Businesses can now take bookings for several services, with a team where each person has their own hours, across several branches of one business — and choose per service whether it is paid online at booking and whether bookings confirm instantly or wait for the owner. **Where:** Leads → Appointments → settings (What people book: Services, Team, Branches), or just describe it to the site assistant ("we have two clinics, Sam does physio Mon–Fri in Ealing, the initial assessment is 45 minutes and £95, paid online"). Things said during planning are set up automatically when Appointments is turned on. **How to test:** 1. Open a site's Appointments settings, add two branches, two team members with hours at different branches, and three services (one free + confirm instantly, one owner-confirmed, one paid in full). 2. Publish, open the booking section: pick a service, a branch, a person or "Anyone available", then a time. 3. Book the instant service → "You're booked", a confirmation email, and the booking shows as confirmed with the person and branch. 4. Book the paid service → the payment form opens; pay with a test card → the booking is confirmed and shows "Paid". 5. Ask the site's chat assistant to book the paid service → it sends a payment link. **Watch for:** a person offered at a branch they don't work at; the same person bookable twice at the same time across branches; an unpaid booking appearing in the owner's list (it shouldn't until paid); a paid booking still showing "waiting for you to confirm"; sites with one appointment type booking any differently than before.
A long spoken line could lose its last words from the captions, with the final caption frozen on screen while the voice kept talking. Every spoken word is now captioned. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any narrated film with captions **How to test:** Make a film whose scene has a long voiceover line (two or three sentences). Export it and watch that scene. Every word of the line should be captioned, in time with the voice, until the line ends. **Watch for:** A caption that freezes on one word while the voice keeps talking; captions in Hindi script on a film set to show Roman letters after re-recording one line. Also: removing a label or headline from a filmed scene in chat now takes it off the exported film. Before, the chat said it was gone but the next export still drew it.
You can now ask the video director to change just one part of the motion graphics, such as adding your domain to a bar or fixing how a card appears, and everything else stays exactly as it was, at no charge. Removing pauses and changing speed now also works on videos with designed graphics, where the export used to fail. **Where:** Creative Studio → a presenter or own-footage video with motion graphics → chat with the director **How to test:** Ask "in the publish part, show yourdomain.com next to Publish"; only that moment should change. Then ask "remove the pauses and make it 1.25x"; the new export should be shorter, with graphics and voice still in sync. **Watch for:** Other graphics changing, a charge for a one-part change, or graphics drifting from the voice after a speed change.
When you change the words on a graphic in a finished video, the new words are now fitted and shown, or the scene clearly stays marked as not yet updated; it no longer says it changed while the film still shows the old words or loses the presenter's line under it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a finished film → change the words on a graphic scene (for example the end card) → Update the film **How to test:** On a presenter film with an end card she talks over, change the end card's words to three longer lines and press Update the film. Watch the finished export. **Watch for:** The old words still showing at the end; her line missing under the end card; words overlapping a shape on the card; a scene you didn't touch marked "new" after adding a scene before it.
Asking the video director to change words drawn in a graphic ("put yourdomain.com in the publish bar") now shows where those words appear before changing anything, and says plainly when that part of the design doesn't have them, instead of changing a different spot or claiming it's already there. Designs are also checked for boxes or bars that sit empty on screen before their words arrive. **Where:** Creative Studio → a presenter or own-footage video with motion graphics → chat with the director **How to test:** Ask to change a word that appears in only one graphic; the director should confirm the spot first. Ask for a word in a part of the video that doesn't show it; it should say so and offer a redesign. Ask again while a change is still being made; it should say to wait. **Watch for:** A change landing in a spot you didn't mean, or a bar or pill shown empty before its words.
When you redesign an existing site, your answer about bringing its pages and posts across is now remembered, whether you tap a button or just type it, so the same question doesn't come back. **Where:** New site → chat → give the URL of your existing site **How to test:** When the chat offers to bring your pages across, tap "Bring my N pages across". The next reply should move on. Start again and this time type "carry over all my pages" (or "start fresh") instead of tapping. Again, the offer should not come back. **Watch for:** The "I found N pages on your existing site" question coming back after you answered; a typed "start fresh" being treated as yes.
When the planning chat asks you something with buttons or a form, you can now answer in your own words and it counts the same as tapping. **Where:** New site → chat **How to test:** 1. Upload a screenshot of a site you like. When asked "recreate faithfully or use as inspiration?", type "just use it loosely" instead of tapping. The question should not come back, and Generate should start without a "confirm whether…" error. 2. When the intake question form appears, answer its questions in a chat message instead. The form should close and show "Answered in chat". Typing "I'd rather skip the questions" should close it as skipped. Reload the page and the form should stay closed. 3. Give a site URL. When asked "is this your site?", type "not mine, I just like the design". The chat should treat it as inspiration, not as your own site. **Watch for:** A typed answer to only one question closing the whole form; a later message like "make the hero exactly like the screenshot" rebuilding your plan; the screenshot buttons no longer working.
The new-site screen now asks what you want to do instead of what you have. "Redesign my website" and "Start from a design I like" are separate choices, and each one asks a single clear follow-up question. **Where:** Dashboard → New site **How to test:** 1. Open a new site. The cards read: Redesign my website, Start from a design I like, Start from an idea, Show me designs first. 2. Redesign my website: paste your site, then pick "New design" (asks about the words, whether it's your official site, and what isn't working, then opens the redesign plan) or "Keep my current look" (asks only about the words, then continues in chat). 3. Start from a design I like: paste a link and choose "Match it closely" or "Use as inspiration", or switch to "Upload a screenshot". You should not be asked about the site's words, and the chat should not ask how closely to follow the link again. 4. Open `/client/<clientId>/site/new?start=redesign&url=example.com`: it should open straight on the redesign step with the address filled in. **Watch for:** The chat asking "match closely or inspiration?" after you already picked it for a link. A liked site's business name or words showing up in your designs.
The redesign progress screen now shows real progress while your three designs are made, only lists the steps your redesign actually goes through, and gives signed-in users their plan and design sketches to choose from before designing starts. **Where:** Homepage → Redesign my site → enter your address → the progress screen **How to test:** While signed in, start a redesign from the homepage. You should see a "Back to dashboard" link at the top, "Redesigning <your business>" as the heading, a note asking you to stay for your plan and sketches, then the plan, then "Pick a look", then a progress bar with a plain status line and elapsed time while the designs are made. Once the first design is ready, "See the first design now" opens it. Starting a redesign while signed out (sign up on the way) still goes straight to designs, and no "Your plan" step is shown or ticked. **Watch for:** A progress bar that jumps backwards or sits still; "Your plan" ticked on a run that never showed a plan; the "What we found" box saying "Features we'll keep" with nothing after it.
Design cards and thumbnails were drawn in a plain fallback font, so a design set in a bold condensed display face looked generic until you opened it. Thumbnails now load the design's own fonts, and the automatic check that compares a design with the sketch it follows now judges the real lettering. **Where:** Designs gallery cards; site list thumbnails; any design built from a sketch. **How to test:** Generate or open a design whose headings use a distinctive font (for example a condensed display face), wait for its card image, and compare the card with the open design. **Watch for:** Cards still showing a plain font, blank or missing card images, or cards taking noticeably longer to appear.
When a design follows a sketch you picked, we now look at the finished design next to the sketch and, if the hero picture, lettering, colours or section details drifted, make one targeted touch-up to bring it back — without changing any of your words. **Where:** Planning chat or Redesign → pick a sketch → generate designs; or Designs → "+ New" from a sketch. **How to test:** Pick a sketch, generate, wait a few minutes after the design appears, then open its version history: a touch-up version appears when the design drifted from the sketch. **Watch for:** A touch-up that changes wording, a touch-up landing on the wrong design, or more than one touch-up per new design. **Update:** designs from a sketch now keep the floating, no-box hero picture the sketch shows more reliably: the instruction that asked for it was sometimes lost before the picture was made.
New designs show a short note that they preview your homepage and that the other pages are created when you build. Clicking a menu link to one of those pages no longer brings up the same large prompt every time. **Where:** Site editor → any design you haven't built yet **How to test:** Generate new designs. A small note at the top of the preview says it's a homepage preview; dismiss it and it stays gone. Click "Menu" (or any link to a page that isn't built yet): the first click shows the full explanation with "Build my site". Later clicks in the same session show only a brief one-line message. **Watch for:** The note covering the "changed in another session" notice, or coming back after it was dismissed. A link click that shows nothing at all.
When your outline had a part none of your recordings show, editing failed with "Something went wrong". The edit is now made without that part, and the plan lists it under "Not in your recordings yet" so you can add a clip or take the part out. A length you give as a goal (such as "about 60 seconds") no longer blocks the edit when your timed parts add up to a little more. And when you timed a part longer than your recordings can fill, it plays what there is and the plan says so under "Shorter than you asked", instead of refusing. Two clearer labels on the same panel: the "Remove waiting" button is now "Find loading screens and pauses", and the "What is this video for?" box explains that it becomes your outline. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video made from your screen recordings **How to test:** Upload a screen recording, describe a video whose outline includes a part the recording never shows (for example an ending screen), write the outline, then press Edit my recordings. The plan should appear with that part listed as not in your recordings. **Watch for:** "Something went wrong with this video" on Edit my recordings; a message naming the wrong part of the outline.
Switching pages in the editor no longer reloads the whole preview, clicking unbuilt menu links shows one notice instead of a stack, and anything you type into "Want anything else?" is reviewed before your site is built. **Where:** Site editor → design preview and Pages; "Build my site" → Plan the rest of your site **How to test:** 1. On a built site, switch between several pages from the page picker. Each page should appear quickly, and returning to a page you've seen should be near-instant. 2. On a design (D1/D2/D3), open the menu and click four or five links that aren't built yet. Only one notice should be on screen at a time. 3. Open "Build my site", type a request in "Want anything else? Tell us here", and click the main button (it now reads "Review my request first"). You should get a reply, and a revised plan if the request changes it, before anything is built. 4. In the chat's "Needs changes → Modify a section" step, sections show readable names (e.g. "CTA Section"), with no platform widget entries. **Watch for:** A page switch showing the previous page's content; add-ons limited to certain pages showing on the wrong page; the build button staying on "Review my request first" after the request has been reviewed.
Moving a site that has a brand used to fail with "Failed to move sites", or quietly drop the brand. Now you choose what happens to the brand before you confirm: it moves with its whole Creative Studio library, its look and voice are copied, or it stays behind. **Where:** Dashboard → select sites → Move to organization… (and asking the assistant to move a site) **How to test:** Move a site whose brand no other site uses: the dialog recommends moving the brand and shows how many images, creations and videos come with it. Move one site of a brand that other sites also use: it recommends copying the look and voice. Confirm, then open the site and Creative Studio in the new workspace. **Watch for:** Social accounts the brand posts through: each one either moves with it or is listed as "reconnect in the new workspace", and scheduled posts on an account that stays behind are unscheduled. A move into a workspace that already has the same social account connected is blocked with a clear message.
Videos where a presenter says your script to camera now get a designed edit by default, the way a motion designer would cut them: captions on her words, type and drawn moments placed around her (beside her, split either side of her, a card that pops in next to her), designed transitions between takes, and one branded end card, instead of plain headlines in the middle of the frame. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → paste a script a presenter says to camera, then make it **How to test:** Paste a 30–45 s script your presenter says on camera with one line said over a graphic, make it, and watch the finished film once "The edit" has run after the takes. **Watch for:** Words covering the presenter's face; a graphic scene with type drawn on top of it; two end cards; the end card not saying the words you wrote for it; the edit line missing from the price.
Every workspace can now connect a Facebook Page, the Instagram business account linked to it, a personal LinkedIn profile, or a YouTube channel, and have scheduled posts go out on their own. Until today this was limited to our own team while we waited on platform approval. **Where:** Creative Studio → Settings → Connected accounts; then any scheduled post on the calendar **How to test:** 1. Sign in with a workspace that is not ours. 2. Open Creative Studio → Settings → Connected accounts and connect with Facebook. Approve on Facebook's screen. 3. Confirm your Page and its linked Instagram account both appear. 4. Schedule a post a few minutes ahead to one of them and check it goes live. **Watch for:** Facebook's consent screen showing an error or a "this app is not available" message (would mean the app is not fully public); connect options for Instagram-only login, LinkedIn company pages or TikTok showing up for a customer workspace (those are still waiting on approval and should stay hidden).
Smart editing of your own recordings is still 1 credit per 30 seconds of each recording, charged once, but a recording now costs at least 4 credits. Recordings longer than 2 minutes cost the same as before. Also, a timed part of your outline can now show footage again when it asks for it, such as ending on your best preview. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video made from your screen recordings → Make the video **How to test:** Upload a recording under 2 minutes, edit it, and press Make the video. The confirm should ask for 4 credits. A 3-minute recording should ask for 7. **Watch for:** a price on the button that differs from the one in the confirm, or a recording charged twice.
The video chat now remembers everything you've said and does all of it in one reply, including earlier instructions like "no mockups" or "narrated in Hindi". It only says it changed something once the storyboard shows the change. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → chat beside the storyboard **How to test:** 1. Ask for a film, then ask in separate messages for a voiceover in Hindi and for no mockups. 2. Every scene should get a spoken line and the mockups should be gone. 3. Say "make it". The chat should point you to the Make button and not start anything on its own. **Watch for:** - A reply that says something changed when the storyboard doesn't show it. - A colour change that rewrites the whole storyboard. - Replies written in a different language from the one you write in.
When an outline with timed parts asks for footage your recordings don't have, "Edit my recordings" now names the part and its length ("Your outline gives “Call to action” 10 seconds, but none of your recordings show it") and tells you what to change. Before, it showed "Something went wrong with this video. Please retry.", and pressing retry could never work. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video made from your recordings → Edit my recordings **How to test:** Upload a screen recording, write an outline with timed parts that includes a part the recording never shows (for example a closing call to action), then press Edit my recordings. **Watch for:** The red message should name the part and suggest Change the outline. A recording that does cover every part should still produce an edit you can review.
Briefs that give each part of a video its own timing (for example "0:00–0:04 hook, 0:04–0:11 the brief…") now get an outline instead of "I couldn't write the outline just now". **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → edit your recordings → "What is this video for?" **How to test:** Upload a screen recording, describe a ~60-second video with sections shorter than 10 seconds each, and press Write the outline (or send the brief in chat). The outline appears with each part's timing kept. **Watch for:** The outline failing to appear, or parts losing the times you gave them.
When your description of a video asks for a zoom on something, a highlight around it, or a label naming it, the finished video now does it. We find that thing on screen in your recording and push in on it gently, outline it, or point a label at it. Anything we can't find on screen is left out, never guessed. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a video made from your screen recordings **How to test:** Upload a screen recording and describe a video that says, for example, "add a subtle highlight around the sign-up form" and "zoom in on the dashboard". Write the outline, edit the recordings and make the video. The highlight and zoom should appear on those parts, and the editor's preview should match the download. **Watch for:** a highlight drawn in the wrong place, a zoom that shows the edge of the frame, or a highlight that drifts while the zoom moves.
Adding a new line to a finished presenter video no longer nudges every later scene's length, so it never re-makes scenes nobody changed. A line too long to talk over a graphic in one take is now put on camera with its words on screen, and a line that can't be filmed is named on the button instead of quietly left out. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a finished talking-head film → ask the director to "add a scene after scene 3 where she says…" **How to test:** On a made presenter film, ask for a new scene after a graphic she talks over, with a line of 15–25 words and a few words on screen. Check the button. **Watch for:** Scenes you didn't touch reading "changed"; the new line or the scene before it missing from the button's take; a long new line placed over a graphic with no on-camera moment beside it.
The design sketches in the planning chat now let you change your picks at any time before your designs are made, ask for two more, and answer in your own words: "go with the dark one", "not that one, the second", or "like Bold but warmer" all work. **Where:** New site → chat until your site plan appears → the sketches card under the plan message **How to test:** Like two sketches and save. Unlike one and like another, then press "Update my picks". Press "Show me 2 more": the two new ones are added to the same carousel, marked New, and you can pick across all six. Then type in the chat "actually go with the first one, but warmer colours" and check the card updates. Generate and check designs 2 and 3. After the designs are made, the card shows a short summary instead of buttons. **Watch for:** The card not updating after you answer in the chat; the chat picking the wrong sketch; being unable to like a new sketch after "Show me 2 more"; buttons still working after the designs are made.
Picking a sketch is now obvious: each sketch has a full-width "Pick this look" button, a row of thumbnails shows every sketch and which ones you picked, and a counter shows how many of your two picks you have used. **Where:** Redesign → plan page → "Looks right — next" → "Pick a look" (and the sketch card in the planning chat) **How to test:** On "Pick a look", check the main button reads "Pick a sketch to design from it" and is greyed out until you pick. Press "Pick this look" on one sketch: it changes to "Picked for design 2", its thumbnail gets a 1 badge, and the counter reads "1 of 2 picked". Pick a second (design 3), then try a third: the button says to unpick one. Press "Design it with my picks (2)". Separately, check "Skip — design without picking" starts the designs straight away. **Watch for:** Thumbnails not jumping to the right sketch; the pick badge numbers in the wrong order; the main button starting designs with nothing picked. **Update (16 Oct):** the sketch card now opens with "We'll make you 3 designs" and a small strip showing design 1 and which sketch each of your picks steers for designs 2 and 3. Once your picks are saved, the card's main button becomes "Generate my 3 designs", so the next step is right where you picked. **Update (16 Oct, later):** in the planning chat, choosing a look is now one step. The chat just says the looks are being drawn or are ready; pressing **Generate 3 Designs** opens a "Pick a look" window with the sketches large, where you pick up to two or skip. If the sketches are still drawing, it shows the wait with a "Don't wait — design it" option.
When you connect an AI assistant to Mondovo you can now pick "No daily limit" instead of a fixed daily credit ceiling, so long creative sessions are never cut off mid-way; your credit balance still applies. **Where:** Connecting Mondovo to an assistant → the consent screen → "Daily credit limit for this connection" **How to test:** Connect an assistant, choose "No daily limit", then make a video or image through it; the film status no longer shows a daily cap and a large press is not refused for the day. **Watch for:** A press refused with "used N of its … credits today" on a no-limit connection; the consent screen not accepting the new choice.
After buying credits you now see a clear "Payment successful" confirmation on the billing page, and you get a receipt email — before, the page showed nothing and no email was sent. **Where:** Workspace → Billing & credits → Credits → buy a pack or a custom amount **How to test:** Buy credits, finish checkout, and return to the billing page. A green "Payment successful" banner shows the credits added and the amount paid, and the balance updates without a page reload. A "Payment received" email and a bell notification arrive, along with a payment receipt. **Watch for:** The banner stuck on "Adding your credits now…" for more than a minute or two; two receipt emails for one payment.
When you like a sketch while planning, the design built from it now matches it closely: the same light or dark page, colours, type, hero and signature pieces, filled with your real content. Before, a written design direction could override your pick. **Where:** Planning chat or redesign "Pick a look" → like up to two sketches → design it. Also the editor's "+ New" design with one of your sketches attached. **How to test:** Like two sketches with clearly different looks (for example one dark, one bright green) and design it. Put designs 2 and 3 beside the sketches you liked: each should be recognisably the same page. In the editor, add a new design with one of your sketches attached and check it matches the sketch, using your words, not the sketch's placeholder text. **Watch for:** A design whose colours or light/dark page differ from its sketch; the sketch's placeholder words or numbers appearing on the site. **Update:** designs that follow a picked sketch now also take its headline style and its hero picture (re-drawn at full quality from the sketch), unless your hero is a video. Your own photos are still used further down the page, and the sketch's made-up numbers, names and quotes are never used. Your first design still stays closest to your current site. **Update (16 Oct):** the pictures further down the page now follow the sketch too. A design built from a sketch no longer fills its sections with the old site's generic photos; it keeps your own photos only where they show your actual work, products or people. The pictures a sketch shows in its sections (a player in action, a product shot, a floating object) are now redrawn from the sketch itself, all in one go, instead of being swapped for stock photos. **Update (16 Oct, later):** designs that follow a sketch you picked are now built by a model that follows sketches more faithfully (headline, hero layout, line breaks), and the headline keeps the sketch's line breaks instead of wrapping a word onto its own line.
The video chat now writes the film straight away when you tell it what it's about. It only offers concept ideas when you ask for them or it can't tell what you want. One press records the voice and makes the film to match it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → start a film in chat **How to test:** Ask for "a reel on why a business needs a website". The storyboard should appear with no ideas step. The script shows as a short summary, with "Full script" to expand it. Sound settings sit on one line with a Change button. Make is a single button, and the voice-first option, delivery speed and budget are under Options. Ask for "some ideas for a reel" and the three concept cards should still appear. **Watch for:** A film that never shows ideas when you asked for them. A single Make press that records the voice but never makes the film. A summary script missing a scene.
Republishing a site that is already live no longer sends a "your site is live" email every time. You still get that email the first time a site goes live, and every publish still shows in your notifications bell. **Where:** Site editor → Publish **How to test:** Publish a site that has never been live and confirm the "is live" email arrives. Publish the same site again and confirm the bell shows it as live but no new email arrives. **Watch for:** A failed publish must still send its email. A site that was duplicated from a live site should get the email on its own first publish.
Any collection (menu, products, properties, courses…) can now open its items in a quick-view pop-up over the list instead of loading a separate page — faster browsing, visitors keep their place, and a quick Add to cart. Each item still keeps its own page for sharing and search. **Where:** Site editor → Content → open a collection → "Item view". Or ask the assistant: "open my menu items in a popup". **How to test:** Switch a collection to "Pop-up", reload the preview, click an item card — a pop-up shows its photo, description and price, with Add to cart (on stores) and "View full details". Ctrl/Cmd-click still opens the full page in a new tab. Publish to apply it to the live site. **Watch for:** Pop-up not opening on the live site before a republish; Add to cart missing on a page that shows a cart; "View full details" not navigating.
Choose the language of a video before you start, or change it on the storyboard: every line, the voice and the captions follow it, and Hindi videos show their words in Roman letters (the way people type Hindi online) unless you pick Hindi script. **Where:** Creative Studio → Make a video → "Language" under the describe box; on a storyboard, the brief's "Language" row **How to test:** Pick Hindi, describe a short narrated video and start. Check the storyboard's words on screen are Roman-letter Hindi, the brief shows "Language: Hindi", and the voice is Hindi. Make it with captions on and check the captions are in Roman letters too. Switch "Words on screen" to Hindi script and ask for a rewrite. **Watch for:** Devanagari words on screen or in captions when Roman letters were chosen; an English-accented voice on a Hindi video.
Videos where a presenter talks to camera now keep the same person and a matching voice throughout, with captions that follow what is said, on-screen headlines drawn over the shots, and no clipped last words. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → a talking-head or UGC-style film made from your own script **How to test:** Paste a short talking-head script that describes the presenter (e.g. "a woman in her early 30s, mustard overshirt"), includes a moment where a graphic plays while she keeps talking, and puts a headline on the first scene. Say "Captions on" and make it. **Watch for:** A different face or room between takes; a voice that doesn't match the presenter; captions running ahead of or behind the speech; the last word of a take cut off at a scene change; the first scene's headline missing; blank scene tiles under a finished film.
Preview links now load in about a second instead of four to five, and opening a menu item, product or other collection item no longer rebuilds the whole site each time. Privacy Policy and Terms pages in previews now use your site's own colours. **Where:** Any preview link → click through to a collection item (a dish, product, property…) **How to test:** Open a site's preview, go to a listing page and open several different items; each should appear quickly, including ones you have not opened before. Check the Privacy Policy page matches the site's colours. **Watch for:** An item page showing a different item's details after moving between items; the first-ever load of a preview being slow (expected once per site change).
Agencies handing a client the full workspace can now see exactly what that client gets: Settings → Client Portal → "Preview as Member" or "Preview as Site admin" opens Mission Control on the agency's own address with that role applied, so it carries the agency's branding. The assistants (chat and voice) now explain when to use the client portal and when to give a client a team seat restricted to their site, and voice answers "how do I…" questions from the help articles again. **Where:** Site → Settings → Client Portal → "Handing over full control?" **How to test:** Click "Preview as Member". The workspace opens with a dark bar at the bottom reading "Previewing as a team member". Confirm design-only tools (theme, design editor, site settings) are hidden as a Member and appear as Site admin. Exit preview returns to the settings page. Ask the assistant by chat or voice "how do I give my client full control of their site?" and "how can I see what my client sees?". **Watch for:** The preview opening without your branding when you have your own domain set up, the bar staying after exit, or the assistant recommending the client portal for full control.
When a video's voice line is written in another script (like Hindi in Devanagari), the storyboard now shows the same line in Roman letters in small type underneath, so you can check what will be said. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video's storyboard → each scene's "Voice" line, the script list and "Read the full script" **How to test:** Make a Hindi video with a voiceover. Each spoken line shows its Roman-letter version below it. Edit a line in a scene — its Roman version disappears until the script is written again. **Watch for:** a Roman line that doesn't match the line above it; Roman lines showing on English videos.
Every payment now sends you a receipt by email and in your notifications, and the Invoices page lists everything you have paid for. That includes credit top-ups and tax invoices, not just subscriptions. **Where:** Workspace → Billing & credits → View invoices **How to test:** Make any purchase: upgrade to Pro, publish a site, add seats, buy credits or messaging credits, or set up outreach. Each one confirms on screen and sends a "Payment received" email. Then open View invoices and check the payment is listed with a download link. **Watch for:** A purchase with no receipt or two receipts; a payment missing from the invoices list.
When you tell a redesign what you want, for example "make it interactive and show off what our AI can do", all three designs now build it. Before, that request was treated only as a problem to avoid, so the section appeared as a static picture. **Where:** Redesign → "What isn't working?" → plan → designs **How to test:** Start a redesign and, under what isn't working, ask for something visitors can try (for example "let visitors try the AI on a sample delivery"). Generate. In each of the three designs, check the matching section has controls you can use (tabs, a slider, buttons or clickable points) that change what is shown. **Watch for:** A demo section that is only a picture or only animates on scroll; sample numbers presented as real results.
When you redesign an existing site, four design sketches are now drawn while your plan is prepared and offered as the next step after you approve the plan ("Pick a look"), your brief shapes the plan (ask it to show something off and you get a section that does), and the chat that opens from the plan no longer asks the intake questions again. **Where:** New site → I have a website → paste your site → Redesign my website → fill in "What isn't working?" → the plan page **How to test:** Start a redesign with a brief that asks the site to demonstrate something (for example "show the AI analysing a delivery"). On the plan page, check the plan includes a section that does that and the button reads "Looks right — next". Press it: the "Pick a look" step shows the sketches (or a countdown while they finish, with "Don't wait — design it"). Like one and press "Design it with my pick", or "None of these — design anyway", or "Back to plan". Separately, press "Let me adjust this first" on the plan and check the chat shows the same four sketches (not new ones), greets you in plain words, and answers your next message without the intake questions. Mention "the light one" in the chat and check the plan's style does not change. **Watch for:** Four sketches that all look alike; sketches being redrawn when you open the chat; the intake questions appearing after the plan; technical words in the first chat message; the plan dropping sections your site had.
Once your site plan is ready, the chat now shows four quick sketches of different looks for your site. Like up to two and your second and third designs follow them; turn them all down and every design steers away from them. You can ask for two more once. **Where:** New site → chat until your site plan appears → the sketches appear under the plan message (on a phone, also at the top of the plan sheet) **How to test:** Plan a new site in the chat. About 40 seconds after the plan appears, a card shows four sketches one at a time. Swipe with the arrows, tap a sketch to see it larger, like one or two and press "Use my picks", then generate. Try again with "None of these", and with "Show me 2 more". Also try a site where you uploaded photos (they should appear in the sketches) and one where you asked for a scroll video hero (every sketch shows a full-width video frame). **Watch for:** The card never appearing after a plan; the two extra sketches looking like the first four; your picks not showing up in designs 2 and 3; a design that looks like a sketch you turned down; the card appearing on a site you asked to copy exactly.
Agencies can now open the real client portal with a client's access applied, as an Editor, Reviewer or Viewer, to check it or screen-record a walkthrough for the client. Nothing changed in the preview is saved. Alongside this: invited clients who open a workspace link are now taken to their portal, team editors can publish updates to a site that's already live, and the portal no longer shows our own assistant to clients. **Where:** Site → Settings → Client Portal → "See what your client sees" (the portal must be turned on) **How to test:** Turn on the portal, click "Preview as Editor". The portal opens in a new tab with a dark bar at the bottom. Switch between Viewer, Reviewer and Editor and confirm the menu changes (a Reviewer sees only Review; an Editor sees Site Editor, Review and Forms by default). Try saving a change and confirm it is refused with a preview message. Click the × to hide the bar for recording, then "Exit preview" to return to settings. **Watch for:** The preview showing features the client wouldn't have, a save going through during preview, or the preview bar staying after you exit.
Clicking Add to Cart on a product that comes in sizes, colours or other options now opens a small picker next to the button, so shoppers choose exactly what they want instead of the cheapest option going into the cart. Products without a price can no longer be added by mistake. **Where:** Your published store: the homepage and product listing cards, and each product page. **How to test:** 1. Open a store with a product that has options (for example, a candle in two sizes) and click Add to Cart on its card. 2. A picker opens with the product photo, name and price. Pick an option and watch the price change. Sold-out options and options with no price are greyed out. 3. Optionally raise the quantity, then press Add to Cart. The picker closes and the "Added to cart" message appears. Open the cart: the option you picked is listed at its own price. 4. Click Add to Cart on a product without options. It goes straight into the cart, as before. 5. Remove the price from a product (and leave it not marked as free), then republish. Its card and product page now show a greyed-out "Unavailable" button. 6. On a phone, the picker opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen. **Watch for:** the picker not closing when you press Esc, click outside it or press the close button; keyboard focus escaping the picker while it is open; the wrong option or price ending up in the cart; picker colours that don't match the site; products marked as free showing "Unavailable".
When your brief lists a product in several sizes with their own prices ("Assam 50g £6 or 100g £10"), your shop now offers each size at its price instead of selling one size at the lowest price; if a size list can't be set up automatically, the product waits as a draft and your setup guide asks you to add the sizes, so nothing is sold at the wrong price. **Where:** Start a new shop from an idea → describe products with sizes and prices → build the site → Products, and the Home setup guide. **How to test:** Describe "Assam 50g £6 or 100g £10; Darjeeling 50g £8 or 100g £14; teapot £35", build the site, and open Products: each tea has a Size choice with both prices and shows "from £6" / "from £8"; the teapot is £35. On the live menu, every link is named after the page it opens, Privacy Policy and Terms appear only in the footer and only once, and Home's "More ideas" no longer suggests pages the site already has. **Watch for:** A tea listed with only one size; a product stuck as a draft with no "Add the sizes you listed" step on Home; a menu link whose name doesn't match its page (e.g. "FAQ" opening Delivery & Returns); legal links appearing twice in the footer; product photos showing another company's branded packaging.
On a phone, a store taking test payments could not add products from the "Choose options" sheet: the test-mode notice sat on top of the sheet's Add to Cart button. Pop-ups such as the option picker, cart and payment window now always sit above the notice and the chat bubble. The chat bubble steps aside while one is open. The picker also shows each option's price, and product pages, order dates and the payment page now follow the store's own region. **Where:** Any published store with products that have options (sizes, scents, colours), especially in test payment mode, viewed on a phone. **How to test:** 1. On a phone-sized screen, open a store in test payment mode and tap Add to Cart on a product with options. 2. Check that each option button shows its price (for example "500ml 3-Wick · £32.00") and that the header reads "From £18.00" until you pick one. 3. Tap Add to Cart in the sheet and confirm the item lands in the cart. While the sheet is open, the chat bubble should be hidden. 4. Open a product that has no price yet. It should say "Price coming soon" instead of £0.00, and the disabled button should use the site's own colours. 5. On a UK store, place an order, then open /account. The order date should read like "15 Oct 2026". 6. Continue to payment with a UK delivery address and check that the payment page uses UK English. **Watch for:** Cart drawers or pop-ups hidden behind the test-mode notice. A chat bubble that stays hidden after a pop-up closes. Wrong prices on option buttons for products with two kinds of option, such as size and colour.
Films made in the video chat now cut filmed shots to their line instead of holding silent pauses, keep the same face for a character across scenes, and let you add a single scene without rewriting the film. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any chat-made film **How to test:** 1. Start a film from a shared reel and ask for it to "open with the same first few seconds" — the opening choice appears on the ideas card even when no topic question is asked, and the finished film opens on their clip. 2. After a storyboard exists, type "Add a new scene after scene 2 that says …" — one new scene appears; every other scene is unchanged. 3. Ask for "an Indian woman's voice" — the Voice tile changes to a female voice with Indian English, and the Make line names the voice before recording. The voice picker has an Accent row. 4. On a phone, send a message — your message and the reply stay in view; once a film is ready, "▶ Watch your film" jumps to the player. Each "your film is ready" message keeps its own version, playable in the chat. 5. Paste a product page link ("use this product <link>") — it is read into the film's products instead of being refused as a video link. **Watch for:** a filmed scene with someone speaking on camera stays at least 4 seconds; drawn scenes that show their own words carry no captions underneath; a character's face should match across every filmed scene of a new film.
Say "in Hindi" (or any language) and the whole video — every line, every word on screen and the voice reading it — stays in that language, and asking for "the same video" as a reel you share writes it straight from that reel instead of pitching new ideas. **Where:** Creative Studio → Make a video **How to test:** Paste a reel and ask for "the same video in Hindi, words on screen in Roman letters". Check that the storyboard opens without a "what should this film be about?" card, that every spoken line is Hindi, that the words on screen are Roman-letter Hindi, that the brief panel shows "Language: Hindi", and that the voice says Hindi. Then tell the studio the film is about something else and check that a later rewrite keeps the new topic. **Watch for:** English or mixed-script lines; a voice set to an English accent on a Hindi film; a topic card that sends on one tap (it now needs "Write it on this").
Asking for "the same video in Hindi" from a reel you paste now keeps your topic, your voiceover and your language, and the buttons stop jumping while the page loads. **Where:** Creative Studio → Make a video → paste a reel link and describe the film **How to test:** Paste a narrated reel, ask for the same film in another language with a call to action and something to leave out. Check that you are not asked again what the film is about, that the storyboard has spoken lines in that language, that the voice is in that language, and that turning Captions on either sticks or says why next to the switch. **Watch for:** a "what should this film be about?" card after you already said it; a silent storyboard when the reel had a voiceover; a voice set to English for non-English lines; the Record button spinning after "Narration recorded."
YouTube uploads now default to Public instead of Private, and YouTube videos that were already scheduled but not yet uploaded will go out as Public too. **Where:** Social calendar → open a post with a video → choose a YouTube account → YouTube upload details → Visibility **How to test:** Open a video post, tick a YouTube account and check Visibility shows Public; publish it and confirm the video is public on YouTube. Then check a YouTube post scheduled earlier shows "YouTube visibility: Public". **Watch for:** Visibility still stuck on Private, Unlisted/Public greyed out, or a newly uploaded video showing as Private on YouTube (the delivery would say it needs attention).
While your first sites are being built, you now see one simple progress card with the build stages ticking off, instead of a sample website that could be mistaken for your own. **Where:** Create a new site → describe your business → start building **How to test:** Start a new site on an account with no sites yet. The loading screen should show a single card with a percentage, the current status, four stages ("Understanding your brief", "Gathering your content and images", "Designing your pages", "Final checks and preview") and a "Back to dashboard" button. No sample "Still & Form" website should appear. **Watch for:** Stages that don't move forward as the percentage rises, or the card staying on "Final checks" without opening the finished site.
Every site now gets a step-by-step setup guide that matches its goal — selling online, taking bookings, getting enquiries or getting found — so you always know the one thing to do next and can open the exact screen in one click. **Where:** Your site → Home (the "Get ready to…" card at the top), the "Action needed" list, and the assistant panel **How to test:** Open Home on a clinic or salon site: the card reads "Get ready to take bookings" with a progress count and one highlighted next step; click its button and check it lands on the right screen. Click "All steps" to see the rest, hide one with "Not needed", and use "Your goal · Change" to pick different goals — the card's title and steps change to match. Open the assistant: its greeting and first suggestion offer that same next step. Repeat on an online store ("Get ready to sell online") and a service business ("Start getting enquiries"). **Watch for:** A step marked done that you never did (or the reverse); a button that opens the wrong screen; the assistant suggesting a different next step from the card; a hidden step coming back after a reload (the chat assistant's "Not now" is meant to return only after your next publish).
The character who walks through an animated carousel is now drawn once, in a single picture, so they look exactly the same on every slide. You can also pick a saved character from your brand, and new characters are saved for next time. **Where:** Creative Studio → a finished carousel → Animate → choose "Walk-through" on a slide **How to test:** 1. Choose Walk-through on a few slides. Under "Use a saved character", pick one, or describe someone new. 2. Approve. When the clips finish, check that the character's face, hair and clothes match on every slide, and that on the last slide they point up at the button. 3. Open Brand → Characters: a newly described character now appears there. **Watch for:** the character changing between slides; a cut-off hand or foot on any pose; a saved character not appearing in the picker.
Building a store no longer loses the products section with Add to Cart, adds features you never asked for, or leaves your delivery settings and currency behind on the design you started from. **Where:** New site → pick a design → Build my site, then Mission Control and the Preview button **How to test:** 1. Create a shop site whose description gives a currency, prices and delivery terms (for example "UK only, £3.95 delivery, free over £50"), pick a design and click Build my site. 2. On the plan screen, check that only what you asked for is ticked and described as your request. A wishlist is offered unticked, with no claim that you asked for it. 3. After the build, open the homepage: the best sellers / products section with Add to Cart is still there, and "Shop the Collection" scrolls to it. 4. Open Mission Control → Shipping: the delivery zone and rate from your description are there, on the site you publish. 5. Click Preview: product pages, the mini cart, cart and checkout lines and the All Products page all show prices in your store currency (£, not $), and the products page shows a price on each card. 6. If the research step offers facts about your business, they are about your business only; a shop with a similar or reversed name is not offered. **Watch for:** A homepage section disappearing after a design finishes generating, a "$" anywhere on a £ or ₹ store's preview, a delivery zone missing on the built site, or plan items described as requested when you did not ask for them.
On restaurant and other non-product stores, the Cart and Checkout pages showed an empty cart even after adding items, and closing the cart could jump out of your site to the preview domain's home page. Both now work. **Where:** Any site with ordering (e.g. a restaurant menu) → open an item → Add to cart → visit /cart **How to test:** On a newly generated restaurant site, add a dish from its detail page, open /cart (it should list the dish), then close the cart panel — you should land on the site's own homepage, still inside the preview. **Watch for:** Empty cart on /cart or /checkout; closing the cart showing a different website.
Products with options (sizes, colours) that have no stock count can now be bought, changing the delivery country during checkout no longer gets stuck, and the first order in a new store now gets its receipt. - **Products with options are always buyable unless you track stock.** An option with no stock number is treated as "not tracked", just like a product without options. Before, buyers were told the item had "just sold out". - **Changing the delivery country at checkout.** If a buyer goes back and changes their country, the delivery options are picked again for the new address. If you don't deliver there, they see "We don't deliver to … yet". The order total always includes the delivery charge they'll pay. - **Receipt for your first order.** The first paid order in a store sometimes didn't get a receipt email. It now does. - **Your business name in buyer emails.** Order emails use your business name, not the site's internal name (for example "Wick & Willow", not "Wick & Willow — Build 1"). - **Refunds and cancellations.** "Put the items back in stock" only shows when something on the order tracks stock. - **Chat order lookups.** If a buyer types a wrong verification code, the chat now says the code didn't work and offers a new one. - **Shop pages built from now on** show a short options summary, such as "3 sizes", on product cards. **Where:** Your live store's checkout; Mission Control → Orders → open an order → Refund / Cancel; the chat widget on your site. **How to test:** 1. Add a product with options but no stock numbers to the cart and check out. The order should go through. 2. At checkout, enter a UK address and continue to Review. Go back, switch the country to one you don't deliver to, then switch back. The Total should include delivery each time. 3. Place the first order on a new store. The buyer should get a receipt email that uses your business name. 4. Open an order for products that don't track stock and choose Refund. There should be no "Put the items back in stock" option. **Watch for:** an option you do track (with a stock number) must still refuse a quantity above its stock. The checkout Total must never differ from what the payment page charges.
New sites no longer show copy that talks about missing content, booking forms only ask for party size where it makes sense, and your header links appear on every design straight away. Stores that sell online now get a cart and a "Set up payments" step by default, and popups stay out of your way while you edit and while customers check out. **Where:** Planning chat → generated designs → "Plan the rest of your site" → site editor → Publish **How to test:** 1. Plan a physiotherapy or salon site with online booking. The booking form should not ask for a number of guests, and the testimonials and team sections should not contain sentences about missing quotes or profiles. Team names you type should appear. 2. Pick a design and check the header shows all the planned pages, not just Home. 3. Plan a shop that sells online and click "Build my site". Cart & checkout should be pre-selected, and the setup steps should include "Set up payments". 4. Plan a restaurant that takes online orders. The ordering question should offer online-ordering answers and an "Other" option. 5. A newsletter popup is suggested but not pre-ticked. If you add it, it doesn't cover the editor, and it never opens on cart or checkout pages. 6. In the Publish dialog, type a name that is already taken. You should see that straight away, with a suggested free name. **Watch for:** Guest fields on non-restaurant booking forms, copy that mentions "approved wording" or "not separate staff profiles", a header with only Home, a shop built without a cart, or popups over the editor canvas.
Running a shop from your site is easier to follow: the editor's setup bar and your Home setup guide now list the same steps, the store screens are easy to find, delivery takes one step to set up, and dates, examples and amounts follow your store's own country and currency. **Where:** The site editor (top setup bar and the new "Manage site" button), Home → setup guide, Settings → Shipping & Returns, Orders, Products, and the ⌘K search. **How to test:** 1. Open a store site in the editor. The bar at the top shows the same next step as Home's setup guide (for example "Set up delivery"), with "+N more" leading to the full guide. The top-left button now reads "Manage site". 2. Click "Confirm business info": a short form asks for your business email, phone and address. Save it — the step ticks, and Publish no longer asks for them again. 3. Press ⌘K and search "shipping", "delivery", "discount", "refund", "receipt", "order emails" and "stock" — each opens the right screen. 4. Settings → Shipping & Returns: add a zone. It opens straight onto its rates. Choose "Free over an amount, otherwise a flat fee", enter 3.95 and 50, and save — two rates appear reading "£3.95 on orders under £50" and "Free on orders of £50 or more". 5. Products: photos show as thumbnails, prices show in your currency, and the Page column only appears when products have their own pages. 6. Orders: dates read like "14 Oct 2026" for a UK store, and the filter says "Cash on delivery — awaiting payment". Open an order to see "Messages to the customer" with whether each email was sent, and a Resend button if one failed. 7. Publish: the address preview only shows your real site address. **Watch for:** the setup bar disagreeing with Home's guide; a ticked "Confirm business info" that Publish still questions; US-style dates or address examples on a store outside the US; a failed customer email shown as sent.
Stores no longer give away delivery by accident. You pick delivery countries from a searchable list, rates are always in your store's currency, and checkout tells shoppers when you don't deliver to them instead of charging them nothing for delivery. **Where:** Mission Control → Settings → Shipping & Returns, the "Set Up Your Store" checklist on Home, and your store's checkout page. **How to test:** 1. Open a store (for example one that charges in GBP) and go to Settings → Shipping & Returns. With no zones, the page says delivery isn't set up and offers "Deliver within United Kingdom". 2. Add a zone: search for countries by name, or use the "Domestic" or "Rest of world" shortcuts. Typing an unknown code is not possible. A zone saved earlier with "UK" shows a warning and is fixed by clicking Edit and then Save. 3. Add a rate: the currency is fixed to the store currency and prices show the store's symbol (£). A rate saved earlier in another currency shows a warning and is switched to the store currency when you save it. 4. Edit and delete both zones and rates from their cards. 5. On Home, "Set Up Your Store" now includes "Set up delivery" until a zone exists. The action list shows "Delivery isn't set up" while the cart is on and no zone exists. 6. On the live store, add a physical product and go to checkout. The country defaults to the store's own country. Pick a country that no zone covers: the review step says "We don't deliver to … yet" and payment is blocked. A cart with only digital products is never blocked. 7. Build a new store with the cart on and say something like "£3.95 delivery, free over £50" in the planning chat. A "Domestic" zone with that rate is created automatically. If you only mention a free-delivery threshold, nothing is invented and the checklist asks you to set it up. **Watch for:** stores with no zones still check out with no delivery charge (by design: the owner is warned instead). A store whose zones all lack an active rate in its currency blocks physical checkouts, and the zone card warns about this.
You now try payments inside the provider you'll actually use. Stripe and Razorpay each have their own demo mode, and every active provider shows whether it is Demo, Test or Live, so nobody tests one provider and then goes live on another. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Payments **How to test:** Open Stripe or Razorpay and switch on Demo mode. The card should show "Demo — no real money". Open PayPal: it explains that PayPal has no demo mode and asks you to choose Sandbox or Live before saving. Paste test keys into Stripe and check that the card says they are test keys. **Watch for:** Saving PayPal without choosing a mode should be refused with a clear message. An Indian-rupee store should list Razorpay first.
On a phone, the screen that compares your homepage designs now scrolls as one page, and the three "how this works" tips fold into a single line, so the designs get the screen instead of a fixed header. **Where:** Site editor → your homepage designs (the gallery shown after designs are created), on a phone **How to test:** Open the designs gallery on a phone-width screen. Scroll — the title and buttons should scroll away with the designs. Tap "How this works" to open the three tips, and "Hide" to close them. **Watch for:** On desktop the header should still stay put while only the designs scroll, and the tips should still show until all three are done.
Small fixable problems no longer throw away a finished design or page or block a whole publish. The problem is now fixed automatically, or you see a short note about it. **Where:** - Creating designs - Adding pages one at a time or in bulk - Publishing - Online checkout on a live site **How to test:** - Create a site for a restaurant that also wants a blog, and check that every design arrives. - Add several pages at once and check that a problem on one page doesn't lose the others. It shows as a note instead. - Publish a site with an inner page that isn't in the menu and has an error. The site should still go live, with a message naming the page that was left out. - On a live shop still using test payment keys, check that visitors see a polite "please contact the business" message instead of completing a fake payment. **Watch for:** - A design that never arrives. - A bulk batch that saves nothing. - A publish blocked by a page that isn't in the menu. - Setup text that mentions clinics or practitioners on a site that isn't a clinic.
Picking a style now shapes only the first design, so the other two explore genuinely different looks; uploaded images survive the follow-up chat message, and your enquiry form keeps its real fields instead of being swapped for a basic placeholder. **Where:** New site → intake form → generate designs **How to test:** Start a site, pick or describe a style (e.g. clean minimal), upload project screenshots in the intake form, send a follow-up chat message, then generate. Check that the three designs differ clearly in layout and look, that your uploaded screenshots are used, and that the enquiry form has the fields you asked for. **Watch for:** All three designs looking like siblings of the chosen style; AI-made images where you uploaded real ones; a generic name/email/message form in place of the one you described.
Two shop fixes: the editor preview now shows prices in the same currency as your live store, and a shopper's cart badge goes back to zero once their order is confirmed. **Where:** Site editor preview of any online store; the order confirmation page shoppers land on after checkout. **How to test:** Open a store whose currency comes from its payment settings (for example GBP) in the editor and check a product page, the cart and checkout: prices should show £, matching the live site. Then on the live store, add items to the cart, check out with test payments and land on the order confirmation page: the header cart badge should drop to zero, including in any other open tab of the store. **Watch for:** The preview briefly showing $ before switching to the right currency; the cart emptying after a cancelled or failed payment (it should not); a new cart being emptied when revisiting an old order confirmation link (it should not); a confirmation page that keeps saying "pending payment" for more than a few seconds after a successful payment.
Products added from a homepage section now go straight through checkout, and a store's product listing page shows its whole catalogue instead of nothing or only the homepage's few featured items. **Where:** Any published store — homepage product cards, the product listing page (for example /products or /shop), the cart, checkout, order confirmation and the account icon in the header. **How to test:** 1. Republish a store. On the homepage, click "Add to Cart" on a product (try one with sizes or colours), open the cart and press Checkout. 2. Checkout shows the item, with the option it will be sold in (for example "180ml Jar"), and the order goes through. The option also appears on the order confirmation page. 3. Open the product listing page from the menu: every published product is listed, not just the homepage's featured four. 4. In a UK store, the delivery address asks for "County" and "Postcode". 5. Open the Preview link, pay with test payments: the confirmation shows the order details, the cart empties, and reloading stays on the confirmation page. 6. Click the account icon in the header: it opens the account page, which shows "Track your order" with orders placed on this device when customer accounts are off. **Watch for:** A product with options added from the homepage is sold in its cheapest available option — check that is the option and price shown in the cart. Any item checkout still cannot sell is now named, with a Remove button, instead of sending the shopper back to the cart.
When a design's concept is illustrated, its hero scene, section scenes and decorative objects are now drawn in that same art style instead of being swapped for stock photos. Your actual products, menu dishes, rooms and people still use real photos. **Where:** New site → generate designs (the second and third designs) **How to test:** Generate a site whose concept comes out illustrated (for example, upload an illustrated reference image or describe a hand-drawn look). Open the second and third designs on desktop and phone. Check that the hero and the decorative pictures match the concept's drawn style, that small decorative objects float on the page without a box or white background around them, and that menu items or products are still photos. **Watch for:** Stock photos where the concept showed drawings; a decorative object sitting in a white or grey rectangle; a product or menu dish drawn instead of photographed; the same picture appearing twice on the page.
Products added to the cart from homepage product cards could leave checkout stuck on "Calculating total…" with no way to pay. Checkout now prices them correctly, and if a cart item really can't be priced, shoppers see a clear message instead of waiting. **Where:** Your store → homepage product strip → Add to Cart → Checkout **How to test:** On a store whose products have no size or colour options, add a product from a homepage strip, go to checkout, and fill in your details. The order total should appear and "Pay now" should work. **Watch for:** "Calculating total…" that never finishes, or a technical message about a "variant" in the order summary.
When a scheduled social post goes out you now get a "your post is live" notification with a link to it. For Instagram carousels and pictures, the publish panel and the notification both explain how to add a song, since apps can't add music on Instagram. **Where:** Creative Studio → a calendar post → Publishing; then your notifications bell **How to test:** 1. Open a carousel or picture post, tick an Instagram account, and check the "Want music on it?" note appears (and that "Don't show this again" hides it). 2. Schedule it a few minutes ahead. When it publishes, check the bell (and push or email, if on) says it's live and links to the post. 3. Open the post in Instagram, tap ··· then Edit, and confirm a song can be added. **Watch for:** the note showing for reels or non-Instagram accounts; a missing or duplicate "live" notification.
Your contacts no longer need an email address: a customer who only gives a phone number — on WhatsApp, in your site chat, on a booking or a form, or when you add them yourself — is saved as a contact, and the same number written different ways is recognised as one person. **Where:** Inbox → Contacts → Add contact; site chat and WhatsApp conversations; appointment bookings; contact forms that ask for a phone number **How to test:** In Contacts, click Add contact, enter only a name and a phone number, and save. Then, in your site chat, give the assistant a name and the same number written differently (for example with spaces or the country code) and ask to be called back. Check that one contact appears with the chat attached and that you get the new-lead email showing the phone number. Book an appointment through the chat with a phone number and no email, and check the booking shows on that contact. **Watch for:** A second contact for the same number; a phone-only lead with no new-lead email; contacts list or contact page showing blank names or crashing for someone with no email; the add-contact form still insisting on an email.
There's now a Quick add screen in your client portal: tap the mic, say who called and what they wanted, and the form fills itself in for you to check and save. Call-backs you set now remind you on the day, so nobody slips through. **Where:** Client portal → Log a call (phone icon in the left bar), or add it to your phone's home screen and long-press the icon → Log a call. On Android you can also share a contact to the app. Reminders arrive in your notifications under "Follow-ups". **How to test:** On your phone, open the portal and tap Log a call. Tap the mic and say "Mike Chen called, 512 555 0134, wants a quote for a deck, call him back Friday", then stop. Check the name, number, note, Call back and Friday's date are filled in, then save. Check Mike appears in Contacts with the call on his timeline and a call-back task. On Friday morning you should get a "Call back Mike Chen is due today" notification. On Android, add the portal to your home screen, then share a contact from your Contacts app to it. **Watch for:** The form saving before you tap Save; wrong dates for "Friday" or "tomorrow"; a reminder the night before instead of that morning; more than one reminder for the same call-back; the share option missing after adding to the home screen.
Record a phone call or a walk-in straight from your contacts: type their number, note what they wanted, and pick what happened — new lead, booked, call back, or not interested. If the number belongs to someone you already have, it's logged on their record instead of creating a duplicate, and a call-back lands in your tasks. **Where:** Contacts → Log a call (also on any contact's page). You can also ask the assistant, e.g. "log a call from Mike, 555 0142, wants a deck quote, call back Thursday". **How to test:** Click Log a call, enter a new phone number and a name, choose Call back and pick a day, then save. Check the new contact appears with the call on their Activity tab and a "Call back …" task due that day. Open Log a call again and type the same number written differently (with spaces or the country code) — it should show that person and log against them. Try Booked with a time and check the appointment appears. **Watch for:** A second contact for the same number; a call-back with no task; a booked call that logs the call but no appointment; the form insisting on an email.
The editor and your site dashboard stopped telling you your site "was changed in another session" right after you picked a design, saved a change, adjusted payment settings or published. The warning now appears only when someone or something else really did change the site. **Where:** Site editor after "Use this design" or any edit; site dashboard after Settings → Payments, feature toggles, product edits and Publish **How to test:** With one tab open, pick a design from the gallery, edit a headline, toggle payment demo mode and publish. No reload warning should appear. Then open the same site in a second tab, make an edit there, and switch back. The first tab should show the warning. **Watch for:** The warning still appearing after your own edits, or a real edit from another tab never raising it.
Online stores now keep a single product listing page with the header, footer and homepage buttons all pointing at it, footers list the same pages as the header, and product pages show current stock instead of the stock from your last publish. **Where:** Your published store; Mission Control → Home; Leads → Automation; Orders → Returns **How to test:** 1. Build a new store whose plan names the catalog page "Shop". After the build, open Pages: there is one product listing page (no extra "Products" page), and the homepage "Shop the collection" buttons, the header search icon and the menu all open it. 2. Check the footer of a newly generated design: its page links match the header's labels and routes, plus any policy or delivery pages. 3. Publish a store in test payment mode and turn on the chat widget: the chat bubble sits above the purple test-mode bar, and drops back down when you close the bar. 4. Sell the last few units of a product, then reload its product page without republishing: the stock line updates ("Only 2 left", "Out of stock") within about a minute. 5. Refund a cash-on-delivery order in a UK or US store: the customer's refund email no longer mentions UPI. 6. On Home, click "Confirm business info" in the launch checklist: the business details review opens (email, phone, address), not Settings. 7. In Leads → Automation on a store, the order, return and refund emails are grouped under "Order emails". **Watch for:** A store whose design already had its own listing page getting a second one; homepage buttons that still lead to a page that does not exist; the chat bubble hidden behind or floating far above the test-mode bar on phones; refund emails showing the wrong method for PayPal orders.
Home, the store settings and the editor's top bar now show the same setup checklist and the same next step. The launch checks (reviewing your pages, business details, enquiry emails, search basics and visitor stats) sit in a "Before launch" group inside it, so you no longer see separate checklists with different counts. Store owners also get clearer delivery prices, order notes and dates, item counts, and fewer repeated questions at Publish. **Where:** Your site → Home; Settings → any Store section; the editor's top bar; Settings → Shipping & Returns; Orders → open an order; Products; Publish **How to test:** Open Home on a store and note the checklist's next step and "X of Y done", then open the editor (its top bar should name the same next step, then Publish) and Settings → Payments (the "Set up your store" card should agree on which steps are done). Pick two goals under "Your goal · Change" and check the title names both ("Get ready to sell online and take bookings"). In Shipping, add one order-total rate of £3.50 under £40 and free from £40: the card should read "£3.50 on orders under £40 · Free from £40" and not offer "Add free delivery over an amount". Cancel a paid order: the refund date reads like "14 Oct 2026", the notes say "You cancelled this order and refunded £…", and the email is listed as "Cancellation and refund". Place a test order and check Home does not ask you to ship it. On Products, item pages show as a Page column, and the item counts match elsewhere. On a site whose business email already shows on the site, Publish no longer asks for it again. **Watch for:** Home and the editor bar naming different next steps; the "All steps" count not matching "X of Y done"; a store-settings card that disagrees with Home; a free-delivery tier missing from the rate's description; raw bracketed notes in the order drawer; test orders in the "waiting to be shipped" prompt; Publish asking for an email or phone the site already shows.
New stores now email buyers a receipt, a cash-on-delivery confirmation, a shipping update with tracking and return and refund updates without the owner switching anything on, and the thank-you page only promises the emails your store actually sends. **Where:** Mission Control → Automation (Order Receipt, Order Shipped, Cash on Delivery Confirmation, Return Requested / Approved / Refunded), and your store's order confirmation page. **How to test:** 1. On a store that has never opened Automation, open Mission Control → Automation. Order Receipt, Order Shipped and the three return emails show as Active. Abandoned Cart stays off until you switch it on. 2. Place a test order with test payments. The buyer's inbox gets the receipt, with "[TEST]" at the start of the subject. You don't need your own sending domain for this. 3. The thank-you page says "We've emailed your receipt. You'll get another email when it ships." 4. Switch Order Receipt off and place another order. No receipt arrives, and the thank-you page says "Your order has been received." It no longer says "Receipt sent to…". **Watch for:** A receipt that never arrives on a store that never visited Automation. Order emails that still send after the owner switched them off. A thank-you page that promises an email the store has switched off.
When a new design finished generating while you were looking at a different one, a small automatic preview repair could be saved into the design you were looking at, replacing its homepage with the new design's. Repairs are now tied to the exact design and code they fixed, and are refused if anything has changed since. **Where:** Site editor → Designs (generating or switching between designs) **How to test:** Open a design site with two or more designs, select design 2, and start generating another design. When the new design lands, switch back to design 2 and reload — its homepage should be exactly as before (same sections, same buttons). The new design should have its own homepage. **Watch for:** A design's homepage suddenly showing another design's sections, placeholder sections where real ones used to be, or a "Build my site" copy missing sections the design had.
Product detail pages, and other item pages built from a collection (rooms, properties, courses, category pages), now show the same header and footer as the rest of your site. Before this fix some of them appeared with no menu, no cart and no footer. It works in the editor, on your share link and on your live site, and existing sites are fixed without regenerating anything. **Where:** Site editor → Pages → any product (or other collection item) page; the share-link preview; the live site at /products/<item> **How to test:** Open a store site, go to a product page in the editor and check that the header (with its menu and cart) appears at the top and the footer at the bottom. Open the same product on the share link. Publish, then open a product page on the live domain and check the same. **Watch for:** Two headers or two footers stacked on any page; a landing page that is meant to have no menu suddenly showing one; the product's own details (name, price, Add to cart) missing or showing sample data.
You can now publish a store while payments are in demo or test mode, so you can try your real live site end to end before you take real money. Every page shows a clear "test mode" bar while that is on. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Payments, then Publish **How to test:** Switch on Demo mode for Stripe or Razorpay and publish. The live site should show a "This store is in test mode" bar at the bottom of every page, and checkout should accept the test card. Then add live keys and save: the site updates by itself and the bar goes away. **Watch for:** The bar staying up after live keys are saved, or missing while demo mode is on. If the automatic update fails, Settings should ask you to publish again.
Every design in the gallery now has a quick 👍 / 👎, and a thumbs down asks what's off so your next design avoids it. **Where:** Your site → designs gallery → under each design card **How to test:** Open a site with generated designs, give one design a 👍 and another a 👎, pick a reason or two (e.g. "Too plain"), press Send, then use "Try a new design". Refresh the page and check your ratings are still there. **Watch for:** A rating that disappears after a refresh; the rating landing on a different design than the one you clicked; the reasons panel not closing after Send.
Store owners can now refund a paid order (all of it or part of it) or cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, right from the order. The customer gets the money back to the card they paid with, gets an email about it, and you can put the items back in stock. **Where:** Site dashboard → Orders → open a paid order → Payment → Refund / Cancel order **How to test:** Place a test order with test payments. Open it in Orders, click Refund, enter a smaller amount, tick "Put the items back in stock", review and confirm. The order should show "Partial Refund", a line under Refunds with the amount and date, and the stock for that product should go back up. Then click Cancel order on a different unshipped paid order and confirm: it should show "Cancelled", list the full refund, and the customer should get a cancellation email (if the "Refund Issued" automation is on). **Watch for:** Being able to refund more than what's left on the order; two refunds after clicking confirm twice; Cancel order showing on an order that has already shipped; the order list not showing the refunded amount; the customer email showing blank placeholders.
Your three designs now each carry real visual character — imagery, illustration, graphic systems or (where it suits) ambient motion — and the second and third designs explore genuinely different looks instead of copying the first. **Where:** New site → generate designs **How to test:** Generate a site with a detailed brief that asks for a minimal look (for example "minimalist white background, blue accents"). Check that the first design follows your brief, while the other two keep your brand colour but try different backgrounds, layouts and visuals. If you uploaded project screenshots, check each one appears only with the project it belongs to, and only once on the page. **Watch for:** All three designs on the same white page; hero areas filled with grey placeholder boxes or a sketched browser window; the same image shown twice on one page; one project's screenshot appearing on another project's card.
Connected accounts now shows which accounts are linked to this site, and lets you pick more from a searchable dropdown that says whether each one is free or linked to another brand. It no longer lists every page in your organisation as "Connected". Linking an account that another brand already uses asks you to confirm first. **Where:** A site's Publishing settings (or Settings → Integrations), and Creative Studio → Settings → Connected accounts. **How to test:** 1. Open a site whose organisation has several connected Facebook or Instagram accounts. 2. Under "Accounts this site posts to", the accounts linked here show as tags. Click the box to open the dropdown: each other account shows "Not linked" or "Linked to <brand>", and typing narrows the list. 3. Pick an account and press Save. If no other site or brand uses it, it saves straight away and its tag turns solid. 4. On a second site, pick that same account and press Save. A warning names the first site and offers "Link anyway" or "Go back". 5. The star on a tag makes it the default for that platform. The × removes it. 6. "Reconnect or disconnect accounts" expands to the old account rows. It opens by itself when an account needs reconnecting. **Watch for:** - A site that has never linked anything says "Nothing linked yet" and says how many accounts it can still post to. - With more than 50 accounts, the dropdown shows 50 and asks you to type to narrow it down. - Save and "Undo changes" appear only after you change something. - Removing every tag and saving puts the site back to "nothing linked yet". It does not leave the site with no accounts at all. **Also:** if a site has already been posting to some accounts without linking them, a "This site already posts to …" suggestion links them in one click. "Not now" hides it. A suggested account that another brand uses still asks you to confirm.
Before you spend anything on an animated carousel, you now see who walks through it and exactly where they start and end on every slide. You can try another look for free, and you only animate once you're happy. **Where:** Creative Studio → a finished carousel → Animate → choose "Walk-through" on a slide **How to test:** 1. Choose Walk-through on a few slides and pick a saved character or describe one. 2. Notice the Animate button stays greyed out. Press "Preview the walk-through (free)". 3. Check the character's three poses appear, and each walk-through slide shows a "Starts" and "Ends" picture with the character on it. 4. Press "Try another look", then animate. The clips should start and end on the pictures you approved. **Watch for:** the Animate button working before a preview; changing the character without the preview going stale; clips that start somewhere different from the preview.
On new stores, the cart icon now takes shoppers to their cart, homepage product cards open the right product page, and adding an item shows a clear "Added to cart" confirmation. Cart and price displays now use your store's currency everywhere, not dollars. **Where:** Your published or previewed store: header cart icon, homepage product strips, product pages, cart; site dashboard → Products list filters **How to test:** Build a new store in pounds or rupees with a few products. Click a product card on the homepage and check it opens the product page. Add it to the cart, check a confirmation appears, then click the cart icon and check the cart opens. Prices in the product buy box, cart and checkout should all show £ or ₹. **Watch for:** A cart icon that opens a "not built yet" page, product links missing a slash (like /productsmy-item), or "$" anywhere on a non-dollar store. Phone fields should no longer show a US example number.
"Export all data" stopped with an error on sites whose FAQs, products or services are managed as collections. The export now includes those items, and it describes the design that is live on your site, with the same content visitors see. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Export (all data, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp catalog, AI assistant and structured data exports) **How to test:** Open a restaurant or shop site that has FAQs or menu items, export all data, and check that the FAQ and item lists contain your real entries. **Watch for:** An export error, or an export whose FAQ/product lists are empty when the site shows items.
Products in stores that don't sell sized items (candles, homeware and the like) no longer show a "Size guide" tab, and switching a homepage product strip between Featured and Newest now updates in a second or two instead of around twenty. **Where:** Your site → Content → Products → open any product (Size guide tab); Content → Products → the "“…” section shows" picker above the list (Featured / Newest). **How to test:** 1. Open a product that has no size guide. There is no "Size guide" tab. On the Settings tab (or under Variants), "Add a size guide" opens it when you want one. 2. Open a product that already has a size guide, or a list with a default size guide. The tab is still there. 3. In the products list, switch a homepage section from Featured to Newest. It saves within a couple of seconds and the preview shows your most recently published items first. Switch back to Featured and your starred items lead again. **Watch for:** a size guide that existed before but no longer shows; Newest showing the same items as Featured; a section switch that fails to save or shows an error.
Products without options can now have a stock count that goes down with each order and back up when an order is cancelled or refunded with restock. Categories can be picked from the ones you already use. A shipment you mark as shipped now shows as in transit. Your customers' account page shows cancelled orders, refunds, and each appointment's status, date and time. The Appointments screens now say when your booking form needs a publish. **Where:** Mission Control → Content → Products → open a product (Stock, Category); Orders → open an order → Fulfill; Leads → Appointments; your published site → My account **How to test:** On a product without options, set Stock to 1 and publish. Buy it with cash on delivery: stock drops to 0 and the product page shows "Out of stock". Cancel the order from the order drawer and check stock is back to 1. Open another product and click Category: the categories you already use are offered, and you can still type a new one. Fulfill an order manually with "Mark as shipped now" ticked and check the shipment says "In transit". Sign in to My account as the buyer: the cancelled order shows "Cancelled" and the refunded amount, and appointments show Confirmed / Waiting for confirmation / Cancelled with their date and time. In Appointments, with a booking form added to the design but not yet published, a notice asks you to publish. After publishing, the notice is gone. **Watch for:** Stock dropping twice for one order, or not coming back after a cancel. A product that has options showing a Stock box. "Out of stock" on a product whose Stock is blank. A failed checkout attempt showing up as a cancelled order in the buyer's account. The publish notice appearing after a change to hours or time off, which take effect without publishing.
Paying online from your store's checkout page works again, including on your preview while test payments are on; the cart's Checkout button opens the checkout straight away; buyers coming back from a Razorpay payment see a confirmation and the payment is recorded; and test payment pages now show your business name. **Where:** Your published store or its preview → add to cart → Checkout → Pay now. Settings → Payments → Business Name (shown on checkout). **How to test:** With test payments on, add an item to the cart on your preview, click Checkout in the cart (the checkout page should appear without reloading), fill in your details and pay with a test card. You should land on the order confirmation page. On a store using Razorpay from the cart drawer, pay with a Razorpay test card and check you see "Payment Successful" when you come back and the payment shows as paid. Open Settings → Payments and check the business name is filled in. **Watch for:** "Pay now" showing a technical error, the cart staying on screen after clicking Checkout, a Razorpay payment still showing as pending a minute after paying, or the payment page showing a name other than your business.
When you describe your products or dishes while planning a site, they now go into one proper Products or Menu list with prices, photos and a Featured star, and your homepage strips show them. Before, a shop's products could end up in a "Directory" list with an empty Products list beside it, and a restaurant's typed menu could come out empty. **Where:** Planning chat and intake questions → generated site; site dashboard → Collections; Products or Menu → "Generate from a brief" **How to test:** Plan a new shop and list a few products with prices in your pitch, or plan a restaurant and type several dishes with prices in the menu question. After the designs are ready, check the side menu shows one Products (or Menu) list holding those items, and the homepage product or menu strips show them. In a list, "Generate from a brief" with ten named items should keep all ten. **Watch for:** A second, empty Products list, a list that opens as "Directory", an empty menu after you typed dishes, or a restaurant getting an extra "Products" list when the cart is turned on.
Products you describe with sizes and prices ("50g £7, 100g £12") now get a real size choice with the right price for each size, products are no longer listed twice, a product without a price is kept off your shop until you add one, and appointment types you name while planning are ready to pick in Appointments. **Where:** New site → describe your shop or services (and the intake form) → Build my site; then Home (setup guide), Products, Appointments, and the site menu **How to test:** Start a shop and list products such as "Moorland Earl Grey (50g £7, 100g £12); Speckled teapot, handmade £48", then a product with no price. Build the site. Open a sized product: choose 50g and 100g and check the price changes and Add to Cart uses it. Check every product appears once. On Home, check the setup guide asks you to add a price for the unpriced product (it should not be on the live shop yet). For a clinic, describe "an initial assessment (60 minutes, £65) or a follow-up (45 minutes, £50)", build, open Appointments and check both types are offered under "What people book". Also check the menu says "Get in Touch" and "Terms of Service" with their spaces, the follow-up planning questions don't repeat ones you already answered, and the Brief tab shows plain words instead of codes. **Watch for:** A product showing £0.00 or sizes written into its description; the same product twice (one without a photo); Appointments showing a generic default instead of your types; menu labels with missing spaces; the "Plan the rest of your site" dialog not listing Appointments under "Already included" when it is on.
Visitors can ask the chat on your site about their own orders (shipping, tracking, returns, refunds), appointments and messages they sent. Before it shares anything, the chat checks who they are: either they are signed in to their account on your site, or they confirm their email with a one-time code. The chat setting is also easier to find: it now has its own place in Settings. **Where:** Settings → Chat widget (or press ⌘K and type "chat widget"). Visitors see it in the chat bubble on your published site. **How to test:** Turn the chat widget on and publish. On the live site, open the chat and ask "where is my order?". It should ask for your email (and order number), email a 6-digit code, and after you type the code show the order's status, items, carrier and tracking link. Ask "can I return it?" and it should point you to your account page. For an appointment, ask "is my appointment confirmed?" and then "I need to reschedule": it should email you a private link rather than posting it in the chat. Sign in to your account on the site first and the chat should answer without asking for a code. **Watch for:** Any order, appointment or message detail shown before the code is confirmed; the chat saying an email or order number "isn't found" before verification; a delivery address or phone number in a reply; a reschedule link written in the chat; ⌘K "Chat widget" not opening the widget settings.
Any finished carousel can now have some of its slides turned into short video clips, and they post to Instagram as one carousel with moving slides. **Where:** Creative Studio → a finished carousel → Animate **How to test:** 1. Open a finished carousel and press Animate. 2. For a few slides choose Moves, and for one choose Walk-through and describe a character ("a cheerful baker in a yellow apron"). 3. Check the button shows the price: 12 credits per moving slide, still slides free, plus 13 credits once the first time this carousel is animated (an animated carousel is 15 credits for the deck, and the 2 the carousel cost count toward it). Then press it. 4. Within a couple of minutes each chosen slide plays as a clip on the card. Try "Again" on one; it is free once. 5. Attach the carousel to a calendar post for Instagram and publish. The clips post as video slides. **Watch for:** words on a slide changing or wobbling in the clip; the character looking different from slide to slide; a slide stuck on "Animating…" past 20 minutes (it should fail and return its credits); a carousel with clips being offered to a network other than Instagram.
You can now reach our team without leaving the site editor. If an edit keeps missing, the editor offers to raise a support ticket for you. "Your designs are ready" and "your site is live" emails also now arrive by default, and an instruction with several changes is no longer cut down to just one of them. **Where:** Site editor → Design Assistant panel ("Need help?" above the message box); your inbox after starting a design, build or publish; Account settings → Notifications. **How to test:** In the editor, click "Need help?", describe a problem with "Include my recent requests" ticked, and submit: you should see the thanks message, and the ticket should list your recent edit requests. Send nearly the same edit request twice in a row: a "Not getting what you asked for?" card should offer to raise a ticket, once per site per session. Start a design generation on a fresh account and leave the tab: an email should arrive when it finishes. Send one message asking for a quoted text swap plus a colour change: both should be attempted, not just the text. **Watch for:** The help card showing on every message, a ticket missing the recent requests, emails for jobs that finished in a few seconds, or a lone quoted text swap ("Change "A" to "B"") no longer applying instantly.
Leads now reach outside tools with more detail, and automated emails respect unsubscribes and dead addresses so your sending reputation stays healthy. **Where:** Site → Settings → Webhooks; Leads → Journeys **How to test:** Add a webhook in Settings → Webhooks and pick the new booking events (created, confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, completed). Submit a form and check the "form submitted" payload now includes the contact's name, email and phone. Send a marketing journey email to a test contact and check it has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribe, re-trigger the journey, and confirm no further marketing email arrives. **Watch for:** Booking confirmations and reminders must still reach contacts who unsubscribed from marketing. Webhooks already subscribed to "contact updated" or "submission processed" should keep saving without errors.
The Publish window now warns about missing item pages only when your site actually links to them, and folds what's left into one line you can open. **Where:** Click Publish on any site **How to test:** On a site with a collection (services, menu, articles…) that has items but no item pages and is never linked from the site, open Publish: there's no warning. Add a link to one of those items and open Publish again: a single "1 thing to check before you publish" line appears, and opening it shows the item with a "Create pages" button. **Watch for:** A site that links to its items but has no item pages must still be warned.
The "Read the full conversation" link in new-chat-lead and "talk to a person" emails now opens that chat in your site's Inbox, instead of an empty page. **Where:** Emails titled "New lead from chat: …", the "visitor wants to talk to a person" email, and the daily chat digest. **How to test:** Start a chat on a published site, leave an email address, wait for the email, then tap "Read the full conversation". The site's Inbox should open on Conversations with that chat showing. The digest's link should open the Conversations list. **Watch for:** Landing on an empty Submissions list, a login page that loses the destination, or a very old chat that doesn't open.
When the design assistant can only do part of what you asked, the chat now shows a "Not done yet" list under the change and a "Try these again" button that sends just those parts. Before, a half-done edit looked exactly like a finished one. The screen you see after publishing also has new next steps: open your site dashboard, check where form messages go (on sites with forms), and edit your site from ChatGPT or Claude. A build that finishes with problems now names the pages or items that need attention. **Where:** Site editor → Design Assistant chat; Publish → success screen ("What's Next?"); build notifications. **How to test:** Ask for several unrelated changes in one message, including something the assistant is unlikely to manage, and check that the card says "Partly applied" with a "Not done yet" list. Click "Try these again" and confirm only the listed items are sent. Publish a site that has a contact form and check the success screen lists at most five steps, including "Check where form messages go" and "Go to your site dashboard". Each should open the right place. **Watch for:** The "Not done yet" list showing on an edit that fully worked, the retry resending the whole original message, or a "What's Next" row that does nothing when clicked.
All emails, from build and publish updates to booking confirmations, lead alerts and customer sign-in links, now use one consistent card design. Emails to you carry Mondovo's brand, or your agency brand if white-label is on. Emails your site sends its customers carry your site's own name, logo and colour. **Where:** Every automatic email: job updates, form and booking alerts, chat leads, daily digests, review alerts, invites, billing notices, booking confirmations, lead auto-replies, customer portal sign-in, verification and reset emails, and listing and order emails. **How to test:** Submit a form on a published site and check the owner alert. Book an appointment and check the visitor confirmation (it should show the site's logo and colour, with no Mondovo branding). On a white-label agency account, trigger a portal invite and a lead alert: both should show the agency's brand and sender name. **Watch for:** Missing or broken logos, Mondovo branding in emails to a white-label agency's clients or a site's customers, and buttons that are hard to read on very light brand colours.
Homepage strips like "Featured", "New arrivals" or "Just mugs" now show items from your one list (products, menu, listings, blog posts…), not separate lists you have to fill. Star an item and every featured strip updates. Add a new item and it shows up in "newest" automatically. You can switch what any strip shows from the collection's page or just by asking the assistant. **Where:** Side menu → Collections → open a collection (for example Products). Under "Appears on", each section that reads this list has a "shows [Featured ▾] [4 items]" picker. Categories now sit directly under the list they belong to, and each list shows a short "Shown on …" line in the side menu. **How to test:** Open Products and star two items. A section set to "Featured" should show exactly those two. Switch it to "Newest", then to "One category" and pick a category, and check the preview after each switch. In the assistant, ask "show new arrivals instead of featured on the homepage" or "show only 6 items", then undo it from the chat. **Watch for:** - A strip that goes empty after switching to a category with no items. - A listing page (for example /products) that stops showing every item. - The star missing on blog posts or other lists.
When your site has an Instagram section, it now shows your latest Instagram posts and links to your profile, instead of sample pictures. Until we know your Instagram account, the section keeps tasteful sample posts. Tell us your username, or connect your Instagram account, and your real posts replace them. **Where:** Any site whose design includes an Instagram section. To set or change the account, ask the assistant something like "use my Instagram, it's @yourname" or "refresh my Instagram posts". A connected Instagram account (Social) is used automatically. **How to test:** Create a site for a small shop that mentions sharing its work on Instagram. If its design shows an Instagram section, ask the assistant "use my Instagram, it's @natgeo". The section's tiles should become that account's latest posts, each opening on Instagram, and the follow button should open the profile. Publish, and the live site should show the same posts. **Watch for:** - Broken images. - Tiles still showing sample pictures after a username was set. - A follow button pointing at the wrong profile. - A private or empty account: the section should keep its sample posts and still link to the profile.
On paid plans, when your account's monthly email allowance runs out, we now add 5,000 more emails for $7.50 from your messaging balance, so lead alerts, booking emails and journeys keep sending. **Where:** Any site → Settings → Email notifications (usage meter and pricing); client → Messaging balance (charges appear as "Email pack") **How to test:** On a paid test account, use up the monthly allowance (or lower it in a test environment), make sure the messaging balance has at least $7.50, and submit a form. The email should send, the allowance should grow by 5,000, and the balance should drop by $7.50. Repeat with a balance under $7.50: the email should not send and the account owner should get a "Email sending is paused" notification. **Watch for:** A double charge when several emails go out at the same moment the allowance runs out; free accounts must never be charged; extra emails must reset at the start of the next month.
When you ask for several changes in one message (new wording, a colour change, a new photo, a menu rename), each part is now carried out instead of only the first or most obvious one, and the "Not done yet" list only shows what genuinely did not change. **Where:** Site editor → chat ("Ask for changes"), on any design. **How to test:** 1. Send one message with several asks, e.g. `Make the hero text black and replace "Old tagline" with "New tagline", and make the hero photo a red pickup at sunset`. 2. Approve the plan if one appears. The photo request runs as its own step and replaces only the main hero picture. 3. Check every place the old tagline appeared now shows the new words, and that the text is black. 4. Try the same swap typed without quotes or in different capitals ("change old tagline to new tagline"). 5. Read the summary and any "Not done yet" note — each item should match what you see on the page. **Watch for:** a step reported as done that changed nothing; a photo request regenerating images outside the section you named; a "Not done yet" item for something that visibly changed; a phrase swap applied to a line you pointed at specifically when you only meant that one line (it currently changes every occurrence).
