Explainer videos are now planned as explainers

A video whose goal is to explain something now opens on the viewer's own problem and shows how the thing works, instead of being planned like an ad that has two seconds to stop a scroll. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Prepare storyboard **How to test:** Set a video's goal to "Explainer" and prepare a storyboard. The first shot should start from the situation the viewer is already in, and the shots that follow should show the mechanism step by step rather than asserting a result. Set the goal to "Promo" instead and the opening should go back to grabbing attention. **Watch for:** An explainer that opens on a stunt or a flashy transition, or a promo that has gone flat and slow. The two kinds of film should now look clearly different from the same brief.

Improved

Films stop showing you the same thing six times

A short film now decides what each cut is a picture of, so the finished video moves between the person, their hands, the thing on the desk and the room — instead of photographing one prop from six angles. **Where:** Creative Studio → Motion → generate a film from a brief, then open the storyboard. **How to test:** Make a 30-second film about a service with a strong physical prop in the story (a notebook, a clipboard, a tool). Read the shot list: each cut should name a different thing in frame, and no two cuts in a row should be the same thing at the same distance. Then build it and watch the footage — the clips should not all be the same close-up. **Watch for:** The opposite failure. The people, the room, the clothes and the light must still stay the same from cut to cut; if the film now looks like several unrelated scenes, or a different person appears halfway through, that is a regression, not the fix. A film that deliberately ends by holding its previous frame so the brand mark can land is correct and should stay.

Fixed

Fixing your caption timing no longer moves your graphics

Graphics on a captioned clip are now placed against the words they are about, so nudging your captions into sync — or re-timing a single line — carries the graphics along instead of leaving them behind. **Where:** Creative Studio → a captioned video project → the Captions tab (timing nudge and line editing), with graphics suggested from the same clip. **How to test:** 1. Open a captioned video project and suggest graphics for it. 2. Note where a graphic lands — say a figure callout that appears as the number is spoken. 3. In the caption editor, shift the timing by a second, or drag one line's timing. 4. Play it back. The graphic should sit on the same spoken words it did before, at its new time. 5. Edit that line's wording so the phrase the graphic was about is gone. The graphic should stay on the line rather than disappearing. **Watch for:** a graphic that stays where it was while the captions move (the old behaviour); a graphic that jumps to a completely different moment after you delete a caption line; a graphic you positioned by hand that moves on its own — a hand-set time is meant to stay put from then on.

Fixed

Image and text edits now save while a new design is generating

Editing a picture or a piece of copy on one design no longer fails just because another design is still being generated in the background. **Where:** Site Editor → pick a design → click an image or text on the canvas → change it **How to test:** Start a new design from "+ New", and while it is still generating, switch to one of your finished designs and replace an image or edit a headline. The change saves straight away instead of showing "The image change was not saved — please try again." **Watch for:** Edits made to the design that is *currently being generated* still wait for it to finish — that one is intentional, since the generator is writing that design at the same time.

New

Make thumbnails for your videos

Creative Studio can now make video thumbnails — paste a YouTube link or upload the file, and it pulls real frames from the video so the thumbnail shows what is actually in it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Create → pick **Video thumbnail** as the format, then paste the link or upload the file in the "Which video is this for?" box that appears. **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio and start a new creative. 2. Choose **Video thumbnail**. The output count should switch to 3 on its own. 3. Paste a public YouTube link and press **Read video**. Within a few seconds you should see chips naming what it found — the current thumbnail, and frames from about a quarter, half and three quarters of the way through. 4. Generate. You should get three genuinely different thumbnails at 1280×720, each showing the subject from your actual video. 5. Try the **Upload file** button with an MP4 instead. You pick which frame to use from a strip of stills, and that frame becomes the reference. **Watch for:** - A private, age-restricted or very newly uploaded video may have no frames available yet. You should get a clear message saying so and suggesting the file upload instead — not a silent failure or a blank result. - The headline should be short, two to four words, and should not repeat your video's title. If it comes back as a full sentence, or restates the title, that is worth reporting. - Nothing should sit in the bottom-right corner of the image — that is where the duration badge goes on every player. - The thumbnail should still be readable when it is small. Shrink the browser window, or look at it in the gallery grid: if the words stop reading at that size, it will not work in a sidebar either.

Fixed

Narration is written to fit the film's length

Drafted narration now respects how long your video actually is, so a voiced film no longer records a script that turns out to be too long to build. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Prepare storyboard (the Narration line on each shot) **How to test:** Make a 15-second video with a brief that has something to say, prepare the storyboard, then add a voice. The drafted lines should add up to something the film can hold, and the build should no longer stop with "The recording is longer than the requested video." **Watch for:** The opposite failure — a film that goes almost silent, with one stray line over several shots. Narration should still cover most of the film; only the shots that play on their picture should have none.

Fixed

Page thumbnails now match the page they depict

The thumbnail beside each page in your site editor was drawn with a simpler content merge than the page itself, so on a site whose products, services or menu are managed under Content it could show the placeholder items from generation instead of your real ones — right next to the real page. **Where:** Site editor → Pages (the thumbnail beside each page). **How to test:** 1. Open a site whose catalog lives under Content and edit an item's title. 2. Open Pages and look at the homepage thumbnail — the item you edited should appear there, matching the page preview beside it. **Watch for:** A thumbnail showing an item name that appears nowhere on the page, or a section that looks empty on the thumbnail but has content on the page.

New

Pick the angle before the video gets made

Preparing a video now writes three genuinely different ways to make it — a different angle, device and opening for each — and you can take whichever one you want. **Where:** Creative → Video → prepare a storyboard. **How to test:** Prepare a storyboard for a promotional video. Alongside the shots you should see the angles it considered, with the one in use marked. Choosing a different one and preparing again rebuilds the storyboard around it. **Watch for:** Three angles that are really one idea in three costumes; a chosen angle that the rebuilt storyboard ignores.

New

Pick which film you're actually making

Every video has always been planned from three different creative angles, but only the first one was ever used — the storyboard now shows all three and lets you take a different one. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Prepare storyboard → "Which film are we making" **How to test:** Prepare a storyboard and read the three angles. Each names what the film argues, its opening shot, and what changes across it. Press "Make this one instead" on another, then prepare again — the shots should be rebuilt around the new angle. **Watch for:** Switching angles clears the planned shots on purpose, because they belonged to the film you left. If the shots come back unchanged after a switch, that's a bug.

Fixed

Picking a website shows you which one, and sibling sites stop blocking each other

Two people working on two different websites in the same client folder could refuse each other's work with "not linked to this brand". And when you picked a website in Creative Studio, a missing or slow preview left an identical grey box on every row. **Where:** Dashboard → Creative Studio (the "which website is this for?" picker), and anywhere you generate creative for a site **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio for website A, then for website B under the same client folder, then go back to A and generate something. It should work — previously A was refused. 2. Open the website picker. Each row shows the site's preview; a site without one shows its initials on its own colour instead of a blank box, so no two rows look alike. 3. On the Creative Studio home, the "these look like duplicates" panel now shows both brands side by side with their website pictures, so you can see which one you're keeping before merging. **Watch for:** "clientId is not linked to this brand" on a generate; two picker rows that look identical; a merge panel that doesn't show you which brand is which.

Improved

Published sites no longer invite you back to design concepts

A site that is live now shows a clean card on the dashboard — the "Built from a design · explore other concepts" line is gone once you have shipped, and the link moved into the card's ⋯ menu as "Design concepts". **Where:** Dashboard, project cards and list rows. **How to test:** Find a published (Live) site that was built from a design. The card shows no lineage line; open its ⋯ menu and click "Design concepts" to land on the design board. A site that is not yet live still shows the inline link. **Watch for:** The menu item must appear for every site that came from a design, live or not — it is the only route from a built site back to its other concepts.

Fixed

Publishing no longer stalls on a second confirmation you didn't expect

The Publish form now waits until it knows what publishing costs before it will accept your click, so a fast first publish no longer bounces you to a second "Make it live" confirmation with nothing happening in between. The form also names your site correctly instead of calling it "Untitled Site". **Where:** Site editor → Publish Changes → Publish Your Site **How to test:** Open a site that has never been published, click Publish Changes, and click Publish Site as fast as you can. The button briefly reads "Checking your plan..." and then names the terms ("Publish — included in your plan" or the monthly price) before it becomes clickable. Publishing from there goes straight to the progress screen — no second confirmation box. **Watch for:** The button staying on "Checking your plan..." for more than about eight seconds — after that it releases and publishing falls back to the older two-step confirmation, which still works. Also check that the confirmation text names your site rather than "Untitled Site".

Fixed

Restore an earlier version straight from Version History

Version History now shows a Restore button on every past version, so you can roll a page back without first having to work out how to preview it. **Where:** Site editor → Assistant panel → Version History → More **How to test:** Make an AI edit to a page, reload, open Version History, click More, then click Restore on an earlier entry. The page reverts to that version and a new "Restored to version N" entry is added to the list. **Watch for:** Restore is scoped to the page you are editing — other pages should be untouched. The newest entry has no Restore button because it is already what you are looking at.

Improved

Scenes now change where the footage changes

In videos that film a recurring person, each scene now starts exactly where its shot starts, instead of at an evenly-divided guess. **Where:** Creative → Video → build a video whose storyboard films the same subject across several beats. **How to test:** Build a multi-beat filmed video and watch the cuts. Each scene's copy should appear over its own shot, with no shot changing part-way through a scene. **Watch for:** A scene whose picture changes while its text is still on screen; a scene that freezes on a still frame before the next one starts.

Fixed

Screenshots you attach now survive the build

A video that uses images you supplied no longer fails its quality checks because the pictures were re-labelled while the scene was being built. **Where:** Creative → Video → attach images to the brief, then build. **How to test:** Attach two or three real screenshots to a video brief, prepare the storyboard, and build. The scene that uses them should save rather than report a quality-check failure. **Watch for:** A build that stops on a scene using your attached pictures; an attached picture that is replaced by a generated one.

Fixed

Sections with hyphenated names no longer lose their content when a design is saved

Some designs saved with several sections showing only a label and an empty band. Their content existed while the design was being generated, but the save step judged it unused and dropped it, because it did not recognise the way the design's code read sections with names like "product-selector". That read pattern is now recognised, and a design whose code reads a section that has no content behind it is caught before it is saved instead of shipping empty. **Where:** Site editor → Designs, on any design whose sections use hyphenated names **How to test:** 1. Generate a new design for a site whose content plan has hyphenated section names (multi-product sites often do). 2. Open the design and scroll through every section. 3. Each section should show its heading and items. No section should be a coloured band with only a small label. **Watch for:** - A section rendering as an empty coloured band with just an eyebrow label. - Designs from before this fix are not repaired automatically; regenerate the design or add the section's content in the editor.

New

See each film idea as a picture before you pick one

Video Studio now shows the opening frame of every proposed angle as an actual image, and lets you ask for three different angles as many times as you like without losing the ones you have already seen. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open a project → Prepare storyboard → "Which film are we making" **How to test:** Prepare a storyboard on a new video. Each of the three angles now leads with a picture of its own first shot, above the same description as before. Press "Show me three different angles" for a fresh set; the previous ones move under "Angles you have already seen" and can still be chosen. If you had already picked an angle, check that it is still the one being made after the new set arrives. **Watch for:** A card with no picture is normal and harmless — the description is the same as it always was and the video builds exactly as before. The angle you chose must never change on its own when you ask for new ones; only the default angle moves, and only when you have not chosen one.

New

See every shot as a picture before the video is built

The storyboard now shows a frame for each shot, and the frames you approve are what the video is actually made from. **Where:** Creative Studio → your video project → Prepare the storyboard. Each shot in the plan now has a picture beside its words. **How to test:** Open a video project and prepare its storyboard. Every shot should show a still of what that moment looks like. Edit one shot's description or on-screen copy and save — only that shot's picture is redrawn, and the rest are left alone. If you attached your own photo of your product, premises or team, that photo is shown as its shot's picture and is never replaced by an invented one. Then build the video: a shot whose picture is already a still is not drawn a second time. **Watch for:** A shot with no picture is normal and harmless — the plan reads exactly as it did before, and the video builds the same way. A picture that shows something other than the words beside it is worth reporting. So is a picture with words printed across it on a shot that is going to be filmed: that shot's words are meant to be added crisply on top, not baked into the photograph.

Fixed

Shared preview links show your real products, and image edits stay on the design you're editing

A shared preview link for a design you weren't currently on could show made-up products instead of the ones in your catalog, and replacing an image could save the change onto a different design. **Where:** Site editor → Preview (the shared link), and the Replace Image action on the canvas. **How to test:** 1. Open a site whose products, services, menu or FAQs are managed under Content, and switch to a design that is NOT the one marked as your chosen design. 2. Open the shared preview link for that design. The cards should list your real catalog items with their photos and their one-line teaser — the same ones the editor shows. 3. Back in the editor, still on that non-chosen design, click an image and replace it. 4. Open Version History on the design you were editing: the image edit should be listed there, and no other design should show a new entry or an unsaved-changes dot. **Watch for:** A preview card showing a product you never entered, a teaser line missing above a card title, or a version-history entry appearing on a design you were not working on.

New

Social reels are planned as posts, not as ads

There is a new "Social reel (organic)" goal for videos meant to earn a watch on your own feed rather than sell something, and it changes how the film is written — it opens mid-moment on something true and ends on a payoff instead of a pitch. **Where:** Creative Studio → new video → Goal → "Social reel (organic)" **How to test:** Make the same video twice, once with the goal set to "Promo" and once to "Social reel (organic)", and prepare a storyboard for each. The promo should end by asking the viewer to do something; the reel should end on the result or the punchline, with the brand present lightly rather than on an end card. **Watch for:** A reel that still closes with a hard call to action, or one that has lost its hook — the opening should be just as strong as the promo's, only less salesy.

Improved

Storyboard frames that stay on one cast, stay word-free, and land the idea

Storyboards now draw one reference picture of your film's cast and setting before anything else, check every frame that will be handed to the video generator for burned-in words, and plan a story that actually finishes on the idea you chose. **Where:** Creative Studio → Motion → open a video project → Generate storyboard **How to test:** Start a video whose idea involves a recurring person. Pick an angle, generate the storyboard, and look at the frames side by side. Then edit one cut's headline and redraw that cut. **Watch for:** All the frames should show the same people in the same room, not a different cast every other cut. None of the filmed cuts' frames should have subtitles or captions typed across the picture — writing on a page or a card in the scene is fine and expected. A redrawn cut should show the new picture immediately, not the one you just replaced. And the last cut should show where the film's idea ended up, with a line that says what the product does.

New

Talk an idea through before anything gets made

Creative Studio can now explore concepts with you instead of jumping straight to a finished brief — ask for angles, discuss them, narrow down, and only then have it write them up for your approval. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals or Video, in the chat panel. **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio and pick a brand. 2. Type something that asks to explore rather than commission — "I want to explore some emotional storytelling angles for my brand" or "give me a few directions before we commit". 3. You should get a longer written reply with two to four real directions and a recommendation, plus tappable follow-ups underneath it. Nothing is generated and no credits are touched. 4. Keep talking to narrow it down. Ask questions, push back, change your mind. 5. When you are ready, tap **Frame these as concepts** (or **Write this up as a brief** on video). You get selectable concept cards built from what you just discussed. 6. Select one and generate as usual — the credit cost is still confirmed before anything is made. It works by voice too — say "help me think through some angles" and the studio talks it over with you, then writes up what you settled on when you ask. **Watch for:** - An ordinary request ("make me an ad for the weekend sale") should still come straight back as one finished proposal. Exploring only happens when you ask for it. - Saying "just make it" or "you decide" at any point should stop the questions and produce a proposal. - The way out should be on every discussion reply — you should never feel stuck being offered another set of options to compare. - The assistant should never repeat a question it already asked, even reworded. - Discussion replies should never mention a price or ask you to approve a spend.

Fixed

Tell your brands apart by their live address

A brand whose website is published now shows that address, so two brands with the same name are no longer guesswork — and the account picker gets a search box once you have more than a handful connected. **Where:** Creative Studio — the brand switcher in the left rail, the brand grid on the home, and Settings → Connected accounts. **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio with a brand whose website is published. The brand line should show the live address (for example `mondovo.com`), not just the client name. 2. Switch to a same-named brand that has never been published — it should say so instead, so the two read differently. 3. Open Settings → Connected accounts → Choose pages with more than eight accounts connected. A search box appears; type part of an account name to narrow the list. 4. Tick a page, then search for something that does not match it. The panel should tell you a ticked page is hidden. Save — the hidden page stays ticked. **Watch for:** - A published brand still showing only its client name, or an unpublished one claiming an address. - A brand forked more than once should show its most recent build's address. - Searching must never change what gets saved — a ticked page the filter is hiding has to survive the save.

Improved

The Calendar gives you its full width back

The asset browser no longer takes a third of the screen on the Calendar, where you are planning dates rather than picking pictures. **Where:** Creative Studio → Calendar **How to test:** Open the Calendar. The asset panel on the right is folded away and the month has the space. Press "Show assets" and it comes back — and stays back the next time you open the Calendar. Images & Carousels, Video and Library are unchanged: the panel is open there, and hiding it on one of them does not hide it on the others. **Watch for:** The panel reappearing on its own after you navigated away and back, or your choice on one tool changing another tool's.

Improved

The design assistant chat now stays in sync between people

When two people work on the same site, each of them now sees the other's conversation with the design assistant without reloading the page. Before, the chat was fetched once when the editor opened and never again, so one person could carry on a long conversation while a colleague's tab still showed only the opening welcome card until they hit refresh. **Where:** Site editor, design assistant chat panel (any design or page thread) **How to test:** 1. Open the same site in two browsers signed in as two different members of the organization. 2. In browser A, ask the assistant for a change and wait for it to finish. 3. Switch to browser B's tab (or click into its window). Within a moment, A's request and the assistant's reply appear in B's chat, attributed to A. 4. Leave browser B open and visible without touching it; further messages from A arrive on their own within about a minute. 5. In browser B, switch to another design and back — the thread for that design is refreshed too. 6. While a change is still in progress in B, have A send a message. B's in-progress bubble and thinking indicator stay exactly as they were; A's message slots in around them. **Watch for:** - The same message appearing twice in either tab after a sync. - A welcome or "How does this design look?" card reappearing above a thread that already has history. - Your own in-progress request disappearing or being marked failed when a colleague's message arrives. - A "still processing" notice or thinking indicator from another person's session showing up in your tab. - Network requests to the chat history endpoint more often than once every ten seconds while clicking in and out of the window, or continuing while the tab is hidden.

Improved

The editor's layout switcher is now one compact button

The Split / Chat / Design strip and the "New tab" button no longer sit open across the top of the editor — they now live in a single menu, freeing room in the toolbar. **Where:** Site editor toolbar, left of the Preview/Edit toggle. **How to test:** Open a site in the editor. The layout strip is replaced by one button showing the current layout. Click it to switch layout, open the design in a new tab, or read the linked-windows status. **Watch for:** The menu should open below the button and close on Escape, on an outside click, or after picking a layout. Collapsing the chat panel with its own chevron should still keep the button's label in sync.

New

The storyboard now lets you pick which version to make

Picking a version used to decide what got filmed, but there was nowhere to pick one — the storyboard now shows the versions your story could be made as, what each costs, and makes the one you choose. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Prepare storyboard → "How much of this gets filmed" **How to test:** Prepare a storyboard on a video with a mix of beats. Pick a version, press "Make this version", then build. A version that draws a beat should not come back with generated footage on it. Changing your mind after footage has already started should stick too. **Watch for:** A price on screen that does not match what gets built. If you have not picked a version, the panel says so plainly rather than implying one is already settled.

Fixed

The version you pick is the version that gets filmed

Choosing a cheaper version of a video now actually films less of it, and the credit figure on each option is the figure that gets charged. **Where:** Creative → Video → prepare a storyboard, then pick a version before building. **How to test:** Prepare a story with a mix of text beats and performance beats. Pick "Designed, with live inserts" and check the credits shown, then build. Only the performance beats should be filmed, and the credits deducted should match the number on the option you chose. **Watch for:** A mixed version costing the same as "Filmed throughout"; a version that shows a footage cost but queues nothing; scene footage that starts part-way through the wrong shot.

Improved

Translated item pages, and a heads-up when a translation falls behind

Individual catalog pages — a single product, service, room or listing — now render in the visitor's language, and editing an item's wording flags the languages whose translation is now out of date instead of letting them drift unnoticed. **Where:** Site settings → Languages, and any catalog item's own page on a published multi-language site. **How to test:** 1. On a site with a second language and a translated catalog, publish and open an item's own page in the translated language — its name and description should be in that language, with its price and photos unchanged. 2. Go to Content and change the wording of a field you had translated. 3. Return to Settings → Languages: that language now reports how many items need re-translating. 4. Run the translation again — only the items whose wording changed are re-translated, and the flag clears. **Watch for:** an item page that shows the original language after publishing; a translated page that loses a price, photo or field the translation didn't cover; an "Add to cart" that stops working on a translated item page; or a count of out-of-date items that doesn't clear after re-translating. **How it behaves:** an out-of-date translation keeps showing while it's flagged — a page one revision behind reads better than one that silently reverts a paragraph to the original language, and your own manual corrections aren't thrown away. Fields you never translated always show the current text.

Improved

Translating a site now translates your catalog, and keeps it in step

Translating a site into another language now translates the products, services, menu items or FAQs you manage under Content — and stores each translation on the item itself, so editing an item keeps every language in step instead of leaving the translated pages behind. **Where:** Site settings → Languages → add a language and translate. **How to test:** 1. On a site whose catalog lives under Content, add a second language and run the translation. 2. Open Content and check an item — it keeps its original text, and the translation is attached to it rather than stored separately. 3. Publish, then open the translated version of a page listing that catalog. The items should be your real ones, in the new language. 4. Edit an item's price or photo, publish again — the change should appear on the translated page too, without re-translating. **Watch for:** A translated page listing products you never entered; an item that loses its price, photo or any field the translation didn't cover; or a translated page still showing a price you have since changed. **Not yet covered:** if you edit an item's *text* after translating, the translated wording for that field stays as it was until you translate again — the platform does not yet flag it as out of date. Individual catalog detail pages are also not translated yet; the listings that show those items are.

New

Upload your own clips and plan them from the calendar

You can now drop a whole set of finished videos or images into your brand's library, hang one on a planned post, and have the caption and hashtags written from what is actually in the clip. The calendar also stops telling you nothing is planned when your plan simply belongs to a different website. **Where:** Creative Studio → Library ("Uploads"), Creative Studio → Video ("Finished clips"), and Creative Studio → Calendar → pick a post → "Use a clip or image I already have". **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio → Library → Uploads and drag in several files at once. Each one shows its own progress and its own result; a file that is rejected does not stop the others. 2. Open Calendar, pick a planned post, choose "Use a clip or image I already have". Attach a clip from the library, or drop a new one right there. 3. With a clip attached, use "Write the copy from this clip". The hook, caption and hashtags fill in. Edit them — nothing goes out until you schedule the post and choose the account it publishes to. 4. Open the Calendar with no website selected. If your plan belongs to a website, the calendar now names it and offers to switch, instead of offering to make a second plan. **Watch for:** a clip shown as a broken image anywhere it is previewed (it should always play); a caption that could describe any video rather than the one attached; a "switch to" link that lands on the wrong website; files over 20 MB, or clips that are not MP4, uploading successfully but not appearing in the library grid — those are stored and usable by link, which the uploader says on the row.

Fixed

Uploaded hero references now drive the hero photo on new designs again

When you attach a mockup of the hero you want and ask for a faithful copy, the new design now gets that photograph restored into its hero instead of keeping the site's old picture. A hero-only change also keeps every other section of the design it was built from, and saying "exact copy" in the chat now counts as choosing faithful replication without having to click the toggle. **Where:** Site editor → Designs → New design → attach an image → describe the change → Generate **How to test:** 1. Open a site that already has at least one design with a hero image. 2. Start a new design, attach a hero mockup that contains a photograph, and type "make the hero an exact copy of this image". 3. Confirm the fidelity control switches to Faithful replica on its own, then Generate. 4. Open the new design: the hero background should be the photograph from your mockup with the interface text removed, and every section below the hero should still be there. **Watch for:** - The hero showing the site's previous stock or generated photo instead of the one from the reference. - Sections disappearing from a design after a hero-only change. - The fidelity control staying on "Use as inspiration" after the user asked for an exact copy in words.

Improved

Video exports finish sooner, and tell you how far along they are

A video's cuts are now filmed side by side instead of one after another, an export queued while another is running starts straight away rather than waiting it out, and the Export panel shows a real progress bar with an estimate instead of a spinner. **Where:** Creative → Video → Export → Prepare MP4. **How to test:** Prepare an MP4 for a video with several cuts and watch the Export panel — it should count frames ("Rendering frame 220 of 900") with a bar and a rough time left, then finish noticeably sooner than before. While one export is running, start a second one from another video: it should begin within a few seconds rather than after the first finishes. **Watch for:** A progress bar that sticks at one number for more than a minute; an estimate that climbs instead of falling; a finished file whose footage looks out of step with the rest of the cut.

Improved

Video shots now follow the same art direction as your images

The craft rules and the banned-cliché list that keep generated images specific — name the light, show the actual thing this business does, no glowing brains or flat-lay desks — now apply to video shots too, instead of only to stills. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, on every generated shot. Nothing to switch on. **How to test:** 1. Generate a video whose subject is abstract — "AI", "growth", "strategy" — the briefs that used to produce stock imagery. 2. Look at what the shots actually depict. They should show a specific real moment with named light and materials, not a glowing brain, a rocket, a rising chart in empty space or a team high-fiving round a laptop. 3. Generate an image for the same brief. The two should now feel like they came from the same art director. **Watch for:** a shot that still reaches for one of those clichés; a video prompt that reads like a photograph with nothing moving in it. Both are worth reporting — the list is added to by hand whenever something slips through.

Improved

Videos now lead with a hook instead of a caption

The video planner is now briefed on what has to earn a viewer's first two seconds, and a second AI reviewer that quietly rejected the more interesting storyboards has been removed. **Where:** Creative → Video → prepare a storyboard. **How to test:** Prepare a storyboard for a promotional video. The opening beat should open with something that interrupts or raises a question, not a date, a logo or a title card, and the storyboard should no longer fail with a wall of review notes. **Watch for:** An opening beat that is still just a label or timestamp; a storyboard that refuses to prepare.

Fixed

Videos stop being refused for problems they don't have

Checks that used to stop a video being made now just note what they saw and let the film through, and builds no longer fail when the plan is trimmed to fit its budget. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Build **How to test:** Build a video with big display type or a tilted card. It should produce a file rather than stopping with a message about text overlapping. If a check does notice something, it appears as a note against the finished render instead of blocking it. **Watch for:** Any failure message that mentions internal names or codes — those should now read as plain language about your film, with no identifiers in them.

Fixed

Videos that use filmed footage now export

A video whose scenes play from generated footage failed to render every time, and showed an error instead of playing in preview. Both are fixed. **Where:** Creative → Video → build a video that films a recurring subject, then play or export it. **How to test:** Open a built video that uses filmed footage. It should play in the preview and export to a file rather than stopping on "seek completed without a decoded frame". **Watch for:** A preview that stalls on the first frame; an export that fails on a video containing footage.

Improved

Voice assistant upgraded

The voice assistant now runs on a newer, more capable model — it reasons better about what you are asking for, and it no longer freezes up while a long change is being applied. **Where:** The microphone button in the site editor, in Mission Control, and in the chat widget on published sites. **How to test:** Start a voice session and ask for something that takes a while, such as "make the hero section dark with a bigger headline". The assistant should acknowledge the request, keep you company while the change runs, and announce the result when it lands. **Watch for:** Replies that begin roughly a fifth of a second later than before — expected, and the trade for the better reasoning. Report anything that sounds like the assistant talking over itself, repeating a request it already started, or going quiet for more than about ten seconds mid-change.

Fixed

What's New now loads a page at a time

The changelog had grown to nearly 3,000 entries and tried to load every one of them at once, which made the page enormous and eventually stopped new releases from going out at all. It now loads 100 entries at a time with Newer/Older links, and an entry with a broken heading no longer shows up with its raw formatting on display. **Where:** What's New (/changelog), and Admin → Changelog **How to test:** - Open What's New — you should see the most recent 100 updates and a "Page 1 of N" footer. - Click Older, then Newer, and confirm you move between pages and the entries change. - Edit the address to an absurd page number (?page=99999) — you land on the last page rather than an empty one. **Watch for:** A page that shows no entries at all, a footer that reports the wrong total, or an entry whose body starts with three dashes and a title line.

Fixed

You can now hear a video's sound effects before you export it

Sound effects were being added to finished videos but never played in the preview, so the first time you heard them was after paying to export. They now play while you watch. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → any built video's preview player. Also on a shared video link and in the admin preview. **How to test:** Open a video whose scenes use sound effects and press play. Effects should sound at the same moments they do in the downloaded MP4. Mute should silence them, scrubbing should not machine-gun them, and replaying a loop should play them again. **Watch for:** An effect that lands noticeably early — a whoosh arriving before the thing it is meant to introduce. That is a separate, known placement bug that this change makes audible for the first time rather than causes.

Improved

Your brands now say which website they belong to

Every list of brands now shows the website behind each one — its live address once it is published, or the client it sits under — plus a picture of that website and whether it has anything in it yet. **Where:** Creative Studio home ("Your brands"), the brand filter on Calendar — all brands, and the Switch brand menu in the left rail. **How to test:** Open Creative Studio. Each brand card now carries a second line naming its website, a third line saying what has been made under it, and a screenshot of the site rather than only the last image you generated. If two brands share a name, the calendar filter pills and the Switch brand menu add the website to each one so you can tell them apart. **Watch for:** A brand that is attached to no website at all is drawn with a dashed outline and reads "Not linked to a website". That is not an error — it means that brand can never be the one behind a site, and it is worth checking whether you meant to create it. Nothing is renamed, merged or removed.

Improved

Your clips upload as they are, and tell you if they can't be posted

Finished clips now go into your library exactly as you exported them instead of being re-made on the way in, so the quality you shipped is the quality that is stored — and bigger files get through. If a clip could not be posted to Instagram Reels, you find that out while you are adding it, not days later when the post was due to go out. **Where:** Creative → Library → Add finished media (and anywhere you attach a clip). **How to test:** Add a normal MP4 exported from your editor or phone. It should land in the library quickly and look identical to the file on your desk. Then add a clip shorter than 3 seconds, or a much larger one, and read the note under its name — it should say in plain words what Instagram would refuse and why. The clip still uploads either way. **Watch for:** A clip that comes back looking softer or smaller than the file you sent; a warning about a clip that is actually fine; a file that uploads with no note and then fails when it is posted.

Improved

Your own concept gets made, and fewer beats get filmed

If you write the concept yourself, that is the one we make — with alternatives offered beside it rather than in place of it. And videos now film only the beats that actually need a camera. **Where:** Creative → Video → prepare a storyboard. **How to test:** Write your own idea into the brief and prepare a storyboard. Your concept should appear first and the shots should follow it. Separately, prepare a storyboard for a video whose beats are mostly text on screen — it should allocate far fewer filmed clips than before. **Watch for:** Your idea quietly replaced by a tidier one; a video that films beats which are just words on screen.

New

Your reels get a cover you actually chose

A scheduled reel used to open on its very first frame, which on a clip that fades in is a black square — now the calendar reads real frames out of your clip, picks the strongest one for the post you wrote, and uses that as the cover. **Where:** Creative Studio → Calendar → open a reel post with a clip attached → the "Cover" panel under the visual. **How to test:** Attach a video clip to a reel post. The Cover panel shows a strip of frames from the clip with their timestamps. Click "Pick the best frame for me" and the panel should say which moment it chose and why. Click any frame in the strip to override it. "Make a cover from this frame" builds a 9:16 picture from that moment for 2 credits; "Use a picture I already have" takes one from your library instead. **Watch for:** The frame strip is read in your browser, so a clip your browser cannot decode shows "we could not read frames from this clip" — the reel still publishes, just with a default opening moment rather than a chosen one. Removing the clip from a post clears its cover too, on purpose: a cover picked for one video is wrong for the next.

Improved

Your video decides how it should sound

A video no longer ships silent just because nobody pressed a button — the build decides whether it is narrated, carried by the voices in its own footage, or deliberately quiet, tells you which, and mixes the spoken lines loud enough to hear. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → the "Ready to build" card, then Build. **How to test:** 1. Open a video that has a script written but no recording. The build card now says what the video will sound like, and the price shown includes the recording if one is needed. 2. Press Build. The finished video is narrated — you no longer have to record the voice separately first. 3. Open a video whose shots show people talking. The card says the people in the film speak for themselves; no narrator is added, and their lines are mixed above the music instead of underneath it. 4. Open a video where you turned narration off. It stays off, and the card says so. **Watch for:** a video that should be quiet suddenly getting a narrator; a narrator added on top of footage where characters are already speaking; the music bed dropping out after the last spoken line; the price on the Build button not matching what is actually charged.

Fixed

A new draft no longer borrows another site's business details

When you started a second site under the same client, the planner could fill in the business description, audience and industry from the site you built first — so a brand-new draft described the wrong business, in the wrong city, offering the wrong services. New drafts now take their business details only from the conversation you are having. **Where:** Site Builder → start a new site for a client that already has one → the planning chat **How to test:** Build and complete a brief for one business under a client. Start a second, separate draft under that same client and give it a different name, city and services. Open the Brief panel: the description, audience and services should be the ones you just typed, with no trace of the first site's. **Watch for:** The client's brand colours and style preference should still carry over automatically — those are meant to. Only the business facts should be conversation-specific.

Fixed

Browser tab icon is back

The Mondovo icon had disappeared from browser tabs and bookmarks across the app; it now shows again on every page. **Where:** Any page in the app — look at the browser tab **How to test:** Open the app in a fresh tab and check the tab strip, then bookmark the page and confirm the icon appears in the bookmark **Watch for:** A blank or generic page icon on any screen; client portal pages should still show the portal's own icon, not Mondovo's

Improved

Client access follows your finalized design

When you build a design with a client portal, the client's existing access, invitations, and branded portal move to the build automatically. Existing portal links continue to work, and client roles and editing restrictions carry forward. Alternate builds do not take over the portal. Clients do not need another account or invitation when the design becomes their working site.

Improved

Invite clients through your branded portal with clearer permissions

Preview client access before inviting someone, then manage invitations, delivery status, resends, and client roles from portal settings. White-label setup checks verify your branded domain and email sender before you share access. Clients can edit the fields you allow, review the site, and use enabled inbox and analytics features. You control whether publishing needs agency approval. Disabling the portal or removing a client takes effect on their next access check. Account confirmation and password recovery use your agency branding and portal address.

Fixed

New pages get real images again

Pages added after your first design — About, individual service pages, and anything else built out from your site plan — could render empty image frames where a photo should be. Those pages now source their images the same way your homepage does, and every existing site that still had blank frames has been repaired. **Where:** Site editor → any page added after the initial design (About, a single service page, a landing page) **How to test:** Add a page that includes people or product photos, open it in preview, and check every image loads. Right-click → Inspect on a photo: the address should be a real image URL. On a site built before this change, open its About or service pages — the frames that were blank now show a photo. **Watch for:** An image frame that stays blank, or a photo that loads on the homepage but not on an inner page. A repaired photo is chosen from our image library by what the page is about, so a few may not be the picture you would have picked — swap any of them from the editor. If a frame is still blank, ask the assistant to "fix the broken images on this site".

Fixed

One button to open the video editor, not two

After the studio finished building a video, the chat offered the same "Open video editor" option twice; now each work area is offered once, under a name that says which one it is. **Where:** Creative Studio → Chat, on the turn where a video build reports Done **How to test:** Ask the studio for a video, approve the quote, and wait for the build to report Done. The finished turn should show a single "Open video editor" button, and clicking it should open the video you just built. **Watch for:** A turn that offers no button at all, a button that opens an empty or unrelated project, or two buttons reappearing after the page is reloaded and the conversation is restored from history.

Fixed

Recommended pages no longer fail to build over missing saved content

A page your plan recommended could fail to build because the fact-check step asked for saved content the site didn't have — and retrying it hit the same wall every time. That check now corrects itself before giving up, and when it genuinely can't proceed it says which content is missing instead of showing an internal message. **Where:** Site editor → build a site from the planner, or Pages → Retry on a page that didn't build **How to test:** Plan a site that includes a page with no matching saved content yet (an FAQ page on a site with no saved FAQ answers). Build it. The page should be created, using the facts the site does have. **Watch for:** A page that still reports it couldn't build — the message should now name the missing content in plain language, not mention an "unavailable source".

Improved

See who wrote a design message or changed a version

Design chat now labels your messages as **You**, teammates' messages with their names, and assistant replies as **AI Assistant**. Version history also shows who made each change, with requester attribution for AI changes when available. Older messages and versions without a recorded author show **Unknown author**.

Improved

The video conversation now fills the page

Talking to the studio about a video used to happen in a narrow column beside everything else, with a small box and a separate Send button. It now works the same way images do: the conversation fills the page, the message box runs its full width with voice input beside it, and Enter sends. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → open any video **How to test:** Open a video, type a change and press Enter. The production stages above stay visible and none of them are cut off. Check the left rail: "New video conversation" sits under its heading instead of across it. **Watch for:** A stage strip that scrolls sideways, a message box that will not grow, or the film's title appearing twice on one screen.

Improved

Unlimited client collaboration, with access you control

Invite clients from Share → Client access or portal settings. Client viewers, reviewers, and content editors are unlimited; full-builder collaborators use your agency’s team seats. Choose each person’s role and permitted features. Clients with multiple sites can switch between the sites you have shared with them through your branded portal. Their access and permissions carry forward when a design becomes a build.

Improved

Use chat and your design on separate screens

The design editor now has **Split**, **Chat**, and **Design** layouts. Choose **Open design in new tab** to put the design on a second monitor while chat fills the original window. Either window can return to Split, and closing one leaves the other usable. Selections are shared between linked windows. Selecting an element in either window updates the chat target; independent editor tabs and other users keep their own selections. Linked design windows automatically fetch saved changes, including changes from other users. Updates wait while an edit or historical preview needs protection. **Where:** Site editor → top toolbar → Open design in new tab **How to test:** 1. Open a site's editor and select a heading. Open the design in a new tab and move it to another screen. 2. Select a different element in the design tab. Confirm the chat target updates. Return the chat window to Split and select there; confirm the other preview follows. 3. Save an edit and check that the linked design updates. Another user's saves are detected by a lightweight check while the design window is visible. 4. Type an unfinished message or edit text directly in the canvas. Incoming saved changes should wait rather than interrupt the edit. 5. Refresh a linked tab, then close either window. The surviving window should remain usable, and its layout controls should restore Split. **Watch for:** Selecting in an independent editor changing the linked chat target; incoming changes discarding unfinished edits; a page switch applying a selection to the wrong page; losing the conversation when showing chat in the surviving window.

Fixed

Videos no longer repeat the same shot or freeze at the end

A multi-scene video could resolve every one of its shots to the same reused clip, and a scene whose footage ran out would freeze on its last frame instead of ending. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video, any video with more than one scene. **How to test:** Generate a video whose story needs the same person or place in several shots — for example five reactions to five messages. Each cut should now show different footage, and the final scene should keep moving until it ends. Check the credit note on the run: it now says how many visuals were newly created and how many were reused, separately. **Watch for:** A scene that still holds a shot longer than the footage it asked for now fails the build with a clear reason rather than shipping a frozen picture — if you see that, shorten the scene or give the shot more seconds. Videos whose story is carried by footage throughout are also allowed more footage than before, so they cover their full length. We also stopped recording a voiceover when every spoken line is already printed on screen. Reading the captions aloud made the video worse and cost credits, so that now tells you to write lines that add something, or to leave the video silent and let the captions and sound effects carry it.

Fixed

Voice previews that never played now play

Auditioning a voice in Motion Studio could fail every single time for some style and pace combinations — the same "Could not play that voice, please try again" no matter how often you tried. Retrying was never going to work; the speech service was refusing the request outright. The wording we send it has been reshaped so it stops being refused, and on the rare occasion something still is, you now get an answer you can act on instead of an invitation to try again. **Where:** Creative Studio → a video project → Voiceover → pick a voice, style and pace → Preview voice **How to test:** Open a video project's Voiceover panel, set the style to Energetic and the pace to Brisk, and press Preview voice. It should play a sample. Repeat across each style (Warm, Confident, Energetic, Calm, Narrator) with each pace (Relaxed, Natural, Brisk) — all fifteen should play. Then record a full voiceover and confirm the read still matches the style and pace you chose. **Watch for:** A preview that fails instantly with the old "please try again" wording; a Brisk preview that sounds no faster than a Relaxed one; the voice reading the style direction out loud instead of just your line.

Fixed

Your saved client brand details now reach the AI again

Brand colours, industry, audience and tone saved on a client account were being silently ignored — the site planner never saw them, and the planner never saved new ones back. Both directions work again. **Where:** Dashboard → any client card, and the site planning chat at Sites → New Site **How to test:** Open a client that has brand colours set and start a new site. The colour swatches show on the client card, the planner's opening suggestions reflect that client's industry and audience, and after you describe the business the colours and industry appear back on the client account. **Watch for:** Colours that stay grey/blue on the client card, a planner that asks about your industry when the client already has one saved, or a client account whose brand details stay empty after a full planning session.

Add your tracking by pasting an ID

Analytics and advertising tags now install from a new Tracking screen: pick the tool, paste its ID, done. We add the code, apply your consent settings, list the provider in your privacy disclosure, and check whether its code is present on your live site. **Where:** Site editor → Settings → Tracking. The old code box is still there as Settings → Tracking & Custom Code, and now has a Custom CSS field of its own. **How to test:** 1. Open Settings → Tracking. You should see tags suggested for this kind of business — a law firm should be offered LinkedIn, a shop should be offered Meta and Google Ads. 2. Add Google Analytics with a real Measurement ID (`G-...`). It saves. Paste something that is not an ID and it refuses before saving, telling you the shape it expects. 3. Try to add Google Analytics a second time, and try adding it when it is already connected under Settings → Analytics. Both should be refused, not silently accepted. 4. In the chat, say "add my Meta pixel, the ID is 1234567890123456". Confirm the card. It appears on the Tracking screen. 5. In the chat, paste the whole Meta Pixel snippet from Meta's own setup page. It should recognise it, pull out the ID, and install it as a managed tag rather than raw code. 6. Publish, then press "Check the live site". Detected tags show "present in published HTML". Use the provider's own diagnostics to confirm it receives events. 7. Open Settings → Tracking & Custom Code, paste some CSS in the Custom CSS box, and look at the preview. Your styling should show. Paste a script into the Head box and pick a category for it. 8. Turn on the cookie banner with pre-consent blocking, publish, and load the site in a fresh browser. Your marketing tags should not run until you accept. **Watch for:** a tag reported "not found" that you can see in the page source; Search Console verification failing on a site that uses a cookie banner; custom CSS showing in preview but not on the published site, or the other way round; a tag showing as installed while the ID is still the `G-XXXXXXXXXX` example; being allowed to add the same tool twice; the setup card on Home disagreeing with the "Set up tracking" row underneath it; a tracking script running before you answer the cookie banner.

New

Every SEO issue now has a Fix button

The SEO overview used to be a read-only list of problems — the only way to act on anything was one tab deeper, one page at a time. Now each issue has a Fix button, and some fix themselves with no AI at all. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → Overview **How to test:** Open the SEO overview. Each issue in Quick Wins has a Fix button — it either applies instantly (a missing social share image is picked from an image your site already has; a missing H1 renames the heading tag without touching its styling) or hands the issue to the AI assistant with the specifics filled in. **Watch for:** Any visual change to a page after applying a fix — there should be none.

Improved

Re-opening AI SEO fixes is instant, and free

Generating SEO fixes no longer re-runs the AI over pages that haven't changed since last time — it reuses what it already worked out, and tells you when it did. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → AI Fix Suggestions **How to test:** Generate fixes, close the dialog, and generate again. It returns immediately and says how many pages were unchanged. Edit a page's title or heading and generate again — that page is worked out fresh. "Regenerate" asks for new suggestions for everything. **Watch for:** A page you just edited still showing its old suggestion.

Improved

SEO fixes can't change how your pages look

Adding a missing H1 is now a direct one-click fix that renames the tag and nothing else — every class, style and attribute stays exactly as it was. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → Overview **How to test:** On a page reported as missing an H1, click Fix. The page's heading becomes an H1 and the page looks identical. Check version history to see the change, and undo if you disagree. **Watch for:** Any visual change at all to the heading after applying — there should be none.

Fixed

The 'changed somewhere else' bar no longer appears for your own edits

The blue "This site was changed somewhere else" bar used to appear about a minute after an ordinary edit, and a few minutes after publishing, even when nobody else had touched the site. It now only appears for changes that genuinely came from another session, tab, or connected agent. **Where:** Site editor (Mission Control) — the bar across the top of the page **How to test:** Open a site, change some text on the canvas or apply a background, then wait two minutes without touching anything — no bar should appear. Publish the site and wait until it finishes deploying — still no bar. Then edit the same site from a second browser tab and return to the first: the bar should appear there within a minute, and Reload should clear it. **Watch for:** The bar failing to appear when someone else really did change the site (try the two-tab check above), or appearing again right after you click Reload.

Improved

The SEO issue list stops repeating itself

One missing social image was counted once per page, and internal-link tips were listed once per pair of pages, so the issue count stayed enormous no matter how much you fixed. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → Overview **How to test:** Re-scan a site. A missing social share image is one issue for the whole site, not one per page. Internal-link suggestions are one row per page, naming the pages it mentions. The AI button now says how many issues it can actually fix. **Watch for:** A link suggestion for a page name that only appears in code rather than in the visible copy.

Improved

A calmer chat: three suggestions and one + for everything you can add

The assistant now opens with three suggestions instead of six, and everything you can add to a message — a file, a page reference, your connected accounts — lives behind one + button next to the box. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → Chat **How to test:** 1. Open Mission Control and switch to Chat on a fresh conversation. You should see at most three suggestions, as plain rows with a small icon, not boxed buttons. 2. The icon differs by what the row offers — a page plan, something you asked for while planning, or a suggestion. 3. Click the + at the left of the ask box: Attach a file, Mention context, Manage connections. 4. Choose "Mention context" and confirm the list offers pages on this site — designs and other sites are no longer offered here, since that is design work and belongs in the editor. 5. Type something and confirm Send is the one filled button; the microphone sits beside it as a quiet icon. **Watch for:** Suggestions that still appear after you have sent a message (they should disappear); the + menu staying open after you pick something; the mention list offering designs; pasting an image no longer working.

Fixed

Asking for a simple wording change no longer fails halfway

Asking the assistant to change a headline or a line of copy could show you a confirmation with the new wording missing — "Old text" → "" — and then fail after you approved it. It now retries instead of asking you to approve something that cannot work. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → Chat, and the assistant anywhere it edits your site **How to test:** 1. In Chat, ask for a plain wording change, e.g. "change the homepage hero subtitle to Wood-fired since 1994". 2. The confirmation should show the old text and the new text in full — never an empty value on the right. 3. Approve it. The change should apply rather than failing with a message about required fields. 4. Repeat a few times with longer replacement text; the failure was intermittent, so it is worth several tries. **Watch for:** A confirmation still showing an empty value on the right of the arrow; the assistant replying with nothing at all instead of an error; a wording change that reports success but leaves the page unchanged.

Improved

Chat fills the window, and suggestions show their full title

Chat mode now spans the whole work area instead of sitting as a narrow white column on a grey background, and suggestion rows show the whole task instead of cutting it off after a few words. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → Chat **How to test:** 1. Open Mission Control on a wide screen and switch to Chat. The white surface should reach both edges of the work area — no grey strips down the sides. 2. Text should still wrap at a comfortable reading width rather than running the full width of the screen. 3. On an empty conversation, the greeting should sit just above the suggestions near the box, with the empty space above it — not floating in the middle. 4. Suggestion rows should show the full task, e.g. "Add customer testimonials and event success statistics to the homepage", not a version cut off after 34 characters. **Watch for:** Grey strips returning at either side on very wide screens; text lines running edge to edge; the greeting jumping back to the middle; a suggestion title long enough to overflow its row instead of ending in an ellipsis.

Improved

Chat is a tab now, not a panel stuck to the side

The assistant no longer takes a permanent slice of Mission Control. Switch between your site and the chat with one control, and the ask box stays at the bottom wherever you are. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control (any section) **How to test:** 1. Open Mission Control. The work area fills the window — no assistant panel pinned to the right. 2. Use the Chat / Overview control at the top left to switch. Your place on the dashboard is kept when you come back. 3. From the dashboard, type into the ask box at the bottom and send. You land in Chat with your message already sent. 4. Start a reply, switch to the dashboard mid-answer, then switch back — the reply is still going. 5. On a phone, the Chat tab replaces the old floating button; nothing covers the bottom bar any more. **Watch for:** The tab switching on its own while you are reading or typing (it should only ever show a dot on Chat); a reply that stops when you switch tabs; the ask box appearing on a phone where the bottom bar already sits; losing your scroll position on the dashboard after visiting Chat.

Improved

Chat now knows which section you're in

Open chat from anywhere in your site workspace and the assistant knows the exact screen you're looking at — not just "Settings" but "Settings → Notifications" — so its answers act on what's in front of you instead of explaining something you already set up. **Where:** Any section of the site workspace → Chat **How to test:** Go to Settings → Notifications, open Chat, and ask "who gets notified about new leads?" — the answer should read your actual recipient list rather than walk you through setting one up. Then try the same from SEO and from Leads; the opening suggestions change with the section, while your single most important site-wide next step (publishing, for a site that has never been published) keeps its place at the top. **Watch for:** Suggestions that don't fit the section you're in; three suggestions maximum, never more; and suggestions changing underneath a conversation that already has messages — they belong to a fresh, empty chat only.

New

Chat now shows you exactly what it changed

When the assistant edits your site, the reply now carries a card showing the old wording next to the new wording — and an Undo button that puts it back. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → Chat **How to test:** 1. In Chat, ask for a wording change on one of your pages, e.g. "on the menu page, change the note under the heading to say we're closed Mondays in January". 2. When it finishes, a card appears under the reply naming the page and the field, with "was" showing the old text and "now" showing the new text. 3. Ask for a layout change instead — the card lists the sections that changed and shows a small live preview of the page. 4. Click Undo on the card. It should say "Undone" and the page goes back to the previous wording. 5. The card says "Not live yet" until you publish. **Watch for:** A card claiming a change that did not happen, or quoting a "was" value your page never showed; Undo reporting success when the page did not revert; more than one live preview in a long conversation; a card appearing for a question that changed nothing.

New

Creative Studio on the Mondovo connector

Connected AI apps can now read your Creative Studio brands, library and credit balance, and — if you approve it — generate images while spending Creative Credits. **Where:** When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another app to Mondovo, the consent screen lists Creative permissions separately. Generation asks you to pick a daily Creative Credit limit for that connection. **How to test:** Connect an app and request Creative access. Approve a daily cap. Ask it to list brands, quote an image, then generate. A retry with the same key should not double-charge. Hitting the daily cap should refuse until the next UTC day. **Watch for:** Generation is not granted unless the app asks for it. Video render from a connected app is not available yet — create the project, then generate in Creative Studio.

Fixed

Opening SEO no longer says "Settings saved"

Visiting the SEO tab popped a "Settings saved" toast even though you hadn't changed anything — and the SEO score trend it was trying to record never actually saved. **Where:** Site editor → SEO **How to test:** Open the SEO tab, leave it, and come back. No toast should appear. After a scan, the score trend in the SEO report keeps a daily history that survives a reload. **Watch for:** A "Settings saved" toast on a tab you only opened; a score trend that is still empty tomorrow.

Fixed

Previews and share links now show your real content

Share links, site thumbnails and gallery cards could show sample products, FAQs or services instead of the ones you actually published — the live site was always correct, but the preview wasn't. They now show the same content your visitors see. **Where:** Share a site preview link, or look at any site card in your site list or the gallery **How to test:** Open a site that has products, services, FAQs or any other list you manage under Content. Copy its share link and open it in a private window — the items should match what's on your published site, and what you see in the editor. Check the site's thumbnail too. **Watch for:** A preview or thumbnail still showing placeholder items like "Product 1" for a site whose Content section has real entries. Also worth a look: add or delete a page, then check that your header menu updated everywhere — including on each design if you're comparing several.

SEO fixes stop creating the problems they solve

Applying AI SEO fixes cleared dozens of critical issues but the total barely moved, because the scan was reporting problems that were not real and the fixer was quietly skipping pages. **Where:** Site editor → SEO → AI Fix Suggestions **How to test:** Run AI Fix Suggestions, apply, then re-scan. Issues that were fixed should disappear. If any pages could not be covered, the modal now names them and offers to generate fixes just for those. **Watch for:** Keyword warnings on pages whose heading or title clearly does carry the keyword; a re-scan whose count does not drop after applying fixes.

Improved

The site assistant answers in a fraction of the time

Questions that need the assistant to look a few things up now come back far faster, and they no longer eat most of your hourly message allowance. Answering one question can take the assistant several steps — check the forms, check where their submissions go, check the webhooks — and each of those steps was redoing all of the same preparation work from scratch: re-reading your whole site, re-deciding how to handle the question, re-fetching the same background notes. One measured question spent 57 seconds doing that, and counted as 8 of the 10 messages on an hourly allowance. Now the preparation happens once per question instead of once per step, repeated look-ups return the answer already on hand instead of going away again, and a question that needs several look-ups is asked to gather them together. A question that runs out of steps also now gets a real answer written from what it found, instead of "I completed my analysis." **Where:** The assistant panel in the site editor — any site, any tab. **How to test:** Ask something that needs a few look-ups, e.g. "Review the checklist item 'Set up lead notifications' — what's missing and what should I do next?" It should answer in well under half the time it used to, and a single question should consume one message from your hourly allowance, not eight. **Watch for:** An answer that contradicts something you changed mid-question (the assistant reuses look-ups within a single question, so change something and ask again rather than mid-reply); a question that ends without prose; the hourly limit tripping sooner than your plan allows.

Improved

Your numbers are the first thing on Mission Control

Mission Control now opens with your live figures instead of hiding them behind a collapsed section, and the left rail is grouped so the day-to-day work sits apart from the site itself. **Where:** Site editor → Mission Control → Overview **How to test:** 1. Open any site's Mission Control Overview. 2. Confirm submissions, inbox, SEO issues, domain state and analytics status are visible immediately — no scrolling, no clicking a section open. 3. Check the left rail: Overview / Leads / Marketing sit above a hairline, then the site's own sections, with Settings last. Search sits at the top of the rail with its own button. 4. Confirm the old "Manage" grid of shortcut tiles is gone — the rail is the only navigation now. 5. Open "Recent leads & wins" further down; your recent form submissions and milestones are still there. **Watch for:** Metrics showing zeros where they previously showed values; the rail highlight landing on the wrong item after the reorder; the rail separators appearing on a phone (they are desktop-only — the phone dock stays one row).

Improved

Your past chats now sit beside the conversation

On a desktop screen, Chat keeps a list of your conversations down the left-hand side, so you can see what you have asked before and pick a thread back up in one click instead of opening a history menu. **Where:** Site editor → Chat (the toggle above the work area) **How to test:** Open a site, switch to Chat, and look at the column on the left. Click any entry to resume it; the one you are reading stays highlighted. "New conversation" at the top of the column starts a fresh thread. Each entry shows its title, a snippet of where the conversation got to, and when it was last active — search the box at the top to find one by either. Send a message and watch the entry move to the top of the list on its own. **Watch for:** The column should sit flush beside the icon rail with the conversation still comfortably wide — not squeezed. On narrower screens and phones there is no column: the history button in the chat toolbar works exactly as it did. Switching away to your site and back should not lose your place, and finishing a reply should never jump you to a different conversation.

Ad buttons now follow the words above them

The button on a generated ad is now written for your business and for the sentence right above it, instead of being picked from a small set of stock phrases. **Where:** Creative studio — any generated ad, social post or carousel that carries copy. **How to test:** Generate a few ads for the same brand, in the studio or from a chat request. Read each button against the supporting line above it. Ask for several ads in one go and compare the buttons across them. **Watch for:** A button that answers a different question from the one the copy raises (a line offering a method followed by a button promising a reason). The same handful of button phrases repeating across unrelated ads or unrelated brands. An English button on copy written in another language. A button appearing on a piece that reads better without one — buttons are now optional, so an empty one is a valid result, not a failure.

New

Ask your site's assistant for an ad, a post, or a video

The Creative Studio is now reachable from the assistant inside your site, so you can ask for a social post, an ad image or a launch video without leaving the page you're working on — and everything it makes is art-directed from that site's own brand. **Where:** Open a site, then the assistant panel. Ask for something like "make me an Instagram post for the summer menu". **How to test:** 1. Open a site in the editor and expand the assistant. 2. Ask "what does this brand look like?" — it should describe the colours, fonts and voices. 3. Ask "make me an ad for our summer menu". The assistant plans it and shows a card with the exact credit cost. 4. Press **Make it** to generate, or **Cancel** — cancelling spends nothing. 5. Ask "how many credits do I have left?" and check it matches. **Watch for:** A price quoted in chat that doesn't match the card. Generation starting without a card appearing first. The **Cancel** button not stopping the job. The assistant claiming a video is being made — "create a video" sets the project up and takes you to it; you start generation there. On a site you only have view access to, the creative tools should not be offered at all.

Fixed

Asking the studio for several ad ideas by voice no longer stalls

Asking the Creative Studio out loud for a batch of ideas — "a bunch of banners comparing us to the competition" — left the assistant stuck on Processing and then ending the turn without saying why. It now reads the ideas back and asks which one to price, and anything the assistant reports stays on screen instead of disappearing. **Where:** Creative Studio → any tool → "Talk to the studio" **How to test:** Start a voice session and ask for several variations of an ad in one sentence ("give me a few banner ideas for…"). The assistant should list the directions and ask which one you want, rather than sitting on Processing. Asking it a question instead of a brief ("what did I make last week?") should get a spoken answer with no price attached. **Watch for:** The assistant silently picking one direction and quoting a price without asking; the panel above the microphone bar going blank after a turn ends.

Fixed

Creative Studio review keeps the concepts you chose

Stepping out of the creative review to look at campaign batches and coming back no longer throws away which concepts you had kept — the review returns exactly as you left it. **Where:** Creative Studio → a brand → Visuals → Ad creative → Review creative **How to test:** Set the output count to 3, press "Review creative", uncheck one concept, click "Campaign batches", then press "Back". The same three concepts should still be listed with your one still unchecked, and the credit cost should be unchanged. **Watch for:** The review re-planning itself on the way back (new concept titles, every box re-ticked, a higher credit cost), or any copy or art-direction edits you made being lost.

Fixed

Marketing tabs now scroll on a phone

On a phone, the Marketing menu was wider than the screen and would not scroll, so swiping sideways dragged the whole page into an empty gap and the last few items — including QR Codes — could not be reached at all. **Where:** Open a site → Marketing (bottom bar on mobile) **How to test:** On a phone or a narrow browser window, open Marketing and swipe the row of tabs to the left. The tabs should slide within their own row until QR Codes appears, and the page behind them should stay put. **Watch for:** The page sliding sideways instead of the tabs; a strip of blank space appearing beside the content; tab labels squashing onto two lines rather than scrolling.

Improved

One conversation for images, video, your calendar and library

Creative Studio now opens into a shared chat. Start with an image, reuse an older asset, prepare a video, or create and edit social drafts without starting a separate conversation for each task. New chat starts immediately and gets its title from the first message. The recent conversation list, collapsible asset rail and optional work instructions leave more space for the conversation. Retrieved assets have a preview and a separate Use in chat action. Planning stays free. Image selections and video builds show their total Creative Credit price before generation. Calendar changes and library deletion show a reviewable confirmation. Video builds also prepare a free MP4 export, with playback available in the conversation. **How to test:** Open Creative Studio → Chat. Ask for eight image concepts, choose one, then ask for a short video and a LinkedIn calendar draft in that same conversation. Verify each render's price before confirming. Reload and switch conversations to check that results and action states return. Open the video editor and return to chat; an unsent message should remain intact.

Fixed

Site thumbnails no longer show every nav menu open

Dashboard screenshots were forcing hidden hover layers visible so fade-in animations wouldn't snapshot blank. Nav dropdowns use the same hide pattern, so every menu painted open at once. Captures now leave hover menus closed. **Where:** Dashboard → Sites cards (and other site thumbnails) **How to test:** Open the dashboard and recapture a site whose header has hover dropdowns. The thumbnail should show a closed nav, not every menu expanded over the hero. **Watch for:** Sections that used a bare fade-in (`opacity-0` with no hover class) should still appear fully visible in the thumbnail.

Fixed

The editor preview now shows exactly what visitors see

The site editor's preview could show a header or footer that differed from the one on your published site — most visibly, a footer missing its link columns. Both are now built the same way, so what you see while editing is what goes live. **Where:** Site editor → any page, and Mission Control → Site → Pages **How to test:** Open a site whose footer has several link columns. The footer under the editor preview should match the footer on the published site — same links, same wording, same logo. Publish and compare the two side by side. Also check your header menu matches. **Watch for:** A footer or menu that still looks different between the editor and the live site after publishing. Also worth re-checking: if you previously asked an assistant connected to your site to change a header or footer and the change never appeared on your live site, that edit was not being saved where it needed to go. Those edits now apply across the whole site, so you may want to make the change again.

Improved

Voice mode keeps talking while it works

Voice mode no longer goes quiet while it applies a change, and it starts responding a little sooner after you stop speaking. **Where:** Site editor → the voice button (also the site chat widget's voice mode, for the faster response only) **How to test:** Start voice mode and ask for a design change that takes a while ("make the hero background darker"). You should hear the usual heads-up, then short check-ins while it works ("still working on that"), then a clear confirmation when it lands. Ask for a small change too — that one should finish quickly with no check-ins at all. **Watch for:** A check-in that talks over you or cuts itself off mid-sentence; a check-in that claims the change is already done; or the final confirmation not being spoken at all after a long change.

'Fix with AI' in SEO no longer freezes the page

Clicking "Fix with AI" on an SEO issue used to lock up the whole tab for several seconds before the assistant opened — long enough on a phone that the confirmation message came and went unseen. It now responds right away. **Where:** Your site → SEO → Pages → any issue → "Fix with AI" **How to test:** Open a site with a lot of pages, go to SEO → Pages, and click "Fix with AI" on any issue. The assistant panel should open, the prompt should appear in the chat box, and the "Sent to AI Assistant" confirmation should show up almost immediately. Scrolling and clicking elsewhere on the page should stay responsive the whole time. Try it on a phone too. **Watch for:** The page going unresponsive after the click; the confirmation message never appearing; the chat box opening empty instead of prefilled with the issue's prompt.

Fixed

A carousel now uses the exact words you asked for

When you quote the exact hook or call to action you want, those words now land on the carousel deck itself — and the review screen no longer shows a separate headline box that the finished deck ignored. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals → describe a carousel in chat → Plan slides · free **How to test:** Ask for a carousel and quote your own hook and call to action (for example: use exactly this hook "MORNINGS, REBUILT" and exactly this call to action "BOOK A CLASS"). Press "Plan slides · free". On the review screen, open slide 1 and the last slide — they should carry your wording, not the planner's. The deck is now the only place copy is edited. **Watch for:** Wording you did not supply should still come from the planner — only the hook and the call to action are replaced, and the middle slides are untouched. A single post or ad is unchanged and still has its own headline, offer and call-to-action boxes.

Fixed

A missing reference picture no longer kills the whole generation

If a reference image attached to a creative could no longer be opened, every attempt to generate that creative failed — including each press of "Try again" — and the error gave no hint of the real reason. The picture is now set aside and the creative is generated without it. **Where:** Creative Studio → any brand → Visuals → Create **How to test:** 1. Open Create for a brand and describe a creative. Let the assistant propose one — it often attaches one of the brand's own images as a reference. 2. Generate. It runs normally, and the attached reference is used. 3. If a reference's file has gone missing, the finished creative now carries an amber line saying it was made without it, and tells you to re-upload it if you want it used. **Watch for:** The note only appears when a reference genuinely could not be opened, so a normal generation looks exactly as it did before. If a generation does still fail for this reason, the message now says a reference image could not be loaded and asks you to remove or replace it — that one does not offer "Try again", because retrying with the same picture attached would fail identically.

Fixed

A video preview that fails to load now retries instead of spinning forever

If the video preview failed to load — most often on a phone with a shaky connection — the player used to sit on its loading spinner indefinitely with the play button greyed out, and nothing short of reloading the page brought it back. It now quietly reloads the preview once on its own, and if that still fails it says so and offers a Try again button. **Where:** Creative Studio → Video → the player under "Preview & iterate" **How to test:** Open a built video. Turn your connection off (airplane mode, or DevTools → Network → Offline) and reload the page. After about 12 seconds the player should retry once, and after about 25 seconds show "This scene didn't load" with a Try again button. Turn the connection back on and press Try again — the video should appear and play. **Watch for:** The message appearing on a preview that actually loaded fine, or the Try again button not bringing the video back once the connection is restored.

Fixed

Ask for the same words and you get the same words

Asking the studio for alternative images while keeping the existing text now actually keeps it. It used to agree, then write brand-new copy — so you got a different picture *and* a different headline, with a reply saying the wording had been preserved. Two things were going wrong at once. Once a concept had been generated, its words left the conversation, so a follow-up asking to keep them reached an assistant that no longer had them. And if you attached the earlier creative as a reference, the only sensible-looking option treated it as a mood board — which explicitly tells the image model to ignore any text in the picture. **What changed** - **"Keep the same text" is now binding.** When you ask for the wording to stay, it is carried through exactly, rather than rewritten and described as unchanged. If the studio genuinely does not have the earlier copy, it says so instead of inventing a replacement. - **A new "Keep its words" option for attached pictures.** Use it when you want a creative remade with its printed text intact — the scene, subject, composition and lettering style are all still free to change. - **One quality setting instead of three.** The Draft / Standard / Premium cards are gone; everything now uses the setting that was already the best of the three, and the price per image is simply stated. If you attach more reference pictures than that model can take, the studio moves up to the one that can and shows you the new price before you spend. **Where:** Creative → your brand → Visuals **How to test:** Make a visual and generate it. Then ask for "alternative images, same text" — the new versions must carry the identical headline and call to action. Attach the finished image, set it to "Keep its words", and generate again; the wording should survive into the new picture. **Watch for:** A reply that claims the copy was kept while the image shows different wording; an attached picture whose text is ignored; a credit cost on the button that does not match what is deducted.

Improved

Ask the studio a question instead of getting a design

Typing "what did I make last week" or "how many credits have I got left" used to come back as a creative proposal — a design nobody asked for, built from a question. The studio answers those now: what you have made recently, finding something by a word from its title, your credit balance, and what is in the brand's kit. Asking costs nothing, and asking inside a piece of work answers about that work rather than everything the brand has ever made. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals → the chat box **How to test:** Type "how many credits do I have" — you should get a number, not a concept. Type "what have I made recently" and then "find the one with the floodlights". Then type a real brief and it should still propose a creative as before. **Watch for:** A question that still comes back as a design, an answer that lists work from a different brand, or a lookup that quietly ends the conversation instead of answering.

Fixed

Buttons no longer turn black-on-black when your device is in dark mode

If your phone or computer was set to dark mode, some buttons in the app painted a near-black background behind near-black text, so the label and icon were effectively invisible — most visibly the GitHub "Reconnect" and "Connect another GitHub account" buttons. The app is a light interface, so those buttons now stay light and readable no matter what colour scheme your device uses. **Where:** Anywhere in the app with outlined buttons — the clearest example is the site editor, Settings → Integrations, in the GitHub panel. **How to test:** Switch your device (or browser) to dark mode, open Settings → Integrations on a site, and look at the GitHub panel. Every button label and icon should be clearly readable on a light background. Switch back to light mode and confirm nothing changed. **Watch for:** Any remaining control that still looks like an empty dark rectangle, or text that disappears against its background, in dark mode.

Fixed

Creating a visual from Marketing no longer fails on the first try

The Creative tab in Marketing could open, take your idea and then refuse to make anything, showing a red "not linked to this brand" message under the concept — and for some sites the tab would not open at all. **Where:** Site → Marketing → Creative **How to test:** Open a site you have not made visuals for before, go to Marketing → Creative, describe a post and send it. The concept should generate instead of showing a red error with a "Retry submission" link. **Watch for:** The tab failing to load with "Creative Studio is not available for this site yet", or a red error under a generated concept card.

Fixed

Creatives are about your subject again, not the shape of the canvas

When you generate a creative without planning it first, we now work out what the picture should show by reading your brief properly, instead of matching words in it. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals, and campaign creative slots **How to test:** 1. Open Creative Studio → Visuals and write a brief without running the planning step. 2. Generate. The result should be about your business and your subject. 3. Try a brief that names only a format — "a landscape banner with room for a call to action". It should come back as a designed graphic, not a photograph of a landscape. 4. Try one that names a real subject — "the front of our building on a bright morning" — and it should still come back as a photograph of a place. **Watch for:** - Briefs that name a format but no subject used to produce a literal reading of the format word. A brief mentioning "landscape" returned a landscape photograph; "portrait" and "square announcement" had the same problem. - If a brief genuinely names no subject, we now lean towards a designed graphic rather than inventing a place or a person you did not ask for. Name the subject if you want one. - Planned creatives are unaffected — planning has always declared the subject outright, and still does. Credit prices are unchanged. The price shown beside a campaign creative slot is also steadier now: it no longer re-reads your brief as you type.

Fixed

Creatives come out the size you asked for

Picking a format set the shape of the picture but not its size, so a square post came back at whatever the picture model happened to produce — usually smaller than the format says — and a link card was never cropped to a link card at all. Every finished creative now arrives at its format's exact dimensions, in the file you download and in the one that goes to your calendar. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals, any format **How to test:** Make a square social post and download it — the file should be 1080×1080, not 1024×1024. Make a link card and it should be 1200×628 rather than a wide 16:9 image. **Watch for:** A creative that looks softer than before (it is being scaled up to the format), or a downloaded file whose dimensions still do not match the format you chose.

Fixed

Engagement, Customers and QR Codes keep the section menu

Opening Engagement, Customers or QR Codes used to drop you onto a page with no menu and no obvious way back — a dead end, especially on a phone. Those pages now carry the same section menu as the rest of the workspace. **Where:** Your site → Leads → Engagement (or Customers), and Marketing → QR Codes **How to test:** 1. Open your site's workspace on a phone, or narrow your browser window. 2. Tap **Leads**. Note the row of sections at the top — Inbox, Forms, Automation, plus links to Customers and Engagement. 3. Tap **Engagement**. A matching menu now sits at the top of the page with Engagement highlighted, and the first item takes you back to Leads. 4. Do the same for **Customers**, and for **QR Codes** from the Marketing tab. **Watch for:** On store sites, Customers is already its own item in the main menu, so the extra row correctly does not appear there — the main menu is doing that job. The row scrolls sideways if it runs out of width rather than wrapping onto a second line.

Fixed

Finished creative takes save themselves to your brand library again

Images you generate in Creative Studio now land in the brand library on their own, so the per-take "Add to board" button and selection checkbox appear as soon as a take finishes. **Where:** Creative Studio → pick a brand → Visuals → send a brief, accept the proposal, press Generate **How to test:** Wait for the takes to render under the conversation. Each finished take should show the selection checkbox and "Add to board"; select two or three and pin them to one board. Open the brand's Library and confirm the takes are listed there. **Watch for:** A take that renders but shows no checkbox or "Add to board", or a library that stays empty after a successful generation. Marking a take as a favourite should also stick after a page reload.

Improved

Keep the conversation, references, and finished creative together

Creative Studio now makes it clearer which conversation you are continuing and lets you start and switch named conversations across tools. Preview an image or video in the asset rail before selecting it; on a phone, open Assets without leaving the conversation. Ask for up to ten written visual directions, refine them in chat, and select the ones to render under one combined credit total. Previous results stay available, submitted directions remain marked after reload, and the composer stays usable while images are being made. Video build and rebuild actions show their price before starting. Calendar posts open a visual conversation directly with their saved copy. LinkedIn drafts include publishable body copy, and existing posts have an Improve with AI action. Campaign image slots can open the same Studio and receive the chosen result back in the original slot. Save creative instructions for the current conversation or explicitly remember them for the brand. Videos also have an editable client shooting board with a downloadable PDF; changing the guide does not alter the film. **Where:** Creative Studio → Visuals, Calendar, Video, and Assets; Mission Control → campaign image slots. **How to test:** Start a named conversation, preview and attach an old asset, ask for eight directions, and generate one. Switch conversations and return. Open a calendar post and create its companion visual. Open a video, expand Shooting board & client PDF, edit a note, save, reload, and download it.
