segment → "Add a rule on a custom field". Pick a field, choose "is any of" and add two values from the dropdown. The live count updates. 2. On a segment, click "View contacts". The Contacts tab opens filtered to that segment, with "Show all contacts" to clear it. 3. Leads → Automation shows "Your journeys" and "Ready-made automations". Automations your site can't use yet (e.g. booking reminders with no bookings) say "Not in use" instead of "Active". 4. Open a journey. Click "Tidy up", select a step and press Delete, then click a connection and remove it. 5. On an email step, switch to Preview, open the large preview, then type "make it shorter" in "Refine with AI" and apply the result. 6. Draft a broadcast to people who got an email today. The send dialog warns you before sending. 7. Settings → Email Provider → "Daily email limit per person": change it and reload. **Watch for:** older segments with exact field values still count the same people; date rules on fields stored as text in another format; journeys you arranged by hand keep their layout unless you press "Tidy up".

New

Edit journeys with the assistant, and see the details that matter on every contact

Journeys now open inside your editor with the assistant beside you. The assistant can rename, edit, switch on and delete them. Your contacts list can show the fields you care about as columns that you can sort and filter. **Where:** Leads → Automation → a journey; Leads → Inbox → Contacts → Columns **How to test:** 1. Open a journey from Leads → Automation. The left menu and chat stay available, and the address ends in /automation/journeys/…. 2. Add a Wait and then a "Send an email" step. They connect to the trigger automatically, and the wait reads "1 day", not a raw number. 3. Leave a step unconnected. The problem chip explains it in plain words, and clicking it jumps to the step. 4. In chat, ask "rename this journey to …" or "change the second email's subject to …". A confirmation card appears, and the editor updates after you confirm. 5. Contacts → Columns: tick two fields and reorder them. Click a column header to sort, and click a value to filter by it. **Watch for:** switching a journey on is refused until its problems are fixed; old /journeys/… links redirect to the new address.

Improved

Marketing suggestions now fit B2B and national businesses

Marketing suggestions used to assume every business was a local shop. They now recognise B2B and national or global businesses, so those get relevant channels (industry review sites, professional communities, trade media, partners) instead of local listings and neighbourhood ideas. **Where:** Your site → Growth → Marketing (scan, ideas, strategy, campaigns, Data tab) **How to test:** On a site for a B2B or national business, run a marketing scan and open the marketing strategy. Suggestions should not include Yelp, Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, local press or nearby businesses, and the Data tab should show Keywords only. On a local business (a restaurant, a salon), local listings, Reviews and Citations should still appear. **Watch for:** A local business wrongly losing its Reviews/Citations tabs, or a site with very little business information getting B2B advice.

Callouts on your recordings are timed to the right screens and kept off what matters

Titles and name straps on your own screen recordings used to sit in fixed spots, often covering the form or result the viewer needed to see, and were timed to rough even chunks of the video. Now each one is timed to the real step it names, placed where the frames show it hides nothing important, and a strap that would cover something wherever it goes is flagged so it can be shortened or dropped. Because this reads your recording, callouts on your own footage are now charged as smart editing — once per recording, and free if that recording was already processed (for example by cutting it). Captions, music, cutting pauses, a logo and an end card stay free. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video of your own recording → ask for titles or callouts in the chat **How to test:** Open a 1–3 minute screen recording as a video, ask for "a title and labels for each step". The card shows a "Smart editing of your recording" line with its credits; approve it. Each label appears while its step is on screen and sits clear of the dialog or result being shown. Ask again on the same recording: no new charge. **Watch for:** A label covering the thing being clicked; a second charge for the same recording; a card that says free while charging.

Improved

Clearer inspiration cards

Text-only research findings no longer show an empty "Preview unavailable" box, every finding now has a clear next step, and sources are named instead of repeated "View original" links. **Where:** Creative Studio → Inspiration → Ads / Content **How to test:** Run a research scan, open Content. Insights appear in their own section with a "How to use it" note, a collapsible "N sources" list showing site names, and a "Write a post about this" button that opens a new post. Ads with images or video still show their preview. Save toggles to "Saved ✓" and back. **Watch for:** Visual references missing their preview; "Write a post about this" not opening a post; the Show filter (Everything / Visual references / Videos only / Insights) hiding the wrong items.

Improved

Cut videos open on the screen where the first click happens

A planned edit of a screen recording could begin a moment after your first click, so the video jumped straight to the next screen with no sign of where you clicked. The opening now keeps the few seconds of the screen where that click is made. And once an edit is planned, the separate "cut the waiting time" button is no longer offered beside it — the plan already leaves the waits out, and pressing both undid each other. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a cut of your recording → Plan the edit **How to test:** Plan the edit of a screen recording that starts on one screen and clicks through to another. The preview opens on the first screen for about three seconds before the click. Under the plan there is no "Cut n · saves…" waits button. **Watch for:** An opening that starts on a loading screen; the waits button reappearing under a plan.

New

Get a growth audit for the website you already have

Tell us about your existing website and that you want to keep it where it is, and we check it and show what to fix for search, leads and tracking, plus marketing ideas suited to your kind of business — no rebuild needed. **Where:** Dashboard prompt (e.g. "example.com is our site, we don't want to move it — help with SEO and leads"), or ask the assistant to connect your site. The report opens at Clients → your site. **How to test:** Type a prompt that names your own site and says you want to keep it. You should land on a "Checking your site…" screen that turns into a report within about a minute: scores, "Do these first", findings with the affected pages, ready-to-paste titles and descriptions, and marketing plays. Try "Run again", and "Rebuild it with us" to start a redesign from the same site. **Watch for:** A prompt asking for a new site or a redesign must still start the normal builder. A business-to-business site should not get local-listing advice (Yelp, Google Business). Sites that block automated visits should show a clear "couldn't finish checking" message with Try again.

Improved

Inspiration ads match your country and fall back to keyword searches

Ad research now searches your country's ads when we can tell which one, from your service area or else your browser language, and searches worldwide otherwise. Competitor ad lookups that find nothing are replaced by keyword ad searches in the same scan, so no part of the scan is wasted. **Where:** Creative Studio → Inspiration → Ads **How to test:** Run a research scan with a couple of competitors confirmed. Ads should show examples from your country (or worldwide for a global business with no regional browser language), and the Ads tab should fill even when competitors run no ads. **Watch for:** Ads from the wrong country, or an empty Ads tab after a scan that had competitors confirmed.

Improved

Inspiration research now finds competitor ads and more prospects

Research scans now always search public ads, including ads run by your confirmed competitors, and customer questions, instead of spending the whole scan re-reading competitor websites. The empty Trends tab is gone. **Where:** Creative Studio → Inspiration → Ads / Content / Prospects **How to test:** With several competitors confirmed under Manage sources, run a research scan. Ads should now show public ad examples, and Content should include insights and customer questions. After the scan, a "Find people asking for …" card links to Prospects. Remote businesses' prospect scans now look back 30 days, and local businesses' look back 7. **Watch for:** Ads still empty after a fresh scan, warnings naming sources that weren't searched when you have 12 or fewer websites confirmed, or old links to the Trends tab not landing on Ads.

New pages no longer duplicate the header button in the menu

When you add a page that your header button already opens (like a "Start a project" page), it is no longer also added as a separate menu link — so the same page doesn't appear twice in the header and footer. **Where:** Site editor → Pages → Add page **How to test:** On a site whose header button points to a page such as /start, add (or re-add) that page. The menu should not gain a second link to it; adding any other page still adds its menu link. **Watch for:** A newly added page that is missing from the menu even though no header button opens it.

New sites get an illustrated share image automatically

When you choose a design and start building, we now create a custom social share image for your site: a photo made for your business next to your logo or name, with a short headline in your site's own colours. It shows whenever your link is shared on X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Slack. It's free, and an image you set yourself always takes priority. **Where:** Happens automatically after "Build" on any design. It goes live with your next publish. **How to test:** Build a site from a design, publish it, then paste the site URL into a post on X or LinkedIn (or a link-preview checker). The preview should show a photo for the business beside its name and a short headline. **Watch for:** Lettering or logos drawn inside the photo. A headline that is generic or names the wrong business. A share image that replaces one the owner set themselves.
